Kaji a young adult as he would like to think is around 5 foot 11 inches (71 inches) tall and weighs 163 pounds. However if one was to pick him up he would seem about two times heavier since he holds weights around his body. He wears a cloak that weight 127 pounds in complete weight that is utilized to increase his Kenjutsu abilities. This brings his normal body weight to about 290 pounds.
Kaji’s face is very sweet and smooth much like a child even though if you called him a child he would kill you. He has no scars or any markings on his face. He has slanted eyes and there probably his most interesting features. Both of his eyes are tinted purple however this would be the last thing you noticed cause as soon as you tried to make eye contact you would end up looking into two pools of pure blood that is known as Kaji’s pupils. Kaji;s most less notable feature is his varying hair lengths of some that cover his face and one that will reach down to his shoulder. The hair color is a light black or a very dull gray.
Kaji’s normal attire is a pair of skintight slacks. He wears a black T-shirt and over that and a cloak that can wrap around him to create an essential cover of his normal attire. His footwear is usually either Barefoot or sandals.
Personality:
Kaji is what you would call an old soul in a young body. He has wisdom beyond his years and is very intellectual person. He remains calm most of the time and is said to almost be emotionless if he isn’t interested. However he is very energetic and fierce when e gets interested in a fight. He is however usually calm and hold s a blank expression on his face.
Kaji when around people can come off as an idiot with no idea what he’s doing due to his constant stupid actions that can come off idiotic and stupid and how he is always calm will send people away from him. However if you gain kaji’s Loyalty it will not disappear unless you do something to make it disappear.
Kaji’s biggest qwerk in his personality is his sadomasochism his love and tolerance of pain. This is so high that he can even move with a broken bone on just pure will power and continue fighting as long as he can justify it for the pain. A secondary qwerk kaji has is that he has a very powerful complex for being lazy when the need is not imminent. This means if its not a life or death situation he will not seriously try his hardest and will often hold back in his power.
However Kaji has a single more thing that makes him odd. Its what makes it dwell upon insanity as many do not comprehend it. Many have called this Bi-polorization but few truly can picture that. Kaji does not live as a single entity but as hundreds. His mind does not think in a single existance. His ideals have clashed so many times that they have seperated from the main existance and are called Persona’s. Each persona can take over the main body at anytime that it is fit to be taken over thus giving kaji a unpredicable aura. The persona change while doing nothing to the physical body it can instead change voices and how Kaji seems to act. Currently Kaji holds 4 different Persona’s.
Takai is a persona that is the logical personallity and holds Kaji’s ideals of death in his thoughts.
Pheo is a persona thats is the illogical childish personallity that is what holds Kaji’s opinions and Ideals on life itself.
Sasuga is a persona that is a femine or what most would call sensitive side. Yes it is a female persona that was created and holds his compassion.
Mizo is a persona that is completly blank that has no compassion no feelings no ideals just does as he is ordered to do. This persona is used in missions mostly that go againts kaji’s owns feelings.

