[.Overview.]
- Spoiler:
Balance and Chaos
These are the two principals upon which the universe is built. All that was, all that is, and all that shall be are dictated by the flow of both balance and chaos. One cannot exist without the other, for without discord, there is no order. There is no understanding of peace, without first experiencing war. Nor can one understand the darkness, until they have seen the light. These are principles so basic that they become complex, the hidden truths within the world that guide the flow of the universe. Those that can understand these principals are endowed with limitless power, but those that use this power for selfish gain, without and understanding of maintaining the divide between balance and chaos, are torn apart as they fall into entropy.
This is the principal upon which the Tianzun Clan is built, the very foundation of their strength. This is the "Tao" of the clan. It is the path and doctrine, the guiding force of life.
Tao is the flow of the universe, the force behind the natural order, equating itself with the influence that keeps the universe balanced and ordered. For this order to be maintained there must be divide between ying and yang in equal proportions. Thusly, for the universe to be in harmony, there must be both good and evil within it, neither one gaining more threshold then the next, both being in perfect proportions. To attain perfect balance is to unlock infinite power, a foresight beyond what humans can achieve. This is the concept of Nirvana, which is a state of pure energy without either desire or need. It is said that only one human from the clan has ever achieved this state, a feat never to be reached again. Tao is associated with nature, and nature demonstrates the Tao. The shift of the seasons represent a balance between the elements, for no one season can claim dominance over the other without throwing the world into entropy, and all things that fall into disorder move towards an equilibrium. To the Tianzun, the best places of the world are those that experience equal proportions of all four seasons, and equal proportions of all the benefits and disadvantages that come from the progressive flow of a year. While there are places of the world that know only one season, whether it be the shivering cold of the Land of Snow, or the intense heat within the rain forests of the Land of Rain, the makeup of the world is still within order, for the two extremes balances each other out, with the central level being the regions of the world that know both extremes in perfect proportions. The Tao of nature can be understood from how the natural world around us possess qualities of both ying and yang. The rhythms of the world flow from day to night, from sun to moon. The tides rise, and they fall. When the world reaches the point where there is too great of balance, when the world around use has reached a state of peace, great natural disasters arise to resort chaos, and by the time the dead have settles, the world is once again at a state of order. In this sense, the Tianzun believe heavily in destiny, for while all individuals must find their own path in this world, they will eventually experience both balance and chaos, no one person ever being without either throughout their life. Karma dictates much of the world around us, for when one person is too arrogant from their joy of success, hardships arise to resort the order, and although they my curse the bad times that have brought with them misery, this is only because, unlike the Tianzun, they do not understand the importance of order.
Balance and Chaos are maintained through qi, which is the "energy flow" of the universe. In terms of the traditional shinobi, this energy is to readily understood as being chakra, the combination of spiritual or mind energy alongside physical energy, something that is innate within all living things. However, the truth is that energy appears in many forms, and there are strength of separate energy forms that chakra does not account for. However, while there are differences between Qi and chakra, there are also many similarities. Nothing living can survive without chakra, but once more this chakra cannot be without motion, for the universe it within a constant state of ebb and flow. This is the qi, the "energy flow", and at all times the qi must be maintained, or else the world falls into utter chaos. If the qi is ever stopped within a person, that person dies. Qi is the force behind the universe, but Qi is not without Li. This right there is the primary precept of the Tianzun. Those that only comprehend the Qi of life are above those that do not, but those that comprehend both the Qi and the Li are beyond all. People who purely understand Qi are excellent that molding and using their chakra, but this style of use is without the order the Tianzun demand from the world. Li is the pattern of flow, and while the Qi is the life-breath within us all Li is the order this life-breath takes. The regularity is required for life, and those that can understand this regularity can move ever closer to reaching the state of pure energy, to becoming one with Nirvana.
Ultimately, Tao is compared to what is not. Tao is everything around us, and the destination of the path is beyond existence. The Tao of the world is released through the complex concept of De, whcih is the active expression of Tao. De is the cultivations of the way, and it's principals are power, virtue, and integrity. All three of these are expressed within all living things through the energies of the body, emotions, and mind. Thusly, the De becomes the weapons used by the practitioners of Qi that possess Li. Through the following of Tao, and the practicing of De, the Tianzun seek to reach a state known as wu wei or wei wu wei, a state of "actions without action". The goal of wei wu wei is alignment with Tao, and thusly the rhythm of life becomes cyclical, revealing the soft and invisible power within all things. This means that the rhythm of life is cyclical. It is believed by Taoist that masters of wu wei can observe and follow this invisible potential, the innate in-action of the way. Wu wei itself is trained through meditation without movement, and very few ever are able to put this meditation into action without action. Taoist philosophy proposes that the universe works harmoniously according to its own way. When someone exerts his will against the world, he disrupts that harmony. Taoism does not identify man's will as the root problem, but rather it asserts that man must places his will in harmony with the natural universe.
Being that humans are no longer able to achieve a state of Nirvana, the Tianzun practice at maintaining a state of Pu, though which they bring themselves closer to pure energy. In a traditional sense, Pu is defined as an "uncut block", or "simplicity". This is but a metaphor for the state of wu wei and the principle of jian. This is a passive state of receptiveness. Pu is a symbol for a state of pure potential and perception without prejudice. In this state, Taoist believe everything is seen as it is, without preconception or illusion.
In a more complex sense, man is a microcosm for the universe, connected with all the aspects of the world. Most are blind to these connections, for they do not understand the pattern that the energy within humans is expressed into the world, though either power, virtue, or integrity. The body is tied directly the the five elements, each of the five main organs correlating with an element and direction. Each of the five basic elements, wind, fire, earth, lightning, and water is connected with the body in different ways. Each possesses a mental quality, which is effected with both a negative and positive emotion. Furthermore, beyond the sense of mind, the elements are connected with the body. Each element possesses a Zang[yin organ(s)] and a Fu[yang organ(s)]. These yin and yang organs determine what sensory organ, body part, body fluid, finger, sense, taste, smell, stage of life, and energy is most highly attune with the Tianzun. Each elemental affinity gives a Tianzun clansmen a different eye pattern for their elemental affinity. Allowing other clansmen to differentiate between their abilities.

