| Basic Information: Name: Gisagi Juro Secondary Title: None Age: 13 Gender: Male Physical Appearance: Standing at about 5'4, Juro is not an intimidating figure. His hair is never brushed right, and he's constantly having to shake it out of his eyes. He's not very heavily muscled or tan, but his fingers are very precise - he's got a decent amount of flexibility in the rest of his body too. He wears a sandy brown top with flames, and a large bundle wrapped in bandages is carried over his back.
Juro's hands are very dextrous, a trait he keeps by puppeteering and practicing origami. He never wears anything on his hands for fear they might mess up his control. His headband is tied to his left thigh around a pair of dark brown cargo pants, which are lined with usually filled with paper for origami or various nuts and bolts to occupy his time with.
Personality: Juro is very quiet, only speaking up when he really thinks he has to. He avoids crowds and is very cautious before approaching new people. He's courteous and polite, very laid back, and will eventually loosen up if given enough time. He's definitely a listener, which means he gets along well with people, especially girls.
Juro is the type of person who will look at all the angles before acting, never making rash accusations and rarely letting his emotions get the better of him, He's willing to listen to everyone and consider their opinion. However, once he's judged someone it's very difficult to get him to change his mind - if he decides you're an asshole, it would take a miracle to convince him otherwise, and once he considers you a good friend you can do basically whatever you like without having to worry about his opinion.

The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the medic-nin’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the medical ninja a better idea of where or what the injuries are. Name: Wound Cleansing Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The Wound Cleansing Technique is a substitute for disinfecting wounds without using medical fluids such as alcohol or any antiseptic liquid. The user simply gathers the significant green shousen chakra to their palm and holds their palm over the selected wound. The wound them cleans up after a few minutes (1-2 posts) depending on the size and depth of the wound. This technique is great for when a medic doesn’t have or is short of supplies. This technique is used in preparation for other medical procedures. As a genin, medics cannot use any healing jutsu to speed up cell division, but most use this in prep. for stitching, wrapping, or anything for the closing the wound. Name: Healing Touch Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This low-level medical technique is great for beginners. The medic simply gathers healing chakra to their index and middle fingers and applies pressure to the selected wound. This minor technique cannot and will not heal any deep injuries, only cuts and light slashes. This is more like a practice technique before moving onto the Mystical Palm Healing technique.

Name: Naga Rank: C Description: Naga is a long, thick snake puppet, slow but sturdy. It is mainly a defensive puppet, stopping attacks before they can hit Juro, but can also be used offensively if Juro is so inclined. Body Slots:
Slot 1: Tail blade. (Tail) A foot long blade attached to Naga's tail, functions like a kunai (cannot be thrown) [E] Slot 2: Gas Valve (Mouth) Expels a hallucinogenic gas 5-6 feet in front of Naga. Effects vary fro m person to person but are mostly minor, can be expelled with medical techniques or seen through with enough willpower. Lasts for three posts if caught in direct blast, one post if you just got a whiff of it. Enough gas for five bursts before refill. [C] Slot 3: Fangs (Mouth) Six inch blades inside Naga's mouth. Function like kunai (cannot be thrown). [E] Slot 4: Spikes (Stomach) Four inch blades located all along Naga's belly, they extend with a twitch and skewer anyone Naga's got wrapped up. [D] Slot 5: Smoke screen (Back) releases a cloud of smoke to mask Juro or Naga's movement. Covers about 15 feet, lasts three posts. Enough powder for 5 bursts before refill. [E] History: Naga is Juro's finest creation, though far from his first. He worked on it tirelessly for a month before he got everything right, with liberal doses of advice from his dad. His dad firmly believed that a puppet should be an intensely personal creation, and so while he did offer advice he refused to help Juro with anything other than helpful hints. Juro was forced to purchase his own wood (which was far more difficult than it sounds, especially when all the best wood is owned by a crazy man who would only trade it for frogs) and work it into the right shapes, then carve out the metal pieces without cutting himself to ribbons. After days on end of carving, welding, and fiddling, Juro had all the pieces. Then he just needed to put them together. That task took a few weeks, with Juro having to completely start over several times because of mistakes. Eventually however, Naga was finished, but there was still finishing touches to put on her, traps to install, paint jobs to consider (he still hasn't decided on one yet) and Juro has spent nearly all his time since then learning to maneuver the snake to the best of his abilities.

