Kagami stands at just over six foot, making him slightly taller than the average fourteen year old. He is quite thin with not much muscle. Kagami has more of a lean appearance than an over weight one. He is healthy, despite his pale complextion. He has straight, brownish white hair that is rather long. The front is shorter than the back and is composed of about five bangs that fall below his nose. His ears are always covered by his hair, which seems to point slightly to the side around that area. The most striking feature about his hair is that a large proportion of the top is spiked up to the left. In his younger years Kagami wore a ridiculously long scarf that became quite hazardous. To remedy this, he completely cut of the part of the scarf that wasn’t around his neck, causing him to know wear what appears to be a loose muffler. Kagami’s eyes are very relaxed, his eyelids almost always being slightly closed. His eyes are a deep shade of red and seem to lack pupils (not like the hyuuga, more like Ino). Although his jaw is narrow it seems to be quite average looking. The most shocking feature of his face would defiantly have to be his pointed teeth; something his mother did to make them smaller.
Like his scarf, Kagami’s jacket has been altered so that it is completely sleeveless. It appears to have a zip but this is just a fashion feature, as it only slips over his head. The jacket is a dark grey colour and abnormally plain for a naruto universe piece of clothing, the only symbol on it being a red Sabure clan logo. The bottom is lined with short, white faux fur that provides very little protection from the cold. Kagami’s jacket ends just at the bottom of his waist, giving the appearance that he tucks it in. This appearance is backed up by Kagami wearing his forehead protector as a belt. Around his arms and hands Kagami has adorned a light layer of bandages due to slightly rough training. Kagami wears black gi pants that are quite a bit too large for him. To remedy this, Kagami rolls the up to about ankle height. The pants allow excellent freedom of movement for Kagami and thanks to his forehead protector, they don’t fall down. Both of Kagami’s legs are covered in bandages down to his toes, looking like socks. Foot wear isn’t much of a problem for Kagami as he always wears standard, black shinobi sandals. He also wears a yellow gourd on his back.
Casual:
When not on a mission or anything else business related (usually just when he’s staying at home or going out to get milk), Kagami tends to dress more casually. When in this state Kagami loses all his bandages and gains two sweatbands on his arms that extend from his wrist to his elbow that are striped black and white. Instead of his usual contact lenses Kagami now wears thickish black glasses that have thin white bandages in the middle that keeps them together. For his new outfit Kagami now wears a fairly loose, white button up shirt that is usually left undone. Underneath this he wears a simple black shirt with a white stylized cloud on the chest. Kagami also wears black harem pants solely for comfort and the same black shinobi shoes as in his outfit, although this pair is older and more beat-up. Kagami sleeps in these clothes as well, the only difference being that he takes off his white over shirt and sweatbands.
Personality: Kagami is a very kind and caring person. Although somewhat of a coward, he is always willing to help out his comrades. Looking into his cowardice you will see that this is actually intelligently careful, knowing his limits and not being ashamed to retreat. Kagami is very humble, always making sure to be polite to everyone. In the Sabure clan respect plays a large role and Kagami has good sense of it. He has a great knowledge of herbs and spices, an attribute that allows him to create food sources no matter were he is. This doesn’t mean that he won’t appreciate good food, often going to great lengths to salvage it. Kagami is a coward, plain and simple. He much prefer to run than participate in any kind of fight. He rarely moves in battle due to his sand techniques. Unlike most people his age Kagami rarely gets angry, even when a very stressful problem faces him. He is some-what clingy, often showing very strong bonds with people who have shown kindness to him. His calmness allows him to create relatively good strategies in the heat of battle, although he isn’t really cut out to be a leader. Although Kagamis style revolves around strength, he often allows others to go first and isn’t the type to show off. Kagami has somewhat of a split personality. Whenever he or one of his friends is extremely close to dying or has been insulted on a level of high cruelty, Kagami will sometimes go into a blind fit of rage, adopting a somewhat crazy persona.

