Aww, what a touching chapter. The Kin-Gin brothers love each other so much. I like seeing family bonds, especially sibling ones, so it really warmed my heart to see that Ginkaku's "taboo word" was "Kinkaku". So sweet.

However, I didn't like Kinkaku's Kyuubi rip-off. As if it wasn't bad enough that the anime had a Pseudo-Kyuubi, now the manga has one too. Just how much chakra did Kinkaku and Ginkaku absorb from the Kyuubi, anyways?

On the plus side, Kakuzu can still use Jiongu! Yes! My wish has come true! Hopefully we'll get to see more of his abilities before Kishimoto kills him off again.

I finished reading the new chapter and had to check if I hadn't accidentally misclicked tabs to two-girls-one-cup, had to click back and forth a few times to make sure that the new chapter and that weren't the same thing...

I legitimately went back and checked that this was the latest chapter because I thought I had already seen it.

But meh...is Kishi trying to tug the heart strings? Doesn't really work that well when it involves characters you have blindly introduced only for 3 chapters or so..
