| Basic Information:Name: Shitsumei Ibuki Secondary Title: Kaze Age: 19 Gender: Male Physical Appearance:Ibuki looks like your normal civilian, for the most part. Red hair, blue eyes, he stands at an average five foot ten. He is quite skinny, showing bone where his muscle cannot cover, such as his shoulders. His hair curls around his chin, long for most males, but still short in comparison to some. He wears a black peacoat with a black long sleeve shirt under it, despite the fact he lives in Suna. One hypothesis towards this manner of dress is the clothes are made out of a unique fabric, and one would be correct in that assumption. The clothing fabric was specifically made for hot climates like Suna. WHile it looks like heavy wear, the clothes infact allow a lot of air to flow through, cooling off the person in question quite easily. Of course, these clothes wont fare very well in the cold areas of Yuki or Kumo. Personality:Ibuki is human. That being said, it is assumed that he has many emotions, and expresses them accordingly. While this would be an accurate description, Ibuki isn’t exactly normal with the way he expresses his emotions. There are many different sides to be seen of Ibuki; a kind caring side, a sadistic cruel side, a sad side, and many more, just like most human beings. By putting himself in the wrong situations however, despite them being accidental, Ibuki has managed to see more hurt and pain than he would have liked too in his short life. After realizing that he was a bastard son, Ibuki began to shut himself inside himself, locking away emotions and thoughts that he thought were unnecessary. By becoming a loner, he planned to take on the weight of the world, as that’s what he had been doing for the past few years. Trust no one, live alone, that’s how Ibuki survived once he left his town. However, bottling up all his emotions wasn’t good for Ibuki, and he began to develop an explosive temper. It started with a sizzling boiling in his gut, and then explodes from there. However, after a year of practice and meditation, Ibuki managed to control this temper and seal it away. However, it still erupts on the occasion, worse than it ever was. Not many know what exactly happens to trigger such a reaction, but most agree that it is best to avoid Ibuki in this state. To counter act the temper however, Ibuki has managed to develop a kind and calm personality, one that seems to ooze calm around others. He does truly care for people, whether he has met them or not, and feels a sort of kinship to most people he meets. He is very empathetic, which means that he can feel others pain, their sorrow, happiness and anger. While this is normally a good thing, the mood still affects Ibuki greatly, and should the feeling be large enough, his mood will change to match. Misery loves company after all. Ibuki can also be sarcastic, very sarcastic in fact. Most people, he had learned, don’t understand sarcasm well, so when Ibuki IS sarcastic, his voice oozes the feeling, so much that it could suffocate some people. That being said, he is only sarcastic to idiots mostly, or people who ask dumb questions. Another quirk about Ibuki, is despite his temper and calmness, he lacks the ability to let something go for a short while, constantly reminding the person in question about it and stabbing them with the idea or concept he has latched onto until they finally crack. This is the only way that Ibuki has found to get a point, a serious point at least, driven into people’s skulls. If being an ass doesn’t work, Ibuki switches to sarcasm, and then to like he is talking to a mentally retarded person if the situation calls for it. He also has an affinity for finding things in his pockets that werent there before. It is a subconcious habit really, things get picked up and absentmindedly pocketed while Ibuki strolls around and looks through areas and markets. He also seems to have an insatiable craving for steak. Catch Phrase: "Nothing lasts forever. All shinobi with in the Sookato clan are naturally high chakra capacity types. This meaning that they all have a greater supply of chakra then That of the average shinobi of their rank. Typically this is up at 25% greater. A few percetange, the not as talented ones, have 10%% greater, and a few of the most skilled have 50% greater then average. This also grants for a greater amount of jutsu usage possible in battle.

Pure Chakra Manipulation
The members of the Sookato clan have the ability to convert chakra into a more raw and physical form of itself which rather then manipulating into something else similar fire can be used directly to harm or hinder there opponents.
This secondary form is both more crude and unstable and takes the appearance of a part gaseous but liquid material, not dissimilar to plasma (only not heated). This cruder form is all the more striking since it is also coloured and comes in various hues of blue, purple and eventually black depending on the amount of concentrated chakra used.
The chakra is particularly unstable and highly corrosive and while largely impossible to use for subtle manipulation or genjutsu its rare form can be weaponised through various crude feats of manipulation. Due to its dark and unstable nature, the result of imbalance between spiritual and physical energy used in its creation, it can cause untold physical damage to anything it touches. Its corrosive force is so great that it can with enough chakra reduce almost any material object to slag. Physical barriers pose little problems to it and are weak against direct attacks. Chakra based attacks and defences however remain as effective against this raw form as they are against true chakra.
Oniryouken - Demon Hound Eye
The eyes of the Sookato, as illustrated below, are completely black, so telling them apart from other ninja is not difficult at all unless they have their eyes covered. Many of them where strips of cloth or tinted glasses to hide this distinguishing feature. Some, with out care, choose to sport their eyes for all to see and recognize, not particularly caring who knows their clan before a battle begins, believing that it does not matter. The princible of the doujutsu is not exactly unique, and neither is the way it does it, however, the way it is presented, is. The eye is a sensory type eye, and is one of the most powerful of its kind. This is the only part of the clan that really changes with a ninjas rank. It has the ability to sense all types of chakra instinctively, being able to distinguish different types with out having to focus in order to sense anything. To a sookato this skill is just like seeing or hearing. It can help the sookato determine the nature of an attack by reading the chakra in terms of amount, type of chakra, chakra density, etc. All this does is provide subtle knowledge which could ultimately help counter it. However, the sookato would still need a fairly high IQ to piece together these bits of information in order for it to be useful in any way. Also it can obviously alert the ninja that they are in a genjutsu fairly quickly, as genjutsu is caused by chakra in the brain. It does nothing to prevent it but serves as a warning alarm. The shinobi must still have the skill to break free from it in order to break out. This can help a shinobi greatly by allowing him to 'see' what his eyes can not actually capture through images. The sensing of chakra is not seeing it, but is more like simply knowing its there, feeling its pressence. The basic skill is a universal one, but the Demon Hound Eye takes it to a whole different level unheard of amongst shinobi outside their clan.