Clan Name: Suto-mu (Lost Name) Kanto (Current name) Clan Location: Most of the clan was devastated while they had lived in Kirigakure but now most are seen in Kumo even though there numbers are severely diminished. Clan Traits: Each Member of the clan will have black hair and severely dark skin along with usually either completely red or bloodshot eyes. More info on the eye: The eye itself appears to be a normal eye except for the odd coloring. The usual eye color for the clansmen is a scarlet red with a mix of purple into the eye itself. (Meaning the pupil is red while the visible cornea and iris itself is purple) Kekkei Genkai: Fusenmei Shiryoku
Blurred Eyesight
Elemental Ability. Appearance: Elemental Effects:The basic effect of this Kekkei Genkai, is to essentially utilize a combination of Electricity and water to take control of the element Ranton Or storm element. The Ranton element utilizes either creating or manipulating storm or using Powerful beams with varying brightness’. These Beams are essentially electricity that have the ability to move like water flowing. [Darui is supposedly the utilizer of this element in the manga.] This utilized by the two separate elements Suiton and Raiton. Bodily Affinitys: The next ability is that the user of the Kekkei is essentially immune to extreme forces of hot and cold. This is due to them being able to absorb and release heat at essential will. This by causing there body to use the properties of the ranton element releasing small bursts of intesnse static electricity into the area to release heat and just normally having heat transfer into them by using watery convection currents. The water will circulate in there body faster cuasing more heat transfer to take place in there body and cause them to heat up. The cost of this ability comes at a small but constant drain to the persons chakra when needed to heat up. A genin being able to do this for about 5 post’s of constant use before they are drained and exhausted to an S-rank being able to go almost a limitless amount of time with a minimal drain. The immunity to Raiton and Katon jutsu's only come when it comes down to there effects with heat. They can only cut the heat down of the attack by a third slightly weakening it but still causing most of the damage through its force. This will only protect from any burns that may be caused by the heat. They are also immune to being frozen or being stiffened up by cold. Secret Clan Jutsu: This clan being few in number and not many high ups left has lost there essential secret clan jutsu instead they have become forced to learn from what is left of there family lineage depending on what they need to learn. History: The Suto-Mu clan was a clan found in Kirigakure before the bloodline massacre took place. It was a small and semi-peaceful clan that could match most others. However as Kirigakure grew tired of the bloodlines that plagued its land it had begun to become hated by many. Soon as the village began its violent outbursts against all Kekkei-Genkai’s in its land this clan was targeted. It was just a sudden slam of attack that happened one day. The clan being peaceful in nature was not ready and most of them were obliterated. As years passed the traces of the clan were gone almost completely however after years passed a small amount of people soon appeared around Kumogakure. These people were users of the bloodline and were said to be the last members of the clan. They held the name Kanto even though the past name was Suto-mu. These Kanto’s joined Kumogakure as Ninjas as a hope to finally revive the Kekkei Genkai. Clan Details: Closed

Kaji has a very good grasp on chakra control and is extremely advanced in controlling it to its maximum effects for his current Genin level. He also has a higher speed than normal essentially rivaling a trained Chunnin in speed with his cloak off. Kaji has a very powerful and massive amount of stamina for his age and training. This is because of his conditioning to enjoy and love pain and how it has become second nature to throw off all injuries until his body collapses however due to this he puts his body under much to useless stress and often makes his body fatigued after a fight for an extended period of time.

This technique is shot through a finger after a moments charging of the jutsu after a string of 5 hand-signs The ability of this technique is very odd and can prove to be a surprise to anyone fighting him. The technique has an intense speed from its lightning based abilities and if needed it is able to split itself into two or more separate beams of attack. These beams will home in on the opponent that they were targeted on and will bend and curve till they hit there mark. When the technique hits the mark it will deliver a slight numbing shock and about 80 pounds of force into wherever it hits. The only drawback to this is that kaji must move to make sure the beams don’t hit him if there opponent shifts positions. Also that if the beams do not connect with there target after two post’s of curving they will dissipate and the opponent will cease being chased.

Description: This jutsu is a technique that utilizes the Ranton element the combination of Water and Lightning elemental style techniques. After the 20 hand-signs are done the user will push out there hand and at the end a small ball of electrical energy mixed with water will form there that looks almost like light. At this level the only way this jutsu can cause damage is through direct physical contact with the opponent. If this orb touches the opponent it will cause paralysis for 2 post’s in what ever body part that it touches and a deep numbing in any other part of there body. The point of contact will also hold a deep burn on it.

Description: This jutsu utilizes the Suto-mu bloodline ability in which they are able to expel thermal energies and absorb them from there body. This jutsu is utilized through physical contact with an object or person. Then the user will send enough body heat into the place of contact to burn through solid steel or leave a third degree burn while taking in heat at the same time to continue a steady temperature. At genin ranked this jutsu takes a third of the users chakra and rates are comparable while going up in rank slowly lessening but getting more effective. The longer contact is held with the opponent the more serious the damage that is caused its possible to cause a limb loss with this jutsu if the opponent does not break physical contact after 2 post’s.