Sand Manipulation
The members of this clan have a very unique ability to manipulate sand as though it were an extension of themselves in terms of ultimate defense and ultimate offense. It is said to be one of the most dangerous and effective tools a ninja of the sand village can have. The members of this clan have unique chakra with in themselves that allow them to do this, and it is not a mix of two elements, rather it is a new off set basic element and as such is the main element of all ninja who wield it. (This meaning that all ninja in this clan can only have sand and a sub element contrary to advanced element clans which allow three elements.) However, they can not create sand just from their chakra (another difference from advanced elements) and need a source of sand to use their jutsu. For this reason, many find a way to carry sand with them at all times.
This ability is largely tied into their history and founding from the ninja Gaara, the very first Kazekage and founder of the Village Hidden in the Sand as well. The man was imbibed with a demonic beast known as Shikaku, the sand demon. Having the demons influence his entire life, it altered his very genetic structure, granting him the natural ability to manipulate sand with his will at the expense of chakra. Being that the demon provided a mutation on a genetic level, this trait was passed to his children, and the children of his children. Being that this derived from one person alone, and by comparison is a relatively new clan, it is small by comparison to other clans, but is abundant enough to be considered a clan.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can cover themselves in a compacted layer of sand, providing an additional defense. Though quite effective, maintaining the armor requires a large amount of chakra and stamina. Furthermore, it is nowhere as resilient as the Shield of Sand, since it easily breaks away upon impact, meaning that the sole purpose of the armor is to absorb impact channeled unto the body during battle. And will reduce the impact of all taijutsu and weaponary by 75% effectiveness. Another weakness is the additional weight of the sand means a decrease of speed and mobility. It takes a D rank amount of chakra PER POST to keep it activated (not counting the first post used).

Description: This creates a curved shape wall of sand to come up from the ground around the users vacinity, the restriction is only 2 meters away from the person using it. The shield is capable of withstanding considerably strong attacks and projectiles, and can be hardened to a point where it's stronger than steel. It can be defeated by avoiding it completely with extremely high-speed attacks, or merely overcoming the shield with incredible brute force. It costs a C rank amount of chakra per shield wall created and additional C rank per post (minus the post created) to maintain the wall or else it will crumble back to sand, impacted or not.

Description: This jutsu sends a massive amount of sand towards an opponent in the form of a wave, covering and "drowning" them in an ocean of sand. In addition to the wave effect of the jutsu, The user can control the sand, allowing him to attack his opponent while they attempt to outrun the wave. The jutsu is so powerful as to be able to change the landscape into a miniature dessert. It will smother and bury any one who is caught in it, though it is quite easy to come back up from this burial. Though it is only a B ranked technique, when used it costs as much chakra as using 2 B ranked jutsus, draining much more chakra.

It is the strongest of all sand defenses usable. It is also extremely large, form a circle shape of about 50 meters in diameter.

Description: This uses an enormous quantity of sand to completely envelop the target from every direction and capture them. The speed, hardness, and scope of the sand depend on the amount of chakra poured into it. This allows the user to fine-tune the sand's properties to the size and characteristics of the target. No matter if the target is on the ground or flying in the air, it is almost impossible to escape from this technique. However, even if someone successfully escapes from it, it is easy to use one of the offensive techniques, like the Sand Coffin, to immediately attack the target.
History:
The clan started with the man Known as Gaara Sabure, Ironically his last name meaning sand. It is unknown if this was his given last name at birth or a change made later on with the birth of his children and the underlying creation of the clan. At birth the man was imbibed with a demon known as Shukaku who was known to all as the demon of sand. It was a fairly wicked demon, but precautions took by the family of the child and their friends created barriers to which the demon could not come out and control the child, as it would have liked. In desperation the demon tried to fuse itself physically with the boy at a genetic level but was not able to over come his strong will. In the end this only granted him the ability to manipulate the sands of the earth and gave the demon no more control then before.
The man later became known as one of the greatest Shinobi of his time and became the founder of the village in the sand, creating the structures and everything from the desert itself using his powers granted by the accursed demon. He was known as a hero and was one of the most respected founding Kage's. He eventually wed and his wife bore unto him children. Three. These three all showed the natural talent to manipulate the sands and so was revealed that the ability was a dominant trait and that it would be passed down through the ages so long as his children and their children and so on continued to create new life. With the passing of Gaara also came the passing of the demon, and his death day became known as a holiday for a celebration of his life and also the destruction of a threatening demon who was no more.

