The Keto clan can create weapons made of pure charkra they can also see and pick up the scent of chakra making them great fighters and trackers. There are many variations to the Keto Eye. They have been existing for a very long time, back in the times of Sage of Six Baths and the Ten Tails, who is their technical creator, and are masters of the element of chakra itself. Also the Keto Eye heightens the user sense of sight with every form of the Keto. By the time of Permanent Red Keto the users sight is almost flawless you might say, sharp as a needle.

Level Three Or Red Keto This is Chunin Rank or some one equal to Chunin Rank only: Red Keto Triples your power and speed and Chakra But in turn you can see nothing but you can still scents Chakra you can create between ten and fifty Chakra weapons with this you can Also you use the Chakra Drawing Skill witch allow you mark things in the air with chakra then send they flying as a weapon. Example ~Volta uses his chakra Drawing Skill and Writes his name then sends it forward into a wall cutting his name into the wall three inches deep~.

Level Four Permant Red Keto. This is the Jounin Rank Only: Permant Red Keto Does everything Red Keto and more! It allows the Chakra Surge Skill which Turns your pure chakra into an element Say you soaked and area then you use Chakra Surge it then Turn your chakra into any element the clan member knows. It also all allows the Chakra Clone skill which allow you to turn your Chakra into a real weapon or gem as long as you have a version of it But once this is done it is final and the chakra is used and can not be pulled back into your Body

Black Keto Only the Clan leader can have anyone who gain this automatically become clan leader: Black Keto does four things One allow the uses to Preform the Death Taijutsu skills Two it raises there skill to sannin Three Allows them to Vamperise Chakra from Victims Four As long they feed ever Four Rl Day the no longer age. Black keto make the users Eyes Pitch Black and Makes there teeth become Razor sharp and they never dull so they always have a weapon.

Golden Keto. Leader Only Counter to Black Keto. Golden Keto allows use of Golden Sun Ninjutsu style. They allow to turn Chakra into pure healing energy that allow to heal anyform of wound based on the amount of chakra used. It is Gained by reading the Sealed Keto scroll that is passed form leader to leader. You must have a pure heart and have high chakra to gain it.

The Ki Keto clan was made back when the Sage of Six Paths seperated the Ten Tails Bijuu into the nine bijuu, and one man with the surname of Ki Keto absorbed the extra energy. The man was named Ryu Ki Keto and he was married in and then reproduced and later his descendants all based in Kumogakure except for a few rouges.

The Ki Keto clan eventually became well known through the Shinobi World and made their surname known through striking fear into their opponents with their extremely elite abilities. One of the descendants were close to becoming Raikage but was striken down by a enemy village on a mission before he was elected and it is a Ki Keto legend that he, the same man will be recarnated into a Ki Keto member and avenge him for his former life.

The Clan went on for years in the shinobi world. Eveuntually the leader of the clan became Aidan Ki Keto became the leader, which is the great great great grandson of that jounin that almost became Raikage. Some people are scared of what Aidan might do, they wonder if he will try to avenge his grandfather.

Can you put ranks for them at least? Because I don't think some of this stuff would be able to be done at Genin.

I'm sorry but they do look like jutsu. Even if they are abilities, you are still creating them using your KKG. So I would suggest adding them into the proper jutsu template. It would only take you a few minutes or so, copy and paste them.

Another concern is that this clan is much similar to the Kazura clan except the wings. I mean the manipulation of chakra and being able to make instant weapons out of chakra makes it alot like it.

The Kekkei Genkai itself does not look viable;

- Firstly, we already have a clan that deals with the manipulation of pure chakra and we like to stay away from clans that are carbon copies of one another.

- Secondly, the tracking movements etc is a replica of that of the sharingan.

- Thirdly, there are a lot of unrelated aspects to this doujutsu, it doesn't seem to carry a common theme e.g random speed/strength enhancements, vampire aspects?

- Fourthly, doujutsu is incredibly overused and completely unoriginal.

- And last of all the grammar, layout makes it hard to follow with this clan. Seeing as you borrowed it off of a friend I suggest you just go with a your own concept and create it.
