Special Characteristics: Necklace of four elements. A rumor to be destroyed within one of the past wars. This necklace held a special property to let the wearer of the necklace use all five of the elements. The only downside is that you must sacrifice a shinobi with the element you desire to have that element planted into the necklace for the wearer to use. It can hold only four elements so the user must have an element that is not within the four inside of the necklace. The only downside is the user is only limited ot C rank and below jutsu and can only use a max of two jutsu of each element. The only thing the user does not know is that the necklace is a fake and will destroy itself if uses all of the allowed jutsu limit (all 8 jutsu of whatever combination of elements, excluding his own.) Every year there needs to be a sacrifice of shinobi to keep this power in check or else the necklace will not work. The necklace will work when the blood of all the sacrifices touches the necklace and will absorb the nature into the necklace.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