[. The Kekkei Genkai.] Baiorizumu :: Biorhythm
As can be seen, the Tianzun clan is not based off of the user of any advanced element the clan itself draws on a Kekkei Genkai that is based off of their harmony with nature and the teachings of Taoist philosophy. The Tianzun bloodline limit is based off of energy manipulation, which opens near limitless potential. While they, like all shinobi clans, utilize chakra, they express their De through the utilization of Qi focused with concentration on the Li. The Tianzun clan possess specialized chakra that is highly integrated with their own particular Qi, which allows them to manipulate and target the opponent's body in ways that other shinobi cannot do. This specialized chakra is designed so that the Tianzun can target all the Harmony Points of the body [see below]. This allows for highly effective techniques that can cause chaos, or balance, within the body of the target, effecting the physical, emotional, and intellectual states and capabilities of the opponent. This in and of itself possesses amazing capabilities, and many advantages, but also comes with several disadvantages. On such disadvantage is that the Tianzun chakra nature is that of all fire basic elements. While this on a vague level sounds like a boon, it in fact means that the members of the Tianzun clan may not be able to perform normal elemental jutsu. OZnlt truly gifted members have that ability, which is determined at birth. While all members of the clan possess elemental chakra of all five nature from birth, this elemental chakra can only manifest itself in targeting the 12 channels of the body, all of which are attuned with one of the five basic elements. Thusly, the members of the clan can target points on all 12 channels, but are not able to perform traditional elemental techniques of the shinobi.
Biorhythm Chart
Every human body is divided into three types of Qi, which are expressed in the form of biorhythms. The harmony of these invisible rhythms determines the individuals harmony with nature and one's on balance or chaos within oneself. Biorhythms are the cycle of physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being within a person. The term itself is derived from both "bio" meaning life and "rhythm" pertaining to the flow with regular movement. Every individual's life is affected by rhythmic biological cycles. The personal ease of carrying out tasks related to the cycles can be effected by the manipulation of these rhythms within both the user's and the opponent's body. These innate rhythmes within the body control or initiate various biological processes and are classically composed of three cyclic rhythms that govern human behavior and demonstrate innate periodicity in natural physiological change: the physical, the emotional, and the intellectual cycles. These cycles relate to the power, virtue, and integrity, respectively. Each of these three main rhythms, which are the combination of one's Qi, are effected on by minor rhythms that are interconnected with each other, and this is why the biorhythms are so highly connected to harmony from within, so as to create harmony without. While at any given point an individual possesses a finite quantity of physical, emotional, and intellectual energy, the individual does not always use all of this energy at a time. As can be seen on the Biorhythm chart, when one of these energies is highest within the body it is at a peek of 100%, and reversely when it is lowest it is at -100%. While not even the Tianzun have the ability to push themselves or their targets beyond the full potential of any energy within a body, they can raise and low the levels with the use of their special chakra.
Types of Biorhythms :: Primary Rhythms
Circavigintan Rhythms .:.:. Phyiscal Energy The first of the three major types of Qi is expressed in the form of Physical Biorhythms. This is the cycle of energy that effect that physical well-being, and is most highly connected with the physical body of the individual. When viewed with the Enkatsu, this type of energy appears as the color green to the eyes of the Tianzun. Furthermore, because this energy is far more innate then the other forms, seeing as how the 12 channels are located throughout the body, this green energy appears as larger then most, and while the clear line of the channels and Tenkatsu, Harmony Points, can be seen at the center of this green radiating energy, the energy itself flows farther out of the veins of Qi then other forms of energy. When left undisturbed, physical energy peaks once every 23 days, which also means that it reaches its low halfway between this period. However, with the use of their special chakra, the Tianzun are able to mold this period and flow, causing an imbalance within the natural biorhythmic flow of the target. This energy is highly connected with the coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, reflexes, and endurance of the user. Furthermore, by targeting the physical energy of the target the Tianzun are able to inhibit the chakra within their opponent through targeting half of what chakra is composed of. Physical energy is most highly effected by earth and water natured chakra released from the Tianzun, and thusly opponents that do no utilize those elements are more susceptible then others to this kind of energy based attacks. Furthermore, this is the biorhythm that is strongest in pure Taijutsu users.
Circadiseptan Rhythms .:.:. Emotional Energy The second type of Qi is known as emotional energy. This energy appears as red when viewed with the Enkatsu, and is by far the most bright of the energies that the Tianzun can make visible to their eyes. This energy is refined within the veins, and flows more passionately within people. However, because emotions are so diverse, this is also the broadest energy that can be manipulated by the Tianzun. The Emotional cycle peaks ever 28 days, and thusly also reaches it low ever other 14 days. This energy effects the creativity, sensitivity, mood, perception, awareness, and emotional stability of the target. Effecting this type of energy can sometimes create effects similar to Genjutsu, but ones that cannot be canceled as easily because it is not the mind of the target being effected, but the Qi. The emotional energy of the opponent is largely effected by fire and lightning based Qi attacks, and thusly opponents that lack these elements are weaker to this kind of attack. However, the emotional effects are not restricted by these two elements, and the positive or negative emotions attached with each element, or even emotions not directly associated with the elements, can be manipulated with this kind of biorhythm. People that are more free with their emotions then other are actually more resistant to this kind of Qi attacks, because they are adjusted to the flow of this energy within their body.
Circatrigintan Rhythms .:.:. Intellectual Energy The third and final primary type of Qi is intellectual energy. This energy appears as blue when viewed with the Enkatsu, and it is most concentrated within the brain of the body. This energy normally peaks once ever 33 days, and thusly half way between these peaks it hits an all time low. This energy affects the alertness, analytical functioning, logical analysis, memory, communication, and sanity of the target. This style of energy attack is based off of wind natured chakra, and thusly targets that do not possess wind as one of their natures are less defensible. Intellectual damage can also be one of the most lasting damages that can come from the disruption of the natural flow of energy within the target, including within the user.