Secret Clan Jutsu:
• Name: Supernova • Rank: A • Element: Fire • Requirements: Sookato Clan & Fire Element • Description: This is a technique developed by and known only too and usable only by Taku. The main reason is that this jutsu not only utilizes not only the fire element, but also the potent Sookato chakra. This is essential an upgrade of the chakra bomber attack. In a nut shell, Taku brings both his fire and clan's chakra into his hand(s) creating a swirling ball of both chakras which mix into a brand new chakra of pure plasma. As soon as the ball gets to the desired sized, it must be released to hover in the air, as it mixes and turns into the new form due to its intense heat. It must sustain itself for a few moments before it suddenly grows to heavy and crashes down into the ground. As it crashes into the ground, its mass spreads outwards in a circular direction for 35m radius (70m diameter). As it hits, it heats the ground to such a point that it liquidizes into a burning hot substance similar to that of magma. It also creates a blast of intensely heated wind whose temperatures are half that of solar winds. They extend as far as the shock-wave. The ground splits in crags in various directions, making an even footing impossible.
• Name: Chakra Shuriken • Rank: C • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: Taku fires a small balst of chakra from his hand, and though the technique is called "shuriken" the resemblance is better placed with a kunai. it is made only of chakra and nearly impossible to block with out the use of jutsu because it is made of the highly destructive sookato chakra.
• Name: Chakra Blade • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: This is an extremely diverse and powerful technique, inspired by the wind blade jutsu that some wind users like to use. It can be used in two different ways. The first is when it is used to cover a bladed weapon for extra piercing ability which exceeds that which is given by wind. The weapon does not need to be chakra conductive as Taku simply wraps the veil around the weapon. Using this he can also levitate the weapon by manipulating his chakra and control them through the air via hand motions. The second way he can use it is by simply creating a single blade out of chakra not around another blade which is good for a one time attack but he can create many in rapid succession. In this way they look just like a 4 foot arc of chakra, and like the wind blade, can not be blocked except by a ninjutsu or similar technique.
• Name: Chakra Cage • Rank: A • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: To use this jutsu, the user must make several hand/signs and then slam their hands on the ground. Instantly a pulsation of energy will spread out which does not cause any damage or have any effects to any individual. However, when it reaches twenty meters across from the other side of the pulsation, it will shoot up and create a dome shaped cage of chakra. Taku can use this so that he is with in or on the outside of the cage to use it. However, he has to keep his hands on the ground the entire time. While Taku's hands are on the ground, he can heal any damage done to the cage by surging more chakra into it ( a C rank amount per area equaling a 1 meter hole. In this way, even if the cage is breached, the user can keep them uncaged, but the chakra cost can be devastating to the user. A floor will be created about six inches under the ground, to make it look like underground escape is possible, but is not actually. The chakra for this technique is solid and not destructive, becoming calmer and more controlled via concentration. To escape from the technique, the user will have to use chakra attacks of their own. For nin it will have to be C rank to damage it, and for taijutsu, it will have to be B ranked to crash through it. Normal ninja tools or weapons will be simply turned away, while special weapons (those imbibed with some sort of unique ability aka influenced in some way by chakra, need be only C rank to pierce through and create openings.
• Name: Chakra Veil • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: This is an advanced Sookato technique and is easily one of their most valuable. When the user uses this jutsu, a veil of chakra will wrap around them, however, it will float on them, not actually touching them for that would kill them. As the veil is made of the destructive Sookato chakra, most taijutsu is ineffective against the user when he uses this jutsu. The only way to get through is by destroying it with ninjutsu or taijutsu which utilize chakra in some way. However, like the chakra cage, Taku is able to repair the damage to his armor by surging more chakra to the point of entry. He can also change the density of bits by weakening the other. The chakra armor does not cover the soles of his feet as it would deteriorate the earth he walks upon. However, he can have it cover his soles should he wish it, but it is not an automatic thing and costs more chakra. A D rank ninjutsu will weaken it cosiderably, and a C rank will destroy it but in turn be canceled, leaving a gaping hole at the point of impact. B rank and above will leave the gaping hole and do damage equal to a rank lower then the actual attack, meaning that the attack was weakened slightly. With simple Taijutsu (attacks not utilizing chakra) it will simply turn such attacks away as well as with basic weapons. However with advanced taijutsu (any technique using chakra, it will have the same effect as with ninjutsu and the effects existing at the equal ranks. concerning weapons it is quite simple. It will turn away weapons that are not contained with chakra aka have any special attributes. However, those that do are completely immune to the veils protective capability and are capable of piercing through it albeit the attack will be slowed slightly and the force of each blow will be lessened a tad bit. It takes a C rank amount of chakra to keep this jutsu activated for every post after it is used.
• Name: Reverse Chakra Veil • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: This is just like the Chakra Veil in principal, except it is applied to another person. It can be used on ally's for added protection, however, it can not be healed unless Taku is in direct contact with it so it generally is only good to take a few extra attacks unphased. If effectively used on an enemy then Taku can then lock their body down with the chakra by manipulating it and restricting or controlling their movement by controlling the chakra. It takes a C rank amount of chakra to keep this jutsu activated for every post after it is used.
• Name: Pillar of Generations • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: Using this jutsu, Taku will surge chakra through his feet and along the ground towards an opponent. This is one of the few non-destructive sookato techniques. When it reaches the feet of the target, a shimmering circle will light up around them and then shoot a veil of chakra straight up about 5 meters, (roughly 15 feet), high. Anything cot in it will have its tenketsu points (chakra points), clogged with sookato chakra quickly removing any ability to utilize chakra for jutsu in the first two posts. After that it will have disipated enough to where jutsu of C rank jutsu can be used on the third post after being hit. On the fifth post it disipates more allowing them to use enough chakra for a B ranked attack. After the Seventh post, the clogging is completely gone and any jutsu can be used normally. The chakra can be remove through certain jutsu such as the Rotation technique of the Hyuuga clan by surging pure chakra through it to push it out.
• Name: Sensory Void • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: This jutsu utilizes the Sookato Chakra in a thinner manner so as to make it non destructive. This is used much the same like pillar of generations except it is even thinner and cannot even be seen because it is so thin. When used it will flare up around the target. They will notice a slight increase in temperature, even though this is really not the case, it just makes it seem to them almost like it is more humid, actually just containing a bit more heat trapped into their body then normally in the open air. This thin chakra void around the person will disrupt all chakra sensory or sight skills so that the person affected will not be able to see or sense chakra for the next two posts.
History:
The sookato clan is one of the most ancient in the ninja world. It is also said to be one of the most powerful and fit for battle. Their founder was Hiei Sookato, a man of great nobility, wealth, and respect. He was well known through out the whole world during his own generations time. Before the villages were amassed, they acted as gypsy's traveling where they saw fit and randomly choosing causes to support, free of charge. All they asked for was shelter, supplies, and food. They were always welcome by all and were a fear to see on the battle field. There stipulatons for taking a cause were only two in number, and very simple and plain. 1. They had to have some kind of fighting involved somewhere down the line and also, it had to be a good noble cause only fit for the betterment of man kind. Typically they took up jobs which would in the end bring groups closer together and unify man into a singular understanding and whole. They did not work for dictators or evil men or cause, and they were very good judges of character.
When the idea of the villages were brought forth, they again, were happy to help. They worked endlessly, but did nothing to aid in the construction itself. Instead that sat idley by untill terrorist factions who were against the villages made threatening gestures and the Sookato would proceed to wipe them out, often in a single night. It was quite clear that the villages were going to happen, and the only result of trying to stop it would be death. The threats stopped and the villages were completed as originally planned. However, in return, they refused to join anyone village, setting them self up as a group that worked in the shadows, no longer known to the villages even, protecting them from threats which would appear, eliminating them often before the villages themselves knew about them. They were forgotten in time, and they were pleased with this, as it was not in a Sookato's nature to take credit for their deeds. What they did was in their nature, and deemed it unnecessary to have any high praise for what came to them instinctually.
Then the wars between nations began to break out. What once was seen as an act to unify man even further began to divide them in new and more profound ways. As the wars broke out, the Sookato turned their backs in disgust, not wanting to intervene and make themselves known again, and removed themselves, setting up a permanent village of their own that had no dealings with the other countries on the other side of the mountains. Here they lived for many years in peace, though they continued to train themselves as warriors always, because fighting was there love, and a matter of security was needed. For them though, mostly, fighting was little more then a sport, for not many threats arose. This did not cause them to get comfortable, for they knew that would be their biggest mistake, but in the end, it didnt matter. By secluding themselves, they had know way of knowing the threat that came for them, and they were ill prepared for this kind of attack. 10 S rank missing nin infiltrated them, the methods unknown, and systematically began the attack, targeting their most important buildings first, destroying many of their most powerful warriors with out even a struggle, and the rest was childs play.
They used it for a training exercise for their faction, though they were later defeated by an unknown hand. They had had an inside man who wanted to reconnect with the rest of the world, but they did not spare his life either, so his wishes were for naught. Only one survived. Taku Sookato. The boy made his way and joined up in the ranks of the Sand village. There whole entire clan is now only one. Any hopes of them reviving, are on his shoulders.

While unknown, he believes the amount of chakra he has, and the pitch black color it resembles is effectively due to his bastard father, Taku. Name: Curse Seal: Black Oath Rank: S Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Seal’s Creator: Lord Ichushiro Description: Lord Ichushiro may seem just to many but in truth he is as pitiless and ruthless as the worst men when need by. The loyalty of men is fickle at best and sometimes things are too important to leave to fate. To this affect his learned many dark and forbidden secrets that should destroyed upon inception. One such is the Curse Seal: Black Oath. This seal is evil and wretched thing that can forcibly bind the life force of one to another’s bidding. Even though the applicant must be willing its affects and significance are no less diabolical or profound. This Seal drawn in chakra enriched blood makes real a black oath of loyalty. In accepting this seal the bearer’s chakra system is linked to a parallel seal on the creator which at any time can be used in the following ways: - To force the bearer to tell the user the truth (must have LOS on bearer at time)
- To compel them to follow an order (must have LOS on bearer at time)
- To detonate the chakra coursing through the bearer destroying their corporeal form within seconds killing them
These affects/abilities are one way and cannot be reverse. This seal can only be removed by its creator and lasts till the creator/users death, whichever comes first.

Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed

Name: Kai - Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Name: Kawara Shuriken [Roof Tile Shuriken] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique requires chakra to pressurize nearby tiles in an area. The tiles are then levitated and hurled over towards the opponent, spinning at fast speeds similar to shuriken.
Name: Decomposition Technique [Sekkyokushou no Jutsu] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: After performing some handseals, the user touches an object which then decomposes until nothing exists. This is only able to be used on dead people or inanimate objects. This technique can destroy objects as large as a big house. Chakra consumption for this jutsu is according to the size of the decomposed target.

