| A young man sat at a table with a straw in one hand. He spun the straw around inside of his drink. The clear glass showed the drink to be black and most would assume for it to be cola. This assumption would be wrong and it would only further show that the color was actually purple. Many people would wonder what drink was purple but on closer observation they would probably come to a more racist conclusion. Purple Koolaid, yes this was indeed the case here the liguid was purple Kool-aid. Now how they got this conclusion was another factor and is the reason why it would be classed as racist.
The mans hand continued to move and from the black strap that covered his hand you could see his fingers and these fingers were not the usual color of white that came normal in Sunagakure. These fingers were black almost brown. One would classify it as a milky brown and looked like chocolate. Yes the man was a black man which is why it would be a racist conclusion for him to be drinking Purple Kool-aid.
The man did not care really and he took a sip of the grape flavored beverage as he let out a nice little yawn from boredom. He was wearing something that stood out to so he was an odd site. Wearing a white cloak with black skin made him a clashing of colors and had it as a odd sight. Now the place he sat was of course a table on a chair but this was not the jist. He was in a resturant just off Suna’s Strip waiting for his food to arrive. The name of the place escaped him at this time all he knew was that it was an expensive place to eat. Also for some odd reason he had made the reservation at this place for 3 even though he had invited one person. Kaji had no real idea as to why he had done this but he seldom knew why he did half of the things he did. He let himself let out a sigh as he looked around.
As he looked he saw many eyes staring at him but soon many turned into shcoks of horor as the man revealed his oddly colored eyes. They were a deep purple in the hue of the entire eye and the pupil a red of blood that made him even more intimidating. Kaji huffed a bit as he soon turned back to staring out the window. He also wondered if the man he had invited to join him for lunch would show up. They were supposed to be on the same team so they may as well act civilized.
ooc:I kept it short for Cara’s sake since i need to beat the lazy outta him...

| Koujetsu yawned, stretching and reaching toward the sky as he left his house at the far end of Suna. The sun beat down on his white hair, and red eyes glinted as he blinked away the tears caused by the yawn. Most people would ask themselves why such an obvious albino was out in the sun, no protect or any way to keep his fragile skin covered to prevent damage. Koujetsu sighed as he heard those whispers as he walked down the street in his t-shirt.
He wasn’t albino, he told the people of this village that every day. Koujetsu’s hair and eyes were a unique result from a kekkai genkai experiment gone right, one for the history books. He put his hand in his back jeans pocket, his casual day wear, and pulled out the note that he had received earlier on in the day from his soon to be teammate. Despite their difference in the classes they had together during the Academy, Koujetsu supposed that this Kaji character wasn’t such a bad guy. After he got passed the near death experience for cracking a racist comment that one day. Koujetsu shook his head. That wasn’t a pleasant memory in the slightest.
Finally reaching the far end of the Suna strip, Koujetsu entered the small but expensive looking restaurant, quickly locating his partner and the person who invited him out to this place. After all, his partner was a black man with purple eyes. That stuck out like a sore thumb in the middle of this community, even at night.
Looking over at the bar, Koujetsu signaled a waitress over, getting ready to order his drink. While he waited, he looked at Kaji’s drink, and to his credit, held a snicker in as he noticed the purple koolaid. Koujetsu turned to Kaji and with a straight face asked a question right as the waitress appeared. Her eyes widened as the words left his mouth.
“So, Koolaid? Sounds about right.” With that, Koujetsu turned to the waitress, ignoring the horrified look on her face. “Id like a milk please.”
Turning back to Kaji, Koujetsu nonchalantly picked up a menu and began flipping through it, lookin to see what he might want. Any other conversation that was happening at this time was muted out or whispered due to Koujetsu’s comment, but the mood changed from horror to bewilderment as a Twinkie was produced and offered to the black man. Koujetsu kept his hand out, while he read through the menu a second time.

| OOC: Voice = Byakuya's English Voice Actor
A dark figure appeared into the open doorway of the small tavern. He was fairly tall, standing at about 5' 10", and his frame seemed slim, though it was hard to tell because his clothes billowed around his body. The face was currently obscured by a black hood which fell clear over the top half of his face. it Went well with the white and black attire that the man wore, and fit the full look he gave of his clothes fitting about as loosely as possible, yet not falling off or being inappropriate. It was apparent that everything he wore was customized, especially the expensive silk scarf that lay draped around his neck , only showing at the front, the rest also concealed by the hood. He was keeping his chakra level under control at the moment, otherwise everyone in the whole place would have turned to look at him, unable to ignore such a sudden intrusion as his very presence.
Instead everyone continued about their meal, not even noticing he was there. He was very subtle when he wanted to be, but if he wished to be known, he could draw the attention of an entire village to his location. For now though, subtlety worked best. The hood moved to the right as the head with in turned to the side, peering around the room, searching. The mans eyes confirmed what his Oniryouken had already told him. There, having just arrived, were two of members of his now genin team. The third was not here, nor did Taku think he was supposed to be here, just as he himself was not supposed to be here. It didnt matter, he was basically free to do whatever he wished as long as he was in Suna, this land was his domain.
The man walked forward and around the partition that stood in his way. Why such a thing was even there was beyond him, probably a waste of money spent on the looks of the place, as much money was spent these days. Granted, in Suna, that was not a problem. Everyone here was basically filthy stinking rich. Especially the shinobi. And when people had excess money unfortunately, they wasted it. He heard the entire ongoings of what Koujetsu had said. The boy was probably going to be his problem child by the looks of it. He flickered behind the young genin, the sudden burst of wind fluttering the kids hair a bit.
