Chapter 525 (Caution: Spoilers)

Now, overall, this chapter was great. Aside from an odd dull expression I got from the Dust Element being Fire, Earth and Wind, we know learned that there is more elemental combinations than before. Also, what's make's Gaara's father so special? I've always wondered, since we never got to see his abilities and both Temari and Kankuro seem taller. But, nonetheless we don't know anything except some personal information about the Mizukage and Raikage. I'm wondering, what Gaara and Temari would think about their father being the enemy. Gaaara seems to think nothing of it, so I think Temari would be moe upset about it. Adressing, I seen Kazuku, but he didn't have Nagato on his back. We all should know that Nagato cannot walk on his own. And good thinking by Shikamaru's father, but Im' worried either Tsunade or Shizune are gonna find out about Dan, meaning we'll find out slowly why Kabuto revived so many shinobi. But I have to say, this revival thing is sexist. I mean, they have two female kages and a female Daimyo, but no famous females have been revived yet.

But still, it's going to be a huge battle sooner, and Gaara's division could get overthrown. But if the Third Tsuchikage goes, they stand a better chance.

Second Mizukage, he does he remind me of somebody, my first impression though, me likey. Kumo twins with Kyuubi chakra? Okay then... I knew the Second Tsuchikage would be more badass than being invisible. The Kage's are struggling to stay back from the fight now, which I think is right because they are the most powerful ninja, then should be out on the front line. Gaara's dad will have some awesome ability, or else he wouldn't be wouldn't have been a Kage. Though Orochimaru was able to beat him pretty easily and he failed to kill Gaara as a toddler; multiple times, so I struggle to regard him in too much of a high standard shinobi, but he'll be awesome. You gotta remember Orochimaru and Kimimaro both fought Gaara's dad to kill him. Kimimaro almost killed Gaara alone, which was an epic battle indeed.

What ever happened to Naruto because I forgot? Sasuke as well, where are they?

Sasuke is recovering from his breast implants and Naruto's training. Actually, I don't think it was stated that Orochimaru had fought against the Fourth Kazekage. The Flashback in the anime, the one I saw befoe I ever read the Manga, was that Kimimaro killed Gaara's father alone and then had a bloody cough.

Good Chapter, I really enjoyed it. I really can’t wait for next weeks. I hope to see Gaara’s dad do some amazing things. He has to be strong, and height has nothing to do with strength…If you think that, that isn’t very bright. Now as for the Woman shinobi summoned, that was stupid. First off, it being sexist? I'm just not going to get into it. Second off, I can name two off that were revived. Chiyo and Pakura.

I really don't see the big deal. Majority of the readers are probably guys anyway. He's just going for the target audience. Nothing to freak out and whine about. And Chiyo was badass. I fail to see the big issue as to what her powers are or how that even applies to the gender issue you brought up. Point is, the entire manga, not just the war, is proportioned the same way. A shit ton of more guys then there are girls. Go to bleach, oh look, more guys then girls, by a lot. Fact is, there are a lot of comics, american ones too, that put out more male superheroes, ninja with the ability to mold chakra, shinigami with unique and powerful swords, then the females. Im really surprised that you are surprised by this and are just now coming to realize that the male to female ratio is almost always unbalanced.

No, I'm just displeased as there's only 2 famous female ninja, both from Sunagakure, that didn't previously have a Jiinchuriki sealed in them. I forgot about Nii and that girl from Waterfall.

BTW I loved the chapter. The comment on Gaara's dads strength, we can not gauge it at all. He did not himself personally try to kill Gaara, he sent other people to do it for him. Also we do not know the details to his death at Orochimaru's hands so thats not a viable measuring tool either. The kage all seem pretty bad ass, as they should, and IDT his father will be any different. His abilities have always been fairly mysterious and what not, which can often give us a goody bag of surprises when we find out. The bloodline expansion thing I thought was kind of dumb, but Im biased cuz I rp, otherwise I wouldnt give a rats ass. Shikimarus dad just threw out one of the best strategies weve seen in the manga, which has been happening a lot in recent chapters, and will probably see more of, which makes me happy that Kishimoto has not forgotten how to utilize tactics. As for Gaara being unaffected, just how often does Gaara show emotion, plus they are at war. Hes always been a frickin rock aside from a few moments. He knew the strongest were getting resurrected, he probably wasnt shocked that his father, a previous kage was among them, nor does he care because he understands its war and it is unlikely he will get affected emotionally, which is why he is perfect for a general position.