Name of Jutsu: Burning Ash Accumulation Rank: B Type of Jutsu:: Ninjutsu Element Affinity:Fire Description: A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed handseals, Ibuki will expel an ash from his mouth. This large cloud begin to envelope his foe and when Ibuki clicks his teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.
Name of Jutsu: Salivating Inferno Rank: C Type of Jutsu:: Ninjutsu Element Affinity:Fire Description: This is a jutsu designed and created by Ibuki. By using this jutsu he will use chakra to force his body to produce more saliva in his mouth that will be mixed with fire chakra. After doing so he will spit a line of it on the ground about three feet long. After which he will form a single hand sign and a single spark will ignite from his finger and land on the trail, igniting it and creating a wall of fire about five feet high. This wall serves no purpose other then to create a source of light.
Name of Jutsu: Chasing Burn, Never Back Down Rank: C Type of Jutsu:: Ninjutsu Element Affinity:Fire Description: When using this jutsu, the user will form three hand seals as they kneel to the ground. Following this they will place two fingers on the ground with one hand and flow chakra through the tips and out in the form of a one inch wide and two inches tall trail of fire. This fire can go out and be controlled to go in any direction Ibuki chooses, so long as his fingers remain on the ground and the fire can not go over water or be raised into the air. This is used to try to either manipulate the opponent's position by chasing them or if it catches them, to burn their body. This can be used for up to three posts after activation before it would have to be used again or simply expelling another C rank amount of chakra.
Name of Jutsu: Increased Component, Red Hot Metal Rank: D Type of Jutsu:: Ninjutsu Element Affinity: Fire Description: After completeing one handsign, Ibuki will touch his hand to a metal surface or object, and heat it up to extreme temperature causing it to grow bright red. This traditionally will be used to cause pain to an opponent who would unknowingly come into contact with it.
Name: Katon: Jiraigen [Fire Release: Minefield] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: After several handseals, the user will place his or her hand on the ground. Wherever the user touches with his or her hand, a bit of their chakra is left behind. Should any object touch the ground within a close range of the mines, the area will detonate into a small explosion. The user can maximally place five mines per use of this jutsu.
Name: Katon: Kasai no Ame [Fire Release: Rain of Fire Technique] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: This is a jutsu utilizing the fire element. The user performs a few seals and begins concentrating chakra into his hands. Eventually he will manipulate it into a ball of fire completely surrounding both hands, and then fired into the air. The two fireballs will collide and then split into 10-20 separate fireballs which will proceed to rain down on the area as commanded by the user. The fireballs are approxiamtely 1 foot in diameter and cover a 10 meter diameter range.
Name: Katon: Hibashiri [Flame Release: Running Fire] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: Having finished the required handseals, the user directs his chakra with a kick. As a result, a wheel of fire is created and darts across the terrain towards the opponent at great speed.
Name: Katon: Houka [Fire Release: Rocket] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user would open their mouth a ball of fire will shoot out their mouth with great speed and will burst into a bigger flame when it hits the target. The fireball itsel has a 3 meter diameter, and when it strikes an object of the target explodes outwards into a 20 foot diamter range.
Name: Katon: Karyuu Endan [Flame Release: Fire Wall Attack] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: A Katon ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall. This technique however uses an extremely large amount of the user's chakra and cannot be used frequently. Since this is normally used to stop a running opponent, the wall is approximately 15 feet long. However the user can use the wall to encircle a defeated opponent for interragation or themselves to prepare for a jutsu.
Name: Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: This Katon ninjutsu is believed to be the one of the strongest jutsu of the Katon series. This ninjutsu however requires a lot of chakra, concentration, and preparation time. A few diverse hand seals are done, and after gathering all the chakra in his mouth, the ninja will create so much flame that a red-hot fire will light up around them. All that chakra is then converted into fire inside the ninja's mouth, and it is all ejected at once, creating an extremely long blaze of fire, going directly to the opponent. This technique is straight, fast, and strong. It is most likely to be used after the enemy has been immobilized, because with such large amounts of chakra being used, most users simply cannot afford to waste it all by missing.
Name: Katon: Yougan Fi-rudo no Sousaku [Fire Release: Lava Field Creation] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: The user performs a series of hand seals than places their hands on the ground. The earth then slowly heats up and changes into molten rock. After execution, the user must immediately remove their hands and back up so as not to be burned. This not only limits where their target can move, but can also burn them if they are standing on it. The amount of area covered depends on the amount of chakra used. The Lava field created is an approximate size of half a football field (american). Not that it is not a square that is formed, but more of a roughly and crudely shaped pond of lava that is the approximate size of the field.

Name: Fuuton: Taifuu Kougeki [Wind Release: Typhoon Attack] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: The user attacks with wind, generating it by a simple spiral movement or by a fan, causing a small tornado that appears to emit from the user (a horizontal tornado of wind). At a close range, this attack can blow an enemy away spinning.
Name: Fuuton: Fuugekitai Kabe [Wind Release: Wind Repel Wall] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: The user, being assaulted, will quickly flash through handseals for this jutsu. Once done, the user will hold his last seal and stomp the ground with his dominant foot. Afterward, a wave of wind emanates from the user's body in a spherical shape towards all directions. This wave is capable of repelling a barrage of weapons or knocking back a charging opponent.
Name: Fuuton: Reppuuken [Wind Release: Gale Palm Wind] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: The user claps his palms together to generate a very fast gust of wind with a small impact surface. Alone the attack may just be an opening or a sudden mild blow back for an opponent, but in conjunction with midair projectiles, it can give them a sudden burst of flying speed making them very hard to dodge.
Name: Fuuton: Renkuudan [Wind Release: Drilling Air Projectile] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: The user inhales a large amount of air into his chest and then slams his fist into his chest to expel it. To strengthen the attack, the user will imbue chakra into the air. When expelled, it forms concussive spherical projectiles capable of inflicting large damage. Name: Fuuton: Tatsumaki Turappu [Wind Release: Tornado Trap] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: After performing a set of handseals, the user raises both hands up in the air and calls down a small tornado wind to surround and entrap the opponent(s). The user must always have their hands raised up and must have unfaltering concentration in order to keep the prison working as long as constantly supplying chakra into it. Those trapped in the tornado will be buffeted by strong winds and will find it impossible to escape due to this.
Name: Fuuton: Kamikaze Hashira [Wind Release: God Wind Pillars] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: The user's spins around for a short time, once done with his handseals. Mimicking his movements, four pillars of spinning wind will appear around a certain target. This wind can enhance a Katon attack causing a fire storm.
Name: Kazeryuu no Jutsu [Wind Dragon Technique] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: Through a long series of handseals, the user calls upon a a vortex portal at their side. From that emerges a wind dragon that has a body of a spinning tornado. The dragon is bound at its origin to the portal but can extend out to be long enough for a wide battlefield. The dragon also has the power to blow away most obstacles, or to cut them apart if they are unwilling to be moved.
Name: Fuuton: Raputa- no Mureboukou [Wind Release: Raptor Swarm Assault] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: The user finishes his very long series of handseals first. Afterward, the user faces his opponent with his palms, and then he blows a wind stream from his mouth, in addition to an enhancement current from his palms. As the Fuuton enhanced flow of wind surrounds the opponent, it turns into multiple light-green raptor birds of wind and then darts through the air slashing the opponent with their sharp wing attacks.

