Just like always; the weather was hot, but would you really expect any different in the village of Sunagakure? Those who were not born or used to the environment probably grew tired of it, but luckily, our green haired kunoichi had not only grew up in Sungakure no Sato, but she was quite the activity-seeking individual. All the heated climate allowed her to do many things of interest outside. For that, Tsukina Hara thanked Sunagakure no Sato's weather. She was usually dressed for such, too. Short sleeved white belly-shirt, orange cargo flak-jacket with matching orange cargo mini-skort, brown flip-flops, and white hip pouch. Oh, but how could you miss her red and black goggles, too? So, as you can imagine, the green haired kunoichi was once again outside and playing. Simply jump roping, in fact. A few children around her age were around the area, but otherwise, Tsukina was playing alone. She didn't mind, though.

Dressed in yella'
Went up stairs to kiss her fella'
Made a mistake
And kissed a snake
How many doctors
Did it take?
One, two, three, four..."

The girl had begin singing a rhyme in rhythm of her jump roping. Where she had even heard it from was beyond her, but it added onto the fun. As she continued counting with every successful jump she made over her handmade rope. "How could Cinderella mistake a snake for her prince?" a random nearby boy questioned. He then licked his ice cream cone, awaiting an answer. A girl beside him gave him a stumped look only to also question the jump roping rhyme. "And doesn't Cinderella wear like, a light blue dress?" upon the girl's question, the boy returned the stumped look. "Light blue? I thought it was white or... Ivory or something?" he responded. The girl looked surprised as she took a lick of her own ice cream cone. "Pff, I'm pretty sure she only wears a pink dress and then a light blue dress." the girl replied with more confidence as if she now was sure she was right. "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Pink? First it's yellow, then light blue, then white, now it's pink?!"

"No, you idiot! I'm talking about a different dress!" she gritted her teeth in irritation as she now began eating her ice cream rather than licking it. "Well, excuse me for my lack of education in princesses." he sarcastically commented. He kicked a small rock. Tsukina found herself torn between answering the two out of common courtesy and continuing to keep track of how many times she jumped just right. Although, it wouldn't matter anymore because the small rock the boy had kicked made it's way over to Tsukina, which she then proceeded to trip on and screw up her jump roping streak. "Aw, sorry 'bout that!" the boy apologized after seeing what he had cause. The green haired kunoichi scratched the back of her head and gave him a half smile. "Ah, it's okay. About the questions, though... I think the only reason she's dressed in yellow is to rhyme with her name, you know? Same thing with mistake and snake. It's only cause it rhymes."

"Ohhh." both boy and girl spoke in unison. It was as if someone just explained to them the meaning of life. "That makes sense." the girl pipped up. "Yeah, totally." the boy agreed as they both nodded. Tsukina giggled. It was then her attention was drifted away to more children. They approached with overall friendliness and plopped themselves down on a bench; all eating ice cream and chit chatting. What was with all the ice cream? The green haired girl scratched the back of her head. Their wasn't any harm in asking, right? "Um... What's with all the ice cream? I've seen almost eight different people with ice cream today." they all looked at her question with surprise, once again. "Haven't you heard? The Izuka Emporium just came out with a new ice cream flavor! It's like a mix of strawberry, vanilla, and cranberry."

"Oo, spiffy!" Tsukina's eyebrows rose. "Cranberry? I thought it was Banana!" another random boy of the group exclaimed. "Yeah, so did I!" a girl agreed. The rest looked at them as if they might be stupid or perhaps 'off their meds'. "Oh, but you should go while you can! We just came back and their wasn't a very large line at all! Better hurry before it's crowded, again!" another girl cheered on. "Yeah!" the rest exclaimed; agreeing and eating their ice cream happily. The green haired kunoichi reached into her orange cargo mini-skort to check for her money. She concluded she definitely had enough. After all, it was only a simple scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone. With a simple flick of her wrists; her red goggles were over her eyes and she was speed walking the fastest she could to reach the ice cream. One could say perhaps she was being a little too speedy and not so careful.

