Nein, the use of the word 'when' implies that it eventually will is a more optimistic tone than the usage of the word 'if', hence the reason why your base post was quoted and modified in my own to highlight that difference for the purpose of humor. Congratulations, your mommy and daddy must be proud that they have to tell you how to spell 'congratulations' since you can't do it yourself. We done here?

As Aaron stated, the topic is done. Rich, I get you get off on this stuff, but cmon, its time to die down. If you dont RP here and spend all of your time trolling, it just gets annoying after a while, and then you are no better than the people you are trolling, but worse in fact.
