[b]Description:[/b] Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

The butterfly, if it contacts a cohesive object besides the user, it is disrupted and makes a 2.5ft electrical burst of energy that burns those within its radius.

After this, they can piece together the user's intended message, which matches the movements of the tongue, enabling speech to be communicated through these bubbles.

The jutsu is used to block against incoming attacks to add power to a close range attack.

The immense heat gathered in an instant by the raw power of lightning causes the object to incinerate or melt, depending on what it is, rendering it ineffective for the remainder of combat. An amount of chakra a rank higher than the targetted weapons must be discharged in order to achieve this effect.

[b]Description:[/b] The user gathers electrical chakra over their entire body, singing their own hair, before dispersing it outwards in the form of a solid ball of electrical energy. Unlike most defensive techniques, this jutsu is designed to remain for more than a post or more than one hit, being a few centimeters thick with pure electricity. The sphere moves with the user, enabling them to move into combat without fear of incoming attack and due to the speed of lightning, the sphere remains even if they use Shushin or other fast techniques. The dome prevents contact with an opponent physically however, so jutsu are typically used which can originate from the sphere itself rather than the user if desired and the jutsu are of the Raiton element.

The lightning can only reach up to 15ft around the user before it dies off and loses energy.

The spaces between the bars are large enough to permit exit, only just so, but an opponent who attempts it meets a grisly end as the bars close in, cutting them in half. The cage prohibits movement and contacting it inflicts electrical burns.

If the bolt passes through a Fuuton jutsu, it creates a thunder clap that disperses the Fuuton jutsu if the electrical energy is of the same rank.

[b]Description:[/b] Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

By manipulating the raiton chakra the fluxuates around their body, the user is able to form sharks that are about four feet in length.  The user is able to control these sharks, and move them around at great distances.  However,  how many sharks, and how far they can travel, depend on the users rank.  This is similar to Kisame's water shark jutsu.
