Clan Traits: By the time one first uses shingan their eye sight begins to deteriorate, but with this deterioration the shingan becomes stronger simply making sight a hinerance.(will explain)
Kekkei Genkai: The Kg allows the user to sense, control, and create vibrations. These vibrations can be utilized in many different ways from sensing another being and or object, to increasing the cutting potential of a blade. Most techniques that involving this Kg require very little chakra, this is due to 99% of things already vibrating in someway, the techniques that do require the most chakra is when one creates vibrations themselves.
Secret Clan Jutsu: Shingan - shingan is the ability to sense any and all movements and then form a 3D picture in their's mind's eye out of it. However there is one 'downside' to this technique from the first time one uses it their eye sight deteriorates at a constant and rather quick rate, but while the eyes die the shingan get's stronger increasing in range an ultimately nothing will escape it's view.(the range is about the same as byakugan give or take a few km)

Vibrating blade - By increasing the rate at which a bladed weapon vibrates the user is capable of slicing through pretty much any type of object as if it were butter. This technique can also slice through chakra based substances if they are equal and or of less level than the user using it.

Delusional sound - The user whistles and everyone in range is put under a genjutsu that makes them hear what ever the user wishes for them to hear even if it's nothing. a side effect that the one under the genjutsu receives due to not being able to hear normally is a temporary state of blurred vision and polyopia(multiple vision).

Shattering earth/air - Shin places one or both hands on the ground and sends vibrations into the floor beneath him, The ground shakes violently throwing everyone within upto 100yds off balance then multiple fissures head from shin towards up to 8 different targets if used successfully the target(s) should fall into the the fissures which can be up to 75ft deep.
