Physical Appearance:
Bishamonten Hyuuga, Jecht as he likes to be called,as he normally called, is a very young handsome and well put together individual. He has long black hair which he keeps tied so it doesn't get in his way when he walks around or when the wind blows. He is very calm light brown eyes, that hold a mystery with them as if it was more to them than what is being seen. He stands at about 5'0 tall and 110lb, he keeps himself in shape so his body is well toned with very little body fat, if any at all. He has no scars on his face but his body is many due to the hard training regiment he , as well as many other children from the clan.
He wears a tradition ninja attire nothing fancy. He has dark blue pants and laced sandals that wrap around the shin so that the lower half of the pants don't flap around as he walked. The shirt he wears is a lighter shade of blue and is longed sleeved, as well as tucked into the pants also to help the flopping issue. Over his shirt he wears a white sleeveless jacket and it length stops just below waist. Also he has another wire that he can pull that makes his weights fall off his body without hm having to take the time to unbuckle them, this wire is also very thin and hard to see.
Personality:
Basilisk is a very calm and collected individual, he is very docile and rarely starts trouble. He has a certain lust for battle as all the people in his clan do, but he has more control over this urge. He doesn't hesitate to defend his beliefs and the the beliefs of his clan. Due beliefs of the clan (will be stated in the clan info), he has a mature mentality and prefers not to get in any unnecessary quarrels. He fears only that he will bring shame to his clan. He reacts to hyper like people with alot of interest, he thinks them very amusing. He is, however, more drawn to people similar to himself and often times only speak to these types. He does not shy away from friendship, and will open up to anyone if they have the right attitude. He isnt very romantic but he does know how to treat a lady, due to this he has a bad habit of not hitting girls unless given no choice. He is a firm believer in honor and valor believing that this is the way life must be lived. Basically he will never do any action that would dishonor him in anyway.
When in battle is attitude changes completely, he because a emotionless deliverer of death. He never feels bad about killing a foe if they wished him death as well. When on a mission he remains focused on the objective, he doesnt get tunnel vision but he is rarely put in position to forget it. He never jokes smiles or laugh, though he knows when to play a role for the sake of diplomacy. He has no fear due to his nature and clan beliefs that fear equals death, so as a child it was put into his head to not fear death.

The gentle fist - The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Chakra Pathway System, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. Any chakra based substance can be countered/destroyed by using the gentle fist style to force chakra into it. This is done by using the chakra openings in ones hands to shape their own chakra into needles which can cut through chakra itself. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

Kekkei Genkai:
The Byakugan is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, a genetic trait, that is shared amongst the members of the Hyūga Clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes. It has two different settings, dormant and activated, both of which take a slightly different appearance from the other form. The normal eye for a Hyuuga clan member differs from a normal human eye. The iris and pupil are barely discernable with both appearing a milky white in color. The pupil itself is larger than a typical humans and it is outlined by a black region. The sclera remains normal except the larger size of the pupil reduces ones ability to view it. Once the eye is fully activated, the hidden iris becomes more apparent. Also when providing blood and chakra for the eyes' bloodline vision, veins will bulge lateral to each eye.
The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is having the ability to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person. This is often determined by both rank and skill. At the genin level it can reach up to 100 meters. At Chunin this increases drastically reaching out to 400 meters. At jounin this goes up even more to 800 meters. A Kage level Hyuuga is capable of seeing up to 2km in all directions. However, the third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. (see Clan Traits above).

Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack. If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forcibly closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.

History:
The Hyuuga are one of the oldest and most powerful clans in Konoha, being one of its two great Dojutsu clans. They aided in the founding of the leaf village, though played a much smaller role in its founding then the Senju and Uchiha did. They quickly established a high ranking amongst the ninja squadrons and became well known to all, just the mention of the Byakugan or the name Hyuuga wining an instant air of respect. Their clan is based highly on nobility and even with in itself has its own social structure.
The clan is split into two different families. One being known as the main and the other being the branch. This social division has always been their greatest flaw. The Main family often holds themselves to be higher up and more important then the branch family, and basically the branch is looked down upon like lesser individuals and sometimes even pawns which can be thrown away for the villages sake. To be looked at most appropriately, the Main are the Kings, and the Branch are the peasants. It even goes so far that a destructive seal is placed on the forehead of all Branch family members which can be used to instantly destroy a branch member if they do not follow the orders of the Main family.
In recent times, this wall has begun to get broken down, and the destructive seal is being used less and less. Cooperation is beginning to flourish between the two houses which is leading to prosperous outcomes. It is unknown if this will continue or if it is a momentary laps of peace. It will all come down to the heads of the clan for each generation, and it will be up to them to dictate which path will be taken, segregation, or unity.