Thank you very much, offering your sensei a treat as a gift before even meeting him, how very thoughtful
Takus voice came soft and quiet, it was almost cold and monotone, but it still held the air of a personality. It was the voice of quite assertiveness, the soft voice of a harsh command. This quite contradiction would set the precedent of what these two genin and there future team mate were to expect of him and from him. As he spoke he removed the Twinkie from Kou's hand and bringing it up to his cloaked face, taking a bite. He noticed there was another seat, and this was a reserved table. Someone else was yet to arrive, perhaps the third was still to be expected after all, or it could have been someone else entirely. It mattered not to him. He reached his other hand behind him, grabbing a chair from an unreserved table and swinging it around to the right, so he would be sitting between the two at the side of the square table. He placed the yellow snack upon one of the napkins sitting on the table before him before lifting both arms to his hood and using both hands to throw it back. What was revealed was a clean shaven face, all the seriousness etched in deep. His hair was long and black, and a white hair piece adorned his head, creating the two long locks the fell in front of his face. He shook his head at the waiter to signify he did not wish for any refreshment at this time. Again he spoke in the same tone he had earlier.
So, who are we expecting to occupy the third reserved seat.
The waiter said nothing, Taku's reputation was sound. He was a kind man, but to do anything against his wishes was an insult to the honor and nobility he had achieved through his fantastic reputation as a Suna nin. If Taku wanted to sit at a reserved table when he was not on the guest list, then god damn it, that was the least he was allowed to do. |

| The woman walked through the village as she always did; calm, quiet, and seemingly unaware of all the things around her. She had barely paid any mind to the boy who had walked up to her before, offering her to join him and his team mate just for the hell of it, and had nearly just kept on walking. It came to mind, though, she hadn't actually been out in awhile for fun. And he was going to be paying. Absently her gaze ran across the path before her catching startled looks from the people walking along the street. She offered a cryptic smile, which seemed to make them look away rather quickly, before returning to a state of auto-walking to her destination.
Chishio had been in every part of Sunagakure, front and back, and the sights never stayed the same. Only the roads and their layouts remained from the older days, which allowed her mind to wander slightly. Ever since she had woken up this morning, a strange feeling made this day seem different from her usual routine. Not the kind of strange that was easily recognizable of course, but it didn't feel like the kind she should be on guard for. Without realizing it her hand had reached up to her neck, slipping under the thin scarf to rub the scar lightly, sighing. That was when she realized she had stopped moving, standing before the restaurant idly now. Dropping her hand from her neck she pulled open the door and walked in.
Within the restaurant, she had the sensation of heads turning as she scanned over the tables. The blood colored eyes vibrant as she raked the faces and tables. It wasn't like she stood out much at her short height, or that her red themed clothing drew the attention. Maybe it was just the way her eyes seemed to glow like blood from the slightly pale color of her skin. Either way she ignored the looks, having spotted the boy, and moved across the restaurant silently. Her gaze ran over the second boy, and the back of the man who had apparently just come up to the table moments before she walked in. Catching his words, Chishio spoke up from behind him as she walked up. Her voice was calm, and held a hint of her strength hidden beneath it, as she smiled slightly.
"Forgive me for being late; I was to be the last one joining them."
One hand pulled away the scarf from her neck as she shook out her short silver hair, the other pulled back the chair as she sat down. Her eyes flickered over the two sitting down already, while her eyes lingered on the man for a moment. She didn't remember seeing his face much around the village, though he obviously was known around here by the look of the waitress. Who, actually, hadn't come back when she came in. Smiling soundly she raised her hand as she introduced herself.
"My name is Chishio Sabure. I don't remember seeing you around the village more then just a few glimpses, so we have not been properly introduced." |

| Kaji continued to twirl the straw in the glass as a kid sat down. Kaji had his eyes closed and didn’t pay attention to much until he noticed something. It wasn’t anything he said but it was his skin. This kid wasn’t normal but he wasn’t dark, he was to how could kaji say white. As he opened an eye just a crack he looked at the kid with a peaked interest and came to the conclusion this little punk was so white that you could place milk next to him and it would make milk look black. He took a sip of his Kool-aid ignoring the mans first comment however the kid didn’t seem to keep a nice action and he wanted to be racist. Kaji didn’t want to stand this at all and he was just about to grab that Twinkie and shove it down his throat when he felt a presence.
He let his eye close all the way again and he took a sip of his Kool-aid as he let off a smirk as the man appeared. Kaji had figured he might have showed up if he gathered enough people around him. Kaji just smirked as he knew the man would have placed Koujetsu as a possible problem for being racist with his teammate. Kaji opened one of his eyes and spoke slowly as the man started to eat the twinky. He spoke with a deep voice beyond his age and with a calm demeanor that would chill anyone’s soul. ”Taku, Sookato, Jounin, Master of Kenjutsu and essential chakra all together. Powers in a essential Pure chakra manipulation. Also our newest sensei. The scholar ninja. I knew you would show up if i brought enough attention to myself and why not with such a rich place as the Fatted duck.”
Kaji then lazily glanced over his sensei seeing him as a man he should hopefully look forward to working with. This man had a track record that scared kaji only slightly due to its massiveness. One would call him legendary in skill and power and this would hopefully give Kaji someone to match his mind and train his own body to match. Kaji knew alone he would stand no chance of equaling such a massive stature. As the man threw back his hood Kaji realized that this man he could not reach in skill level for atleast 2 years of time.