Circannual Rhythms .:.:. The Path Gold Alignment Gold alignment is something known within the Tianzun clan as reaching a state of perfect balance between the three major types of energy. This is a sensation that only a master from the Tianzun can achieve because of how the three different types of energy activate and flow. Because each type of energy works off of a different cycles it is rare for the three energies to be at a peaking point all at the same time. It is said that masters of the Tianzun are able to activate all three of their energies together and thusly are able to perform at levels comparable to the opening of the eight gates. However, this is a forbidden skill to use intentionally, and it is extremely hard to master.
While not many members of the clan will ever be able to master the ability of Gold Alignment, they all possess normal Circannual Rhythms, the key terms of this being annual. This means that once every year the three energies within the Tianzun will naturally fall into alignment once every year, at which time the clansman will obtain a temporary state of perfect wu wei. However, the disadvantage to this is that overuse of their energy while within this golden state leads to death. Furthermore, since the energies of cyclical, half way between this peak of the year the Tianzun clansman will experience a period of all time low, having to sleep for the entire day when this sensation activates. During the state of golden alignment, the energy within the body of the user's energy will all appear as golden to their Enkatsu. Furthermore, during the time of all time low the user's energy will appear as gray. Energy usually peaks around the user's birthday, and thusly it hits a low at their half-birthday. However, while all beings have biorhythmic energy, only members of the Tianzun experience this peaking and ebbing sensation, since they are the only ones that can see the Qi and understand the Li.
Other Weaker Rhythms
As stated before, while there are three major types of rhythms, there are smaller rhythms that can effect the physical, emotional, and intellectual energies within the individual.
--Ultradian Rhythms: These are recurrent periods that repeat within 24 hour periods that effect the three primary energies for short periods of time, usually lasting between 90 and 110 minutes when they naturally, innately occur. These cycles in the body are hormonal release, heart rate changes, thermal changes , urination, bowel activity, nostril dilation and appetite. All of these occur naturally during the day, but these are also traits that can be effected by the Tianzun special chakra.
--Circadian Rhythms: These are special rhythms that reoccur every day, lasting 24 hour cycles at a time. While these seem extreme and at a scale as large as any of the three energies, these are actually innate. This cycle deals with the sensation of being awake during the day, and asleep at night. Thusly, these are the reason why animals follow a light-dark cycle. For humans this involves being active during the day, and needing to sleep at night. Not following this cycle can lead to being tired during the day, but the Tianzun can also effect this cycle to cause varies effects. These rhythms can effect the bran wave activity, alertness, and even the photosensitivity of the opponent. Circadian Rhythm Chart
--Infradian Rhythms: These are biological cycles that affect periods longer then a days time. The most famous of these cycles is the menstrual cycle. These cycles are not usually made into targets, but can be by some members of the clan. On somewhat useful trait to this is that it aids the females of the clan in planning pregnancies, for the manipulation of these rhythms within their body can work as either a prevention or stimulus to getting pregnant.
--Exogenous Rhythms: These are not rhythms with specific effects, but rather this is a style of manipulation. The term "exogenous" itself means that these are forces that come from without the body, and for the Tianzun these rhythm represent any form of manipulation on rhythms not of their own body, namely rhythms within the target.
--Endogenous Rhythms: This is the opposite exogenous. These are rhythms that are not influenced by external changes, and thusly are the manipulation of the user's own rhythms. These are potentially dangerous to the user, as they throw off the natural flow of the energy within their body, and can lead to entropy within oneself, potentially killing the user.
Tenkatsu :: Harmony Points
Just as chakra is an invisible force that only selected people possessing a Kekkei Genkai can see, so too are biorhythms exclusive to the eyes of the Tianzun . However, just like chakra manipulators, the Tianzun attack the opponent's internal flow through the targeting of specific points within the body that allow for the manipulation and fluctuation of the biorhythms within the body of the targets. Furthermore, the Tianzun can focus their specialized rhythmic chakra within their own Tenkatsu, Harmony Points, to manipulate their own biorhythms. Alternative forms of medicine have been able to decipher some of the potential effects of these biorhythm points, but not at such a level that the Tianzun can accomplish through the use of their Kekkei Genkai. Traditionally, however, the points of the body that affect the rhythmic flow of energy within the body are known as points of acupuncture, which the Tianzun have come to call the Tenkatsu. These points are not to be confused with the Tenketsu, the 361 chakra points within the body, that the Hyuuga can target. However, there some points that serve both as Tenketsu and Tenkatsu, but these points can only be affected by high-level uses of the Tianzun. There are exactly 5 points that serve as both Chakra and Harmony Points, these serving as the weakest points of the body on which the Tianzun can attack the energy flow of the opponent. However, activating these points is reserved for higher-ranking techniques, all of these special harmony points being located in the torso, chest, and head of the body.
Harmony Points lie along meridians along which Qi, or vital energy, flows. These points affect the balance of yin and yang within the body. Particularly important to the body is the free flow of Qi. Thusly, the body of the opponent can be highly affected with the shutting down or complete block of Qi within the body. There are 12 major canals within the body that interconnect with the major organs of the body, these channels being the regions of the body in which Harmony Points are located. These Harmony Points of the body are traditionally known as the points of acupuncture. However, there is not way of counting the specific number of these points in a body even through the Tianzun can see them. This is because the body is unique when it comes to this point, each person having a different number and different placement of these points, though there are usually around 300-500 points of acupuncture within a single body. The Tenkatsu are spread throughout the body, much like the Tenketsu, but the points of Harmony are concentrated most in the twelve primary pathways. The twelve primary pathways along which Qi flows run vertically, bilaterally, and symmetrically and every cannel corresponds to and connects internally with one of the twelve organs that are also connected with the five elements as explained above. Within the body there are six yin and six yang channels. These twelve channels relate to the element, as explained above, but the Tianzun are able to target all twelve of these channels because of the way their chakra is of a special natured. The breakdown of these channels goes as follows:
--The three yin channels of the hand, the Lungs, Pericardium, and Heart, traveling along the inner surface, mostly the anterior portion of the arm to the hand. --The three yang channels of the hand, the Large Intestine, Thoracic Cavity, and Small Intestine, and traveling along the outer surface, mostly the posterior portion, of the arm to the head. --The three yin channels of the foot, the Spleen, Liver, and Kidney, traveling along the inner surface, mostly posterior and medial portion, of the leg to the chest or flank. --The three yang channels of the foot, the Stomach, Gallbladder, and Urinary Bladder, traveling down the body and along the outer surface, mostly the anterior and lateral portion, of the leg to the foot.