((I want to join, about time I tried to be active, lolz.))

Haseo was out and about, as it was his day off. He didn't need to study any of his normal things, and today was one of the few days that he was free to do whatever he felt like. Haseo walked outside, and his messy black hair instantly absorbed some of the sun's heat. It was an effective umbrella for his face, and the sand wasn't too flattering to his pure white vest. He was walking around, and simply enjoying the sights and sounds of the village, and saw a few kids with ice cream cones. Haseo's stomach growled at the sight of the delicious cold treat, and it would be a great way to combat the harsh weather. He activated his byakugan, and found a bunch of kids heading away from a shop, and Haseo assumed that the shop was where the ice cream was being sold. He quickly started jogging there, and got there in just under a minute. It was good time, and Haseo slowly walked towards the very small line that there was.

Before he walked into the store and ordered his ice cream, he had to check his small coin pouch to make sure he had brought enough casual spending money with him that day. As he reached into his pocket, the small coins jingled, and he pulled them out to count them in his hand. Suddenly, a green haired girl bumped into him, and it made his money go everywhere. In a very swift circular motion, Haseo swiped all of the coins out of the air, and positioned his other hand to catch the girl, if the bump caused her to fall. Haseo may be ruthless in battle, but this was a simple collision in an ice cream shop. Haseo quickly recovered, and put the change back in his pocket, knowing he had more than enough to buy two scoops of ice cream.

"Are you injured?" Haseo asked the green haired girl, in his dark, emotionless tone. It was hard to tell when Haseo was actually asking a question, as he usually didn't show any emotion, even though he was concerned for this person. He didn't want anyone to be hurt because of him, if they didn't need to be.

And so he leapt. His body moved through the air, the wind rippling around him as it surrounded his short frame, a cage of warm desert air. Within a few seconds, his body touched down on the next roof along his path, his feet sliding slightly across the grooved roof tiles as he came to a halt in a crouched position. Oh how he loved that feeling, it was the closest thing to flight he could experience. Stand to his full height, (however short that may be) his pale white eyes gazed up upon the blue sky, cloudless as it stood, the vast ocean above a desert. "A pity we are not able to fly amongst the birds, to ride the clouds, not bound by to this Earth in it's mastery over it" he looked forward, gazing through the village as he continued his thought, "Yet, perhaps it is a good thing, for if we were too masters of the sky, we would lay waste to it as we have the land."

Kaito looked ahead of him, judging the distance of the next jump as he ran towards the ledge of this roof, his feet carefully placed on the tile to avoid slipping. And he leapt once more, falling through the air for a moment until he landed upon the next roof, which was several feet shorter than the previous. It was at this moment he heard the sound of a girl singing north of his position.

A smirk crossed his face as he moved to the north end of this roof “Let’s go see what this is shall we?” Kaito sat on the edge of the roof watching the girl below as she jumped above the thin rope, careful not to trip or stumble over it while singing the tune. Her hair was a bright green, which was an odd color in itself, standing out from Kaito’s norm of black hair. Kaito watch the girl with an odd hair color for a few minutes as she began discussing something, rather loudly with a nearby boy. The shape of an evil smirk grew into place on Kaito’s face as an idea formulated in his head. Reaching down into his hip pouch, he pulled out a kunai, aiming to throw it and sever the jump rope, hoping to cause the girl to stumble. However as he looked back up at his target, he noticed she has stumbled upon a small rock and fallen already. "We'll that's no fun!" he thought, sighing as he returned his weapon to it’s proper place.