Kaji could tell just about everything from a person’s face when he needed to and the Clean shaven face showed that the man was beyond his age in wisdom and strategy. The seriousness showed that he was hard and often remained calm much like kaji himself. The long black hair showed a massive grooming meaning he was of high skills in body. The showing of speed that he only had a bare second to act to backed this ideal. This man now in kaji’s eyes was a work of art that a shinobi could be. However he had his doubts and he would test him on something.
As Koujetsu’s milk order was sat on the table he knew what he would use. Kajis hand slowly fell under the table and slid to under Koujetsu’s side and slowly touched the wood of the table and positioned it so his palm was directly beneath the glass of milk he moved his hand slightly down his chakra concentrating into his palm slightly. Soon a small wave of heat overtook the bottom of the table where koujetsu’s glass of milk was. This was kaji’s more lesser used abilities called his thermal palms. Utilizing his Kekkei genkai he could let heat off of his hand and aim it through his palm in an attack. Or he could use it for his current little excapepade a small prank and a little bit of revenge. Kaji let just enough heat off to cause the milk to heat up and almost spoil and curdle so when Koujetsu drank it would come out solidified.
This was Kaji’s test as his hand slipped back to his knee stealthily there was no way Koujetsu would have noticed with him only being the same rank as kaji but Taku was a man who had a higher chance of seeing it. Now the thing is what would he do when he saw it and how did he see it to be exact. Kaji had noticed the woman he had asked to join them,at last, and he let out a small smirk as every chess piece had arrived without a single misfortune. Kaji bowed his head to Chishio letting out a small hidden smirk his calm face never once leaving its blank misdameanor as his hand continued to stir his drink with the straw.
However Kaji still wasn’t satisfied with just messing up the boys milk he had to rub it in and let out what he liked to call a subtle threat. Kaji raised his head and he knew he had a chance of somehow monopolizing the mood to him self here. He looked at Koujetsu his eyes slowly opening to reveal them to be purple and the pupils a deep blood red. ”Black and white, Opposites are said to attract which may be true. We may end up being friends who knows, what i know though is that opposites mean friction and friction means heat. Heat to a shinobi means wounds and what i also know is the heat has never affected me. What does that say about you?” Kaji let out a small wink his voice never leaving the calm misdameanor that he so loved.
He ducked his head and closed his eyes as he snapped his fingers and soon had a waiter run over and place down a dish in the center of the table. The aroma of the dish was yet to be revealed but Kaji knew that it would not help his situation since he had been stereotypical yet again. As the waiter pulled up the cover the aroma lifted and it smelled odd but yet delicious. As the steam cleared a platter of assorted pieces of chicken that had been battered in bread crumbs and then deep fried. There as an assortment of sauces in the center that could be used for it.
The breasts and thighs were together wings covered in various sauces were separated and boneless pieces for easy dipping were there. The dipping sauces went as followed, Ranch, Hot sauce, B.B.Q. and a Honey Ranch sauce. Kaji let out a smirk picking up a boneless tender and dipping it in the hot sauce and taking a bite of it chewing it for just a moment then swallowing it in a polite manner.
”Hmm, Not as good as i hoped it would be but still not bad. I welcome all of you to eat since its all been paid for. Please enjoy yourselves and you may order anything to eat and desert will be ordered after the chicken is complete.”
Kaji then took another bite of his food and swallowed again. ”Oh i may as well introduce myself, since i am the host of this evening. My name is Kaji Koi Kanto. and i am pleased to meet all three of you today. I hope to become friends with you all and not to much of hassle with any one of you.” Kaji took a glance at Koujetsu at the last statement then dropped his head back down his eyes closing as he went back to eating as if he was zoned out. |

| Koujetsu looked up from the menu as the Twinkie left his hand, staring at the cloaked man as he brought the pastry up to his mouth. Sighing internally, he realized he had probably been marked as the trouble maker already, at least if their newly proclaimed sensei had over heard anything that was recently said. That never was a good way to start off a team relationship, and it looked like he was on the wrong track to begin with.
Another internal sigh was brought forth as Kaji introduced their sensei. Even someone who didn’t pay attention to the higher up ninja ranks knew of this man, and of his highly impressive track record. Koujetsu’s head drooped slightly as he listened to the mans name and current abilities. This really wasn’t his day it seemed, having now been definitely confirmed as the trouble maker. There couldn’t be any other reasoning now, especially since a ninja of this mans stature would have had no difficulty approaching the table without Koujetsu’s notice ad over hearing hat he said.
He picked his head back up as his milk was set down on the table. Despite needing a slight drink right then due to the dry heat of Suna, he instead closed his menu and turned to signal a water from the waitress also. Milk always left his mouth feeling like there was more mucus in there than actually was, and was quite annoying when trying to talk. Turning back to the table, he picked up his glass of milk while discreetly taking a glance at his sensei as the hood was removed. Putting the glass to his lips, Koujetsu tilted the glass slightly and took a sip, only to set the glass down quickly and spit the chunk he had just had in his mouth past Kaji’s face across the table, the milk obviously spoiled.
He signaled the waitress over again quickly, as he wanted his water now to try and rinse the taste out of his mouth. That most definitely was not a good taste at all, the souring taste just made Koujetsu shudder again thinking about it as he took a sip of water and swirled it in his mouth before swallowing.
Turning to Kaji, Koujetsu bowed his head in apology, ashamed he had actually spat the solidified liquid toward his teammate, and in front of his sense and another Jounin who showed up. Well, at least Koujetsu assumed she was Jounin, as she carried herself in much of the same manner that Taku did. That in itself was more than enough to be embarrassed.