The movement of Qi through each of the twelve channels comprises an internal and an external pathway. The external pathway is what is normally shown on an acupuncture chart and is relatively superficial. All of the acupuncture points of a channel lie on its external pathway. The internal pathways are the deep course of the channel where it enters the body cavities and related Zang Fu organs. The superficial pathways of the twelve channels describe three complete circuits of the body, chest to hands, hands to head, head to feet, feet to chest, etc.
Enkatsu no Konki :: Energy of Harmony
Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong The primary style of martial arts that the Tianzun practice is the ancient art of Tai Chi, though their style is modified into what they believe is the true form of the art, and they refer to their style as Tai Chi Chuan. The style focuses on gentle strikes that incorporate the Qi, energy flow, within the body. Thusly, the style becomes perfect for the Tianzun, for it is believed that Tai Chi originally brought on the birth of yin and yang, which brought on the birth of the Three Pure Ones that the Tianzun have detected themselves to. The art is very swift and very flexible, and it focus on using the opponent's energy against them while allowing the energy of the Tianzun to blossom and grow. The style mainly involves palm strikes, precise spear hands, kicks, and occasionally punches. However, the mere practice of the style allows for the Tianzun to be in good physical condition, and at peace within themselves. To further the Qi, energy flow, within themselves, the Tianzun also practice the art of Qigong, which is a traditional cultivation practice that involves methods of accumulating, circulating, and working with Qi. This style revolves around proper breathing and through the user of acupuncture.
Release of Energy The Tianzun do not use normal chakra or elemental releases, and thusly their bodies are highly trained and accustomed to molding and releasing their specialized five natured chakra. This Harmony Energy, as it is called, is similar to chakra in how it is released, but is unique in that it does not effect the chakra of the opponent in the same way the Hyuuga are known to, but the harmony within the opponent's body. Thusly, Tianzun techniques are designed to effect the physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being of the target. Throughout the years of learning to user only this energy, and not normal elements, the Tianzun have gained excellent abilities at releasing this energy form all parts of their body, allowing it to strike out from a distance. Tianzun are able to release Harmony Energy in much of the same way as the Hyuuga can release normal chakra. This energy can have a variety of effects depending on the type of biorhythmic energy being released, but in all regards it is aimed at disrupting or manipulating the flow of energy within the target. Furthermore, the Tianzun possess techniques that manipulate their own biorhythmic energies, but, as explained above, this can prove dangerous as it stimulates a grown of entropy within the body of the Tianzun.
Refined Energy As a result of being so attuned with their Harmony Energy, the members of the Tianzun are able to form Harmony Threads that are similar to the chakra threads used by puppeteers. However, while this ability does not require a specialty in puppeteers, as many of the clan have never even seen shinobi utilize puppets as weapons, these thread do not possess the same qualities as chakra strings, and cannot effect the physical world like puppeteers can. Instead, these thread are merely another means of delivering the user's special chakra into the target's body, allowing for the attack of the Harmony Points and the Twelve Channels. These thread are visible when used, taking on the color of the particular type of energy being used within them, whether physical, emotional, or intellectual.
Enkatsu :: Harmony
The Enkatsu is a powerful seal that is unique to the Tianzun bloodline. This seal techniques allows the members of the Tianzun clan to perceived flow of energy within the body of all living things, even witnessing displays of this universal energy not connected with an individual's body. The seal works much like the Byakugan, and when they are active the user is able to switch between a normal view, and extrasensory view of the bodies around them. The seal is applied by the main clan from birth. The application happens after the clan elder inspects the child, and then the child, along with the elder, enter a sacred room within the main shrine of Tao in which the clan member is marked, and every one of their Harmony Points are hit to complete the seal. The seal allows for the clan's abilities to be contained within the clan. Thusly, it allows the main clan to kill any member of the clan that is a threat to the secret abilities of the clan. Furthermore, once dead, the seal destroys all traces of the Kekkei Genkai on the target. As another effect, the seal also prevents clan members from having children. To get around this, the branch member must seek permission to bear children, after which the seal can be specially activated to allow for that purpose before it is resealed to lock the reproductive capabilities. The main trait of the seal it that it allows the user to view the connecting veins of the 12 Qi channels within the body, and the connection these channels have with the internal organs and bodily functions within the target they set their sights upon. Furthermore, this eye allows the user to see the 360 small Tenkatsu, Harmony Points, of the body, allowing the user to target these points with great precision. While anyone that possesses these eyes can view all the Harmony Points and Qi veins in any given body, whether they be Genin or Jounin, there are certain rank restrictions on the user of this eyes. A Genin can only perceive on type of energy at a time, and thusly at any given time they can only target one of the three major types of energy, whether it be physical, emotional, or intellectual. The shift between the types of energy being view is displayed by a one third rotation of the Enkatsu seal in the socket of the user, and the user can only target the type of energy they can see. At Chuunin this skill increase to the point where user can see two types of energy at a single time, and at Jounin the user can see and target all three types of energy within bodies around them. The second major skill of the Enkatsu is that it allows the user to map out the type of energy it is perceiving. This map is restricted along the same lines of the number of energies that can be seen at one time, and so only a Jounin or higher user can see all three primary types of energies being displayed on something of a mental chart for them to understand. This ability is seen by a rapid rotation of the doujutsu within the user's eyes, and can only be maintain for a short period of time, usually no more then one to two post. However, the user will probably not want this to last much longer then this, as the chart can obscure vision, a clearly colored curved life appearing in front of the user to block out some site. However, with the ability to see this chakra, the user can easily understood if the natural state of the target's biorhythm is rising or falling, which can allows for strategic use of the clan's