Haseo is about four feet, nine inches tall, making him a pretty tall 12 year old. He is average weight of about 125 pounds, and he looks rather trim overall. Haseo is like most Hyuuga clan members, as he has black hair, and the color scheme of his outfit is the majority white and black. His hair is about medium length, and goes to around his chin, and is styled slightly spiky, and towards the back of his head. His hair is tinted a very light shade of purple, as to where most people wouldn't notice it at all. He has a very slender face, and a pointed chin. This doesn't add to the sense of youth he has, but it doesn't take away from it either. The eyes of Haseo are slightly more narrow than most, making him look like he has a darker disposition than others.

His upper body has muscle on it, but not a lot, as he goes for elegance and speed in battle instead of strength, leaving him with lean muscles instead of more muscle mass. His arms don't look quite as toned as his chest and abdomen, but they are more flexible. Over his body, he wears a long flowing white vest/cape combo, that is sleeveless, but has the collar popped up. It is cut into four sections near the waist, which then flows off to about his ankles. His form fitting black pants get slightly wider near his feet. The left leg has a special feathered pattern to it, which Haseo embroidered himself. Normal black shoes complete his outfit and appearance.
Personality:
Cold: Haseo usually shows little emotion, but he doesn't really act "cool." He still criticizes people, and he still looks after his comrades, even if he doesn't show kindness towards them. He has no objections to taking a life, and will do so out of instinct when attacked, or when someone attacks his friends. It is a bit hard to get Haseo to become your friend, because of the emotional wall he puts up.

Smooth: Haseo usually knows the right things to say to people, and the right things to do in certain situations. He always acts accordingly due to his formal and high class background. He might talk at inappropriate times, but it will always be involving the current topic, or will smoothly transition into another topic altogether. Plus he is smooth with the ladies.

Ruthless: When you get into a fight with Haseo, you better be willing to put your life on the line, as that is what you are doing. He is cold blooded, and will not hesitate to strike you down. He isn't the one to waste chakra or movement in his fighting style, and he will end someone as quickly as possible, especially if they are dangerous, or if it is for a cause he deems worthy.

The gentle fist - The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Chakra Pathway System, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. Any chakra based substance can be countered/destroyed by using the gentle fist style to force chakra into it. This is done by using the chakra openings in ones hands to shape their own chakra into needles which can cut through chakra itself. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

Kekkei Genkai:
The Byakugan is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, a genetic trait, that is shared amongst the members of the Hyūga Clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes. It has two different settings, dormant and activated, both of which take a slightly different appearance from the other form. The normal eye for a Hyuuga clan member differs from a normal human eye. The iris and pupil are barely discernable with both appearing a milky white in color. The pupil itself is larger than a typical humans and it is outlined by a black region. The sclera remains normal except the larger size of the pupil reduces ones ability to view it. Once the eye is fully activated, the hidden iris becomes more apparent. Also when providing blood and chakra for the eyes' bloodline vision, veins will bulge lateral to each eye.

The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is having the ability to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person. This is often determined by both rank and skill. At the genin level it can reach up to 100 meters. At Chunin this increases drastically reaching out to 400 meters. At jounin this goes up even more to 800 meters. A Kage level Hyuuga is capable of seeing up to 2km in all directions. However, the third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. (see Clan Traits above).

History:

The Hyuuga are one of the oldest and most powerful clans in Konoha, being one of its two great Dojutsu clans. They aided in the founding of the leaf village, though played a much smaller role in its founding then the Senju and Uchiha did. They quickly established a high ranking amongst the ninja squadrons and became well known to all, just the mention of the Byakugan or the name Hyuuga wining an instant air of respect. Their clan is based highly on nobility and even with in itself has its own social structure.

The clan is split into two different families. One being known as the main and the other being the branch. This social division has always been their greatest flaw. The Main family often holds themselves to be higher up and more important then the branch family, and basically the branch is looked down upon like lesser individuals and sometimes even pawns which can be thrown away for the villages sake. To be looked at most appropriately, the Main are the Kings, and the Branch are the peasants. It even goes so far that a destructive seal is placed on the forehead of all Branch family members which can be used to instantly destroy a branch member if they do not follow the orders of the Main family.

