Proficient Summoning: As a member or the Yamazaru clan, Seoul as a general knack for the knowledge of summoning. Typically this clan only summons the primate species but with given extra training some members may be able to summon outside of those boundaries. Seoul himself at the point only summons primates

I told him here because we dont have an exact section for character modifications. Instead of having everything scattered for this, putting them all in one section would make it easier to moderate and review.

Irrelevant. Equipment is equipment and should be treated as such. Please separate the spiders and cards from the speciality being applied for. Also, does this give any specific benefit? You've stated a general proficiency in summoning but is there any substantial difference? (i.e increase in power for summons, higher rank allowances etc.)