abilities. The third trait of the Enkatsu relates more to the mere ability to see energy flow. This means that the eyes give to the user a degree of Genjutsu immunity, as simple illusions do not possess a flow of energy within them, just like how illusions do not possess chakra circulatory systems. Furthermore, because the energies of the body are highly connected with the five basic elements, the user is able to perceive what, if any, elemental nature their opponent's have. In the cases were the opponent possess a duel nature element, as in an advanced element, the Enkatsu can only perceive the base elements that make the advanced one. This is because elements outside of the basic elements still stem from the 5 sources of elemental chakra, and advanced elements do no take on their superior stages until once the two types of elemental chakra within the body combine. Similarly, these eyes are able to decipher elemental clones, but cannot distinguish between the target and non-elemental clones, such as Shadow Clone, which does not use the shadow, or any other, element. [.As a note to the approval mods, I intend for there to be a second state to the Enkatsu, but my ideas for such a state are weak at this time. Thusly, I must first see this clan play out in RP before I can determine what abilities can be incorporated into a second state. At any rate it is not an immediate problem since no Genin will be able to use the ability.] Entoropi-omei :: Entropy StigmaThis is a disease known to the members of the clan that engage in the misuse of the Harmony Energy. Harmony, as can be expected, is amount maintaining order within oneself, and works only when the user's Qi, energy flow, is at a point of equilibrium with Balance and Chaos. The clan itself is able to user harmony in amazing ways, increasing their own capabilities, and turning the opponent's body and energy against itself through the manipulation of biorhythms. However, this comes with a steep price, for at all times the user must walk the line between Balance and Chaos. Entropy is known as a lack of order or predictability, which leads to a gradual decline into disorder. This is the great bane of the clan, for if Qi is ever misused without proper Li, it leads to entropy, the destruction of life's pattern and the detachment from the Tao. The disease, in afflicted, has physical signs to it. The skin of the clansmen will appear black and rotten, looking as though the veins are being infected from the inside out. This leads to a weak body, and a distorted mind, which eventually leads to death with the disease spread over heart. When contracted, the disease cannot be cured in a traditional sense. The spread of the disease can be stopped through restoring order within oneself, but anything that is infected will not heal or lose its stigma. The safest way to restore order quickly is to inhibit the user of Harmony Energy, and for this the clan has a curse mark that allows the Main House to do so within the Branch House. However, if this cannot be done, the curse mark can also be used to claim one's life, and destroy all signs of entropy within the body. The reason why such drastic means are needed for the clan is that entropy causes disorder in the manner of a chaotic chain reaction, meaning that it cannot be predicted in its spread, and that all members of the clan are susceptible to infection, as the disease can spread from one Tianzun to another.

| Secret Clan Jutsu:
- Spoiler:
Name: Enkatsugan [Harmony Eye] Rank: - [Genin | Chuunin | Jounin | Kage] Range: Close-Long Range [50m | 250m | 500m | 1000m] Jutsu Type: Li [Pattern of Flow] | Hiden Elemental Affinity: - Clan: Tianzun Description: The Enkatsu is a powerful seal that is unique to the Tianzun bloodline. This eye techniques allows the members of the Tianzun clan to perceived flow of energy within the body of all living things, even witnessing displays of this universal energy not connected with an individual's body. The seal work much like the Byakugan, and when they are active the user is able to switch between a normal view, and extrasensory view of the bodies around them. The main trait of the seal it that it allows the user to view the connecting veins of the 12 Qi channels within the body, and the connection these channels have with the internal organs and bodily functions within the target they set their sights upon. Furthermore, this seal allows the user to see the 300-500 small Tenkatsu, Harmony Points, of the body, allowing the user to target these points with great precision. While anyone that possesses this seal can view all the Harmony Points and Qi veins in any given body, whether they be Genin or Jounin, there are certain rank restrictions on the user of this seal. A Genin can only perceive one type of energy at a time, and thusly at any given time they can only target one of the three major types of energy, whether it be physical, emotional, or intellectual.
This ability is seen by a rapid rotation of the seal within the user's eyes, and can only be maintain for a short period of time, usually no more then two minutes. However, the user will probably not want this to last much longer then this, as the chart can obscure vision, a clearly colored curved line appearing in front of the user to block out some sight. However, with the ability to see this chart, the user can easily understand if the natural state of the target's biorhythm is rising or falling, which can allows for strategic use of the clan's abilities.
Name: Qippan [Universal Flow] Rank: D Range: Close-Long Range [30m | 200m | 400m | 800m] Jutsu Type: Li [Pattern of Flow] | Hiden Elemental Affinity: Enkatou [Harmony Energy] Clan: Tianzun Description: This is a Tianzun style technique that works alongside the Enkatsu, but does not necessarily require the seal to be activated. In the event that the seal is not active, however, this technique is far less effective for anyone that is under the rank of a Jounin. Utilizing the Tianzun ability to release Harmony Energy, the special five-species chakra the clan possesses, from all parts of their body, the user will release an extended field of energy all around them. This energy release, which is small compared with the full amount of energy a body stores, goes unnoticed by those that cannot feel Qi, the flow of energy in the Universe. What this release does is allows the Tianzun to read all objects disrupting the flow of their own energy, much like how echolocation works with identifying objects sound bounces off against. Thus, the user becomes able to know everything around them, including individuals that may be invisible or have some measure in place that would otherwise make them hard to detect. It is important to note that this technique does nothing for understanding those detected. It can neither distinguish elements or amount of energy without the Enkatsu, but it merely demonstrates disruptions in the rippling effect of energy it creates. Taisensu | Stances of the Body
Name: Tai Chi Chuan [Supreme Ultimate Fist | Boundless Fist] Rank: - [Genin | Chuunin | Jounin | Kage] Range: Close Range (0-5m) Jutsu Type: De [Practice] | Taijutsu Elemental Affinity: - Clan: Tianzun Description: The primary style of martial arts that the Tianzun practice is the ancient art of Tai Chi, though their style is modified into what they believe is the true form of the art, and they refer to their style as Tai Chi Chuan.
