Name: Fuuton: Puchi Doragon Baito no Jutsu ~ Wind Style - Small Dragon's Bite Technique

Description: Costing a C Ranked amount of chakra, the Wind Style: Small Dragon's Bite, it a technique, where in the basis of it all, collects a large amount of air, like any fire technique, before expeling it from their mouth. Of course, the wind packs a punch, and can leave the user out of breathe if not properly used. It is strictly long range, as the technique either become regular wind, or cuts through an object with a biting motion. It can travel up to 10m before becoming harmless. The farther this technique travels, the more blunt force it becomes, losing it's ability to cut like most wind techniques. If not carefully used, and fired at an opponent within 1.5m of the user, the technique can backfire, and damage the user. This technique takes the shape of a mythilogical dragon's head trying to bite the opponent.

Name: Fuuton: Tsuin Hira Doragon no Jutsu ~ Wind Style - Twin Palm Dragon Technique

Description: Wind Style - Twin Palm Dragon, is a technique that can vary in strength depending on the need of the attack. By concentrating chakra into both palms, the user can can forcible send the opponent, into a wind attack. It is dragon shaped, extending larger as the tecnhique goes farther. it is designed to keep enemies away from the user, but has a cool-down time for each usage. C-Ranked = 2, B- Ranked = 4, A-Ranked = 5, S-Ranked equals the equalivilent of 20 mins to RP time. The user can still move around and use other techniques, but this technique both requires chakra control and the knowledge of when to release the blast of air. No matter what rank, this technique can travel 10m, without ending. The strength of the push is determined by the Rank of Chakra put into the technique, and the rank of whater it is against.

Name: Fuuton: Tsuin Doragon Kone no Jutsu ~ Wind Style - Twin Dragon Pull Technique

Description: This technique is a variation of the Wind Style - Twin Palm Dragon Technique. Being used to create a vacumn of air behind an opponent, effectively pulling them towards the user in the process. This usage is more subtile as the purpose is to captue the enemy. There is no cutting from the wind, and this technique can be resisted by attacking the user, having a doton-based jutsu to trap your feet in place, or, weighing enough so that the technique cannot move you. This dulled, more blunt wind is less effective than it's counter-part. Of course, like with it's parent jutsu, this technique cannot be used in succesion, and has a recovery time. C Ranked = 2 Posts, B Ranked = 3, A Ranked = 5, and S ranked = the equivilent of 20 mins.