In recent times, this wall has begun to get broken down, and the destructive seal is being used less and less. Cooperation is beginning to flourish between the two houses which is leading to prosperous outcomes. It is unknown if this will continue or if it is a momentary laspe of peace. It will all come down to the heads of the clan for each generation, and it will be up to them to dictate which path will be taken, segregation, or unity.

Weight Training: Haseao has trained with weights, as to increase his speed further, to stand out among the other Hyuugas. His speed is increased by 25% when he takes his weights off. This can make a huge advantage in a fight, as he is already a very speedy taijutsu user.

Rich: This character has a lot of money, which lets him have access to things that most would not. This is simply a tool that allows deeper character development in RPing the character. Because of his parents need to be high class, he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth.

Persuasive: Haseo is a naturally good speaker, and can usually talk people into things. This works extremely well against npcs, but he can still speak lies, or form an argument on the fly, and it is extremely hard to tell if he is lying.

Appearance: A simple ring that is fitted to the user's index and middle fingers, two for each hand. They have a very small needle like protrusion from each, that goes slightly beyond the finger nail of the user. They are simply grey metal and shiny in appearance.
Special Abilities/Characteristics: N/A, used for piercing major arteries or can be coated in poison
Origin: Haseo got needles from the hospital at which he is learning medical jutsu, and then modified them as seen in more popular ninja weapons, as he had heard that they are used to pierce major arteries and veins in the body, and can also target joints, so he thought this would be a perfect weapon to use for a medic ninja.

Natural Abilities: a Simple antidote that can hinder the effects of toxins in the body. This antidote was specifically made to stop Haseo's own poisons from effecting himself or his comrades, but it still weakens other C ranked or below poisons to a notable degree. This weakening causes the poison to take twice as long to travel through the system, or for the harmful effects to activate.

Background Information

History:
Birth Arc: Before Haseo was born, his parents moved from the walls of Konoha, as the start of a project to branch out the Hyuuga clan. His parents were high ranking Main Branch Heads, and they were arranged married a few years earlier. They were the first to head to Suna, and were accepted because of their power. Soon after, Haseo was born a natural citizen of Sunagakure, and was raised in the sand. He was a healthy child, and adapted to the sand, heat, and dryness of the desert without many problems.

His mother couldn't breast feed him properly, so he had to feed off of some formula that medical ninjas created for the family. With the mother not needing to be there all the time when he was fed, Haseo developed a slight independence, even as a baby to his mother, and also his father, but that was at a later stage of his life.

Early Childhood Arc: Haseo had a very strict and harsh upbringing, as was the Hyuuga way of thinking. He was trained and worked to the bone everyday, even though he was still a child. His parents almost never showed love, as they considered it a sign of weakness within the household, causing Haseo to be cold towards people. He did learn how to be of good grace and manners, and he learned to fight quickly, and learned the ways of the Hyuuga rapidly.

As he was learning good graces and manners, he was forced to take up a reading subject, as to sharpen his mind. His parents suggested weapons, or swords, but Haseo decided to go with plants, as they were fascinating to him. That is when Haseo started to learn about medical ninjutsu. He was fascinated with poisonous plants, and plants with medicinal properties, so he aspired to be a medical ninja one day.

Academy Arc: Haseo joined the academy, which simply put another work load onto his already large and heavy belt. He handled it well though,a s his parents had taught him, and his parents had started to treat him with more compassion and respect, now that he was becoming a ninja. He quickly rose through the academy, and passed at the top of his class, and soon he would become a genin.

Apart from his academy school homework, and his own reading and chores around the house. Haseo still managed to work in the hospital, learning how to treat people for minor injuries, and started to learn what plants were the best to cure things, such as headaches, or even some poisons. As he learned more and more about the medicinal properties of plants, and how they effected medical ninjas, he was also interested in the poisonous side of medicine.

