Day Three.
The Chuunin Examinations were finally ready to come to an end, after all the hard work that was put into them it came down to just two competitors. The last two Genin were representatives from Kumogakure and Kirigakure which of course meant Sunagakure had been completely eliminated. Taking his seat with Ahora, he’s fellow to two also taking their respected seats as the Sunagakure representatives would still stick around to watch the Grand Finale before heading back home, Arashii looked down at the area floor again, which was once again as good as new. Soon after the area was settled into their seats Arashii would stand once more, as he had the two days before would announce the match for the last time. “What we have all been waiting for, the Grand Finale is here at last!” Arashii announced projected his voice across the Arena as the crowd cheered like they had every other time. This event was surely an exciting one, seeing the up and coming talent battle for their village in such a passionate way.
“The Grand Finales competitors are Yamazaru, Kinu of Kumogakure no Sato!” the crowd went insane with cheers; Arashii swore for a moment he felt the ground below him vibrate, the response was extremely overwhelming. It took a while for them to calm down but once they did Arashii would announce his opponent, though the crowd was already aware of who it was, they still waited in anticipation just to hear the Mizukage say his name. “And his opponent from Kirigakure no Sato-“ Arashii couldn’t even finish, the crowd roared ferociously for their home town hero as Arashii forced his voice over the noise. “Kuma, Jinno!” hearing the Mizukage finish his sentence the crowd screamed as loud as they could, just the introductions alone were causing sound an effect on the arena, they would have a huge part of this match in the momentum they would supply to both the Genin. Every time something in this match happened, Arashii knew the crowd would react and loudly, he hoped the Genin were ready to put on quite a show, because that’s what everybody was here to see. Arashii sat back in his seat as the Genin approached the centre, Kinu from the north and Jinno from the south, meeting each other almost right in the middle of the exam, only a few metres away. The crowd continued to cheer at the stare down as the bell sounded, the gong of the giant object vibrating throughout Chaos Arena as the crowd went insane with noise once more, the match had officially begun, who would emerge victorious; time would tell.

| ~~~ The time had finally came, the epitome of the glorious trilogy of matches that lead to one powerful Genin becoming a Chuunin in their village. Kinu was overwhelmed by pride and honor for knowing the he'd made it this far in the competition. The love he was receiving from different villages was warming to his young soul. So many people deriving from so many villages, each face unique to their nation yet all containing the same joy from the exam. Now that the trials and tribulation of the preliminary processes were over, it seems as though the bonds of the young fighters started to mend again. Friendship flew in the air unlatched by any hand who wanted to secure it, everyone was enjoying each others company and for once in many years proud of each others strength. Since yesterday Kinu was bombarded with kids his age and even those who he'd fought, all wanted to congratulate him for his victory in his second match. They tugged and pulled on his tattered clothing further shredding whatever fabrics he had left. Although overwhelming it was nice being the center of attention for a moment, in honesty Kinu ravished in the small fame he was achieving. He thought about if his opponent was enjoying his equal half of the fame as well. For the next day the two young ninja would clash forming the eclipse of the chuunin exams. Cloud of Mist will merge in this final match, and which will overpower the other only time will tell.
This was a long journey for Kinu, a journey from being the 'snorky' child in his village to now being the confident shinobi who fought with the pride of his village. He'd grown a lot these last few weeks and so much he'd barely recognized himself in the mirror. He was maturing, growing, and no matter who shall claim victorious in this match he will always be the winner in his now fierce heart. He'd endured the long mentally challenging of the first match by sitting upon a classroom and using his intellect and literature to show his mental strength. Even with the many cheaters who used sly techniques to accumulate information from others to cheat their exam, Kinu sat there using his own mind to answer. Jumping upon the decieving stones in the second exam Kinu made it across with only a bruised ankle. Defeating two of the most powerful ninja he'd ever came across in this third match and still managing to prosper through the turmoil. He was the 'ultimate shinobi' and he would be the victor in this final match.
The northern door of the arena grumbled and dust fell from its edges as the seemily old door started to depart. A black line formed in the center of the perfectly conjoined black doors and light slid through the slip. Standing behind the opening door Kinu couldn't help but smile into the light. Being freshly cleaned in the Mist's oasis, eating a great meal in the challengers room and gaining a new attire to compensate for his old destroyed one, he felt amazing. Maybe he'll model it off as he walked down the arena he thought. The doors finally opened wide enough for him to walk through and he did so proudly. Although the mist from the village coated the suns bleeding rays Kinu could still somehow feel warmth upon his face. He looked to the joyous faces of the audience and waved contently. He worked his new sleeveless Cloud Village hood, sweatpants, and even his new bandanna with the cloud villages crest in the center. He looked older and grown, a Chuunin. He'll probably base his new attire off of what he was currently wearing, he liked the bandit type look.
The center of the arena didn't take a toll on his nervousness like it usually did in his last two matches. He became quickly accustomed to its death-like presence which could probably intimidate the most powerful fighter. Something about the quiet circle he presumed. Retrieving a kunai from his chest pocket he hooked it into his index finger and watched as his opponent made his way towards him in the southern direction. He seemed pretty lame compared to Kinu's expectations but from his muscle proportions Kinu could tell he was a physical fighter. Good. So far he hadn't fought a hand-to-hand specialist since he's been here, it would be nice getting physical once in a while. As the boy made his way to the center Kinu continued to twirl his kunai presumptuously. His jaded eyes were fixated on the young boy, ready to match any physical movement he made. Kinu's right leg shifted back, his torso turning parallel to his now angled pelvis, dropping his guard just slightly. With the kunai still in his hand he waited for his opponent to make the first move, but with surely he knew it may be his last. |

