Name: Big Chinese Fan

Appearance: The fan is not necessarily that large, only two and a half feet in length and height. It has wood or ribs with lacquered paper attached to the ribs and a metal outer cover. It only weights about three pounds, making it very light weight but not very durable. It can stand being swung about as mediums for wind jutsu but it cannot be used for striking.

I Really See no problem with this one. Nice short and to the point.

I do like to point out one thing.

Since this fan will only be used as a medium for wind, and the fact that it is light Will this jutsu only be used for C rank Wind jutsu and below? The only reason I ask if your planning on using such a light fan I do not think that higher jutsu will be able to work together with your light fan.

I will have to ask to make sure, but If I thought about this too much then you are good to go