Hmm. It's been a long time but didn't Orochimaru kill the Fourth Kazekage with Kusanagi? I remember Kimimaro being there but I thought Oro was the one who actually killed him.

Yes he was impaled with kusanagi, but again the details were not presented as to the manner in which it was done. Also he had assume Orochimaru as an ally, givin Orochimaru a much easier time to kill him then I would assume woudl happen in a full on fight between the two. Anything about his powers are pure speculation. It would be just as foolish for me to say he is a complete and total badass as it would be for anyone to say he is not really that impressive, given the information and lack of conclusive base that information gives us. Sometimes you can draw a conclusion from as little, or even less information, this is not one of those times as there are too many unknown factors that would affect and change the end result of a proper analysis.

Well, after that highly sarcastic and untruthful remark, all I have to say are two things:

1. Tobirama is awesome for having made a technique as freaking dangerous as Edo Tensei. Forget Hashirama and his Mokuton, Niidaime Hokage's way cooler.

2. Gaara's father is making me inexplicably excited. He's going to prove to be unexpectedly powerful, that I'm sure of. He is, after all, a Kage of Suna, who's shinobi are extremely powerful.

Am I the only one completely unsatisfied by the most recent chapters? I just don't care about them. I skim through them to get the basic idea and follow the plot, but I feel almost like I'm READING filler. God help us if mangas ever release filler. e.o Anyways, bleh. I just want to see Naruto come out of nowhere and kick some ass. That's just me.

Naruto is a main character, otherwise he is okay. He just doesn't entertain me enough, because I know that when he has lost a battle, he will just say "I never give up, believe it!", scream loudly, get a random power-up and beat the fuck out of anyone. I might be exaggerating right now, but when Naruto fights I get the feeling that I'm watching some sort of Dragon Ball crap. I find it more interesting when other characters fight, because then its more about tactics and uniqueness of their abilities, rather than their huge willpower and talk no jutsus. Its not that I would dislike Naruto, he is kind of cool, its just that it is less ideological with others.

To me, the last few chapters have been godlike!

I'm really hoping for great match ups and some nice deaths on both sides. I'm also hoping for Suigetsu and Juugo to do something interesting during the war.

Not an overexaggeration the main character will always pawn the noobs and as for the Dragonball Ball Z referrence, Kishimoto was a massive fan and therefore has based a few things on Dragonball, the Tsuchikage is a fine example, with what the Dust Element is capable of, not to mention the flying and lifting turtle island with one hand. I creamed over the Naruto vs Pain fight but once again, the anime destroyed it bringing in an animator especially for that arc who I felt did a terrible job.

I couldn't agree more, I cannot wait for the Kage Summit and Shinobi War to be turned into an anime, hopefully these current fights will be extended and we will get a little more knowledge on some of these guys. As for the Kage Summit, the Raikage's power will be boss level in the anime, overall I just want to see them all hand Sasuke his petite little bottom.

I was so glad Zetsu was elaborated on, but it wasn't like I hoped. I like him when he's merged and looked more like the plant. Kakashi Rampage, fuck yeah cannot wait to see him go nuts. The swords man me cream, but now I think they'll just be disregarded since Zabuza and Haku were killed again, I was hoping to see Gari and Explosive Release elaborated on, lets not forget about Chukuri or whatever who went to Chiyo and her little squadron for back up. The second Mizukage looks sweet, Gaara's dad; fuck yeah. Muu vs Onoki woot. So much pawnsome before Madara turns up and only to be countered by Naruto and Killer bee, then the return of Sasuke. T_T
