Flaw in the Sharingan Rules

When I just joined, I decided to make an Uchiha so I went to look at the Sharingan rules. As I read through it and got to the bottom, I found a small flaw. The rules state that a Sharingan wielder is able to switch between the tomoes. That is a falsification. When a Sharingan gets another stage of the tomoes, the change is permanent. The only time you can switch between stages of the Sharingan is from the normal Sharingan to the Mangekyou.

Sharingan is not my specialty, hence why I didn't create the rules. Looks like this will need to be reviewed. Thanks for pointing this out.