Kagami was born in early spring in the land of wind. As a child of the Sabure clan, one of the most prominent clans in Sunakagure, their was a lot of expectations he had to live up too, the first being a genius. This was, however, seemingly non existent. By the age of six, when most children of the clan should have shown nearly complete control and mastery of their families sand techniques, Kagami was still a beginner. Mocked and Laughed at by the rest of the Sabure clan for his status as a 'dead-last' shinobi. Isolated from the rest of his clan, Kagami found solace in what he liked to call 'wandering'. Traveling around the village and surrounding areas was one of the things Kagami was actually good at, if that were at all possible. While traveling around the village desert, Kagami found a very rare type of animals tracks. After following them for quite a few hours, he came across a large cave. His curiosity taking the better if him, Kagami steeped inside. Unfortunately, this happened to be the headquarters of a small criminal organization. With the precaution of not being found out, the leader of the gang captured Kagami to make sure he didn't tell the village about their location. After noticing the distinct lack of failure in the air, the rest of the clan decided to start a search party. By flowing Kagami's tracks left in the sand, the clan found the cave. Sensing the presence of powerful shinobi, the gang leader decided to kill their hostage. Fortunately for Kagami, his powers finally blossomed, allowing him to defeat the leader and escape the prison, much to the delight of his clan. Unfortunately, the other villagers saw Kagamis act as murder, not self defense, and became quite fearful and hateful towards him. Living with his mother and father, he rarely left the house. The reason being most of the other citizens hated him because of his tussle with the gang leader. Living in constant fear and becoming quiet emotionally troubled, Kagami’s parents went to the village council to stop all the discrimination against their son. The village council actually created a law that no more physical abuse was to be executed on the child, Kagami Sabure. While doing this, they created a loop hole so that the villagers could still verbally abuse him. Kagami’s parents where overjoyed, although the feeling wasn’t shared by Kagami
Academy Arc:

Despite the torture of the other vilagers, Kagami entered the Ninja academy on his fathers request to make him a fully fledged shinobi that deserved the villagers respect. Despite the other students constantly insulting him, Kagami actually did rather well academically, usually placing high in tests. The reason he didn’t come first was because he spent a lot of time training, knowing that physical work was needed to be a great shinobi. Kagami was inspired by his chunin teachers and set a goal to become a chuunin in the the future. He knew this wouldn’t be easy, but he had to try. The only test he did slightly badly at was the practical survival test. This involved one accomplished genin pairing up with three Academy Students to give them a taste of what it would be like to be a real ninja. This method of training originated in the leaf village and had then been adopted by the sand, as they were quite lacking in such things. Kagami was paired with a fairly incompetent genin who didn’t seem to work well under pressure. In fact, It was this trait that led to him and Kagami failing. During the middle of the test, Kagamis group where attacked by some rouge ninja and their genin leader freaked out, immediately fainting, causing them to fail the test (the rouge ninja where obviously just chunin is disguise). Kagami however, wouldn’t stand for this, rescuing his fallen leader and using his sand shield to create a barrier and escape. The chuunin took a liking to Kagami’s way of thinking, promoting him to the level of genin

Special Abilities/Characteristics: This gourd is primarily used to hold the sand that Kagami uses for his jutsu. The gourd, including the sand, weighs about thirty kilos. Not only can the sand be released through the cork, but also through the middle, as the whole thing can come apart from there. The gourd contains his own chakra molded sand, containing about thirty kilos worth of sand.
Origin: There isn’t really much to say about this gourd. Kagami bought it at his house from his father.