| Jinno sighed as he got ready for his next round. He sat down quietly in the into the hall that leaded towards the south entrance of the Arena. By now he was already quite used to this situation. But even tough he had reached the finale the thrill of the event had dulled. Being the only survivor of the hosting village there was a lot of pressure on him to perform better then his opponents. So far it all went well but he had to pay for his victory's still dearly. Even tough he was told to take it easy on he had been training for the past few days. The last fight was upon him.
Jinno was wearing his normal repaired attire but underneath his cloth was a layer of bandages covering his upper body and arms. His wounds where healed but still he kept them on. It might always be handy to have around a set. He sighed softly again as he stood up. His ninja tool pouches filled again and ready to go. As where the two drinking bags he had hanging over his shoulders. All the preparations where taken. Now he could only go and meet this last challenge head on.
As his name was called out he walked outside into the arena. But the cheerful genin who started of on this tournament now looked more grim then ever. The experiences he had gained during this exams would most likely help him to shape up becoming a great shinobi. But he wasn't a kid anymore who enjoyed the attention he got. He was a fighter who served his village whit every part of his being. He looked up at his opponent as he reached the center of the arena.
"My congratulations for getting this far as well... Lets do both our villages proud." He respectfully greatest his opponent whit a nod of his head before Slowly getting in his own fighting stance. So this guy was a taijutsu fighter too he heard. It might be a interesting experience to learn from whatever he would win or not. Raising one hand into a defensive stance whit his palm extended to the other kid he waited for the signal of the match to start to ring.
The moment the bell sounded his hand went to his tool pouch. Picking out 3 shuriken he threw them at his opponent to make the first move before grabbing a kunai as well. This guy was obviously more experience then Jinno was so he had to play it clever and watch out. Any mistake could be his last. And even tough he wouldn't mind ending second, first place is always better. Whit a small smile on his face he heads of forwards to his opponent. Waiting for how he would react to him closing in. |