The principles behind this style takes its lesson from the sample place that the Tianzun do. To practice the Tao, they focus on a style that creates yin and yang within their movements, therefore putting them closer to the Three Pure Ones. The style focus on slow, gentle movements followed by swift precise strikes. The slow, flowing, movements expand the mind and focus the body's energy, thus allowing for this style to be a fast martial art when the opposite portion is implemented. In practicing this style the users give movement to their Qi. This inspires health and vitality within masters of the art through creating a healthy flow of the three major types of energies within individuals that practice it every day. While the Entropy Disease destroys this health and longevity, those that do not fall into entropy with their abilities result in possessing healthy lives that are normally longer then normal ones. Most members of the Tianzun clan, who have practices this art even in the form of purely recreational exercise, live to be around 120 years of age, still walking up into their death for having a healthy body with an effective immune system that prevents their body from the chaos of illness so long as they neither veer towards chaos, or towards too much balance. This style promotes balance control, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and reduced risk of falls. Generally speaking, practitioners have better defenses against chroic strokes, heart failure, high blood pressure, heart attacks, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's. The low impact movements also help burn more calories, which makes the users more fit overall with general upkeep of their training.
Tai Chi Chuan is said to presrve the oldest schools to be a study of yin (receptive, defensive, slow, meditative, lo impact motions) and yang (active, offensive, fast, high impact motions). The core training involves two primary features, those of the solo form, quan, and the different styles of pushing hands, tui shou. The solo form is a slow sequence of movements which emphasize a straight spine, abdominal breathing, and natural range of motion. This is the slow aspect of the style, and general revitalizes the flow of energy. Even those not from the Tianzun that practice this style can feel their bodies gain better flow within them, though only the Tianzun can utilize this flow as a practice, or De. Generally, the form molds nicely between the yin and yang procedures, moving from fast to slow, from a small circular motion to a large one, or from a squared attack to a circular one, from low to high, and so on. This makes the style incredibly graceful.
The difference in palms does not actually refer to the physical palm, for the entire body is used in the style. Strikes may come form the fingers, fists, palms, sides of the hands, wrists, forearms, elbows, shoulders, back, hips knees, and feet. However, the different palms actually refer to the channels of the body. The three yin channels of the hand are located at the lungs, pericardium, and heart, traveling along the inner surface, mostly anterior portion of the arms to the hand. The three yang channels of the hand are located at the large intestine, thoracic cavity, and small intestine, and traveling along the outer surface, mostly the posterior portion, of the arm to the head. The three yin channels of the foot are the spleen, liver, and kidney, traveling along the inner surface, mostly posterior and medial portion, of the leg to the chest or flank. The three yang channels of the foot are the stomach, gallbladder, and urinary bladder, traveling down the body and along the outer surface, mostly the anterior and lateral portion, of the leg to the foot. Additionally to this the clan members will focus on attacking the parts of the body associated with the five basic element.
The clan members possess odd five natured chakra that has composite parts of all five basic elements. While they may not mold this chakra into elemental techniques, their styles of attacks associate to one of the basic elements depending on the style of biorhythm they are targeting. The limits to what they can do follow the limited area that the elements themselves effects. To create any effect associated with a 'wind' nature, such as the boasting of intuition for example, the attack must target the lung, large intestine, navel cavity, or skin, with skin resulting the the least focused means of attacking, thereby having the weakest result. For 'fire' nature the attack is centered towards the heart, pericardium, small intestine, thoracic cavity, tongue, or veins, veins being the weakens result. 'Earth' nature attacks the spleen, pancreas, stomach, mouth, and muscles, with muscles being the weakest resulting attack. 'Lightning' targets the liver, gall bladder, eyes and tendons, with tendons being weaker resulting attacks. Finally, 'Water' targets the kidneys, urinary bladder, ears, and bones, with bones being weaker effects when struck. The effectiveness is largely inspired by the rareness of the object being attacked, and so the major aspects of the body that are all over, skin, muscles, bones, create weaker effects.
In targeting the Biorhythms, emotional energy is weaker against 'fire' and 'lightning' natured attacks. However, individuals that possess these element are more resistant to having this kind of energy effected, lowering the resulting affect. While emotional attacks are not restricted to those elements, as all elements have negative and positive emotion associated to them, the elemental nature of the attacks only play into the resistance of the opponent when the target possess a Katon or Raiton chakra nature. Intellectual energy is usually targeted through 'wind' natured attacks, thus giving Fuuton users a greater resistance to this style of combat. Other elements can have different intellectual effects, but are generally weaker then a true 'Wind' nature one, and elemental weaknesses only play into the attack when the target possesses a Fuuton nature. Physical Biorhythms are most effectively targeted by 'Earth' and 'Water' attacks, and while the other elements can have similar results, the elemental strengths and weaknesses play into account only against targets with Doton or Suiton natures, which have better resistance to these styles of attacks.
It should be noted that Tai Chi Chuan is only a style of fighting, and so any effect created from this style's use along is absolutely minimum, as a more powerful attack would have to be used, taking the form of a jutsu. This style of combat is purely used with Exogenous Rhythms, or Biorhythms that effect targets other then the user. These exterior rhythms cannot be targeted if Endogenous effects are still in place. As is a typical downside for all Genin only one form of Biorhythm can be effected at once. At Chuunin two of the main Biorhythms can be targeted at once, and at Jounin this increases to all 3 types. As a further limitation, Genin can only effect the Qigong of a single elemental variety at a time. During the use of this they may not perform Exogenerous Rhythms, and can only improve themselves. At Chuunin they can affect up to 2 varieties of elements, and at Jounin this increases to 4. Only a shinobi of an S-rank level can manipulate all 5 at a time, thus moving closer towards what the clan knows as 'Gold Alignment'. The user must also be careful not to cross paths that would create constricting attacks with two effects fighting towards different ends, as in trying to increase and decrease intuition both at once. Doing this will worsen the grows of Entropy Disease for the user.
