Does it sound wrong that after me and my friends put up with someone's insults for well over a year, then I kick him lightly, and he falls down in pain with a dislocated knee cap? Considering he practices Tae-Kwondo and i play hockey, like wtf. Then, I left my school to cool off so that when the Vice principal and principal talked to me, I wouldn't be so raged. I get 5 days out of school. Later, when my dad goes to get me a pizza, he sees the kid I kicked downtown with his parents, like, wtf? Like really? When I kicked him, he had enough time to stare at me, perform an over-dramatic spin and grab the opposite knee. I mean, when he spun, he stood on one leg, which was the one I kicked. Anyway, the paramedics said it was really bad and his knee cap was broken. I don't truelly believe whatever arse fodder they tried to feed the principal. I got some revenge on the arse who broke a girls finger, cheap-shotted one of my best friends, and always acts like he's better than my entire group and insults us. So did I do the right thing?

Hmmm, actually I think a clean shot to the jaw would have been more efficient for somebody like this. Though I actually doubt you went and spoke to the Principal, Vice Principal or Coordinator about this boys behavior before doing so because before just bottle it up and things like this happen, so physical abuse should be something used as an emergency method. You didn't explain why you finally burst and kicked him, or if you did it for 'no reason' in the way that he hadn't fucked around with you that day and you went and did it anyway, the whole scenario on that day is what your superiors would be directly looking at first. Something like this could have to slammed with a hospital bill and charged with assault.

I'm speaking specifically that day, not past events.

He insulted my physical looks and it really wasn't a good day to say your braver than someone shorter than you. He found that out later.

FUck it, if a dude wants to flap off at the mouth, see how big they are when you get big back and they get laid out on their ass. Its the only proper way of dealin with em other then putting in way more mental creativity or planning then they are really worth. I wouldnt say insulting your looks is reason enough but assuming theres a good enough history, its just a build up, and no, school authority figures, at least in my experience, are shit when it comes to helping you with a "bully" unless they actually whoop on you in a full out fight.

My school doesn't use the word "Bully". Although I'll look like the bad guy since the dude was younger than me by a year.