Kaito kept his eyes upon the young girl as she chatted with one of the boys, the two exchanging words for several moments before they headed off towards the local ice cream shop rather quickly. Kaito followed on the rooftops, hoping to gain some amusement from these events. Obviously not paying attention to where she was going, the young girl soon ran into a boy who waited in line. Coins flew into the air and in a coordinated effort the boy caught the coins, and aimed to catch the girl were she to fall. A smirk crossed his face as he hopped off the low building and onto the sandy earth below. "Looks like I may get some fun after all." Putting on an accusatory mask he glared at the green haired girl and began to yell "DONT TRUST HER! She was trying to pick your pockets. I saw it all!" His hand flashed up pointing directly at the green haired girl. "Let's see how this plays out."

OOC: I apologize for the shortness and the lateness. I've been arguing with a particularly vicious bout of writer's block of late and it seemed I could scarcely nudge the block to allow the smallest of ideas through.

Oblivious to Tsukina, she had began speed walking so fast that should someone get in her way, she would surely bump into them. Of course, as if something from a predictable movie, the kunoichi found herself in such a position. Having been unable to stop; her body was smashed into an unsuspecting boy. "Ah!" she exclaimed upon impact. She could of swore she heard some coins jingle in the process and began to worry she had caused quite the mess for the two of them. As she found herself loosing balance and beginning to fall; another being kept her up. The somewhat flustered green haired girl blinked through her red tinted goggles and stared at the boy. She let out a held breath and recomposed herself. After being balanced out once again, the girl bowed her head at the boy courteously before speaking.

"No, I'm perfectly fine! A little flustered, but fine. Thank you, though. Sorry for bumping into you, I was rushing and wasn't really paying attention. It was my fault, really." she spoke; eyes holding sincerity even should it be difficult to see them through her red tinted goggles. She gave the boy a sheepish half smile and a short awkward giggle before something caught her off guard. It was yelling and if Tsukina had perceived it correctly; a boy's yell. Probably around her age, too. Then again, you could never be too sure these days. It was awfully close, so she began to wonder. 'Who's her? Pick pocket? Where is she? Did she try to take from me by chance while I was too distracted with the whole bump-in accident?' the kunoichi questioned with great curiosity as she quickly scanned and browsed the area for the so called pick pocketress. Many other citizens appeared to have stopped to look. They all directed their wandering gaze at the green haired girl. 'What? Why're they all staring? Is she really that close to me? Maybe she's behind me? Maybe the boy I ran into is actually a girl??' she foolishly came up with as she whipped her head around.

Finally, it came to her senses to look over at the accuser, hoping that perhaps he was pointing at said thief and she'd be able to find them. However, she found herself quite surprised by the the accuser's direction of pointing. It was at her. Her mouth parted in shock; the audience's gaze over her making much more sense. She was being accused of attempting to steal from the boy she had ran into. The girl placed a hand over her chest as if the boy's pointing had some how sent a knife through her heart. Words sure did hurt. She shook her head abruptly in defiance and disagreement. "M-Me? I'm not a thief! Or a pick pocketress!" she spoke in her defense. It probably sounded a little odd hearing pick pocketress rather than pick pocketer, but in Tsukina's opinion, the er was more male oriented.

"I don't have have any real reason to pick pocket him, anyways! I have my own spending money! It's plenty enough for what I need!" she retorted whilst taking a few coins and bills from her mini-skirt pocket; show casing them to the accuser and the boy she bumped into. "I was only rushing to get ice cream while the line was short! Honestly!" she added in a final note and took off her goggles; resting them on top her head while looking at the boy she had bumped into with a hopeful gleam in her green eyes. Tsukina didn't like leaving bad impressions, let alone the impression of a criminal. What sensible person did?

Haseo looked down at he girl that had fallen into his arms, as she was attractive to the eye. Not the formal attractiveness that was often seen in glamor magazines or movies, but she stuck out from the rest of the Suna people, due to her strange green hair and red goggles. Haseo quickly released his hand from her midsection once she stood up, and she explained to him that she was alright. Haseo felt the attraction to her, as he was also not a native to Suna, in the traditional sense. He had come her in his mother's womb from Konoha, and he was from a powerful clan there, as his byakugan proudly stated. She looked into Haseo's eyes, and Haseo looked clearly passed the goggles, and into her eyes, which appeared to be a strange dark green. Haseo loved the color white, and it was almost an obsession or metal illness to him, as most colors annoyed him. He preferred shades rather than colors, but green was one hat he like, apparently. Haseo simply bowed back to her, after she spoke, and then noticed someone had come down from the rooftops, and started to point at the girl.

