| Name: Suiton: Kinsei Kugo - Water Style: Balance Destruction Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton - Water Description: Using the user's affinity to water, the user can use their Suiton chakra to destroy the opponent's Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking technique, by disrupting the opponent's regular chakra with the user's own Suiton chakra. This is done by spreading this chakra throughout the body of water the user and their opponent are standing on, causing the opponent to suddenly fall straight through the water.
Name: Suiton: Suikoi - Water Style: Dense Water Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton - Water Description: The simple technique is used by tapping the surface of any body of water with the user's middle and index fingers. The user channels their suiton chakra into the water, changing it's properties so that the water will become denser and heavier. It's only battle application is if the opponent manages to fall into the water body, there's a chance they will drown due to the heavy water bogging and dragging them down. Even if they manage to escape, the water will still be absorbed by the skin and clothes, greatly decreasing the oppponent's speed.
Name: Suiton: Ekikase - Water Style: Liquid Shackles Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton - Water Description: The simple technique causes many ropes of water (7 max) to wrap themselves around the user's ankles, wrists, neck, or any other area to subdue the opponent. This is mainly used as a way to bind a captured opponent, or mostly as a distraction to lead the opponent as a trap, as the ropes aren't very strong and most techniques can destroy them, however they are strong enough so that physical strength from a genin won't be able to break them.
Name: Suiton: Mizunao - Water Style: Still Waters Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton - Water Description: The technique is very effective in certain situations. The technique allows the user to use their Suiton chakra to litteraly harden the top layer of water in any body of water, trapping any unfortunate person on the recieving end of this technique: Under the water. The technique can also act as a semi-permeable membrane, body part wise, such as letting the head surface, but not letting the rest of the body, trapping the head from going under, or the body surfacing. The opponent will usually die from drowning (Usually 2 posts, but depends on the situation). The technique's name is derived from how the water's body water becomes still upon this technique's activation.
Name: Kumogakure no Jutsu - Hidden in the Clouds Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton - Water Description: The technique is a more powerful version of the Kirigakure no jutsu, and a play on the Village hidden in the cloud's name. The technique litteraly causes the very clouds above the user to descend upon the area, effecticley covering a huge area. The sheer amount of moisture in the air serves as a perfect visual blocker, more so than the Hidden Mist. However the huge amount of moisture also brings an additional effect known as dry drowning, which occurs in 3 posts. This is caused by the lungs accumulating enough moisture that the body begins to drown despite not being inside any body of water. On the first post the opponent will be hard of breathing due to water being mixed in with the oxygen being breathed in. On the second, the opponent will begin coughing and wheezing, only serving to breathe in more water. On the third post, the target will most likley die due to drowning. This technique can be avoided by the user due to their control over the clouds. Physical activity also increases need for oxygen, and speeds up the process. Similiar to the hidden mist technique, the user can also sense the general area of the opponent, but more defined due to more chakra used to make up the technique.
[Need these approved for training, Thanks!]

| Kumogakure no Jutsu would require to be B-A Rank minimum based on the description. To be able to pull down the clouds from the sky, literally, would not only require concentration out the ass, but also a lot of chakra.
The way you described the technique would be a combination of Dense Water technique and Kirigakure no jutsu. Again though, 3 posts before the opponent dying is also alot, especially for a C-Rank. There is minimal ways of escape, given the description; those being fire jutsu or wind jutsu, and even if those are used, the clouds would effectively recover the area, allowing the opponent no reprieve. Its quite overpowering for a mere C-Rank. Especially since Kirigakure no jutsu is a D-Rank that just covers the area. To step it up this much would be B-Rank minimum, if that. |

| I'd like to see more description for Suiton: Mizunao, specifically in regards to how hard the top layer actually becomes. Can it be penetrated? If so, what degree of force is required? Also, in regards to Suiton: Ekikase, am I right in assuming that people above the rank of Genin are capable of breaking the bonds using pure physical force?
The biggest issue I have though is with Suiton: Suikoi. Does it have a limitation in regards to the volume of water it can affect? Also, how exactly does it change the water to make it denser or heavier? Does it compress the water? Does it increase the number of molecules present in the given volume? If the former, it's much too powerful for a D Rank as it'd be essentially conjuring water from nothing.