“My apologies teammate, it would seem that my milk curdled between the trip from the kitchen and when I took a drink. I hope I did not offend you with my poor table manners,” Koujetsu said to Kaji as he reached in his back pocket and took out another Twinkie, opening it and biting into the pastry of heaven like goodness and finished cleaning the sour taste out of his mouth that was left by the curdled milk.
Taking another sip of water, Koujetsu tuned himself back into existence to hear Kaji’s statement about heat, obviously a subtle threat for his previous comment about the Kool-Aid. Taking another bite of his Twinkie, Koujetsu flipped through all possible answers and responses to that statement before deciding that it would perhaps be best to stay on the low road for the moment and not indulge in some of his more racist comments. It wouldn’t do to have his teammate carry out on his threat on their first meeting.
“Well, I would hope you would not be bothered by heat my friend, as Suna is a very hot place, temperature wise. However, you are correct; heat does cause wounds. I myself have the unfortunate problem of receiving sun burns, a most uncomfortable occurrence to say the least. And as for friends, I should hope so. The most successful teams, historically, have been ones who have had not only good teamwork, but a successful friendship within that. I hope to strive and achieve the same status as them, and I sincerely hope you would join me on that quest.”
Finishing that statement, Koujetsu then turned to Chishio, at least he believed that was her name when she introduced herself. He was much to busy cleaning his mouth out of that god awful taste to pay full attention, although the Twinkie and water did help.
However, the taste soon left Koujetsu’s mouth completely as the waiter brought the main entrée to the table, at least for Kaji. The chicken let off its heavenly aroma, and soon Koujetsu’s mouth began watering, yet another involuntary reaction he could not wait to be rid of. The smell of the hot sauce, however, caused the most effect, as Koujetsu was drawn towards anything spicy. There was just something about the spiciness that burned his mouth and taste bugs that attracted him, especially the flavor that became present once the rest of the mouth became numb. If Twinkies were heaven like, then spicy food to Koujetsu was God in edible form. A clarification from Kaji was heard, and the hot sauce and a few wings were soon in front of Koujetsu, his face in pure bliss as he took a bite. The combined juiciness of the meat under the breaded and fried skin, and the hot sauce in itself was enough to completely wipe any trace of racism from Koujetsu’s mind.
He turned to Kaji and nodded in acknowledgment, finishing off a second wing as he did so. Racist or not, there was no better fried chicken then black people who cooked it themselves. Koujetsu’s mouth watered again as he thought of the flavor that would have been present if the cook was black in the kitchen.
Listening to Kaji’s proclamation of who he was, Koujetsu sighed and decided to introduce himself as well, returning the stare at his fellow teammate as he did so. Threats or not, a team would not function well if there was the possibility one member would kill another.
“And I am Koujetsu Hanagayu. I do believe the Jounin present might recognize my name from one of the experiments that was a success, relating to the newer kekkai genkai addition to Suna. I hope that we will be able to work well together, and rise to the top of the Shinobi ranks, making a name for ourselves across the world,” Koujetsu said, nodding to the Jounin, and Kaji respectively with his comments. “ Having stood up at the beginning of his introduction, Koujetsu now sat back down, and returned to a vicious assault of the hot wings, his mouth still in pure ecstasy.

| His dream however, was that he was blind. An odd dream for a Hyuuga to have. An odd dream to have at all, actually. But the dream was wierd, of course, because he coulodn't quite see what was going on. All he could do was hear things, and everything he heard sounded like he was underwater. Did this meen something? Probably not. Shizukesa awoke with a smile on his face, dumbfoundedness spread across his clueless face. The serious, focused Shizukesa never looked like this at any other time, only within the few minutes of his waking up. Shizukesa was still getting used to the world of Sunagakure. It was always hot, and always.. well, sandy of course. He kind of liked the hot weather, although he still liked Konoha's better.
He was still getting used to not living in Konoha, with his parents to watch over him. He supposed, however, that he would have to come to the realization that his parents weren't going to be with him forever. This was hard to come about, because he had to live in his own apartment, whereas he used to live in a large house, and pay for his own food. Which was often scarce. He was living all on his own, and although he felt like something was missing, he was going to have to get over it. Shinobi could not be stopped by emotional feelings. They had to serve there duty, no matter how lonely they are. Had his dad taught Shizukesa to be tougher then this?
Definetely.
To fill in Shizukesa's empty void, he was supposed to meet with some friends at a resteraunt today. These two kids were gonna be on his team, and he thought he'd get to know them a little bit. He hadn't really made any friends upon entering Sunagakure, keeping more to himself then he kept to anyone else. Even in a land where he couldn't find any Hyuuga brotheren, he kept to the Hyuuga code. Tradition, respect, humbleness, exedra exedra. He had to keep to these, in order to stay sane, even. He thought that the way his clan did things was the only way to do things. However, as he became more social with everybody, he would learn that this wasn't true at all. There were other ways to do things. Other ways to act. Other ways to be happy, hopefully. Because right now he wasn't feeling very happy at all.
After ten seconds of dazily getting out of his bed, he realized how incredibly late he was for his meeting at the Fatting Duck. He stood up, and looked around in both directions, searching for his closet as if he didn't already know where it was. He ran to it and slipped his white robe on, splasing some water on his hair and his face. He then burst through the door, closing and locking it, running comically all the way to the destined place. He looked odd as he ran there especially, for his hair was long and wet. I guess you could say it looked pretty grascious, but a little out-of-place and embarresing for Shizukesa himself. His running, however, helped him greatly to dry his hair off before he got there. When he stepped in front of the front door, he looked like he had spent atleast twenty minutes preparing. Hyuuga's ways of effectiveness worked even in times like these.