Name: Exploding Tag Rank: D Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Allows the user to create his own exploding tags using anything they wish merely by putting the seal on it. (IE. Paper, leaves, bark, rocks) Name: Storage Seal Rank: D Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Creates a seal that items can be stored into. Requires users blood and chakra to seal and unseal. Name: Survival Seals Rank: D Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Summons from the seals basic survival implements, including a tent, premade campfire, and canteens of fresh water. Name: Seal Counter Rank: D-S Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Allows the user to counter any seal of his own rank. Normally used to counter exploding tags and basic entrapment seas, this can also, with enough practice and chakra control, counter an opponents seal mid jutsu, causing it to misfire. Name: Motion Explosion Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: None Description: This seal acts much like a combination of the Alarm and Detonation seals mentioned above, except with a major exception. The alarm part of the seal sends a signal to the detonation portion, which will the cause the ground under the person detected to explodewith the power of a C-Ranked earth jutsu, or effectively 3-4 exploding tags (contraversial, but thats my opinion on the power level). The range of the seal is effectively 15 meters in every direction, and will go off if anyone not in the creators group. This is determined by having each party member provide a very small sample of their chakra as identification at the creation of the seal. Once the seal explodes, a very loud concussive explosion also occurs, nearly causing te opponent to go deaf. This secondary explosion serves as the alarm portion f the seal, if the explosion was not enough to get the groups attention. Once both explosions occur, the seal will disappear, leaving no trace it was even around. The seal costs a C-Ranked amount of chakra to activate, and 3-4 of them can effectively encircle a camping area, made by a team to rest for the night while on a mission. Name: Communication Seal Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: None Description: This seal is applied on to 4 people, but can be used for up to 8, allowing two teams to utilize this. What the seal does is allows a version of morse code, specific to Suna (and Koujetsu's team specifically) to be sent to all other personnel with seals on them, or by targetting a specific point on the seal, a specific person using coded chakra pulses. The pulses are nearly undetectable unless there is a senseor nearby. The look of the seal will vary according to how many brother and sister seals there are. The seal itself is an inner circle, with anywhere from 3-7 triangles surrounding the circle, signifying the number of other seals currently in usage. The range extends up to 150m between transmitting seals. Between 150 and 175 meters 'static' occurs, disrupting transmissions. Anything past 175 meters will not be recieved. Name: Senro Seal Type: Fuuinjutsu Rank: C Element: N/A Description: This seal is placed onto an opponent after physical contact has been made. It will utilize any excess chakra that the user expels which is from most Jutsus and stored chakra that was planted when the seal was placed. This seal will use this chakra to slowly send a chakra pulse that can be felt only by the user of the seal. This pulse can be felt from up to 50 meters away but it will weaken according to the distance. This weakening can determine how far they are and if there gaining a distance by the increase or decrease in the intensity of the pulse. The pulse is also in a special coded chakra that can only be read by the Ho-Mingu seal. Name: Shea-do Vijon Seal Type: Fuuinjutsu Rank: C Element: N/A Description: This seal is placed on up to 3 different people and has 2 types of its use. As the name implies its to share vision and sight so there are two different types of the seal. The first type is the seal that is placed on a person who you want to share there vision with. When the seal is placed on the person it will essentially sink up to the retina of the eye and copy the light that it takes in. This seal will then send the light waves over as chakra for the receiving seals to decode. This takes a D-ranked amount of chakra per post from the sender as they share their vision, or in Koujetsu's case, only E-rank when he is in eagle form. (E-Rank in easgle, D-rank normally). Should the sender turn this ability off, the chakra cost is negated. A pulsse of E-Rank chakra to the seal will reactivate the ability. The receiving seals are placed on the people the vision is to be shared with and is placed on the neck and is used to decode the chakra waves back into the light waves and send them to the retina of the receivers eye to be decoded. This can only be done if the receiver has there eyes closed. The reciever can turn on and off the transmissions as they want. Name: Ho-Mingu Seal Type: Fuuinjutsu Rank: C Element: N/A Description: This seal is used along with the Senro seal and is used for homing attacks. By placing this attack on a person or on a item and then propelled or a jutsu is used that attack will follow the coded chakra waves. However the propulsion is only for how long the actual item or jutsu would be able to go so the homing seal is only good for either long ranged attacks or for short ranged attacks that need accuracy. The seal does this is by redirecting chakra but at the same time wasting none. Name: Meimei Seal Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Element: N/A Description: This seal is used to essentially absorb any residual chakra that is leaked from the user’s body and hide any and all chakra signatures from any dojutsu or ability of sensing chakra. The seal will also resend the absorbed chakra into the chakra systen at the cost of a E-rank amount of chakra every three post’s. Its only ability is making them invisible to any type of sensing or chakra seeing abilites. Any chakra formed outside the body will not be hidden. Takes D-Rank amount of chakra per post active. Name: Jutsu Sealing Technique Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: One of the first techniques any sealing specialists learns is how to seal jutsu on paper or within an item. The Jutsu Sealing Technique allows the user with the use of two additional hand seals to seal away a technique formed moments earlier to be released at a later point either on command or after a set time limit. Jutsu can be sealed in all manner of objects but are usually sealed on to paper or inanimate objects. Where the justu has a directional component the seal should be considered the point of origin and any effect will eminate at a 90 degree angle from the seal. For example a fireball technique sealed so will erupt when activated shooting off at a 90 degree angle to the seal itself. Sealing a jutsu costs an additional C ranks worth of chakra on top of the cost of the jutsu itself. S Rank techniques can not be sealed in this way. While quite possible, it is not permissible for balance reasons to carry sealed jutsu on ones person ahead of a missions Owner: Hugh Medical/Bastardized Use: N/A Name: Spiritual Disturbance Rank: C-A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: None Description: This is a unique seal, developed by Koujetsu in his attempts to provide greater support on his team. This seal needs to be applied to the targets body, easily done by Koujetsu as a small amount of ink to put on the opponent is highly unnoticeable, and it was highly unlikely that they would dodge it in the first place. Once the seal is in place, which takes a C-Ranked amount of chakra, a unique event will occur. - Quote :
- Since Chakra is the resulting form of energy when 2 other energies are mixed together, having those other 2 energies become more powerful, will in-turn make the Chakra more powerful. These other two energies are Physical energy, which is collected from the body's cells, and and Spiritual energy, which is built up through experience and meditation.
Therefore, practicing a jutsu repeatidily, will build up your experience, thus giving you more spiritual energy, and then allowing more Chakra to be created. Which as a result then allows you to do that same attack with more and more power. This same cycle applies for Physical energy, except this time, instead of doing things like meditation, you could say, do push-ups.
The process in which you mix these two energies together is known as Chakra Molding. And is explained in the show as seen below:
"Molding Chakra means to extract energies from both the body and the spirit, then mixing them up in your body. And the amount of each energy will differ from the type of technique you wish to execute. In other words, the mixing will be different. You are not able to use your Chakra effectively. Even if you are able to mold a large amount of Chakra, If you cannot control the balance, your technique will only be half as effective or not executed at all. Wasting energy will create a weakness of not being able to fight for a long time." Based on this description and knowledge of chakra, Koujetsu sought to design the seal to counteract the utilization of spiritual energy, as he did not want to dwell into the depths of the medical world to counter the Physical poirton of the chakra, which is derived from the cells in the body. So he took his way towards the use of absorbing and nullifying Spiritual energy. The first part of when the seal is placed is that the seal will essentially etch itself onto the body and embed itself. After it is embedded it will start to affect the chakra system draining the spiritual part of the chakra. This will only leave enough chakra to live on. After the seal effects the chakra system it will continuously drain the spiritual part of the chakra and essentially make it impossible to form jutsu. However the main effects of it come at different levels according to the levels of the user [See the table below] Rank | Effect | Genin | The effects at this stage causes the opponent to lose the ability to mold there chakra without increased mental concentration. It also completely gets rid of spiritual manipulation outright by itself. This causes any and all hand signs to be slowed down by 25% or the jutsu will not work. It also causes more chakra to be wasted in the process. | Chunnin | This level will cause the opponent to have to meditate before trying to utilize any of there chakra at all and will completely cut hand signs by 50% in speed and no type of spiritual manipulation will be possible outside of jutsu. | Jounin | This level of the seal will completely eliminate any ability to utilize jutsu or spiritual manipulation of any type. It leaves the opponent only able to utilize physical side of the spectrum. | [
The drawbacks of the seal are easily seen. First of all the seal must be placed through physical contact. The next part is that it requires a C-rank amount of chakra to place and another C-A Rank amount to activate the effects. It also only eliminates the effects of Jutsu that need Spiritual spectrum of chakra. It can not eliminate any type of Weaponry or Taijutsu so they have those abilities no matter what. They can also do this for others, and seals made for others may be customised accordingly. Please not variation of this nature only applies so far as the particular seal allows, seals with very specific usage requirements are understandably limited in the ways they can be attuned. Name: Permanence Rank: N/A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: A true master of Fuuinjutsu can make any seal he uses semi-permanent. By using twice the chakra needed any seal can be made semi-permanent. Semi-permanent seals are recycle the chakra with them and thus will always remain active. Such seals have no maximum duration and last till such time as the seal is destroyed where possible or removed by a unsealing technique of the same rank or higher Name: Unfriendly Activation Rank: C-A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: A simple technique requiring but two minor hand seals to pull off. This technique allows the user to activate any inactive seals, even those he has not created himself within 100m of him. The cost of the technique is equivalent to the seal/s activated in this manner Name: Banishing Seal Rank: C-S Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: A simple technique involving two hand focusing elemental chakra into ones fingers and drawing a seal on either a summon or a covering lid containing a summon. The summon is thus unsummoned and cannot be used for the remainder of the mission or encounter. The charka cost is equal to the amount used to summon them in the first place Name: Exploding Kunai Sealing Technique Rank: C-S Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: A simple technique based on the simple exploding tag. After forming two handsigns the user creates a seal upon a parchment which in turn seals itself into the form of Kunai which may then be thrown. While it helps if you a good throw it isn’t that important the power of the technique. This then acts much like a kunai with attached explosive tag but with far greater force (Powerful explosion with a blast radius of 30ft) which can be made to detonate on impact, after a time delay or upon activation. This simple technique can be improved with training and more chakra to involve a greater number of Kunai: C Rank: One B Rank: Two A Rank: Four S Rank: 8 or One super powered kunai with blast radius of 50ft and enough power to reduce almost any target to slag The most potent element of the technique is the secrecy behind it. The Kunai appear just like normal ones to the average person and as such make a good choice for a surprise attack. Needless to say simple deflecting these with ones own Kunai is very ill advised Name: Kekkai • Tengai Foujin - Barrier • Dome Method Seal Formation Type: Fuuinjutsu Rank: B Element:N/A Description: Kekkai • Tengai Foujin is a Fuuinjutsu barrier technique. After performing the necessary handsigns the user will place the seal either on himself or over a specific location. This creates a sensory barrier of up to 25m in diameter that is able to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should anyone touch the Howl will know their position immediately. Lasts until removed by equivalent unsealing technique Name: Otoshi Buta Fuuin - Covering Lid Seal Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: After Howl performs the needed hand seals and slams his palm on to the ground creating a shining seal. The seal binds any hostile summon in the vicinity up to A Rank drawing them into the seal itself where it remains trapped. It will remain there till the seal is either removed with a unsealing tech or a A Rank or better Jutsu is used to shatter the seal. This technique cannot be used more then once every 5 posts. A rank Summons can only be sealed for a 2 posts in this manner before the overpower the seal of their own accord breaking free. This seal is temporal in nature and lasts at most only until the end of the thread at which point the summon inside will be free and return to its own realm to be summoned once more in another encounter Name: Soul Reaper Seal Type: Kinjutsu Rank: B Element: N/A Description: A simple chakra siphoning seal that attracts unneeded chakra residue to it and adds it to replenish the bearers own chakra reserves. Since only dead nin have no need for chakra it is commonly referred to as the Soul Reaper seal as it harvests Chakra from the recently dead to aid its bearer. It has creates an unseen aura of 20m around the user and successfully siphons the chakra of individuals who died in the same thread. Any dead body siphoned in this manner will restore an amount of chakra equal to their rank which adds to Howls chakra reserves. This technique can only be used on approved PCs and NPCs Name: Gate Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: An advanced and very powerful traveling technique capable of linking any two doorways whatever there distance allowing any who travel through them instantaneous passage. This is a transportation technique known only by highly trained seal masters. It would be very useful as a means of traveling medium distances but not so great for escaping due to the time involved in forming it. It takes a full post using a existing door as a medium to travel through to form, during which the user must remain still in absolute concentration. When the technique is complete a shimmering surface will fill the open door way revealing the exit beyond and it will close after the user passes through or after 3 posts, whatever happens sooner. A door as a medium is not needed for advanced users who can form their own portal from chakra as a focal point for the technique but doing so costs an additional B ranks worth of chakra. Being caught between the sides of a portal when it collapses is a very bad idea as the user will quite literally be spliced potentially severing body parts or even killing a careless user. This may be used to travel up to 50 miles in one move and can be used to reduce travel time in half. If used in this manner its costs a B rank of chakra for every 6 hours saved. To travel somewhere that would usually take 48 hours in 24 hours would cost 4 B ranks or 2 A ranks. Any travel is this way is still subject to detection rules and it cannot be used to enter threads where no doors are present Name: Hell Pit Unsealing Technique Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Not dissimilar to the infamous swamp of underworld technique in affect though the principle is quite different. This Jutsu affects an area of upto 20ft in diameter by opening a veil between this world and the parallel one occupied by daemons and abominations of the darkest Nature. The users only needs to prepare the handseals and slam his hand on the ground to form the seal whether he wishes causing the ground to open up revealing 100’s of clawing daemonic hands reaching up to drag unwary victims to their daemonic realm. Those who are caught by the arms and dragged below are never seen again. Name: Fuuja Houin - Evil Sealing Method Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Fuuja Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja. Name: Gogyou Fuuin - Five Elements Seal Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Howl forms an elemental seal on each of his fingers, one for each of the following five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. He used this odd numbered seal to disrupt the affects of a Bijuu seal making it fair harder for a Jinchuuriki to use and draw chakra from their bijuu Name: Gogyou Kaiin - Five Elements Unseal Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Howl forms an elemental unseal on each of his fingers, one for each of the following five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. He then applies his hand with force to the Gogyou Fuuin to remove it Name: Genjutsu Regeneration Seal Rank: C-S Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: A very specific and in the right hands useful seal indeed. A simple one to perform requiring but a few hand seals if applied to a target has a rather unexpected affect. At first it appears to fail but in truth it lies dormant weighting for specific action to take place, the expulsion of genjutsu by Kai or similar genjutsu removal technique when it activates reapplying the former genjutsu at the beginning of the next post as if the kai had never occurred. It can keep doing this till such time as it runs out of chakra. The rank of the Genjutsu regeneration seal reflects the amount of chakra it has within it to reapply genjutsu. For example a B rank genjutsu regeneration seal will be to regenerate one B rank or 2 C rank or 4 D rank genjutsu should they be kai Name: Kai Punishment Seal Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description:A variation of the Genjutsu Regeneration Seal this technique works almost identically the only difference is the