Description: A trait given to ninja who posses a innate talent for the manipulation of clan based techniques and has trained thoroughly to improve their skill. Their power over the the clans abilities has become so considerable that the ninja is now considered a young prodigy by the clan elders. Because of this, the user's clan based attacks are 20% more destructive with their increased power and size.

Birth
The cool air of the late summer evening filled the air as Vera Haretsu stood hugely pregnant surrounded by family members, all proud to see the her pregnant with the newest Haretsu Clan member. Suddenly a gasp of surprise escaped from her lips, "Hikaru” She yelled over her joyous family members to her husband, Hikaru Teru, named after his great-great-great grandfather, ”It’s time!.....” Hikaru Tetsuya, who had been talking to a distant cousin about the village’s military force, suddenly rushed into movement’s at his wife’s call. He pushed his way through the crowd of family members as he made his way to his wife. Quickly Realizing what was going on, he scooped his wife up in his strong arms and carried her to the nearest medical facility, their child on the way and coming quickly.

Several Hours Later

Near midnight, after several hours of labor, the screams of a newborn baby erupted into the air of the small Hospital Room. After a few moments, a Medical Ninja, whose face was rather green, handed the small child to Hikaru. ”Your son………..” he said, his voice seeming to be filled with wonder, due to the fact that he had helped bring life into the world.
Looking down at his son, Hiikaru nestled the child in his arms, and spoke his voice also filled with amazement, ”My son…….my perfect son….” he turned as he felt his wife’s cool hands push weakly against his arm due to exhaustion , ”Let me…..let me see our son.” she said, weakly smiling as she put heavy emphasis on “our”.

Hikaru chuckled lightly as he carefully handed their son to his mother, putting him gently into the arms of his wife. ”He’s beautiful…..” she said lovingly as she gazed down at her ‘beautiful’ son as she held him up against her chest. After a long moment of silence, in which both new parent’s were staring down at their son, Vera looked up at her husband, ’What’s his name..?’ She asked, knowing what they had agreed upon and just wanting to hear her husband say the words. Hikaru spoke again, "Our son is Shizo Haretsu "

Early Life
He was raised as any caring and loving parent would raise their child, he was quick to develop and even from a young age, it was plainly obvious that he was an incredibly curious child, getting into anything and everything he could, which was sometimes a good thing and at other times a bad thing. His excessive natural curiosity caused him to get injured quite often, which in turn caused his parents to be rather over protective. His love of being outside, in nature, rolling around in the snow, quickly became quenched in overprotectiveness as his parents forced him to remain inside more often, teaching him to read, [which he was able to do at the age of 3] and once he was able, he found a way to satisfy his curiousity. He found the food for his mind in the books he had previously resented.

Academy

Since birth it wasn't long until Shizo learned the secrets of his clan and what abilities he was good at. His father had always wished for him to be the best, awaiting the day he was of age to begin learning so that one day he may not only follow in his footsteps but overcome him. Shizo was going to be the prodigy, the top fighter of the Haretsu clan whom could defeat anyone. So much training had occured before Shizo entered the Academy, that by the time his 8th birthday rolled around, he was more than willing to enter the Konohagakure Ninja Academy.

Shizo enjoyed the intellectual stimulation the Academy provided, his natural curiosity and intelligence helped him through the classes, however having to wait for others to complete classes, finding those who failed to grasp the fairly simple concepts irritating and a wast of time. However after four years Shizo graduated the academy near the top of his class.Now graduated from the Academy, Shizo was eager to commence on his Genin Career, eager to make a name for himself and bask in the fame it will present.

To assume he was anything less to prepared was Shihouin’s gravest mistake. Hiroshi had noted the hand sign and he knew the expertly trained ANBU would aswell. Each of the three ANBU black ops members, were chosen for this assignment based on skill. Ni, was an illusion specialist and also a master tactician, so naturally he would watch the entire situation and make the best choice to both protect the Hokage as well as bring Shihiouin to justice, as were his orders. The other two members, had their skills, but as it seems they would only be needed to hold Shihiouin during the punishment process.

Hiroshi stayed silent, his hand rolling up the sleeves of his back shirt as he prepared. Shihiouin now free of the illusion was limp, held up by the two ANBU members. ”That was a dumb move, Uchiha“, an amused smirk crossed his face as he spoke, ”Did you really think I wouldnt be prepared? I mean honestly, dumb move.“ He shook his head quickly and the sadistic look returned on his face. His sleeves were now up near his shoulder, revealing his muscled and toned arms as he spoke again. ”The time comes once more for you to receive punishment Shihiouin...you‘ll find I am not my predecessor, hanging you from the monument or an attempt on the Hokage‘s life...he should‘ve ended you then and there. I do believe in mercy, but only where it‘s deserved.“ Hiroshi took a deep breath, focusing Ki into his hands. ”But, let it be known, I only do this to deter you away from committing such acts again. For, if you would, I would not be as merciful. I do not wish to lose you as a member of the village, either by you leaving, or by killing you. Therefore I chose an action, that I hope will make you think before you decide to do something like this again“

Hiroshi slowly walked up to the Uchiha as he spoke, he didnt need force for what he was about to do, merely contact. If the Jounin was paying attention, he could here the sadistic flair in his Leader's voice. ”As you may or may not have realized with those eyes of yours; my ‘chakra’ is a tad bit different than that of everyone else’s...”, He placed his hand on the chest of the Uchiha, but did not release the technique yet, “It reacts with 'normal’ chakra in such a way that...well you’ll find out soon enough.. ”, he smirked and looked the protesting Uchiha directly in the eye. “But dont worry, no lasting damage and the pain wont be enough for you to seek relief in unconsciousness, you will enjoy every single moment of it.. ”

Hiroshi's pressed his hand against the Uchiha's chest and willed his Ki to enter the Jounin's own chakra system. It was relatively small amount of energy, enough for a B rank jutsu, but Hiroshi's Ki would run through Shihouin's system, repelling his chakra and reeking havoc on the man's system. While it wouldnt cause him to lose chakra, or any physical harm to him or his chakra system...the pain would be excruciating.