As he entered through the door, he looked around for his teamates. He remembered what they looked like. One of them had very dark skin, and the other was completely albino with white hair. They both looked a little out of the norm, and normal was what Shizukesa was aiming for. By being normal, would he be standing out, however? He wondered at this, and figured that maybe his blue hair that set him out before would get him some brownie points amongst his odd teamates. After looking around for about ten seconds, he spotted the black shinobi, Kaji-Kanto, the albino shinobi, Koujetsu, a jounin who he recognized by Taku, and a jounin who he didn't recognize by name at all. He was going off the guess that she was a jounin by her chakra levels.
Shizukesa went to awkwardly and nervously stand up next to the table that occupied his party. He stood there for about two seconds, sharing a quick look with everyone there. "Hello, I am Shizukesa Hyuuga. It is nice to meet you in person, Kaji. Nice to meet you, Koujetsu. Sorry I am late." He then looked at Taku, only remembering his name from hearing it around. He wanted to be sure, so he looked at him, and the female konouichi next to him, and bowed, not asking who they were, why they were there, what there names were, or even shaking there hands. He only sat down next to his teamates, only hoping for now to drink some water. |

| As Taku took his seat, low and behold, but a woman would walk in. His Oniryouken alarmed him immediately and his head snapped to the left to look in the direction of the door. He had not seen her before. He read her quickly, taking in some information from his specialized eyes. She was of jounin level, that much was sure. He also sensed an abnormal chakra with in her, something that was not quite right. His mind instantly went to the Sabure clan. He had felt such chakra before, been in the throes of battle with it, and it was unmistakable. For those clans that were native, there was none more fierce then the Sabure, they held the ultimate skills and strategies, and on their home front, in the dessert surrounded by sand, they were damn near unbeatable. However, he was a might confused, there was nothing dangerous feeling about her. She did not seem to be a threat. He was puzzled, why had his demon hound eye been set off so suddenly by her mere appearance. He could not answer that question. He decided to take careful note of her.
Then he snapped his head back in the other direction and looked at Kaji has he began to speak, rattling off his ninja factoid sheet, an obvious research had been done on him by this kid. The motivations were unclear, but this proved his notion of nobility. His reputation had proceeded him. Even the genin knew of him. That was something to be proud of. He simply nodded his approval after Kaji had finished, and then quickly locked his gaze with the young colored boy. He did not need to move to see it. He could sense the chakra under the table, and it was surely Kaji's. Quite plainly to. It was heat chakra, simple as that, and was clear what he was doing, confirmed as a moment later Kou took a sip, immediately spitting it back out, and ironically, right in Kaji's face. All the while Taku did not reqlinquish his harsh gaze upon Kajis eyes. It was a stern look that clearly read Busted, we will talk about this later.
By that time, the woman had come to the table and introduced herself as Chishio, and confirming his theory about her Sabure background. Clearly she had also been invited by Kaji, and was to fill that empty seat across the table from him. She stood next to her chair, not yet sitting down, probably waiting for a sign that it was alright. Ever respectful, a remarkable and much sought after quality. Maybe there was a good reason as to why his Oni had tipped him off. He wanted to see, and so he began a subtle game between the woman and himself. Reaching out with a long slender arm, he gently grabbed hold of the womans hand and brought it up into the air, taking it from its resting place on the table. He stood up as he did this and spoke to her in a much softer tone then what he had thus far, playing the part of a gentleman.
Fell free to sit and dine with us my dear Chishio. My name Is Taku Sookato, and this is most of my genin team. We would much enjoy the company.
As he spoke the words company, he bent slightly and grazed his lips across the back of her raised hand before letting it drop and returning to his seat, flashing her a quick smile, allowing his face to relax for a mere instant. He would have remained so, but in front of his genin team, a display of unprofessionalism was not needed, not even in relaxed standards, not that they would get to relax for much longer.
Then the chicken wings came, aparently ordered by Kaji before their arrival. Immedieately the two young boys dug in, filling themselves up with the juicy and delicious meat. Taku himself did not eat, only continuing to drum his fingers upon the table, a trace of a smile still on the edges of his lips. He could not help himself from thinking how pretty she was. Especially her hair, something about white hair, another thing he would never be able to quite place with all his expertise.
His wandering mind was interrupted by the arrival of yet another genin. Taku knew this one as well, and low and behold, it was the final man of there squad. Taku was dismayed at the blatant display of nerves that Shizu was showing (as Taku had already decided he would call him.) He said his part, did a respectful bow, and took a seat. Well at least he was respectful. Now that they were all here, he began to read them using his Oniryouken as they ate, every so often taking a moment to glance at Chishio, locking eyes with her, and then continuing back to his focus.
First there was Kaji. No doubt he was the most promising of the three. He was clearly able to keep his cool, and was very respectful. He knew Taku's reputation, and was clearly not intimidated by it, not to say that he thought he was better then Taku, just that he had a steely resolve. He could speak careful and he was well learned. Taku also knew that he had a special blood line, hailing from Kumo, the ability to manipulate the Ranton element. He was intrigued by the boy.
Then there was Kou. He knew for fact that he had been in one of Suna's top secret experiments. Probably funded by their Kazekage, whom Taku had mixed feelings about. However the boy seemed fine with his lot and was ok, that at least could be said. However, his display of rudeness towards his team mate showed he was rebelling out against something, could have been a side affect from feeling different because of having undergone such a procedure. However, with Taku around and his subtle reprimand, he had quickly switched gears, and so was at least capable of respect. Perhaps he had just been testing the waters with Kaji, time would tell.
