| The forest was very full of life as the not so dynamic duo traveled through it. There were birds chirping in the trees and squirrels scurrying around the forest floor looking for food in addition to a multitude of sounds made by the natural environment. A light breeze was blowing through the forest, creating a small rustling of the leaves and a cool breeze in the wind. A couple of streams branched off through the forest and weaved between the trees acting as veins of life for the booming forest. The sun had risen up much higher in the sky since the duo left the village and now the forest was fully lit with blissful sunlight. This sun light and warmth did two things for Zilva; it made her warmer and happier and due to this new happiness it made her realize that she should at least try to cooperate with Aki.
This new idea of compliance towards Aki was also a good reason to take a break from traveling for a few minutes. In an attempt to keep herself warm, Zilva had been using up too much energy with her rapid steps and was growing weary. She had been rude to Aki earlier in the day, which wasn't something out of character for her, but Zilva decided to give him another chance now that he knew how aggravating she found people of higher rank than herself. This decision wasn't brought on by a feeling of sorrow for anything she may of said to Aki, it was more her feeling sorry for him. Zilva had quite a few pet peeves and Aki was no doubt going to trip over at least one. After making the decision to give Aki another chance, Zilva waited for the duo to reach a small river before stopping and saying " Aki... stop for a few minutes, okay?" with a sigh. After saying this, Zilva sat on a nearby tree trunk so that she could rest and talk at the same time, ' Man, all of that running was tiring...' she thought as she sat with a sigh a relief.
Not even waiting for Aki to turn around or acknowledge that she had stopped, Zilva crossed her arms and legs with yet another sigh. " Look, I'm not the happiest person you'll ever meet nor am I the easiest to get along with. In fact, I may be the most aggravating person in the village. What happened earlier at the gate was something that you should try to avoid in the future if we're going to get along. Don't think that I don't know things and then act like you have some sort of superior knowledge, it really pisses me off. You don't have to apologize for it or anything, I'm just saying that you should avoid it. If you didn't notice, I'm what people would call a 'tomboy', and I embrace that. So if you treat me like some sort of sissy girly girl I'll probably end up kicking you right between the legs. I could go on all day about what aggravates me but I think you should have a pretty good idea by now. So, what makes you angry? besides me of course." Zilva said rapidly, trying to get all of it off her chest and avoid apologizing at the same time.
