Ultimate Shinobi as a whole was created by myself on February 3rd 2009. It isn't that old when it comes to some other forums, especially Naruto ones. So we have done quite well for ourselves. Project 2.0 officially began on the fourteen of January 2010, but it didn't open for a while after that, the staff wouldn't to get things done before opening it up.
