Description: Also known as the falling sky technique, the user creates a strong well of air pressure above the target and then drops it down upon them like a hammer of wind. The technique can deliver multiple tons of pressure down on a target, crushing them and the landscape around them as though the energy of a tornado was focused on a single point. Because the technique originates from above the target, it is often hard to predict, and harder to dodge.

Description: Range: Supplementary
This is a technique possible only with those with Fuuton Mastery. Their second nature ability to use wind makes the air around the user an extention of their body with fuuton chakra. This becomes a supplementary Aid as well as a defensive one. The user can dramatically change the air resistance as well as air pressure around their body by reflex. This allows them to support their movement as though they have a tailwind at all times, and move through 'air' as though without resistance (doesn't apply to underwater movement). It also allows one to blunt incoming attacks by slowling them dramatically with increased air pressure and resistance. Physical attacks will thus have little to no kenetic energy behind them once they have actually made connection with the user.

1) For your Sonic Bullet jutsu, I think you are going to need to explain this more. If it is a vacuum is this suppose to suck in the target? Also explain the implode of the jutsu as well. I am just a bit confused on this jutsu that is all.

2) For your Micro Burst Jutsu I believe it is a bit to OP. Especially the 'weight' the jutsu is suppose to deliver. It should be nerfed, although I would ask another Mod what type of 'weight' it should have. Also a jutsu like this seems to have to be prepared. If its suppose to be hard to dodge it should have some type of drawback. Also I don't know about the whole harder to predict issue. The reason is that with a large concentration of chakra, Shinobi should be able to detect something going on around them

1) A Vacuum is an area in which 'air' doesn't exist, created by isolating an area and removing the air, one creates a vacuum. Secondly, if one is to compromise this isolated area, air from the outside will collapse in on the vacuum in an attempt to fill the area creating an implosion... I can't really describe it any more simply then that.

2) Anything dropped from the sky has much more 'weight' then something horizontal. Wind techniques have been shown to chop up entire areas of forest and being A-ranked it can accomplish something powerful like this. I can alter it to take a post to 'charge' if you like.

Getting his by an A-ranked technique is likely fatal. If the target isn't paying attention to whats going on above him then there isn't anyway to predict this technique without having chakra observing abilities. No normal shinobi can just "detect something going on".