Finally they had Shizu, another shinobi from another land. This one from Konoha. He was noble there, and probably not treated with the as such honor here in Suna, where not many were pampered. He was nervous, probably just from coming from a different village, still this was unusual for a Hyuuga. he had head that the clan had very much the noble aspects of the Sookato clan, if a bit more stuck up then Taku's long dead family. He quickly realized what the founding factor for this team was, they were all outcasts in there own way, even though some of them were undoubtful accepted by society. Kaji and Shizu had both come from different vilages, both being in familys that were probably high stature in their native lands. Kou had been an experiment, enough to make anyone feel, outside the group. And then there was their leader, who had not even been a part of the typical shinobi world till age 10. He understood how all of them felt, no matter what it was exactly.
He looked back over at Chishio, locking eyes once again, a few thoughts flashing through his head at once. First, indiffernece built strength for desire to prove ones self. He quite possibly had the strongest team because of that fact, and also because he was their sensei. Also, who was the lady, why was she here, and why could he not stop stealing glances at her and those oddly beautiful eyes. |

| Kaji smirked as he knew his sensei was smitten. It was easy to tell because when a serious man decides to take a look at someone they would know. This was also true when it came to noticing a man that was serious look at someone else. However as kaji was to soon point out his sensei’s affection for this woman, he had to suddenly move his head as a chunk of white solid milk flew past his head. His eyes were shot open as he looked at Koujetsu and smiled at him letting out a slight laugh. Kaji was unable to help himself as he just burst into a self contained laughter and then died down soon afterwards. His laugh was a chilling but yet warm laugh a contradiction no matter how you looked at it. As he settled himself down he removed a silk velvet handkerchief and smiled as he wiped his face down on his right side.
His handkerchief was then flipped in his hand. and soon hit the table as a triangle with white splotches of sold milk chunks on it. Kaji smirked at it and just shook his head as he brought his unfinished piece of chicken up to his mouth and began chewing on it and eating it entirely. He grabbed another one and began gorging himself on the delicious food. Honestly he felt the need to do something but he couldn’t place it. However as another person entered and sat down at there table it hit him. Of course he had heard Koujetsu’s reply to his little threat but he no longer cared as he ripped off meat from chicken dipping it in sauces and hot sauce eating like a monster.
He continued to eat as if this was his last meal and after his 97th piece of meat in under 2 minutes another person made there entrance and then it hit him as the third member of there squad introduced him. This day would be something more than just lunch with there entire squad and two jounins present. Kaji stopped eating abruptly and moved his hand down to the item he had on the floor. He soon picked up a bag and flipped it open and removed a notebook. He placed it on the table and opened it up to a page that was full of information. tossed it over the food and heard it land on the table right in front of Koujetsu. He smirked a little as that notebook was one of the three copies of all the information he had compiled on there sensei and on each-other. Koujetsu was the essentially only missing one only two of his seals know to him and his kekkei completely a mystery.
Kaji hoped Koujetsu would fill the notebook part of his information out and read the other information like a smart person. However this wasn’t the only thing as he pulled out another notebook and did the same exact thing he did for Koujetsu for Shizu. As he smiled he slowly got up and walked towards the waiter and whispered in his ear for the receipt to be sent to the usual place and the bill to be charged to his account. This showed kaji had become a regular customer at this establishment but also a respected person that didn’t like to flaunt his money as he returned to the table. He sat back down and let out a yawn as he placed his backpack onto his lap smiling knowing what was coming next in the long run. It was only just a matter of times.
Ooc: Tired sorry for the shortness. |

| Koujetsu sighed as he sat back in his chair, taking a drink of water before picking up a napkin and slowly wiping his face off. Red hot sauce stained his skin like no other, except ink. Koujetsu shuddered about the amount of times people had though he was being racist just because he had black stained arms. Some how though, the ink that stained his arms didn’t affect his ability to use the seals on there.
Looking down, he sent a pulse of chakra, quite discreet and barely noticeable, up and down his arms, and grimaced when a small blob of ink came out from under the table, in ball form, and just above the table. It would be quite hard to see what it actually was, or even see it at all from his spot at the table. Reaching in his pocket, Koujetsu pulled out a small plastic vial, one used for storing ink on missions. He sighed internally as he opened it, as this was slowly becoming a daily occurrence. The ink quickly flipped into the container, and Koujetsu shut it again, hooking the vial to two twine strings that were placed on the inside of his arm, allowing him to keep the ink vials there.
What were the odds, that he would actually need those vials that his masters gave him on day one for storage? They must have known that this would have become a daily occurrence, but the amount of vials they had given him was extremely unnecessary. He had only used 5 or 6 out of the box of hundreds they gave him. But, he supposed, there was always allowed room for slight error. He would eventually use up all those vials, and his masters knew it. Or they just assumed the worst and spent the money on the vials because they would. Either was an extremely viable option.
Looking up, Koujetsu he missed the arrival of the last team member, a Hyuuga by his appearance. Seeing as how he had already sat down, Koujetsu must have been too caught up wool gathering, as his masters called it, to notice even his introduction. Koujetsu shrugged internally and nodded to the nervous wreck, looking him over as he did so. Well, at least they had someone semi normal looking, making an diplomacy missions that Sensei wouldn’t handle easier.
Turning his head quickly, Koujetsu watched as a notebook fell on the table in front of him, obviously thrown by Kaji. Giving him a quizzical look as he did the same for Shizu, Koujetsu flipped open the page and began skimming through it, taking in valuable notes on his sensei and his teammates. However, when he reached his section, it was blank. Koujetsu grinned slightly as he realized there was little to no information about him. At least his masters kept that part of the contract. A slight tear signified the ripping of the note book, and with a flourish, Koujetsu brandished a pen, before quickly filling in what information he could allow to be leaked about his Kekkai Genkai on the paper. Throwing that section back at Kaji, Koujetsu pocketed the rest of the book, intent on using it to create seals with later.

