| Twilight settled over the field as Matsu walked slowly through it. His fingers brushed against the tall grass that grew all around him, stirring up crickets and other small insects. Behind him the grass had been pushed down to make a small trail where he had been walking but up ahead was nothing but dense grass. Birds chirped all around even though the sun was slowly setting. A light breeze blew throught he area, making everything in the field sway from left to right. Matsu continued to walk forward slowly, rubbing the top of his head as he walked. His hair moved slightly in the breeze. Matsu slowly moved his hand from his head and let it fall by his side, sighing. He had still had a long walk ahead of him before he reached the village and it wasn't getting any lighter.
Matsu reached the edge of the forest that surrounded the field and looked back over his shoulder. He started at what met his eyes. On the other side of the field stood another Shinobi or at least he thought it was a Shinobi. His eyes narrowed as he continued to look at the other person. It wasn't clear from where he was standing but it looked like the man was the same age as him or slightly older. Matsu started to walk slowly out towards the middle of the field where he could wait for the other man to meet him. Today wasn't one of those days when Matsu wanted to fight but if he had to, he would. He touched his headband that was wrapped his arm and bowed his head. This was always what he did before a fight. It gave him luck.
He concentrated and the calcium in his right arm bone started to become harder and harder. It slowly came out of his fore-arm, forming a hilt-less blade. Matsu twirled it around and held it by his side. He was confident in his abilities with his sword and he wasn't afraid of anyone that came up to him because of his Kekkei Genkai. A lot of people cowered away from his abilities because of how abnormal it was. They found it disgusting how his bones just came out his skin like that. Some had even puked when he had done some of his jutsu. It was never pretty.
Matsu twirled the blade around a few times and then rose his eyes up to the man that was about two hundred yards in front of him. The mans till hadn't moved so Matsu held his ground and waited patiently. If he were to turn and walk away there was the possibility of the man attacking him from behind. His only safe bet was to stay and wait to see what the man would do. If nothing happened soon though he would be forced to make the first move or walk away.
Matsu cleared his throat and called out, "Hey you! What do you want? I need to get home soon and I can't afford to be out too long. Let's hear it!"

Name: Dance of Camellia Type: Taijutsu/Kenjutsu Rank: C Element: - Description: This jutsu requires both the taijutsu specialty and weaponry specialty where Sword is either the main or sub weapon. The user performs this jutsu by modifying the humerus (upper arm bone) of either their right or left arm to create a short, hilt-less bone sword. Since they can increase and compress the density of their bones, they can make the sword harder than steel. they then use the sword to fight; the style uses quick cuts and thrusts to disable opponents quickly. |