Special Abilities/Characteristics:
These knives and forks are really all that you would think they are, relatively blunt weapons that only really work when cooking. The forks are useful for blocking kunai, however, and the knives are heavier that your average shuriken, so they work well for deflection.
Origin:
Kagami suffered a lot of unfair abuse from the villagers. The general store owner wouldn't even sell him basic kunai and shuriken. To remedy this Kagami stole some from his parent house, much to the dismay of his folks. They actually work quite well, and he has grown rather fond of them.

Kagami rubbed his eyes, his vision blurred due to the sudden light change. He was in the most bizarre place he had ever laid eyes on. From what he could see, Kagami was in a cemetery that had seemingly endless rows of tombstones. There was a large, stylized cross as the main feature. A large river ran down the middle, dividing the cemetery into two parts, rich and poor. Two young men, only about sixteen, where standing on either side. They where, in Kagami’s opinion, the strangest people he had ever seen. The one on the left had a hood covering his face, although Kagami could see glowing yellow eyes glaring through the darkness. His whole body, in fact, was covered by a large trench coat, his scaled hands where the only things visible. Kagami began to freak out. Where was he? Why was he here? Although he was also hooded, the man on the right was wearing a black, pinstriped suit. He was shorter than the other one, and didn’t have yellow eyes, causing Kagami to assume he was a human. He had his arm outstretched, holding a mangy black vulture with a large tuft of black feathers on its head. The bird eyeballed Kagami with glowing red eyes, cawing menacingly. The taller man began walking forward. When he stepped into the moonlight, Kagami became very worried indeed. His face seemed to be comprised of several animals, although Kagami could only recognize a scaled cheek and two, still glowing snake eyes. The man dramatically through his arms to the side and threw his head back. Suddenly, a large amount of lightning began forming in his hands, shaping themselves into two small metal rings. The other man did something much more bizarre. He opened his mouth to a ninety-degree angle and swallowed his bird. The man was clearly proficient in medical ninjutsu as he healed his broken jawbones afterwards. Slowly, almost one by one, midnight black feathers began sprouting all over his body, along with a large, grey beak. This was all starting to become a little too much for Kagami. He stumbled too his feet and began walking slowly backwards. The birdman saw this and beckoned to his friend, “Sora, you may attack now, if you wish”. With that Sora leapt forward, his chakrams twirling around his two index fingers. He was clearly a shinobi, although Kagami couldn’t tell from which country. Kagami clasped his hands together, forming the ram handseal. “Sand shuriken!” He yelled as a three sand shaped weapons where thrown at Sora .. Sora laughed, spinning his chakrams faster and sending visible electric pulses through them. He then threw them through the air with such force that they cut the Sand in two. Kagami stood, staring with a very nervous look in his eyes and yelled “Sand shield”, causing the blade to grow about twelve feet in length, allowing Kagami to block the incoming Chakrams. Unfortnatley for Sora, he had no way of getting his chakams back, and was currently unarmed. This, however, didn’t seem to worry him. Kagami felt something on the back of his neck, and shuddered. His friend was behind him, holding the very same tombstone that once stood in the middle of the cemetery. There was an almighty flash as he brought it down on Kagami’s head. Every thing went black. Kagami shot up in his bed, sweat poring of his whole body. It was only a dream.

| | At the moment you dont know any of your clan jutsu because you dont have the justu in the jutsu section for your character, having it in the clan secition doesnt count because that is just all the jutsu clan members can use and is not subjected to rank. You need to copy and past the clan jutsu to your characters jutsu section as well, unless your just planing on training for all your clan jutsu, which is fine. Also please change the links to pictures |