| One of the fine looking waitresses was taking a stroll, and Shizu seriously almost thought about activating his byakugan at this time. Her perfect features, her lovely face. He didn't have to spit game or be a gentlemen, all he had to do was activate his kekkei genkai and... No. All of the sudden, the waitress looked at Shizu, and smiled, forcing a nervous, reluctant, and innocent smile from Shizukesa himself. He shook his head and remembered where he was, and with whom he was. He was with his team, and two older ninja of this village. One of them being a lady herself. Shizu cleared his throat, noticing the waitress walking her fine hips over to the table. To bad there seemed to be a six year age gap. Shizu, even though he was not dusty or dirty, began dusting off his lap as the waitress came over.
"Anything for you, sir? We have our special today, a duck filled with various other meats and vegetables of your liking, hence our name!" She then began giggling, and Shizu could tell that it wasn't forced. He would have to get over his over-aged crush. "Just some tea please, ma'am." Shizu said, closing his eyes, smiling, and tiliting his head a bit to the side. She nodded and went off back into the kitchen. As Shizu watched her butt from behind, a notebook was thrown in front of him. He forgot all about the people he was sitting with. Peculiar. Shizu was a very traditional, humble, and stern man usually during all occasions. His one fault may have been his pervertedness, that would follow him into later years. Good thing there were no girls on the team, or so he knew. He looked over at the jounin ninja lady sitting across from him, then reverted his eyes down towards the notebook that was thrown in front of him.
Shizukesa picked it up with the tips of his fingers first, lightly lifting it up and off the table. He dusted it off again, although there was no dust. Before he even opened it, he muttered a soft, but stern, "Thanks." Shizu carefully opened the book, finding information on his sensai on the first couple pages. He decided that he would look about everyone elses information later, for it was very useful. He was very curious as to what was in this notebook that contained information about himself. It's not that he was vain or conceited, he was just very curious. He flipped through a few pages, than saw his name in big bold print, underlined above a picture of him in the academy. Shizukesa wondered how he got this picture, giving Kaji a worried look thn turning back to his book; or atleast, he thought it was his.
He saw information about him in here that he was surprised that this man his age could know. How did he know all of this anyways? There was his clan and kekkei genkai, his mother and fathers name, his atteributes, and even a short story on his history. Shizu had no problem with this being here, but he thought it a little odd. Shizu close the book and smiled, setting it down again in front of him and leaning over and looking to his left, for he was on the outside of his table. Looking into the eyes of Kaji, he said, "All right, Kaji. Thank you very much for this. I do find it a mystery on how you gained so much information on us, but I'm going to guess in advance that that's the way you want to keep it. A mystery. Just curious, do we all get to keep these books for future reference?"
He was still looking over to Kaji for a responce, when he heard the clattering of high-heels again. He knew altogether what that meant. His favorite waitress was coming around. Shizu had to ask her name this time, and for his own sanity, he wouldn't tempt himself by activating the byakugan. However, it was hard to maintain that philosophy when she had beant over next to the table, butt, slapping distance. She set down the steaming hot tea right in front of Shizu's desk. While she was still bending over, kissing distance from Shizu, he opened his mouth to speak a little bit. "Thank you, miss! You look lovely, I must know your name.".
With that, the waitress got up from where she had bent over to do something; either totally walk away and reject Shizu, slap him in the face, or laugh, think Shizu was cute, and give him her name. Shizukesa, however, would never know. For as the waitress got up from where she was bending, she accidentally knocked the tea all on Shizu's lap, burning. Everywhere. She gasped, and quickly got napkins to clean it up with her hands. This felt good and relieved the pain a little, but that wasn't nearly enough payback as he should have gotten. "Sorry, the waitress said. "I'm really, really sorry. Will never happen again. My name's Tsunade by the way. Nice to meet you...?" "Shizu. Shizukesa Hyuuga.". The girl nodded and walked away back into the kitchen, not to be seen again for atleast a while. As she walked back there, Shizukesa secretly activated his byakugan.
He saw everything he needed to see.
He disactivated it and turned back to his group, who couldn't have seen the byakugan's veins or eye color behind Shizu's long encasing hair. He smiled like nothing had just happened, and forgot about the pain of the tea. |

| Chishio tilted her head slightly as she studied the dark boy for a slight moment, looking to the glass of milk that had, apparently, gone spoiled. With the words the boy had spoken she hadn't needed to place the chakra she had sensed with him, just the common sense that the milk hadn't spoiled within the past few minutes was enough to connect the dots. In the moment she had looked to him she had turned her head straight again as she turned to the man as he stood, taking hold of her hand from the table as he did so. His soft voice, words, and the graze of his lips across the back of her hand made him fit the part of the gentlemen. Was it wise to play such a game? The moment after he returned to his seat, she smiled in a more friendly manner, a glitter of something passed her eyes.
"It would be my pleasure to offer my company to you and your team, as it is to meet you; such a fine looking group as well if i might say so."
She had looked around the table at the genin as she began to speak of them. Her eyes looked from the boy she knew now as Koujetsu, to Kaji. Then she took her seat quietly as she observed the actions of the the others at the table with a passive interest. Though her eyes strayed with the sensation of being watched, and she found it odd it was to be the Jounin, Taku, causing the feeling. She was used to being watched from close and afar, and had grown to place the feeling in the back of her mind. Keeping check on the watchers, but not letting it affect her actions or thought process. Except for this particular instance, she was so intrigued of how it was able to slip to the front of her mind that she had barely been aware of the waitress walking up with the plate of chicken wings until she had set them onto the table in front of the boys.