Name: Qigong [Universal Energy Cultivation] Rank: - [Genin | Chuunin | Jounin | Kage] Range: Close Range (0-5m) Jutsu Type: Li [Pattern of Flow] | Taijutsu Elemental Affinity: - Clan: Tianzun Description: This is a style deviant of Tai Chi Chuan. This is a purely soft style, as it is not used in combat. Instead, the style focuses entirely on the energy of the user. This style is used with Endogenous Rhythms, whereas Tai Chi Chuan focuses on Exogenous Rhythms. The difference between these is that Tai Chi Chuan is used to effect others, while Qigong effects one's self. Practicing of this can help to regulate one's own energy, thus combatting Entropy Disease. To remain in motion after Entropy has begun, but to not attack whatsoever or use any form of jutsu, can settle the rising tide of Entropy. At Genin, the user will have to remain in motion without attacking or anything of the like, for a total of 4 posts to prevent Entropy from forming. This reduces to 3 posts at Chuunin, 2 at Jounin, and 1 for S-ranked shinobi. Additionally, Qigong can be manifested in the forms of more advanced techniques, thereby allowing for positive or negatives shifts within the user's body. While these shifts can also create Entropy, they can also be resolved by non-jutsu use in Qigong movements, and although the movements can be fast and strong like normal Tai Chi Chuan, they may not be directed in the form of attack. This balances out the Tianzun's styles, as they are permitted to attack only so long as they follow through with restoring balance through passive movements. Character Name: All Tianzun Clan Members Type Of Seal: Clan Seal Tianzun Clan Name of Sealed Technique: Bunke Fuuin :: Housed Seal or Enkatsu :: Harmony Location of the Seal: Back of both eye sockets. Creation: Applied by the Main Clan Elders at birth. Rank of the Seal: -- Preparations: The seal is applied by the main clan elders from birth. The application happens after the clan elder inspects the child, and then the child, along with the elder, enter a sacred room within the main shrine of Tao in which the clan member is marked, and every one of their Harmony Points are hit to complete the seal. Effects on Target: The seal allows for the clan's abilities to be contained within the clan. Thusly, it allows the main clan to kill any member of the clan that is a threat to the secret abilities of the clan. Furthermore, once dead, the seal destroys all traces of the Kekkei Genkai on the target. As another effect, the seal also prevents clan members from having children. To get around this, the member must seek permission to bear children, after which the seal can be specially activated to allow for that purpose before it is resealed to lock the reproductive capabilities. Negative Effects of Seal: This seal makes the clan members subservient to the main clan elders. However, this generally does not result in negative feelings towards the main clan elders, as the Tianzun believe in the message of Harmony the Tao offers, and see this mark as a necessary burden that must be worn until the world is ready to eternal peace and balance. Seal Info: [.Note: ALL Tianzun family members are marked with this seal. This rule applies regardless of what the character's profile says. This rule exists so that character mods do no have to constantly check to make sure the clan member included the seal in their looks.]
History:
- Spoiler:
Followers of the Tao, the way, believe in simplicity as a virtue, for in simple the truth is revealed all the clearer. Thusly, in the history of the universe, simplicity is applied to make the much seem the little.
The Tao produced the one, Tai Chi. The one produced the two, yin and yang. The two produced the three, the Three Pure Ones. The three produced all the myriad beings, all of existence.
This is as it is known to the Tianzun, devoted followers of the way. Thusly, the highest of the deities becomes the Three Pure Ones, for the way is practiced through Tai Chi, and order is maintained through yin and yang, but the Thee Pure Ones are the highest level of beings. The Three Pure Ones are as follows:
Yuanshi Tianzun The Jade Pure One, known as "The Universally Honored One of Origin". Lingbao Tianzun The Supreme Pure One, known as "The Universally Honored One of Divinities and Treasures". Daode Tianzun The Grand Pure One, known as "The Universal Lord of the Way and its Virtue".
These are the three most sacred beings known to the Tianzun clan, and indeed the clan takes their name form these divinities. The Tianzun clan know themselves as the "pure ones" of the mortal world. Yuanshi is known as the creator of the universe. Lingbao is praised as the creator of the gods, life, and all things. However, it is Daode that is praised above the other two among the clan of Tianzun, for the Grand Pure One was the forger of the way, the deity responsible for leaving a path between the world of mortals and the world of the gods. The Tao is the path that the Tianzun follow in respects to the Three Pure Ones, the noble pathway of health, longevity, immortality, non-action, and spontaneity. Though this way the Tianzun are said to be able to transcend the bounds of a human bodies and enact the power of spiritual harmony, which can serve as a devastating weapon.
As for the mortal history of the clan, it is said that the clan was founded by a pristine man by the name of Ryujin, whose name translate to "dragon god". Ryujin was endowed with the powers of harmony though means that the current clan does not know, but it is said that the powers of the clan were awakened in Ryujin's 70 year journey across the lands, traveling between all the places of the world and gaining more knowledge of the Tao by which the world followed, and then applying that Tao to his own personal De.
Ryujin found that the world was out of balance, and that it was approaching a time of great destruction. It is said among the Tianzun that their great founder, dressed in robes of white and black, had unlocked all the secrets of Harmony within his own rhythmic being, unlocking both the secrets of eternal life, prosperity, and foresight. So great was Ryujin that he could obtain a state of golden alignment with his harmony energy, nearing to the purest of energy to the point where he could communicate with the three great deities of the Taoist ways. In his time of action without action, when this great lordly man took to meditation upon the top of the mountain within the Bird Country, the Three Pure Ones spoke to him, telling him that a great misfortune would impede the order of the world, and risk throwing it all into chaos. As a means of restoring the order of this realm, Ryujin would have to teach the ways of Tao to the world, and the great master was told to walk the length of eight mountains and eight valleys from where he meditated. There he would find a village of people living among the highest of mountain tops, in one of the most purest places of this world.