| ~~~ "My congratulations for getting this far as well... Lets do both our villages proud." Commented the boy with a honorable nod of his head. Kinu responded with the same gesture and a small subtle smile. He eyes were still glued to the young boy of course, he watched as he took his position a few meters from himself and entered his own fighting stance. His however was the most promising Kinu had ever seen from his challenges so far. In both his last matches Kinu paid close attention to the forms of his opponents, neither of which could take a stable stance which balanced both offensive and defensive like Jinno's. Even in some situations in the heat of battle they've even forgotten to protect their faces from attack, which of course Kinu exploited greatly. He studied his form for both weak points and posture. One of his hand were extended to a palm while the other in defensive in front of his body. Judging from the open palm Kinu could see he was a reflective fighter who rather countered then struck. These were seemingly a nuisance because their movements were so fluid and unpredictable, yet most of them lacked offensive in which Kinu excelled at. However Kinu was a elite well rounded fighter who was capable of outmatching nearly anyone his level in physical combat, that toppled by his bestial prowess allowed him to wreck enemeies with brute power and feline gracefulness. Having already calculated three weak points in Jinno's form and four ways to attack he numerically played each one in his mind like chess.
The moment the bell rang Jinno's hand slicked into his pockets and retrieved three fine shurkien from the pouch. "Hasty fellow.." Kinu whispered while paying only minor consideration to the obvious weapon attack. The shurken slid across each others surfaces as they fanned through Jinno's fingers, overlapping each other in a trinity like formation. He also grabbed a kunai which had a different throwing mechanic then shuriken, so he'll either hold that weapon or throw it with his other hand Kinu thought. If he planned to hold on the weapon it'll only be futile in the long run, from that movement alone Kinu could tell he had some degree of fear for Kinu in terms of physical combat. He should of course, but Kinu's entire body was a versatile weapon, he didn't need a five inch blade to make him stronger. He could easily shatter every bone in Jinno's face with one hit, a weapon could never be up to par with a true taijutsu master.
The blades streamed through the air and paced towards Kinu, all aiming towards his head and high torso area. Behind the blades Jinno noticeably ran behind the shurkens twirling images as soon as they released from his hands. A common movement for closing in on a target and providing some sort of distraction, but easily avoidable to those who premeditated the assault. Kinu hunched down on the ground in a spiral movement, refacing Jinno and watching the blades fly over his head. They wheeled over him in instant screeches and continued off to the distance. Releasing the ancient power of his sealing, Kinu invoked the powers of the squid. Four colossal tentacles sprouted from each of his sleeves, and stormed to Jinno who was making his way towards Kinu. These silver tentacles are very powerful and resourceful, able to crush people within their grasps as well as encase a target in all directions which Kinu intended to do. The tentacles stormed towards Jinno's direction in all angles, some attack from the right, left, bottom, and even up top. Jinno would be incapable of dodging a technique that attacked in all angles, for any movement he performed a tentacle would tangle him instantly. He'll only have moments before they latch and constrict him to death. Kinu performed a few hand-seals as well, his next move could either bathe Jinno in fire, or even nothing at all.

- Name: Animal Sealing: Squid Tentacle Arms
Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Description: This is a technique unique to members of the Yamazaru Clan. By releasing the seal that takes the form of a tenticle on the clan members body, they can release the special abilities which were bestowed within the seal using the clans unique Animal Sealing method. This technique projects several squid tentacles from within the user's clothing (four from each sleeve). These tentacles usually emerge from the users shirt. These tentacles are very versatile, as they can grapple, throw, bind, and suction down upon the target. The user is able to use chakra combined within the seal to gain some control over them, and it is even possible to use these extensions to climb up walls, as they can suction to the surface of objects. The user can use this technique for as long as they wish to sustain it, it can be cancelled at anytime or is cancelled when they are destroyed. |

| Jinno observed what would happen. He had only heard vaguely about this guys power and only that it involved animals in some way. The blades he threw before only where meant to test his reaction. Whit a calm look he followed the blades and watched how you managed to dodge them. He was a taijutsu specialist as well judging from his movements. He didn't let any movement go to vain. His skills where admirable but so far he hasn't showed of anything special or unique yet. So he couldn't let his guard down just yet.
The moment he dodged the shuriken is when it happened. Suddenly 8 tentacle like things appeared from his sleeves. 4 from each side. Jinno's eyes widened a bit as he saw that. What was this for strange techniques. He gritted his teeth and before the tentacles enclosed him he threw the kunai he was holding past them towards his opponent. It seemed that they tried to close him in. But he wouldn't back out or turn away. He would break trough.
Using his other free hand he opened up one of the drinking bags that he was carrying whit him. He smiled clearly happy to fight somebody of this caliber here and formed a hand seal. Suddenly water came flowing out of the drinking bag and started to wrap itself around his fist. The watter started to increase in volume and spinned around fiercer and fiercer as he closed in to the tentacle that was in front of him.
Combining his physical strenght whit his ninjutsu he slammed his hand forwards towards the tentacle that blocked his way forward. Whit a strong trust he slammed the water into the tentacle causing the two to clash. But whit a small adjustment of his movement the water pushed the tentacle asside long eneugh for the small genin to slip past it. The water released from this attack headed in a strong blast towards his opponent now too right behind the kunai as Jinno determined entered his opponents teritory.