Quietly she watched them eat a moment, then her eyes strayed across the table to next to her. From the corner of her eye she noticed Taku's gaze upon her. It wasn't that it upset or troubled her, just she could not find herself wanting to look away. Something...something about him drew her attention more then she was used to. Something, whatever it was, distracted her. And it was giving her an unsettled feeling in the back of her mind. This was initially broken by the arrival of a third genin to the table, and she looked up as she studied him, her kind smile still clinging to her face since she had sat down before. It was strange as she realized he was a Hyuuga, and most likely the most normal of them all at this table. Looks wise at least. There was something shared between them all, and that was none of them fit into the normal arrangements of Sunagakure society as far as she could tell in the time she had known them. While it had not been long, it was enough to contrast and compare the differences, and realize how this table seemed to hold the most interest of the people walking in and around the restaurant. This might call for a little research later, but at the moment she was watching the genin once more.
Her eyes caught movement from Koujetsu as he placed something on the inside of his arm, looking up at the new arrival rather late for the introduction. As she was wondering of what it could have been placed on his arm, she looked away unconsciously to lock eyes with Taku. Blinking away the thoughts that passed through her, Chishio was trying to find something to pull her attention away. She got her wish as the waitress walked up to Shizukesa, who she watched for a moment. Kaji leaned down, pulling notebooks from his bag, and throwing them before his team mates, held more of her interest. Just as she was about to turn her attention to those, she followed Shizukesa's gaze as he watched the woman leave. Just in the slightest, her mouth twitched. Kaji explained the books as she idly listened to him and the responses of the other genin. As it was none of her business, she did not take part in this. Her attention resided in the boy Shizu sitting across from her. So when the waitress returned, she caught every detail of the conversation. All the way down to the Byakugan he used to watch her with. A spark flashed her glowing crimson eyes as she held her tongue, hoping Taku would speak up. |

| For the past seven or so minutes that transpired while the genin ate and various other events occurred, he and this woman known as Chishio locked eyes several times over, his gaze not faltering as much as her own. Obviously not uncomfortable with the what was obviously going on between them, but probably not all together open to the fact. She was so pretty. Her hair was long and looked soft, a very big attraction for him. Her eyes were one of a kind, and very sexy for lack of any other adjective to describe them. Her face was soft and looked quite inviting, and her figure.......left absolutely nothing more to be desired. Taku already knew that later on he was going to have to make a move on her. He had been with few women in the past, not that many, but enough to be called experienced. Never before had he felt this strong of an attraction with so little interaction.
It was at this point in his thinking that Kaji revealed his notebooks. Taku scolded disapprovingly at Kaji, but at the same time admiring how resourceful the boy had been. However, to have gotten such information, in his position, he would have had to have gone to decent lengths, possibly ethically questionable, and more then a little invasive. It made him uncomfortable. However, it gave more proof to the idea that Taku was getting about him being an able bodied student, and probably going to be his star pupil. He was still not sure how he fully felt about him though. For all the worth he was promising in his actions thus far, he was also showing a bit of a dastardly side as well, one that Taku was not very fond of. Then again they all were.
He had noticed for some time now that Shizu and their waitress were having a flirting session of their own, a bit more prominent then his own subtle eye locks with Chishio. He couldnt help but let a grin fill his face as she accidentally poured hot tea all over him, including very tender areas, and followed by attempting to clean him. He was very much enjoying these silly little rascals, regardless of the fact that they were, going to be a bit troublesome. At least it wasnt going to be boring, that he was very much aware of. Then suddenly his smirk and thoughts dropped as his Oniryouken once again alerted Taku to the fact that chakra was being used in the near premises. He quickly focused on the source and discovered it to be coming from Lee, specifically his head, more specifically, his eyes. It was instant flip from enjoyment to being extremely upset. That was it. The fun time was over.
The sound of his chair moving outward, sliding across the linoleum, was the only clear sign that he had even moved. Faster then there little eyes could travel with out paying attention, which Taku's Oni told them none of them were, he traveld around the table swiftly and as he passed each of his students, he gave them a swift slap on the back of their lower neck. each would receive a noticeable but harmless jolt of pain and become wide awak for the next three minutes. It was to get their attention, and an obvious account that they had all done wrong. When he passed Chishio, his hand passed over her own for a moment, his fingers falling between hers for only a moment, before finally standing three feet away from the table, back turned, facing the doorway. He spoke them with a calm stern voice, displaying no clear emotion, though not monotone, nor emotionless.
That is what I call neck respect. Learn its feeling well, for it is the sign of dishonor. You have all thus far dishonored yourself in one way or another at this short gathering by displaying complete lack or respects for one another. You are a team. Start acting like it. With in the next ten minutes I want all of you at the training grounds, our first training is about to begin, no exceptions, no excuses. If it is going to make you late for something I dont care. From this point on, I am your sensei, I am your master, and following my orders, as shinobi, it your only priority.
He was obviously addressing all of this towards the three genin, and not Chishio, but to seal it off he laxened his tone just a little bit, making it softer and not as crips.
And Chishio, you are more then welcome to accompany us if you wish.
He was torn between being a gentlemen to the lady he later wished to swoon, and being the correct role model for this currently disheveled group. He decided that the group came first, this was his job. He took off and was gone, leaving nothing but a trail of sand in his wake, at the training ground a good five minutes before any of the others would arrive.
