Signature Traits: The Oshi are generally independent people and choose all different styles of clothing and ways to wear and color their hair. This independence makes it difficult to distinguish a member of the Oshi clan from the next person. However, somewhere on their body will be a Ying/Yang sign. This sign varies from small to large and will sometimes be sewn on clothing, worn as jewelry, or even tattooed on. This Ying/Yang sign represents the quest for peace that all Oshi are taught to seek.
Kekkei Genkai: The kekkei genkai of the Oshi is a unique one. The effects of this kekkei genkai are never truly identical, but it always follows the same pattern. An Oshi will excel in one area while being handicapped in another. A common version is to be extremely intelligent and intellectual, but very physically weak, barely able to lift forty pounds and move slowly. Another common version is the opposite, where the Oshi is much stronger and faster than those his/her age group, but having the mind of a four year old. Before the clan was radiated, there was no handicap to their kekkei genkai, but really, it's the kekkei genkai that allows the clan to continue living. The radiation caused different genes in different members of the clan to mutate. Originally, the kekkei genkai of the clan allowed for any damage done to the body to be over compensated for in another area. If an Oshi had lost hearing in one ear, they would have been able to see 50% farther than the average person of their age group. Now, the kekkei genkai counteracts the mutated genes that are passed on from generation to generation.
History:The Oshi clan were once the sole inhabitants of a small village. The village wasn't a rich one, but one of mainly farming. While they posed no real threat to anyone and always welcomed outsiders, the village the was located on a highly strategical piece of land. Their village marked the beginning of a path over a tall, lethal mountain. Two larger villages fought on either side of the mountain range, both highly powerful. One village began raiding the Oshi village for supplies and food to be able to continue fighting with their nemesis. It wasn't long before the Oshi village was depleted of resources. The aggressive village decided to try a new chemical weapon on the crippled Oshi village. This weapon contained a radioactive poison meant to attack the DNA of those breathing the poison in. Due to the Oshi kekkei genkai, no Oshi died, so the lethal weapon was scrapped. However, all animals and plants the Oshi depended on to live were killed. The Oshi fled their village. The change in the Oshi was quite noticeable during their flee. Some had become brittle and required to be carried, but were intelligent enough to break down what had happened to them, where the best place to go would be based on what the forest looked like, and lead the group. Some became incredibly dumb, but suddenly had huge muscles and could carry those that led them. A few lost the ability to hear and could pinpoint a detail from miles away. Some lost the ability to see and could determine the type of a bird from its' song from miles away. Eventually, the intelligent Oshi led the group to Kumo where they were rescued and eventually worked their way up into a rich, recognized clan of Kumo.

I really don't know how this kind of KKG can be approved, since I cannot see on what it is based upon. You make talk about compensation between physical and intelectual characteristics. A feature that can hardly be set into boundaries. What if you apply with a character who can voluntarily damage himself in order to improve the personal fields that they prefer? I need someone else to add on my post, as I fail to clearly decide what's my view on this vague issue.
