This jutsu can also effect a target besides the user but requires contact to the chest.

Commonly used to speed up poisons, but sometimes used to hamper opponents whose jutsu have side-effects.

Description: Though the body naturally is capable of hardening skin that is repeatedly damaged by friction, through the creation of calluses, this jutsu increases the normal time period of a second, though the created calluses are not permanent. These calluses are able to defend against standard shinobi weapons and have them glance off a specified area of skin (the whole body may be covered for a C Rank amount of chakra), causing no damage.

Description: Though many Ninjutsu create clones out of environmental substances or their own chakra, a medical shinobi is able to create a clone of the real sort, being exactly the same as them but with some notable differences. A true clone has only a minute amount of chakra, a D Rank amount, but its body is able to create chakra, gaining a C Rank amount each post up to the maximum amount (the letter rank this jutsu was utilized at, D Rank clones gain a D Rank amount each post.) This is from their enhanced cells making up for their lack of a spirit to create chakra, though it is quite a bit different and even those who cant detect chakra are aware that it just feels 'off'.

A true clone resembles its creator, being summoned in a puff of smoke or sprouting off the body as desired, and up to three clones may be created using this technique, though they are created one at a time, one per use. When a true clone is struck, they do not fall apart as normal clones, and instead remain every bit as coherent as a human body, requiring similar conditions as a human to destroy. They can use any jutsu the user knows, though they are limited on chakra, and die should they run out of chakra, their bodies falling apart into a 'goop' of tissue when they are slain.

A true clone, though it has all the normal body parts as a human being, cannot have them extracted nor can they be used for the creator's jutsu, since these organs are incredibly unstable due their rapid creation. True clones are highly susceptible to poisons, taking two posts worth of effects each post, or attacks that target their poorly constructed organs and bodily systems. Such attacks destroy them immediately.

The skeleton is simply a normal bone structure but can be used for further jutsu.

The jutsu was designed to tamper with sensing techniques, and for a D Rank amount of chakra, the hairs may fool techniques it picks up on, making the user appear to not be present to these techniques.

The blood can reach 5 meters and when it pools on the ground form a 1ft deep and 25ft wide pool of blood. The blood can be directed to then scab over, trapping opponents who are in contact with the pool, though it is fairly escape to break free and escape.

The blade forms around the hand and is able to cut the chakra system and damage it, causing a normal bodily wound that bleeds out chakra rather than blood, draining a D Rank amount of chakra each post for a minor cut, a C Rank for moderate cuts, and a B Rank per post if a vital point on the chakra network is damaged, such as near the heart. Chakra Cut consumes only a C Rank amount of chakra to activate.

On the third post, the cells will develop the ability to resist any further advancement of the agent within the body, and on the fifth the agent is combated and removed. Further attempts to infect will last only a post before being pushed out of the body, gaining a three post immunity to additional attempts. This justu consumes a B Rank amount of chakra upon its initial use, but afterwards the body continues without chakra aid and this resistance becomes permanent.

This jutsu is too strong for a C-Ranked Jutsu. Mystical Palm, the well known Medical Canon Ninjutsu is A-Ranked, which heals almost anything, and it can not reproduce organs and heal them.

How large the wire can get? For a D-Ranked technique, you should not be able to create a really long wire, so be reasonable.

This technique, which type of wounds can it close? Judging by its Rank, I would say minor wounds. If you want to increase its effect, increase the Rank.

Clones, which are creating chakra by themselves...I am iffy about this...Maybe if you bumped it to B-Rank, I might consider Approving this. Till then, denied, it is kinda way OP for a D-Ranked Jutsu.

How fast does this bullet travel? Which is the maximum distance which it can reach? How fast does it corrode clothes/flesh/skin/bones/metals??

This Jutsu is a double edged sword. You are using your own blood to attack your opponent, resulting in a blood lost. Add some drawbacks.

The Kaguya bloodline recreates individual bones, expels them, and regenerates them as part of a Taijutsu style and with speed and efficiency, this is simple cell replication to create a skeleton which fits under Eijutsu as it affects the body. The only similarity is the fact that bones are involved, which is not the sole ownership of the Kaguya clan or various undead clans on the site would be denied for the same reasoning that they use skeletons, which are made of bones. If anything it would be infringing on a skeletal clan, I know the site has one or two, not Kaguya.