result is less of aid to the user so much as a way to punish the victim. While affected by this seal the user suffers an amount of damage equivalent to being hit directly by a c rank technique everytime the successfully kai or otherwise dispel a genjutsu. The five "kin" (prohibition) seals act together to form a barrier to cover an entrance to a bulding, a cave system or indeed any sizeable portal. The portal itself is marked with one tag, and four other tags are located within a few hundred meters of each other. To remove the barrier, all four tags must be removed at the same moment. Knowing that the barrier has this weakness, Howl may add further protection, in the form of Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu. When the four surrounding tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the ground and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques but has only a 1/3 of the users endurance/chakra Name: Paralysis Seal Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Placed on the ground after forming the necessary hand signs a Repulsion seal creates a sealed area 5m in radius around the user. Anything other then the user that tries to cross the seal from outside will be frozen in place for one post unable to move. If combined with a Repulsion Seal it has the effect of not only paralysing but then sending them flying with great speed in the opposite direction. This seal lasts 5 posts or until removed using a unsealing technique. However unlike the repulsion seal the edge of it shines faintly serving to warn others of the danger of approaching. This does not however reveal the seals nature just that one is in effect Name: Repulsion Seal Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Placed on the ground after forming the necessary hand signs a Repulsion seal creates a sealed area 5m in radius around the user. Anything other then the user that tries to cross the seal from outside will be repelled and be pushed back forcibly as if hit by a C rank wind technique. This seal lasts 5 posts or until removed using a unsealing technique. Fire Jutsu are enhanced by this technique though the greater part of the heats also tends to be redirected by the on rushing wind. Any fire jutsu that hits the seal area will automatically strike the seals user though as if two ranks lower then the Jutsu’s actual rank. Unfortunately anyone within 10ft of the edged sealed area will be struck as if hit by a Justu one rank higher as the wind heightened Jutsu burns all about Name: Sanbou Kyuukai - Three Buddhist Treasures Vacuum Destruction Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: Requiring 3 hand seals to perform and ending with the horse seal this technique with the users arms form a triangle with the last handseal at the top. This creates 3 small seals in triangular formation, one forming over each elbow and the last over the handseal which serve as anchors for the real seals that hover unseen some 1 m in front of the user. A foot behind this but in front of the use a 2m wide swirling vortex will form in the shape of these unseen seals. The effect of this complex seal array is to suck up with great force all the surrounding objects, items and materials like a vacuum through the triangular space and into the vortex where upon they are broken down into nothingness. This technique can suck up anything within 30m of the target that is not firmly rooted to the ground, such as trees etc but only in front of the portal. This technique has no effect on the user but does require the user stand still during the relative shortly takes to set up and while it is maintained. The portal is powerful but as result only works briefly and can be held for a maximum of a post Name: Kenetic Reversal Seal Rank: B-A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Howl’s hand will glow fingers will glow with chakra. To apply the seal all he need to touch a surface and rotate his hand 90 degrees clockwise to activate it. Once active a Kenetic Reversal Seal reverses all kenetic energy above a basic level within 10ft of the seal itself. Anything with that takes more force then is involved in brisk walking, crouching or performing a hand seal is reversed by the seal on the originator of the action. Punches, kicks, even weapon strikes will have there kenetic energy turn back on the originator with potentially devastating effects. Jutsu are likewise affected though only so far as their Kenetic energy is concerned. With this seal is active punches intended at the target will own harm oneself and wind jutsu designed to knocked the victim off the feet have a tendancy to send the user flying instead. This particular seal is commonly used in training to test genin reflexes, by placing it on a wall and asking unsuspecting genin to throw kunai at it only for the kunai to fly back the way the came as the draw closer. There are two varients of this Seal a basic variant that costs a B rank worth of Jutsu the affects all actions that pass within 10ft of it and a A rank one which involves an additional or more complicated seal superimposed over the top. The seal lasts until destroyed or removed Name: Elemental Sealing Method Rank: B-A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a Fuuinjutsu technique that allows the ninja to seal away a nearby element. After unrolling a scroll to hold the attack, the ninja writes the needed sealing incantation onto the scroll. Then by forming the needed handseals, a vapour will emanate from the scroll to encompass the element and take it back to the scroll for sealing. This is not particularly useful against fast attacks in personal defence given it takes slightly longer the average jutsu but is great at countering powerful elemental based abilities or saving many from a broad ranged attack. For example this can used to stop an incoming tidal wave or a destructive blaze. An attack stopped in this manner can be sent back at them by reversing technique at a cost of a C ranks worth chakra. Name: Ninjutsu Grounding Seal Rank: B-S Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: After forming the necessary handseals this rather unique seal has a rather colourful and at the same time unexpected affect. It grounds or rather absorbs any hostile Ninjutsu that passes within 30ft of it by causing the technique to revert to its raw chakra form and in a rather odd visual display be sucked as a stream of raw glowing blue chakra into the seal. Anything from fireballs to waves can be affected in this manner and its not unheard for a fireball to flung at a seal master using such a seal only for it to stutter before the end, stop burning and return to its base chakra form before being absorbed into the seal. While a very effective defence against Ninjutsu it does involve a certain amount of investment since it will only ever absorb as much chakra as was used the seal in the first place so the user must use some of his own in anticipation of attacks might never come. Ninjutsu that of a high rank then the Grounding Seal or the remaining space within it are not stopped by the grounding seal but are merely reduced by the amount of space left in the seal. For example where an A rank tech to pass within 30ft of a till then unused B Rank Grounding Seal, a b ranks worth of chakra will be absorbed reducing the attacks potency by an equivalent amount. Once it has absorbed its limit the creator can either remove it at no cost using the chakra within it or activate it creating a powerful explosion relative to the rank of the Seal centring on its location: B Rank: 15m blast radius A Rank: 30m blast radius S Rank: 50m blast radius Unfortunately despite many attempts to the no is known way of recycling the chakra locked in the seal to restore ones own reserves. Name: Seal Array: Charka Reflection Technique Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: A complicated and nasty technique requiring activation within 6ft of the target. While the initiation is visible the immediate effect of it is not often giving the perception the technique has failed to work. What has actually happened is a spherical seal array 20ft in diameter has formed around the target that actually follows the target about. It causes no harm, or rather no direct harm and can be seen without a applicable dojutstu. it does however have one rather horrific affect. The surrounding array is made up of 6 evenly space reflection seals that have the combined and rather unfortunate affect of causing any ninjutsu that hits the sphere’s walls to bounce back akin to a pinball bouncing off a bumper often shooting back towards the victim. Of course since all the walls are like this its quite possible for techniques to bounce multiple times often meaning that one dodge isn’t good enough to stave off the randomly moving attack Though not visible ordinarily it momentarily shimmers every time its walls are struck and rings with a bell quality making it quite clear from that point on that the user is surrounded by a less then pleasant seal array. Most important the six seals lining the field evenly around its circumference will appear as well, if only for a moment. It is possible to destroy the seal array by destroying all 6 seals at once. This can be done by either using any S rank damaging technique or a B rank or higher technique that inflicts area damage of least 10ft in diameter so that it will strike all the seals simultaneously. Should the latter be chosen however it does have the unfortunate side effect of collapsing creating a backlash that will catch the Nin caught within too. S ranks techniques are so powerful however they smash through the seal array without a great deal of difficulty. Please not since the seal array follows the user about it can not be easily harmed by direct close combat attacks and techniques Clan Jutsu- Spoiler:
• Name: Supernova • Rank: A • Element: Fire • Requirements: Sookato Clan & Fire Element • Description: This is a technique developed by and known only too and usable only by Taku. The main reason is that this jutsu not only utilizes not only the fire element, but also the potent Sookato chakra. This is essential an upgrade of the chakra bomber attack. In a nut shell, Taku brings both his fire and clan's chakra into his hand(s) creating a swirling ball of both chakras which mix into a brand new chakra of pure plasma. As soon as the ball gets to the desired sized, it must be released to hover in the air, as it mixes and turns into the new form due to its intense heat. It must sustain itself for a few moments before it suddenly grows to heavy and crashes down into the ground. As it crashes into the ground, its mass spreads outwards in a circular direction for 35m radius (70m diameter). As it hits, it heats the ground to such a point that it liquidizes into a burning hot substance similar to that of magma. It also creates a blast of intensely heated wind whose temperatures are half that of solar winds. They extend as far as the shock-wave. The ground splits in crags in various directions, making an even footing impossible.
• Name: Chakra Shuriken • Rank: C • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: Taku fires a small balst of chakra from his hand, and though the technique is called "shuriken" the resemblance is better placed with a kunai. it is made only of chakra and nearly impossible to block with out the use of jutsu because it is made of the highly destructive sookato chakra.
• Name: Chakra Blade • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: This is an extremely diverse and powerful technique, inspired by the wind blade jutsu that some wind users like to use. It can be used in two different ways. The first is when it is used to cover a bladed weapon for extra piercing ability which exceeds that which is given by wind. The weapon does not need to be chakra conductive as Taku simply wraps the veil around the weapon. Using this he can also levitate the weapon by manipulating his chakra and control them through the air via hand motions. The second way he can use it is by simply creating a single blade out of chakra not around another blade which is good for a one time attack but he can create many in rapid succession. In this way they look just like a 4 foot arc of chakra, and like the wind blade, can not be blocked except by a ninjutsu or similar technique.
• Name: Chakra Cage • Rank: A • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: To use this jutsu, the user must make several hand/signs and then slam their hands on the ground. Instantly a pulsation of energy will spread out which does not cause any damage or have any effects to any individual. However, when it reaches twenty meters across from the other side of the pulsation, it will shoot up and create a dome shaped cage of chakra. Taku can use this so that he is with in or on the outside of the cage to use it. However, he has to keep his hands on the ground the entire time. While Taku's hands are on the ground, he can heal any damage done to the cage by surging more chakra into it ( a C rank amount per area equaling a 1 meter hole. In this way, even if the cage is breached, the user can keep them uncaged, but the chakra cost can be devastating to the user. A floor will be created about six inches under the ground, to make it look like underground escape is possible, but is not actually. The chakra for this technique is solid and not destructive, becoming calmer and more controlled via concentration. To escape from the technique, the user will have to use chakra attacks of their own. For nin it will have to be C rank to damage it, and for taijutsu, it will have to be B ranked to crash through it. Normal ninja tools or weapons will be simply turned away, while special weapons (those imbibed with some sort of unique ability aka influenced in some way by chakra, need be only C rank to pierce through and create openings.
• Name: Chakra Veil • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: This is an advanced Sookato technique and is easily one of their most valuable. When the user uses this jutsu, a veil of chakra will wrap around them, however, it will float on them, not actually touching them for that would kill them. As the veil is made of the destructive Sookato chakra, most taijutsu is ineffective against the user when he uses this jutsu. The only way to get through is by destroying it with ninjutsu or taijutsu which utilize chakra in some way. However, like the chakra cage, Taku is able to repair the damage to his armor by surging more chakra to the point of entry. He can also change the density of bits by weakening the other. The chakra armor does not cover the soles of his feet as it would deteriorate the earth he walks upon. However, he can have it cover his soles should he wish it, but it is not an automatic thing and costs more chakra. A D rank ninjutsu will weaken it cosiderably, and a C rank will destroy it but in turn be canceled, leaving a gaping hole at the point of impact. B rank and above will leave the gaping hole and do damage equal to a rank lower then the actual attack, meaning that the attack was weakened slightly. With simple Taijutsu (attacks not utilizing chakra) it will simply turn such attacks away as well as with basic weapons. However with advanced taijutsu (any technique using chakra, it will have the same effect as with ninjutsu and the effects existing at the equal ranks. concerning weapons it is quite simple. It will turn away weapons that are not contained with chakra aka have any special attributes. However, those that do are completely immune to the veils protective capability and are capable of piercing through it albeit the attack will be slowed slightly and the force of each blow will be lessened a tad bit. It takes a C rank amount of chakra to keep this jutsu activated for every post after it is used.
• Name: Reverse Chakra Veil • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: This is just like the Chakra Veil in principal, except it is applied to another person. It can be used on ally's for added protection, however, it can not be healed unless Taku is in direct contact with it so it generally is only good to take a few extra attacks unphased. If effectively used on an enemy then Taku can then lock their body down with the chakra by manipulating it and restricting or controlling their movement by controlling the chakra. It takes a C rank amount of chakra to keep this jutsu activated for every post after it is used.
• Name: Pillar of Generations • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: Using this jutsu, Taku will surge chakra through his feet and along the ground towards an opponent. This is one of the few non-destructive sookato techniques. When it reaches the feet of the target, a shimmering circle will light up around them and then shoot a veil of chakra straight up about 5 meters, (roughly 15 feet), high. Anything cot in it will have its tenketsu points (chakra points), clogged with sookato chakra quickly removing any ability to utilize chakra for jutsu in the first two posts. After that it will have disipated enough to where jutsu of C rank jutsu can be used on the third post after being hit. On the fifth post it disipates more allowing them to use enough chakra for a B ranked attack. After the Seventh post, the clogging is completely gone and any jutsu can be used normally. The chakra can be remove through certain jutsu such as the Rotation technique of the Hyuuga clan by surging pure chakra through it to push it out.
• Name: Sensory Void • Rank: B • Element: N/A • Requirements: Sookato Clan • Description: This jutsu utilizes the Sookato Chakra in a thinner manner so as to make it non destructive. This is used much the same like pillar of generations except it is even thinner and cannot even be seen because it is so thin. When used it will flare up around the target. They will notice a slight increase in temperature, even though this is really not the case, it just makes it seem to them almost like it is more humid, actually just containing a bit more heat trapped into their body then normally in the open air. This thin chakra void around the person will disrupt all chakra sensory or sight skills so that the person affected will not be able to see or sense chakra for the next two posts.
Genjutsu- Spoiler:
Name of Jutsu: Lust Rank: C-rank Type of Jutsu: Genjutsu Element Affinity: None Description: After the target blinks, there is a slight change in scenery; quieter, calmer. The target will not realize what has changed immediately, but can be wary of the changes of being caught in a Genjutsu.
The first effect comes into play when a figure, one of the opposite sex of the target, appears. The target will feel aroused, and not know why until they realize that they have been attracted to the opposite sex. The figure will attempt to seduce the target, and based upon the willpower (not everyone has the fortitude of an steel wall, be realistic people, please), the target can attempt the resist the seductions.
By the second post, a Genjutsu user will come to their senses and can attempt to break free. However, each failed attempt increases the figures beauty and the targets arousal. By the third attempt, the target will feel a wind pick up, and on the horizon they will seem a large cyclone moving towards them, glowing with a light purplish unholy aura. As the cyclone moves closer, distant screams can be heard emitted from it; soul wrenching, terrifying screams.
The target, upon hearing the dreaded and unearthly screams, will be so shaken that they will forget about trying to release the genjutsu, and flee not only the cyclone, but the seducing figure in front of them. By the next post, they will remember about the Genjutsu, and have one last chance to try and free themselves from it.
If the target does not free them by the next post, they will be swept up within the storm and suffer the same fate as the souls trapped in this cyclone due to their need to fulfill their sexual appetite. 5 posts after it begins, the Genjutsu will end, releasing the target and leaving them traumitized and shaken. Due to this, their ability to fight will be reduced by 50%