Golden Boy Of The Hyuuga (Birth-Genin) The land knew peace or so the people thought, Hyuuga Clan however held no illusion of this idea. They believed that preparation for the future is the best way to ensure survival. They trained day in and out so that the clan would always be prepared for war at a moments notice, not even the children were excluded from this. From the time they are able to walk and talk they're training would start, there are however special cases that some receive special training. One day the one of the families of the main branch, was blessed with a son his name was Bishamonten. His father, Muramasa Hyuuga one of the most prestigious ninja from the clan and also apart of the main branch, was very proud to have his first son. "This house is blessed with a heir, i am over joyed," he said grinning from ear to ear. Yukina, the mother scoffed at the comment,"Is that all you care about, i would think being a father for the first time would mean more," she rolled her eyes and smiled at the baby. "What would be a good name, my dear," she asked playing with the baby as it cooed. "I think we should honor your father Bishamon," he said now leaning over so that he could play with the baby as well, while Yukina held him in her arms. "I have a good name then, how about Bishamonten," she said turning to Muramasa. He smiled back at her," A wonderful name," he said still looking at his son,"Bishamonten Hyuuga, welcome my son." Bishamonten blinked at them both, once his name was said he smiled and laughed, he too agreed that this was a wonderful name it seemed. The years since his birth passed almost regularly, but for him it seemed to last forever. He was born into the main branch. This meant he was to be trained harder than any other in the clan, which from what he could tell was hard from the start, the extra work made it worse. He never complained though, from birth he was taught that he was considered a precious gem to the clan like a diamond, his father refereed to him as coal however saying things like,"Your a precious coal my son, it is up to us to turn you into a diamond." Bishamonten (Jecht as he liked to be called), now 7 was not keen on the idea of being coal, but he let his father say what he wished. He was considered the golden boy of the clan, he was very smart, physical fit, and friendly to all he met. It was upon his fathers request that he be sent to the academy earlier then upon his return train with the clan. This provided him with little time to socialize with others his age, unless they were in his class. He didn't mind though, he was taught that such focus meant he showed promise, he didnt want to let his family down so he trained harder. He spent only a year in Academy before he was starting to get recommendation to be a genin by his teachers and others who knew him. They refereed to him as a genius, and that he was wasting time in this place; he could better grow as a genin. He didn't think himself a genius, though whenever he said this it only made things worse; they would respond saying thing like," He is very humble as well all the more reason to elevate him to genin." Finally they decided to test him on all the academy level jutsu, he was fine with this its not like it was hard to do anyway. He passed this test with ease and was granted the right to be a ninja and received his head band. He was now a genin, but this meant only he had to work harder now; his day was celebrated with the birth of his younger brother, Domino. The family celebrated the birth of Domino as well as Jecht's graduation from academy. Some were shocked that he was so young graduating, but those who knew him were not surprised. "As to be expected from the genius of the Hyuuga clan," one said and agreed. Yukimura grinned nervously," It isn't my day lets all celebrate to my new brother, mine can wait its Domino's homecoming after all," he said and everyone complied.