Some random person had accused her of being a pick pocket, and the girl apparently didn't know it was her that the man was pointing at. Haseo quickly remembered what her hands were doing once he had caught her, and it wasn't trying to rifle into his pockets for money. Haseo sighed, as another Suna person was apparently a deviant and a trickster. He was definitely trying to spark some sort of conflict, but Haseo didn't really get angry about things very often, so it was an ill attempt. What Haseo did enjoy, however, was giving delinquents a good insult, especially when they try to accuse women of something morally wrong. As the girl defended herself, she turned back to Haseo, taking the goggles off this time, to try and make her point more clear. People had indeed begun to stare, and Haseo took this limited time to put his hand on the girl's shoulder softly, hopefully sending a signal of warmth and trust.

He then turned to the people that started to stare, some young, some older, and it seemed that the accusation had caused quite a gathering around the ice cream shop. Haseo then looked back at the boy who had tried to instigate the fight, and looked him up and down. He then focused his byakugan on the boy's eyes. It appeared that this boy was also a Hyuga clan member, but a slightly less civil one. This meant that he wasn't quite in tune with the ways of the Hyuga, even if he did use their fighting style. "Fellow Hyuga, it isn't proper to point fingers, especially when a woman is the one going to get hurt by them. Please take back your statement, or I shall have to challenge you to a duel." Haseo stated this coldly, and with a quite serious face, as a woman's honor was at stake here... and ice cream.

Kaito’s eyes were etched with amusement as his little ploy played out perfectly, the girl was flustered and confused, as she knew she was in no manner a “pick-poketress’. He continued speaking in a calm tone as he responded to the girls defensive cries in her favor. "Ahh, but perhaps you are a ‘pick-pocketress’ whom steals only because she can and not because she needs it? And of course you would deny my claim, you aren't likely to admit it are you?", Kaito tapped the area right beside his eyes as he walked through the crowd towards the girl. “After all, these eyes see everything and what possible reason would I have to lie” His face was calm to those gazing over the situation, but within himself he was bursting with amusement. ”Other than to amuse my self of course.“ he finished in my head.

”Such a pitiful thing to do, pick-pocketing this poor boy, merely because you are greedy“ Kaito shook his head in disgrace as he locked at the girl, still finding her green hair and red goggles a bit odd. It was after he said this that Kaito heard the boy speak, predictably rising up to the occasion and defending the girl. He eyed him as he continued walking closer to them, at a slow pace. The boy was also a Hyuuga, as Kaito could tell by looking at his eyes, but the foolish child seem to hold some idiotic concept of honor by the sound of his words.”A duel really? A fight before even having the slightest idea of your opponents skill level? How idiotic“

A grin spread across Kaito’s face, "Oh? What's this?" his arrogance seeped through as Kaito walked towards the two, eyeing the boy as he walked closer. ”Another Hyuuga...how interesting...” He kept the grin on his face, with a slight glint of sudden interest within his eyes as he spoke again. ”What was that boy?“, he put extra emphasis on ‘boy’ as he spoke, his condescending attitude easily coming through his words. ”You are going to fight me if I dont apologize?“ His quiet footsteps through the sand brought him to stand face to face with the other two, but he was smart enough to stay roughly two arm lengths away as he spoke. ”Well I have no intention of rescinding my statement, for something as minor as this. After all it was just harmless fun harmless fun..“ A competitive glint grew in his eyes as these last words excited his mouth, ”I guess, given that I have no intention of obeying conditions, you will have fight scrawny ol’ me “ Kaito dropped into a defensive stance ,his feet spread evenly to give him balance and his arms positioned across his torso ready to counter if needed. He hadnt woke up today seeking a fight, only some harmless fun, but if the boy wanted a fight, Kaito wasnt going to back down. ”Perhaps today will be amusing after all“

