Clan Name: Suto-mu (Lost Name) Kanto (Current name)
Clan Location: Most of the clan was devastated while they had lived in Kirigakure but now most are seen in Kumo even though there numbers are severely diminished.
Clan Traits: Each Member of the clan will have black hair and severely dark skin along with usually either completely red or bloodshot eyes.

More info on the eye: The eye itself appears to be a normal eye except for the odd coloring. The usual eye color for the clansmen is a scarlet red with a mix of purple into the eye itself. (Meaning the pupil is red while the visible cornea and iris itself is purple)
Kekkei Genkai:

Fusenmei Shiryoku
Blurred Eyesight
Elemental Ability.

Elemental Effects:
The basic effect of this Kekkei Genkai, is to essentially utilize a combination of Electricity and water to take control of the element Ranton Or storm element. The Ranton element utilizes either creating or manipulating storm or using Powerful beams with varying brightness’. These Beams are essentially electricity that have the ability to move like water flowing. [Darui is supposedly the utilizer of this element in the manga.] This utilized by the two separate elements Suiton and Raiton.

Bodily Affinitys:
The next ability is that the user of the Kekkei is essentially immune to extreme forces of hot and cold. This is due to them being able to absorb and release heat at essential will. This by causing there body to use the properties of the ranton element releasing small bursts of intesnse static electricity into the area to release heat and just normally having heat transfer into them by using watery convection currents. The water will circulate in there body faster cuasing more heat transfer to take place in there body and cause them to heat up. The cost of this ability comes at a small but constant drain to the persons chakra when needed to heat up. A genin being able to do this for about 5 post’s of constant use before they are drained and exhausted to an S-rank being able to go almost a limitless amount of time with a minimal drain.

The immunity to Raiton and Katon jutsu's only come when it comes down to there effects with heat. They can only cut the heat down of the attack by a third slightly weakening it but still causing most of the damage through its force. This will only protect from any burns that may be caused by the heat. They are also immune to being frozen or being stiffened up by cold.
Secret Clan Jutsu: This clan being few in number and not many high ups left has lost there essential secret clan jutsu instead they have become forced to learn from what is left of there family lineage depending on what they need to learn.
History:

The Suto-Mu clan was a clan found in Kirigakure before the bloodline massacre took place. It was a small and semi-peaceful clan that could match most others. However as Kirigakure grew tired of the bloodlines that plagued its land it had begun to become hated by many. Soon as the village began its violent outbursts against all Kekkei-Genkai’s in its land this clan was targeted. It was just a sudden slam of attack that happened one day. The clan being peaceful in nature was not ready and most of them were obliterated.

As years passed the traces of the clan were gone almost completely however after years passed a small amount of people soon appeared around Kumogakure. These people were users of the bloodline and were said to be the last members of the clan. They held the name Kanto even though the past name was Suto-mu. These Kanto’s joined Kumogakure as Ninjas as a hope to finally revive the Kekkei Genkai.

Just one problem, does your heat manipulation give you any immunities or protection from Raiton or Katon jutsu? If so, which I assume it does, please detail this and be aware that total immunity isn't allowed on the site.
