Soul Sucker:Every time Jun kills someone he can use the sword to suck the soul out of the body before it leaves to move on, the more souls the sword sucks the stronger it becomes gaining numerous effects
1 soul (C-rank) : Can cut through rock with ease.
2 souls(B-rank) : The swords can have elemental chakra channeled through it, this allows the swords to change length by focusing more chakra through it, increases cutting power meaning that it can cut through almost anything (B-rank and down items) and finally allows the swords to have be 'changed' as when the chakra is channeled through it the user can mold it around the sword to make it into a different weapon temporarily e.g spears
3 souls(A-rank) :The swords can cut through any natural items with ease and B-rank and down items and has bonded to Juns chakra so that it can be controlled solely by his chakra and he doesn't need to touch it.
5 souls(S-rank) :the swords are able to suck up jutsu of A-rank power or lower and can fire them back at the opponent, however this takes up the same amount of chakra as it does from the original user and is achieved by getting the blast in one sword and then firing it out the other almost instantaneously.

The blade can be strong enough to break through stone, understandable but at C-rank it is not going to be indestructable. I can suggest that over the course of learning and through an rp that you will be able to upgrade your sword till the point of nigh-indestructabilty but at the current rank that you are applying, character wise, that isn't acceptable.

The A-rank skill of cutting anything is iffy on my part. I don't see it cutting weapon/item of equal or higher. Solid materials like steel and rock seems acceptable given you are placing chakra through it. Please edit this accordingly.

The whip second ability-I can't say that that form would be acceptable.
