Description: When the user jumps in the air, they will use their wind chakra to form from their feet and hit the ground. This will cause them to go up in the air higher and further. The maximum height is 15 feet in the air. The only direction the user can go is the direction they want to go, meaning if they are jumping forwards and up, the jutsu will push them further and higher. Also the jutsu can be used of other objects which can hold the user's weight.

Description: The user will knee their opponent in the belly. This will cause them to go 5 feet in the air but also will not allow them to move as fast and dodge as good as they could. The amount of force in the knee is that of a C-Rank attacking jutsu. But the drawback is that if the user misses, this will leave an opening for the opponent.

1st needs a little more detail. Maybe add direction? Is it only One direction? Can This jutsu only work on the ground? Can it work on any service? Can it even work in mid air? Something
simple like that.

2nd. How much Force is applied to use the Jutsu? What Happens if it does not reach the target? Will it slow down or even give an opening when in use of the jutsu. I.E Is a great amount of force is used to knee a person does that part of the body loses reaction time or even flexibility for a few seconds? What I want is for you to explain a or a few drawbacks

And please explain what you mean by "Not allow them to move as fast as they use to" Just add some detail to that.

Quite simple really, the person they used it on wont be able to move and dodge as good as they use to.
