Mission Objective: There has been a rumor of a mischief shinobi making petty crimes around the area. Every time the shopkeepers try to take him down and engage in combat it seems that every hit is repeated over and over and the déjà vu is distracting the shopkeeper and letting the mischief shinobi defeat them and get away with the good. Your mission is to capture this shinobi and bring him to justice. The last shopkeeper that was attacked saw him leaving towards the southern outskirts of the village. There should be a good general area of where to find him. Be careful for those who had combat him said that he attacks numerous times with his sword that feels like Déjà vu.
Mission Time Limit: one week max