Bump it to at least B-Rank

Mystical Palm isn't comparable, thats healing, this is replication. Mystical Palm could heal inflicted damage while its still in the body, this jutsu replicates an organ and creates it, eventually, outside of the body. It has no immediate use for the owner's body, the organ would have to be surgically installed and that would take time far beyond Mystical Palm. They don't have anything to compare to another, one heals injuries, one makes organs for other jutsu that use organs which can't help the jutsu user in most cases without some serious time on their hands for surgery.

B Rank jutsu can make giant swamps and level forests, this is nowhere near that level.

The jutsu is based on the ranking of the expelled poison, it makes no sense to spend a B Rank amount of chakra if you're expelling a D Rank poison, thus its variable and dependent on the actual poison for the balancing factor of the technique. Otherwise if it had a set rank it would useless for lower ranking poisons and too useful for higher ranks.

Plus, the clone can never EXCEED a B Rank amount, gaining only a C Rank amount of chakra eat post, so that in effect it can never exceed the strength of a B Rank jutsu while other clones can use jutsu up to their creators chakra limit.

I don't care about a range. I'm not really sure I understand this. While yes, you're welcome to turn your own flesh into a receptor of some sort, are you saying people shoot rays of chakra out of their eyes when they look at something, or something like that? Why would someone looking at you possible effect you in any way what so ever? How do someone's eyes set this effect off, and further more what can people do to prevent their eyes from doing so? It just doesn't make sense that your skin knows when eyeballs focus in it's direction. This needs a great deal more explanation.

Alternately, I suppose you could also increase the amount of chakra spent to escape based on the rank of the genjutsu with a sliding scale rank on this.

I'll give a quick guess as to which of those three answers -won't- get approved. Also, D rank seems a little low. Might want to make its rank variable depending on the rank of the poison you are effecting, or cap the rank it can effect at B or something.

Ehh, this is enough for now, but I'm gonna look at em all before it's done. Some of these are still a bit off, including others have marked for approval.

It has no normal ability beyond being a skeleton. Thats all their is to it. No hidden powers, no jutsu, its called clone because thats what it literally is, cloning your skeletal structure, not a clone in the Naruverse sense. Its as sturdy as the users own skeleton so its as suspectible to attack and destruction as a normal skeletal system.

The further jutsu bit is to state its purpose, if a shinobi needs a skeleton for some other jutsu then thats what this technique is for, the skeleton has no special properties unless another jutsu, clan ability, or whatever else would be applicable to the skeleton to make it abnormal after creation. Or if the skeletal system is already unique, since its a replica, a Kaguya's replication would be harder naturally for an example of an alteration to the jutsu, but using a Kaguya technique with it would require another, seperate, jutsu.

The organs are replicated inside and then they are expelled. The jutsu does indeed state this, the phrase 'spit out' is literal. It develops in the stomach and is then expelled through the mouth, it doesn't linger, and thus its an external organ upon the conclusion of the jutsu.

The corpse being withdrawn in the same action does not add to the benefit of Kawarmi as you still have to move the corpse away from yourself to have any practical use, which has been stated in the jutsu. Once used the corpse still has to be thrown away from the user enough of a distance to matter, otherwise you've just moved less than a foot which is typically not the aim with Kawarmi. So its an alteration, not an upgrade, it has drawbacks equivalent to whatever gains it provides, thus the same rank.

People do not shoot rays of chakra from their eyes, the eye absorbs reflected light to see, and when the light is collected by another persons vision, the body is aware of this (the exact nature of how that occurs is presently unknown by the medical and scientific community, its a recent discovery) and when paying close attention it can tell the person that their being watched, as is so common to occur in normal human beings. Being a shinobi, and an Eijutsu user at that, enables them to put out chakra to remove the need for attention to it in order to pick it up as well as magnifiying the sensation. Its a simple jutsu with a simple description, it takes the 'your being watched' sensation and magnifies it, theres nothing complex about it, you're overthinking it.