Name: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu - Mist Servant Technique Type: Genjutsu Rank: D Element:N/A Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

Name: Rashoumon - Summoning • Rashoumon Type: Kinjutsu Rank: B Element: N/A Description: Kuchiyose • Rashoumon is a forbidden summoning technique used by Howl. Howl can summon it by drawing blood and then slamming his palm to the ground. Only a very powerful impact can mar the gate. C rank technique or lower will have no affect on it. A B rank technique will destroy it but no harm will come to Howl. A ranks are capable of piercing the walls defence and potentially striking Howl though the should this occur the damage is reduced by 2 ranks accordingly to reflect the strength lost breaking through it. The style main focus varies from school to school but the focus on this style combines each teaching and principles. One style focus solely on hands and arms while another style may focus heavily on legs. This style does involve swift movements and focus on balance. There is no heavy weakness. It is more like a game of chess. Each style has it's strength's and weaknesses and if one where to fight another person in the art and they were to mess up in that one style, that other person would have the distinct advantage.
Name of Jutsu: Taijutsu Style: Muay Thai Rank: C-B Type: Taijutsu Element Affinity: N/A Description: A violent martial art style that was originally from the far east close to earth country. Practicioners of this art use a heavy style that focuses mostly on the the hard parts of the body, by understanding that principle the art is a deadly art. It does involve alot of bone adapation. The hard part of the body would be the fist(knuckles) elbows, knees. feet and shins. When the bones become hard and the nerves are completely dead, combining techniques like a high knee kick to the face would involve serious damage to the body of the opponent. A notable weakness is that Muay Thai focus mostly on the high ground (standing) and if a well trained person in wrestling were to take out there legs to the ground, the user will have a difficult time getting themselves up