Name: Waving palm crash Type: Ninjutsu / Taijutsu Rank: C Element: Water Description: This technique utilises ninjutsu to enhance his taijutsu. The user gathers water around his arm out of the environment or out of the moisture in the air. (If hidden mist technique is used). Once his arm is covered by water completely he charges at his enemy and delivers a strong palm strike. When it hits the water will blast forward and blasts the enemy backwards and knocking them of their feet. If the attack doesn't hits the water is launched of in a orb like shape and still contains quite a knock back effect if it hits something.

| ~~~ Crouching amongst the ground like a viper in the sand, Kinu's calm and collected composure remained resilient by his fierce desire to ensnare his opponent. His deep pupils flexed between his crystalline iris's with Jinno's face reflected upon their surface. Inside the tunnel vision of Kinu, only Jinno stood clearly in the nexus of the blurred edges. The focus at which Kinu could perform was outstanding to say the least, his entire being was fixated on the movements of the young boy, adopting and translating every motion he performed like a true reader of movements. Each step by Jinno made his closer to reaching Kinu's eight tentacles which slithered towards him like something in a horror story. Kinu could feel their shafts gliding across his arm which kept extended until they were long enough to clash with the mist ninja. Hearing his sleeves rattle with intensity and then coming to a halt was the indicator that they were ready to strike.
Jinno who suspiciously continued with his trail to Kinu opened the strange jug which he carried by him. Kinu paid notice to it when he first saw the young boy but didn't think twice about it. Although he knew it was on his garments for a reason, he didn't think his sac of water would serve much purpose rather than having a quick drink, until now of course. Water of deep blue color hissed out of the jugs openings and curved around the fists of Jinno like a snake. They engulfed his fists with liquid fluidity and spun with increasing velocity. Water Release techniques were so last generation Kinu thought, and espite this interesting move Kinu stood crouched in his spot like stone, secure in his own ability and unhindered by weak techniques. He began to calculate distinct advantages he had over Jirro from then on, processing information through his mind like a perplex math problem.
Jirro hurled his water empowered fists forward which collided with one of Kinu's tentacles. Although Kinu had no physical connections to the tentacles he could feel the pressure rippling up the tentacles body and into his arm. Although most ninja in Kinu's place would only try to overpower Jinno, Kinu on the other hand was an intellectual thinker. Not focusing on the attacked tentacle, he focused his attention to the other seven which passed Jinno as he made his way through them. With a flex of his arm, Kinu motioned those tentacles to enclose the Jinno from behind as well as proportioning their bodies equally around him, forming bars around Jinno. As he slipped past Kinu's focused tuned back in and he saw both a kunai and a water sphere hurling at his direction. They were moving very fast but luckily Kinu caught them in time. Already crouched on the ground, Kinu flexed his leg muscles and sent that momentum to his core. Using that conjoined power he leaped upward into the air and rotated upside down in one graceful motion. Although quick, unfortunately he wasn't fast enough to avoid the kunai from cutting his arm, but he would rather get cut then propelled by the water attack, he hated getting wet.
Jinno foolishly continued his stride towards Kinu like a moth would to the lantern light. Kinu finally finished the equation he was processing in his mind and calculated the advantages he had over the other boy. One being that his elemental chakra was aligned to that of water, which meant bad news for Jinno. According to Kinu's lessons on the chakra elements in his old academy, water was strong against fire, but weak against earth. Seeing as how one of Kinu's affinities was that of the earthen element, he had a natural advantage of Jinno seeing as how he an easily counter his water Jutsu with his earth attacks. Furthermore, having used his water consumption in that last technique, he expends his water usage some although he may have a little bit left. Seeing as how the water pool was on the other side of the arena, he had no water at his disposal to prepare for whats coming next. Last, he was caged in Kinu's tentacles which took the liberty of forming a barred tunnel around Jinno with no escape. Forming a few hand seals, it was time to show the audience the true monstrosity of one of the most dangerous elements in the world, Fire.
Fire Release: Dragon Fire Jutsu! Fire stormed out of the young ninja's mouth in a ever blazing stream along the cords of the tentacles body. The flames were so bright and intense it was blinding to even Kinu who exhaled the destructive flame. Roaring like that of a dragon, the flames shot through the tentacles and engulfed everything around Jinno in molting flame. The ground beneath the fire vortex molted with the heat, and the air above it sizzled with pain. Jinno, who was dead center of Kinu's tentacles was engulfed by the intense flames, and would surely be incinerated by the dragon fire. Haven being caged inside the tentacle's formation and even bypassing the one which ran along the middle, he trapped himself in the heart of the flame. Flickering, substituting, and even praying wouldn't help, the flame erupted too quickly and he was way too close to avoid it seeing as how he was silly enough to keep running towards Kinu. By the time he even performed a hand seal he would destroyed by flames. This fight was over.