Any technique that would alter your vision, such as seeing through chakra based methods like Byakugan, would avoid the technique since its based on the bodies reaction to another body, it doesn't cover supernatural things. I don't appreciate having to outline the flaws in every jutsu I make so anybody with free time can look them up and meta-game their way out of them, thank you.

It AIDS in Kai, it does not allow you to automatically Kai anything, it does not substitue Kai, it does not enable Kai when you're physically capable of using it, it simply allows the benefits of the pain dispelling when you would normally be incapable of gaining these benefits with your Kai. Aid means 'in addition to' not 'replacement'. Theres no damage done, the nervous system is easily tricked by even real world afflictions and it doesn't physically harm anyone when it hurts you unless it does so because you did something to trigger it that did harm you.

If anything it would be a nice way to get out of any Genjutsu C Rank or below, according to Genjutsu rules, I take it very derragtorially when you make such wide assumptions about my jutsu when the site rules you should know by heart dont even allow for such a thing by the pain method in the first place.

I'm afraid I disagree. You're going through the extra step of summoning something from a scroll, which makes this technique significantly more difficult than the normal substitution jutsu. I'm afraid that this jutsu is just not on the same line as Kawarimi, and needs to be ranked up to show it.

Oh, I think I'm putting just the right amount of thought into this. You're still telling me that the brain just somehow knows, when someone else has recieved light that bounced off their body. That makes no sense, unless you factor in magic. I don't even think a layer of magical chakra would be able to know whether or not light that bounced off it was bound for someone's eye. I'm also not sure why someone having magical eyes someone hides this fact from your jutsu. The whole thing doesn't really make sense to me, from a scientific standpoint. And while yes, you can get a scientist to agree that there's some force that lets you know when you're being watched, you can also get a scientist to agree that the loch ness monster, and big foot, have gone into the novelty t-shirt business together.

Well don't take it in a derogatory manner, I'm just doing my job. If it doesn't get you out of all genjutsu, please list those that it does, and those that it does not. Kai requires great focus and concentration, and shocking your own nerves with imaginary pain does not facilitate a "clearer" mind. Better define which genjutsu this technique "assists" kai with, and explain in game mechanics what sort of tangible boost it gives. 10%? +1 rank of kai? Auto release of S ranked genjutsu?

Your jutsu says "The user looks at a target, and directs chakra". If this calls for handseals, then add that too, cause as it's written, all you have to do is look at someone and direct chakra. You're also still not answering my question. How do you miss with this technique? How is it avoided, blocked, or resisted? Does this ability just let you automatically advance a poison by one post, so long as you can see someone? I could certainly see this jutsu being more viable if required some sort of physical contact, as to better facilitate the transfer of chakra.

If you think like that you shouldn't check Eijutsu seeing as it has A LOT to do with science.

I refrain from checking genjutsu because A- I don't know much about it, and B- I know there are mods that are much better at doing it. Same concept.

By the logic of this jutsu, you could only spend a D-Rank amount of chakra to create a complete clone of a Jounin character who would be faster and stronger than a lot of shinobi, having spent such a minimal amount of chakra. This seems OP to me.

Concerning True Clone and Demon Flood, scroll up because all of that has been addressed and dealt with already once, if not twice, and I don't feel inclined to repeat myself multiple times in a single topic. True Clone has been carefully balanced and explained quite a few times in this topic and Demon Flood is not using that small cut for all that blood, its chakra created, if you need anymore thorough of an explanation on either point, scroll up.

I'll be posting on here soon, but I have concerns. Although these are clearly Hage's techniques. James, you have been given permission to have these which means it's not Hage's position to discuss/persay/remove or alter them. Although I cannot stop that from happening because I'm sure he will continue to alter them in accordance to what people say; though that will probably be a rare occasion. Point is, it should be James posting; not Hage.

He has permission to use them, not to modify them, thats strictly my domain, hence why I'm handling any modifications being done since he lacks any rights over them beyond my allowing him to use and train them. It is my position to discuss my techniques and alter them, hence why I'm doing it.