Once the opponent is in mid air, you unleashed a massive set of upward powerful kicks and punches within a couple of seconds. Since the opponent is attacked off guard, it makes it almost impossible for them to react while the set is taking place. In a room, it has enough power to embed a person in a concrete ceiling or send them blasting through the roof
Name of Jutsu: Half Step Rank: C Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Description: "The next one is called "Half Step". It's a simple technique used for dodging close range attacks at high speed. With precise timing, you use the leg from the origin of the opponents attack and slide that leg forward a half step to the opposite of the attack. The key here is timing. If the dodge is performed correctly, the dodge can actually end up leaving an opponent open for an attack. These include only direct punches from the bottom of the pecs and above and vertical downward kicks. The trick behind this technique is making the movement smaller than that of the opponent's attack. No matter how fast the attack maybe, this movement offers the smallest movement to dodge. Once the opponent is open for an attack, the best move would only be a direct attack. Such as a "Lariat" or Clothesline or a direct punch. These are the only know attacks for a successful "Half Step" dodge that will work.

Name of Jutsu: Flower petal Slash Rank: D Type of Jutsu:: Kenjutsu Element Affinity: N/A Description: Tatsuna throws his sword in the air and jumps after it. While in mid air, Tatsuna grabs the sword by the hilt and brings his arm downwards towards the opponents head, attacking with the butt of the sword. If he hits, the opponent will be dazed for a moment, allowing Tatsuna to perform a normal horizontal slash. If he misses, Tatsuna can utilize the sheath as a defense until he recovers.
Name of Jutsu: Spinning Backslash Rank: D Type of Jutsu:: Kenjutsu Element Affinity: N/A Description: Tatsuna returns his sword to the sheath and rests his hand on the hilt. This is the basic stance of Battojutsu, the art of drawing the sword. When the opponent steps forward to attack, Tatsuna responds, drawing his sword while throwing his body into a spinning motion as he does so. This increases the speed of the sword, which is targetting the opponents back/kidney area.
Name of Jutsu:Strength Sword Draw level 1 Rank: D Type of Jutsu:: Kenjutsu Element Affinity: N/A Description: The user will place their sword facing upwards, curved inwards slightly to their own body. They will then wait for their opponent to strike. When the opponent does strike, the user will unsheathe the blade, deliviring a strike at the upper torso with the full part of the blade. Once that is done the user will switch grips and bring the blade forward, cutting deeper.
Name: Speed Sword Draw Level 1 Rank: D-Rank Type: Kenjutsu Elemental Affinity: N/A Description: The user will start by sheathing their sword and then tilting the sword down slightly while still in the sheath. They will then wait for the opponnent to strike. When the pponent does strike, the user will unsheath their sword with all their force and with using gravity to help them, and slash outwards at the opponents upper legs just above the knees for a crippling blow.

This style is called the three sword style, something developed by Ibuki as he trained his his skills. Involving 2 katanas and a buster sword, as Ibuki named it atleast, this style focuses on the Battojutsu style, the art of drawing the sword. Utilizing the speed draw technqiue mentioned above, the katanas are brought out from their sheathes and swing at the opponent quickly. THey will then be resheathed and the user has an option of unsheathing them again, or falling forward slightly, allowing the buster sword to fling free from the harness on his back as Ibuki uses the centripital motion to increase the power of the downward slash greatly. That is merely one example of the way this style can be used, and given Ibukis High speed characteristic, it is very, very deadly in battle.