Tsukina shifted her eyes between the crowds of on-lookers; embarrassed and quite displeased with her current situation. Some of the elders bared scolding like expressions while some of the younger audience appeared intrigued or anxious. Her cheeks burned a light pink as she had placed her own money back into her pocket, then beginning to fidget with the hem of her mini-skort. She watched as her accuser approached closer to her all the while still making her out to be a criminal with his objectifying statements. It was true she was displeased and embarrassed, but she was also starting to become rather irritated with the overall nature the boy carried with him. He seemed entitled and kind of smug like, really. While he was going out of his way to make a poor impression of the green haired girl, she found he was making a rather poor impression to her and the boy she had run into, as well.

"I'm not greedy and my actions are not pitiful. I wouldn't need to steal for fun, anyways, because I'm getting ice cream!" the kunoichi proceeded to defend herself whilst giving the accuser a rather mean glare. I mean, getting ice cream definitely equaled fun, right? Her logic sounded perfectly reasonable to her, anyways. She felt weight and warmth upon her shoulder; that being the hand of the boy she had run into. It made her feel a little more positive about the situation. He appeared to trust her and she mentally cheered in relief. Tsukina had to admit, she was rather taken aback by how proper and up front the boy was. Her eyebrows rose in surprise and her mouth parted open. 'How gentleman like!' she exclaimed in her head at the thought of the boy dueling in her defense. It almost made her blush more, but for reasons beyond embarrassment.

Of course, the prankster of a shinobi merely seemed intrigued. He grinned; radiating a large amount of hauteur. The green haired girl furrowed her eyebrows in distaste with his attitude. 'Boy? He's just a boy himself.' she grumbled in her head as she placed her hands on her hips. 'What a lying lair! And just how exactly is this harmless fun?! This isn't fun, this sucks!' she yelled once more in her head, in protest with the rather astounding opinions the accuser was spewing out. Tsukina should have known the boy wouldn't want to apologize. His arrogance seemed solid proof and wouldn't let anything slide by. He proceeded to drop in a defensive stance. Some of the crowd and on lookers gasped while other's watched on for more. While it wasn't really any of their business, they were in a quite bustling public setting.

The green haired girl glowered before turning to the boy she had bumped into with a more softer expression. "I never got your name, but I'm Tsukina Hara, and while I really do appreciate you defending me; you certainly don't have to fight him for me." she spoke before looking back at her accuser as well. "Not to mention we're in such a crowded public area, along with many small children. I mean, we're near ice cream, for Kami's sake. If this can't be let down, then I request this so called duel be in a more... Secluded location. I'd rather not, though... I just want ice cream." she stated before quickly adding on with her attention towards her accuser.

"Even if you have irked me."

Due to a few particular reasons; Topic End. A small wrap up is displayed below.

The audience stopped focusing their attention on the three and the lines for ice cream began to move more quickly again. The green haired girl proposed to buy her and the boy she had bumped into some ice cream; which they then did, but not without receiving more trouble from the prankster. He had got in line before them, thus decided to purposely take an overly stupid amount of time in deciding what flavor he wanted despite not even wanting ice cream all that much. They suffered in silence. After all three received their precious ice cream; the obnoxious boy bumped into another woman seemingly as an accident, but indirectly caused the woman to then bump into Tsukina which practically made her loose her ice cream cone. All three ate within the same area; Kaito and the green haired girl whipping dirty looks at each other without the other knowing whenever they could. It wasn't until a large group of children re-approached the ice cream stand that caused the disobedient Hyuuga to loose focus of his chosen target, thus Tsukina and Haseo left the area after finishing their ice cream without further trouble. That was much to Kaito's displeasure, of course.
