Description Roar of Courage is a simple fuuton element ninjutsu in which the user releases a loud roar and amplifies its noise and area of effect by using wind chakra. This not only makes the roar very loud and frightening, it also hits anyone in front of the user with a light amount of force. This causes minimum damage but it can be used to transmit a bacteria or poison that would need contact with a target.

Description Palm of Earth Reversal is a doton jutsu that is used to reverse an incoming doton attack and blast it back with even greater momentum. This jutsu can only be used if a Doton based attack is coming towards the user. When the jutsu is used, chakra is charged into the users palm and they then flat palm the incoming attack and sent it back or even destroy it if it isn’t made of a solid material. This jutsu must be used at an equal rank to jutsu being repelled excluding S-rank (which can not be stopped by the jutsu).

Description Crush Style: Wave of Mud is a doton jutsu that creates a giant wave of mud that rises up and then slams down creating a murky mess. When used, a large wave of mud around 20 ft. high and 30 ft. in length rises up from the ground and slams down. The impact is powerful and it also leaves a swampy mess around the area it hits.

Description Subterranean Senses is a jutsu that is very similar to other chakra sensory jutsu. The difference between other jutu and this jutsu is that Subterranean Senses is to be used while the user is completely underground. Once used, chakra is sent out from the user and bounces back, telling the user where objects are both below and above the ground in the immediate vicinity,30 feet underground radius in earth and 50 in mud since mud is a lot thiner and easy too pass through. This jutsu lasts 3 posts and then must be re used.

Description By fusing fuuton chakra with a pre-existing chakra scalpel, the user of this jutsu creates a whirl wind around him that is then sent spiraling in a linear path. This small twister is as tall as the user and is as wind as the users arms are outstretched. The tornado has both fuuton chakra and chakra scalpel in it, meaning if someone is hit by the wind their muscles are torn as if they were hit by the chakra scalpel itself. The whirlwind goes 10 feet before loses momentum and dispersing. This jutsu may also only be used 3 times per topic.

Description After finding out the location of a target, Kakougan can use this jutsu to harden the mud around them if they are in the mud or harden it around their feet if they are on top of it. This is done the same way subterranean senses is done; chakra is sent out of the user and go towards a target. This chakra almost instantly hardens the mud around the target which stops their movement from the position they are in when the jutsu is used. This petrifies the mud so that it has the same strength and feel as stone.

Is the whirlwind around his body or the whirlwind is around his arms were the chakra scalpel is located? Just need to know because I don’t know how the chakra scaple will be fused. How Will it be fused at the creation of the jutsu?

It can only be used on solids of a certain size depending on what rank the jutsu is used at.

D-Rank: Small objects such as small boulders and ninja weapons.
C-Rank: Larger objects such as normal sized boulders and decent sized trees.
B-Rank: Even larger objects such as trees and small buildings.
A-Rank: Huge objects such as large buildings and small mountains.
S-Rank: Massive objects such as mountains.

I want to ask if you can place a time in how long the chakra will take to destroy the object. I believe that it is instant to destroy D-B ranks but I believe it will take longer to destroy Large buildings and mountains.

Chakra Scalpel Tornado: How it works is Kakougan basically swirls wind around him and then releases the chakra from his chakra scalpel and lets it be carried by the wind that is already there. Then the tornado of wind is sent in one direction. So, the scalpel doesn't really fuse into the tornado, it sort of merges with it.

I will get to the matter jutsu when I have the time. You're right, it does need times added and I could of sworn I had them. Oh well, silly me.

Times added, I made a large jump between B and A so that it kinda separates using this jutsu on the combat level and tactical level. Meaning using this jutsu for it's full potential is impossible to use effectively in a combat situation.

'Instant' disintegration

C-Rank: Larger objects such as normal sized boulders and decent sized trees. Done during opponent's next post (if more than two than the opponent that posted before user.)

B-Rank: Even larger objects such as trees and small buildings. One full round of posts.

A-Rank: Huge objects such as large buildings and small mountains. Four posts.

S-Rank: Massive objects such as mountains. Ten posts.

I simply don't like this at all. And, Im quite sure that this would have to be KKG related. You cannot just break matter without any Kekkei Genkai using only chakra. Another thing that I would like to point out, is that this is like a clan that I just got approved. The ability to break(disintegrate) objects upon contact and such.

I would say to this a no sorry.

I would suggest bumping this jutsu up to at least B-rank. Considering Elemental techniques have to be C rank and above. And using this jutsu, you can reverse doton techniques back to the opponent have to be higher than C rank so yeah.

Also please state that you can only reverse B rank and below Doton jutsu.

State that you can only use it in areas where the ground is muddy. I don't think you can just create move in an area that is completely dry. Wink

Please rank this up to A rank. Chakra scalpel itself is B rank and fusing it with Wind chakra will only make it way more deadly. Also, please add the range of the jutsu, as to how far do these whirl winds go?

Palm of Earth Reversal: Another mistake on my part, should be a variable rank jutsu. Changed.

Wave of Mud: I'd settle for an earthy area but muddy is just too obscure to make the jutsu usable at all. It's kind of like a suiton jutsu in way, except I would say I'd be easier to used assuming the earth is already there and suiton users have to make the water.

Charka Scalpel Tornado: Added length. Like my other chakra scalepl techniques, this one requires chakra scalpel to be used first. The user has to of already used chakra scalpel and then they can use this jutsu which consumes the scalpel. Also, Chakra scalpel is C-rank but requires B-rank medical skills to use.( I could be wrong though, I''d be safe to ask other staff members about it.)

Alright sorry, my mistake. I overlooked the jutsu. Even still I would like it to be bumped up to B rank the least.

Anyway after that has been changed, it should be approved for training.

The problem I have with bumping to to B-rank is that it just wouldn't be worth anything at that rank. A B-rank amount of chakra for a small twister of wind just doesn't fit. The only difference with this is that I am combining it with another jutsu, which really doesn't factor into chakra cost at all because the other jutsu has already been used.

Seeing the fact as it needs two C ranks. You might see the B rank usage in this jutsu already. I think it is okay at C rank. If you want to place a holder like the amount of times it can be used in battle could be substituted, in exchange for not having it B rank.