Background Information History: Birth Arc Juro was born to two civilian parents in Suna. His father was a puppet maker, and his mother was a cook at a local restaurant. There wasn't a ton of excitement around Juro's birth, but both his parents were determined that he would hep the village by becoming a ninja.
Childhood Arc Juro was raised to be a ninja, developing an early interest in both puppeteering and medical ninjutsu. His parents were overjoyed, and supplied him with all the supplies he needed to help make his dreams a reality. Unfortunately, a lack of money and nearby family forced Juro's parents to relocate to Kiri, where Juro's uncle had a job waiting for them. The journey was long, and Juro spent his time reading books practicing origami, trying to imagine what his new home would be like.
Attack Arc
Shortly after entering Kiri territory, Juro's family was jumped by bandits. Juro escaped, but was injured in the process, his parents taken hostage. With his limited medical knowledge, Juro managed to fashion a bandage for himself, keeping him conscious long enough to tramp through the woods. Sheer luck allowed him to stumble out of the woods right in front of a kiri patrol team, and before he passed out he was able to tell them what had happened. They took out the bandits like they were nothing, rescuing both Koyaiba's parents in the process. This incident cemented Koyaiba's desire to become a ninja, to the delight of his parents.
Arrival Arc
Juro and his family arrived in Kiri a few days before the academy was about to start, and to help his son get ahead, Juro's father began teaching him how to build puppets. It was at this time Juro built his first puppet, a little dog named Yip. Juro's skill at creating puppets has vastly improved since then, but he still has Yip, and keeps him in good condition. It is also here Juro met his future classmates, impressing them with tales of hot, windy deserts and sand as far as the eye could see.
Academy Arc Juro attended the academy at the normal time, nothing out of the ordinary happening. He leaned towards the chakra control and intellectual side of the class, and his parents supported him all throughout. He gained a role as a mediator - it was usually him who judged arguments and contests held by the other kids. He did his best to be impartial, something the others learned to respect about him, and so he was a fairly popular kid growing up. He received slightly above average grades on his completion of the academy, boosted by the work he was doing outside the academy, mainly in the hospital.
Role-Play Sample:
Juro was starting to panic.
A kunai whizzed past his ear, alerting him of another attack nearby. With a twitch of his finger Naga wound itself around him, forming a makeshift cocoon to protect him against whatever the hell was going on out there.
"Juro! We need your help over here!"
Juro cursed, dropping the chakra stings he had attached to Naga. The snake slumped to the ground like...well, like a puppet with its strings cut, and Juro hopped over it, scrambling madly for some cover. Daiyu and Tsubaki were waiting for him, Tsubaki holding her stomach in pain.
"She took a hit from whatever Doton they've been using," Daiyu explained. "Fix her up will ya?"
"No problem," Juro muttered, pulling out his medical kit. He laid a calm hand on Tsubaki's shoulder, trying to steady her. "I'm going to need you to lay reeeal still now, because this is going to hurt." He pressed his hands together in familiar seals, concentrating his chakra into his palms. "Chakra Scalpel technique." The chakra around his hands took shape into a thin blade, and Koyaiba began cutting away at Tsubaki's injury. As expected, she was not taking it well.
"Hold on," Juro said quietly, trying to keep his hands steady. "I've got to cut out these rough sections so that it can heal better. Hold on..." A few second later, the cut was done, and Koyaiba let the chakra round his hands fade before dumping some alcohol on some clean bandages and pressing them up against Tsubaki's wound. She hissed in pain but didn't move, and after a moment Juro began wrapping the bandage up.
"This would be a lot easier if you had that glowing hand heal thing," Tsubaki muttered. "Some medic you are."
Juro nodded absently. He didn't take offense. Tsubaki was just angry at herself for taking a hit and inconveniencing everyone else. She'd calm down and eventually apologize, so there was no point in getting worked up about it now. He finished tying the bandages poked the now covered wound with his finger. "Hurt?"
Tsubaki nodded. "Like hell. But I'll live. Now let's finish this thing up so you can do some real medical work."
Juro thought it was best to mention that bandaging the wound was the extent of his abilities. It would just make her angry.

What do you mean by "says on tin"? You will need to explain exactly what it is how and affective it is etc. Your gas vile will be need be explained with how long it lasts (posts) and how affective it is on a target (note that you are only C-rank so it will not be very powerful). How long are the spikes? What is the distance of your smoke screen?
- You need at least two paragraphs for your personality, appearance.
- Your history will need to be a bit more detailed please. Bulk it up a bit.

Ah, sorry, bit of a vague term. I'll give more detailed descriptions. And add onto the other stuff.