Name: Flash-Bang Grenades x5 Rank: D-Rank Type: Weaponry Natural Abilities: These are grenades packed with a special chemical component that when thrown can cause an explosion that both deafens and blinds the opponents. There is no damage from the explosion beyond eye and ear damage (ie. no craters, etc). These are used to disorient opponents and allows for attacks or to ensure the person using them can run away. By applying chakra to the lenses, the material takes a unique effect blacking out the lenses almost completely. This allows the user to reduce the glare of the flash grenade by nearly 50%, causing the user to be annoyed by a bright spot in their field of vision instead of being blinded.
Name: Earplugs Rank: E-Rank Type: Accessory/Supplemental Natural Abilities: Normal earplugs, used to muffles sounds such as crashes, loud music, and loud grenades. Also used to block the voice of peoles wives when they are being yelled at.
Name: Katana Sheath Rank: E-Rank Type: Accesspry/Supplemental Natural Abilities: None. Theymerely are used for sheathing Katanas. Ibuki wears four of these due to his sword style despite only have two katana.

| Background Information History:Birth Arc:- Spoiler:
Ibuki was born in a small village far outside of Suna and on the border of the descruction that was Iwa. He had no family that were Shinobi, nor did he have anyone around him that knew his father or who he could possibly be besides his mother. His mother was a civilian potter, nothing special, just small bowls and plates for people in the village to use.
As it stood, everyone in the small village had a trade they were good at; hunters, potters, jewelers, miners, and the list would go on and on. The village was self sufficient, recieiving little help from Sunagakure. In a way, it could be said that Sunagakure didnt even know that this village existed due to the sheer lack of amount of help asked for.
Childhood Arc:- Spoiler:
As Ibuki grew up, he was notably different than the other children in the village. He hardly slept, his metablosim was off the wall, and he had enough chakra in his body to the point where the cilivians who had no Shinobi training could sense the pressure around him. As such, he was shunned and feared by the other children his age after the child portion of his life. His teen years were slow and bothersome, and lonely. He began to make friends with the older people in the village, learning how to play Go and Shougi, how to write and read, and politics. Even if the village was secluded, there were enough people travelling through to get an idea of how the world was working and what major events were going on. It was through this that Ibuki learned that a man who looked like the man that his mother described as his father was in the Ninja rankings in Suna.
In order to begind travelling, Ibuki managed to convince one of the Ninja guards travelling with the merchants to give him lessons on Chakra and Shinobi training in general. Instead of wasting time for both the mission and the merchants, Ibuki was left with a detailed scroll on chakra control and basic training exercises. A second scroll was given to Ibuki right before the merchants left detailing basic jutsu and the things that Genin learned in the Academy to become Ninja.
As Ibuki was just entering his teen years at this point, he began practicing what the scrolls told him to do, and quickly learned the scrolls by heart. It was just another thing that set him apart from the other children in the village; his learning capacity. By the time Ibuki decided to leave, he had obtained a few more scrolls, each detailing a different technique or move, from shinobi guards for caravans.
Travelling Arc:- Spoiler:
Ibuki left the small village he grew up in his mid teens, after obtaining a sword from the nearby blacksmith. This helped, throughout the entire travels from the village to Suna, deter bandits on the road and also helped Ibuki out when he needed money. Since he was semi proficient with the sword due to some scroll he had recieved. This allowed him to get minor guard jobs in caravans heading to Suna and earn money and food while travelling. He also managed to recieve more scrolls on Ninja training, and surprised the few Suna ninja he had met along the way with his chakra. One of the ninja stayed with Ibuki to bring him to the Kazekage.
Suna Arc:- Spoiler:
By the time Ibuki entered Suna, he was already impressed. The casinos, the flair the entire place must seemed to emit was enough to convince him stay. By the time he had realized that the flair that captivated him was precisely why Suna had so many people and gamblers, it was far to late to reconsider even leaving the village anymore. Especially after the seal on his neck was activated, that was a real pain.
The seal was something that the Kazekage decided he required if he wished to remain a citizen of Sunagakure. This, he was told, was required on him because of his bloodline. Since his bastard father had up and left Sunagakure in the middle of the night one night, the Kazekage had no way of knowing where he had gone and this was to suppress even the idea of that happening again. All in all, Ibuki found it a fair trade, since he was given the key to his fathers apartment. In that apartment there were multiple scrolls relating to jutsu and techniques that his father had acquired but left behind in a hurry for some reason. It was fine by Ibuki’s standards though, since he was able to learn more and more about his history. By the time he was going to take the Jounin test that the Kazekage had scheduled for him, he would pass it with flying colors. Role-Play Sample:“Sensei… sensei…” an annoyed Leon said, shifting through the crowded market looking for the white hair that signified his teacher. Normally they wouldn’t even be in a town, but since they had recently run out of food at their little camp nearby, they needed to find more food. Leon threw the bag that he was carrying over his shoulder and stood on his toes, looking for Riku. Not as easy task but the… ah. There he was. Leon let out a shrill whistle, something that they had developed for communicating with each other in crowded places and growled slightly as no head was turned. “Probably flirting again… Ero-baka sensei…” Leon muttered as he bent over and grabbed a pebble from the ground. While he didn’t mind the flirting as much, today was the day that Riku had said that he would start teaching Leon about the Ninja Arts. That made any amount of flirting or distraction today unallowable. It was time for Leon to learn. Striding towards his sensei, Leon’s hand brushed over his right pocket, and the bulge inside of the pocket made him stop for a second. Reaching his hand in, Leon pulled out not only Riku’s wallet, but another random wallet, a pocket watch, a multi-purpose knife, someones belt, and a candy bar. How the candy bar ended up in his pocket was a mystery, but the bigger problem was the belt. How did he even get a hold of a belt that someone was wearing? Leon turned his head to the side. “Jimmy?” Picking up a rock, Leon began to have a complete conversation with it while he finished walking towards Riku. During the 5 minutes it took to walk that far, Leon had come up with the perfect plan to separate his sensei from the girl he was hitting on. Another 5 minutes later, a figure suddenly latched on to the females leg, mud and leaves sticking out of his brown hair. Looking at Riku, Leon smirked inside and drooled. “Dahhhh dum dah dooooooo…” with that, Leon let out a howl and starting to slightly hump the females leg until she decided it would be a very good idea to leave, and bade Riku a farewell, and patted Leon on the head uncertaintly. Making sure she was no longer in site, Leon stood up normally and ran his head through his hair, throwing bits of mud and leaves down on the ground while wiping his mouth off of excess drool. “Serves you right. I went and did allllll the shopping, and I come back to find you flirting on the day you said you would train me. Cmon now, whats wrong with that picture? Oh, and here.” With that last comment Leon flipped all the possessions he had found in his pocket at Riku and waited for a response. "Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you."

Spiritual Disturbance should vary in cost in accordance with its power rather then have a flat rate of two c ranks
How is the gen lust applied? The technique also could do with subtstantial editing since currently it is unlikely to prove very effective. I can imagine a lot of people just saying they have a hard on and leaving at that till they kai. Also since kai is generally a sure thing attempts most people wont need more then one attempt to break it |

Meimei seal
The Meimei seal was approved as a C-Rank there, but I can edit it as necessary.
Lust is applied as any Genjutsu would be, however it is extremely hard to notice past the first three posts unless Genjutsu is a specialty. This also takes into consideration the opponent reading the Genjutsu and not god modding or metagaming it, essentially coinciding with the rules. By the time the screaming and the tornado appears, the user would generally be to confused, and then frightened, to actually remember they are ninja and that this is a Genjutsu, by association messing up the first Kai or failing to use it. |

| Meimei needs upping. Its akin to invisibility ninjutsu which are all b rank at minimum
With regard to luck the amount of skill and power needed to convince someone successfully that they are a member of the opposite sex, despite memories to date being contrary is rather beyond C Rank since its not merely distorting perception or reality but impacting on mental recall and convincing that what they hold to be true is wrong. If I were to put you in a world were illusions were commonly used as weapon sand then took you from a fight as a man and placed you in a state where you believed a woman, you would be hard pressed to not to notice something was up unless I deliberately took great efforts to suppress your mental recall. This not to say it couldnt be done but not by a c rank tech that also does number of other things to boot. It would be fine however if the unnecessary sex changing element were not inter-grated with the illusion creating a figure of the opposite sex. Edit it and I will approve since most of my comments were largely to avoid the inevitable joy meta-gaming that might result from it. I find gen need to be clear cut on the whole to avoid people being silly buggers. |