Genin Arc: Haseo took some time off, to train before actually joining a team, and taking missions. This is when his curiosity for poisonous plants and materials really bloomed. He spent about a year, learning how to cultivate and grow poisonous substances, and learning how to grind up plants, mix them with other substances, and make poisons. Haseo tested the poisons on caught animals, such as bunnies, and mice, and was quite astounded with what he could create.

After a while of testing, a profound interest with the color white took hold of him. Because of his Hyuuga bloodline, the white eyes, he wanted to be thought of as feared among his enemies. This is when he started using his white colored poisons to fight, rendering his victims immobile by the end of the fight, even though they were supposed to be friendly spars. This is how he came to adorn the nickname: The White Void. He couldn't really train any farther on his own, so he sent a message to the Kazekage, asking to be put on a team.

Role-Play Sample:
Depends on the situation, I can do a lot more if it is a battle or something very important. This is from another site, and it is simply talking.

Kin sat there, and noticed that the boy had started speaking again. This time, he spoke about his burns, bragging about how badly injured the other person was. Kin thought this was strange, and wondered if all the young shinobi in the sky Village were this cocky. He also said that he was a victim of his pop art. Kin immediately thought that this person either manipulated ink, and the bags he had were filled with art supplies, or that he made some sort of explosive sculptures, and then used those to fight. Kin was very interested in this young person, as he was a bit of a strange individual.

The young man also started talking about the second part of the exams, and how he had met a suna shinobi that wore a large sand gourd. Of course this was Seichi, as he was one of the only Suna shinobi here in the Sky Village, and the only one of them that used sand as a form of combat. He also asked if Kin had joined the exams.

"I did, but..... I failed early." Kin stated shyly, and with a very sad look on his face.

He was slightly ashamed of himself, as the written exam questions were very easy, but he had done a simple mistake, which caused him to fail the exam. This sort of personified Kin in essence. He had made tiny mistakes most of his life, that cost him his parents, his body, and now his chance of becoming a better ninja. Kin started to slouch down, and looked directly into his lap. He didn't really want to talk anymore because of how sad he was, and he didn't even really want to watch the fight anymore, because it was just going to remind him of how he didn't get to showcase his skills as a shinobi.

This also got him thinking that he had no real skills as a shinobi, and Kin then stood up, out of his seat, intent on leaving. He bowed to the young man, his large ax Ono showing some of its metal, as the wrapping had come off partially because of Kin sitting on it without changing its position. Kin didn't think he was very good with the ax, but it served him well... along with being a very menacing looking weapon. He started to walk away once he bowed to the young person, never getting his name, and started to inch his way out of the stadium.

Medical/Bastardized Use: This jutsu was used to test people's bodies with experimental procedures, so the actual person wasn't harmed or at risk, but Haseo found a much better use for it in combat.

I believe this needs to be described better. Because there are so many poisons and toxins it is hard to cure then all in a simple drug. I believe reducing the effects of a drug is more fitting item.

I believe I've fixed everything, except the poison origin.

I didn't put an origin to them, as it wasn't on the template. If it is truly necessary, I will add them, since it will be fairly easy.

Kekkei Genkai Knowledge needs to be properly explained, you cannot simply meta-game having knowledge to peoples clans so depending on the elaborated version of that Special Characteristic will depend on whether it is removed or not.

This technique is very out there. I have a few problems with it

1. You say it can leech chakra from the intended individual, is that for any distance?
2. You say it can perform the last jutsu the person used, but it only has 1/10 of the users chakra. So what if that technique was S rank or costs more then the doll has?
3. This technique in general is way more than C Rank. Even if you do scale it C-S. The ability to transform a doll into a living person from a strand of their DNA is pretty upper level, possibly forbidden. Although, I do admit that my opinion is bias. So unless you can put up a good arguement on why this technique should be scaled C-S I'm going to have to ask you to remove it.