This place had always known order, experiencing both joy and sadness within the climate. These would be the roots of the clan he would found in the name of the Three Pure Ones, and over the hundreds of years, the Tianzun were born, and the limitless harmony became entwined within their blood. In time, this mountain range, secluded from the world, would birth a clan, a clan that was positioned within the perfect position to learn the ways of Tao. Connecting with nature in their seclusion, the Tianzun grew in both numbers and strength. They were able to better the flow of universal energy upon their mountain top, learning the lessons of the mythological creatures that were fabled, and though they never met with such beasts, the clan took on symbols of dragons to which their clansmen relate, for it is said in myths that dragons were pure creatures, not ferocious beasts of tremendous powers, but symbols of fertility. To the Tianzun, dragons are creatures that maintain the order of the world.
As the clan grew, Ryujin was there to watch over his seedling as it grew, his life unnaturally extended in both longevity and youth from his connection with the Tao. However, as he gained more wisdom throughout the ages and generations he surpassed, a terrible fear awoke within his heart, for he was rapidly finding out that control was but an illusion. While one my plant a seed, and nurture its growth, they cannot decide what that seed will grow into, for if one plants a peach seed, they will only get a peach tree, not an apple or other manner of fruit. Ryujin saw his clan, and he saw the dark side that could come from harmony. The power his clansmen unlocked where sometimes beyond their control, and in some Harmony turned to Chaos, and entropy began to rip them apart from within. The skies themselves darkened on the day that Ryujin hand to kill one of his own clansmen, who had gone made with rage brought on by a greed for power.
The way of Tao teaches that for every yin, there is a yang, and so Ryujin knew what was to come from this entropy, for he above all other had a connection with Li, and understanding of the pattern of the biorhythms. As his clan continued to grow, a great divide erupted between them, some drawing more and more form the dark forces of the world, forbidden arts that became known as Chaotic Harmony. The leader of this segmented group taught the lessons of distorted purity to others, and in time revealed himself as the great threat Ryujin hand foreseen.
Mizuchi, the dark dragon.
His power rapidly grew with Chaos, and yet his body was not afflicted with the same entropy brought on disease that other Tianzun experienced form falling into Chaos. Mizuchi was Ryūjin's yang, he was the dark counterpart of the Tao, and Mizuchi sought only to destroy the way, so that he could forge his own.
It is said among the Tianzun, that when these two forces collide, the very mountains shook with fear, and the skies filled with both light and dark. By this time Ryūjin had aged, his black hair of youth resembling the white beard of Yuanshi Tianzun, the great deity of origin. However, even with his aged body, Ryūjin faced his yang counterpart, and in doing so he transcended the world, obtaining Nirvana as he slipped into a state of pure energy, eradicating Mizuchi in the process as shadow struck against light. The final words that Ryūjin spoke before he faded into a state beyond human comprehension or hearing were that both he and his yang would be reborn one day, their clash not yet being finished within this world. The modern day marks 500 years since this day, and on the anniversary of this epic battle, two children were born into the world atop Mt. Watatsumi, the village mountain of the clan, which had by this time been decorated with great jade palaces.
These two children were the pride of their clan, for they were twins born into the head clan of the family. A boy with hair of white, and a girl with hair of black. It is believed that they are the children of prophecy, a prophecy that has never been spoken to them, for they may never know it in their lives, else the order by by tipped towards one of their favor within the clash that was predicted within their future in accordance with Li. These are the children of the longest rhythm, one that has finally repeated after 500 years. Both of them of their clan, each one a dragon in human form.
"As one dragon rises, the other will fall...So it was, and so it shall be."
There can be no telling which child is the yin, and which the yang, for the powers of foresight no longer are so strong within the clan, and they have become something of a lost art to the practitioners of energy and harmony. However, the one thing that is for certain per the rules of Li, is that both children will possess rhythms beyond the other children of the clan, for within the 500 years since last Ryujin walked within the world, the Tianzun had enacted a limit to their harmony, a means of protecting their clan and their clansmen against the entropy that can come form unlocking the harmony within. Each child born within the clan is inspected at birth, their energies read and their potential determined as best it can be. However, every child that is born of the lesser branches, every child that is not born within the main family, is marked with a curse seal to help protect them, so that if every entropy arises, the main branch can only restore the order.
Fulfillment of the Tao
The birth of main branch twins was seen as a symbol to the Tianzun that the world was ready to receive the teaches of the Tao once more, and indeed the history event of the birth was also marked by one of the greatest displays of Chaos within the world, for the twins were born upon the day that the Kyuubi would reemerged into the this world, though at this time the secluded clan could not have known this. However, in celebration and preparation for the spread of order and the equilibrium between balance and chaos, the Tianzun sent out missionary groups to many of the major villages of shinobi However, the Tianzun, still centered atom Mt. Watatsumi within the present day Bird Country, are most highly connected with the villages of Konohagakure and Sunagakure, both of them being two of their closet neighbors, and both of them representing a yin and a yang. Konoha possessed a fertile landscape filled with foliage, and Suna possessed a drought plagued landscape, which makes it difficult to bare life. The two are seen as a symbol that will help light the way for the spread of Tao, and the resurrection of order brought on by the second coming of Ryujin
---Other Information [.Did not really think this belonged in the Kekkei Genkai section, but it is important to note, or in some cases restate.]
-- Because the clan is so highly centered around the maintenance of order within the body no member of the clan can be made into a host for any kind of spirit or demon, or anything that could be comparable to the formation of a Jinchuuriki. Were such a spirit to be sealed within the clansman they would instantly die of entropy stigma, and although it is unlikely that they could ever be revived, if that were ever the case the special chakra, Kekkei Genkai, and anything that would link to the clan would be unusable, as well as their normal chakra would be unusable, as entropy disease destroys the body.
-- [This is more of a rule without IC reason] However, because the site's rule regarding the subject is usually in something of a disagreement, no member of the Tianzun may be from another clan. There is to be no mixing of clan traits, and not combination characters that are from another clan and this one. For all extensive purposes, because of the hidden nature of the Kekkei Genkai and because the clan is about preserving order, where someone from this clan to have a child with someone from another clan, the other clan's Kekkei Genkai would dominate to the point where nothing from the Tainzun will be evident.

As it is late, Im only reading this at the moment instead of fully moderating it. However, in the reading I did notice this. If you could change any more time references to posts for RP usage, that would be amazing.
Ill get to this in more detail when I can. |