Ragnarok was having a bad day, with the village in a national state of security he rarely had time to himself. He had seen so many crying faces and people begging to be saved it made him sick to his stomach. He hated weak people, he believed that those with strength to live should be allowed to live. He sat down on the ground near a shaded tree and tried to calm himself down. He knew if he got any madder he would do something that would most likely jeopardize his plans. "Something wrong master", Glaive said as he slithered from the pocket of Ragna's robe. "Its nothing mind your own business", he growled at the little salamander. "That is fine master but i didnt bother you for that anyway. You were accepted by the Grand Salamander to be apart of our family, now it is time for you to meet him", it said as it crawled down to Ragna's knee and turned to face him. "Why the fuck would i want to meet some old crone" he growled and shook his knee so Glaive would fall off, but the salamander stood where he was despite the effort. "Master wants more power, Grand salamander can help with this, if you want it". Ragna calmed himself and thought a bit, he was beginning to calm down and rational thought was taking over again. More power couldn't hurt, he thought. "Indeed it wouldnt master", Glaive answered. He looked at the little salamander he had almost forgotten it could read minds of other salamanders and seeing he was now apart of the family his, too. "What do i gotta do", he asked. Glaive eyes glint a bit then he open his mouth, out popped the scroll Ragna had signed to be apart of this whole thing. "Place your hand on the scroll master, i will do the rest". Ragna did as he was told and waited to see what happened next, a great loud noise made his ears ring and he blacked out.
Ragna, looked around everything was black, he could see two figures in front of him. One had a very calm face about him while the other seemed angered and blood thirsty. He stood on guard and watched these two carefully, he was about to speak when a voice spoke out,"Ragnarok, the son of both life and death, before you are two paths. Either path will have its own result, with one you will save the world with another you will doom it. The choice is yours." Ragna looked about but he couldn't determine where the voice came from. He looked back at the two figures in front of him, this whole thing was a waste of time. He cared little about what happen to the world what mattered to him is being able to enjoy cause as much hell as he can. He looked at each face again, then made his choice with the angry one, feeling that this expressed his true self. He got halfway to the person when he blacked out again, he awoke this time to see Glaive. "Welcome master, it seems you made it", he said. Ragna sat up and held his head which ached,"What the hell was that about you little shit", he said in a hissing like tone. "Take it easy master, it was only a test and you passed it because if you didnt you would have died". Ragna cast a deadly glance at Glaive,"What do you mean, you brought me here to die Glaive", he said. "No master, if you want power there is always risks. Thats life master". Ragna stood up and check his surroundings, the area was heavily wooded and surrounded by a wall of mountains, surrounding the moutains was a lake of magma that served as a defensive wall as well as a prison. "So now what", he asked still looking around. Glaive crawled up Ragna's robes and stopped on his head, "We follow this trail master, it leads directly to the Grand Salamander". Ragna followed the trail all the way to the top he wondered what to expect when he got there.
He came upon a large rock where the road stopped,"So now what Glaive", he said in a annoyed tone. Glaive didnt speak but looked upon the rock. "You still alive up there ", he asked. He was about to speak again when he caught movement from the corner of his eye. He looked back at the rock, he was no fool he saw something move. He watched the rock without blinking, the rock blinked at him as he stared at it. "Hmm observant thats good", it said in a booming voice. Ragna was a little stunned this rock was talking to him."I am no rock boy, I am Gafgarrion the Grand Salamander", it said replying to Ragna thoughts. "Great another mind reading salamander" he said. Gafgarrion didn't seem to care about his comment as he continued,"I dont have time to waste with you boy so lets make this quick, you are not yet strong enough in our ways to summon your own personal summon so you will just have to make do with three", he said. Ragna was glad this old crone was quick to get to the point, this would make this so much easier. "Now boy you have signed the contract with us, that means your sorry ass is apart of this family. If for one second i feel you are bringing shame will end you instantly." Ragna laughed at the threat,"I will do what i like old geezer, and if you feel the need to kill me i welcome you to try" he smiled as he said this. Gafgarrion was silent, it was hard to tell if he was angry or not until he laughed himself. "Boy you will fit right in with me, but I stick to my word. Now with that settled i have given you rights to summon Wayborn and the twins." As he said this a flying salamander with scales landed on the ground followed by a two headed salamander. "This is the new one", the twins said at the same time. "I am assuming so, he looks weak though", Wayborn said scoffing at Ragna. "I could wipe the floor with your ass you flying worm,"Ragna retorted. Wayborn landed and growled at Ragna,"Enough you two I got more stuff to deal with, tour his partners now so get along", Gafgarrion said as he ceased movement and closed his eyes. "Lets make this fast, I am Wayborn i am good with speedy movements. These two are the twins the are good at genjutsu and defensive skills", Glaive said. "I get now what else do i need here",Ragna said. "Nothing anymore master, it seems you are fully part of the family", Glaive said. The other salamanders had long since left , to do other things ragna guessed. "Lets just get out of here i have had enough of this",he said. "You can use the scroll master", glaive said. Not wasting anytime he opened the scroll and black out again. He awoke by the tree it seemed as if no time had passed, he stood up and stretched, and walked back to the village. Today proved more interesting than he would have guessed,"I am sure things will only get more interesting master", Glaive said answering his thoughts. Ragna sighed, he was gonna have to get used to this annoying telepathy thing.

| Robin is the Hokage, you need Raikage final approval. ^^
Sorry, but as of now I would suggest making a genin applicaiton for kumo as we are full. There are limited initial spots, but once genin fills up more will open. There are restrictions with every village for higher ranks.

| | i rather not be a genin or chunin just because they have to many restrictions, so if I will just wait till a jounin spot opens. However I would still like to have my app looked over so that i can fix any mistakes or watever. |

| | Well to be honest, chuunin from villages will most likely get thoughs spots before you, as there is so many good RPers buying for positions. So your better to move up the ranks than say villageless. Each kage I would believe, woudl favour their own village nin before a random application like what you want to do. |

I don't think that you would be able to RP at a 'genius' level. Seeing as you are an hyuugan I will grant you an above average tactical ability and IQ, but it has to be stated as that, not a genius.

Denied. That is a fundimental weakness of the byakugan so it can't be removed that simply, especially for a genin. |

You have Tai/Gen as your spec, but almost all of your techniques are ninjutsu..... remove all non-academy ninjutsu techniques and you'll be reapproved. |