Appearance:
Arashi is a dual blade set that has various abilities depending on the users abilities. They first when normal and untouched are of 2 feet in length half of that length being the hilt. They are of a black hilt with a metallic cover at the bottom and where the blade connects. The blade itself is a foot long and a steel blade.
Special Abilities/Characteristics:
D-ranked This blades D-ranked ability is more like a built in feature. There's a button on each swords hilt that when pressed will cause the blades to extend out another 2 feet in length. This transforms it into a true blade. This level of the sword is allowed to any rank.
C-Ranked This rank of the blade allows the blade to take on the abilities of a elemental chakra of Suiton or water. This increases the weight of the sword on impact and will cause a whiplash effect. This will cause more damage to the person hit by the blade but nullifies the cutting effect of the sword making it more of a blunt object. This level of ability is open to Genin. It comes at a C-ranked amount of chakra each post.
Origin:
This sword was crafted by the Suto-mu clan when they were in Kirigakure. They were a clan that utilized Ranton element so this sword became a mandatory for most clan members to utilize and it showed there skill as they grew up. The clan soon made copies of the original blade and gave it to each new generation.
However when the clan was destroyed in Kirigakure it only left one set of the blades and that was the set that Kaji’s father had. When Kaji left for Sunagakure after graduating from the academy of Kumogakure he was given this blade and told that he would need to find its secrets for himself.

Appearance: This is a pure white cloak that will cover kaji’s entire body. The cloak is essentially double sided since both the inside and the outside look exactly alike and can be worn either way. However on the inside of the claok is many training weights stiched into the fabrics so they won’t move around and make it jerky movments.
Special Abilities/Characteristics: The cloak has training weights sewed into it meaning it weighs more than your average cloak (127 pounds to be exact). The weights cause kaji’s body to become stronger from just wearing it and faster when it is taken off. When the cloak is taken off it allows Kaji to reach about a chunnin rank in speed while hes at genin. However it provides no extra protection since the training weights are so thin that a kunai would easily pierce it.
Origin: This cloak was bought by his father for kaji in a sunagakure weapons shop and outfitted itself for him when kaji started his training.

Appearance: These creatures are monoarch butterflys. They range from thousands of different colors and are perfectly symmetrical in make. They can be a frightning site when clouding the sky. They are the size of a normal butterfly however when this is used there is not just a single butterfly but hundreds usually.
Contract Type: Blood summoning and Chakra drapped across the ground in a circle cut perfectly down the center.
Species: Butterfly? Archanid...

Special Abilities/Characteristics: These butterflys are placed with two different seals upon them by Kaji’s Teamate Koujetsu. The first one is a storage seal in which a single kunai with an explosion note is wrapped around. This Kunai is essentially a small bomb that can be dropped to try and hurt an enemy from the sky.
The next seal is a small seal that is an essential sucide bombing ability. When a butterfly is destroyed or killed the seal on there back will spark and there body will turn into a small bomb. This bomb can essentially blow off a limb or fire off shrapnel depending on how far or close it is from the opponent but is mostly like a small gernade in effects.
The butteflys can also be used for tracking and spying due to there small size and essential insignificance. However the drawback to this is that by the sheer number this summoning will drain a B-rank amount of chakra from kaji and leave him fatigued.
Background:
This summoning was used by Kaji’s father. It was used for spying and helping to bring success on his missions. They were used solo usually for assasinations and causing tactical decoys to occur for ambushes. However Kaji was the next to gain this seal. The night his father took him out to train after giving him a speech.
He was told to write his name in blood across the contract and so he did so. He then spent days training to bond with the butterflys and soon came down to being able to summon a hundred of these sucidal butterflys and utalize them in combat.

| Uhem, the B-rank weapon ability was stated to be locked till jounin rank was required currently he can only use up to the c-ranked abilities. The B-A parts are completely locked till he gets to Jounin + and is stated in the weapon itself. However if you want i can still remove them.
The clan i was told could be approved with the character due to it being a closed clan. Currently i have two moderators that said i can get it approved Via Character - Quote :

| I'm aware but people giving it a passing glance will most likely assume otherwise and then Staff gets chatbox complaints about allowing exceptions and that we're all biased, soulless, demons and then people get defensive about being wrong and start arguing and then they get banned for being stupid...I'd just remove it.
I'll inquire but I believe clans are to be approved separately, regardless of status because otherwise we can't keep track of what concepts are taken and which aren't. I wouldn't want to have your clan encroached upon later so I reccomend making the app all the same. |
