Time to Fight

The day was normal, a slight breeze from the north, the sun out and about, and people everywhere. Even most of the training grounds were full so everyone would have to share. Luckily one little genin had got to a zone first and was able to talk his way out of sharing so he could train alone, but eventually he would have to share because all the other grounds would be full to capacity. So far today, he was working a little on his taijutsu, it needed to be done so he doesn’t get rusty, but alas he got a bit lonely, so he figured he would allow the next person or two to join him and not worry about being around others.

”Well maybe one or two people wouldn’t be so bad. With others my skills could improve a lot better than by myself.”

This dull day, the sun was up and the wind blew. It was a normal day, nothing exciting was going on. Midara had promised Kizuato that he would train him today, so since he had nothing else to do. Midara appeared in a long black sleeve top that had a loose turtle neck. His white shorts cut off down to his knees and his ankle and shins and down to his toes were covered in his ninja wrapping. He had his ninja thong sandals that he adored most. His bangs were intercepted by his Konoha headband, that was polish and without a scratch as his hair was in a ponytail reaching all the way down to his tailbone. He walked down the street into the training grounds and noticed the hordes of training ninja. "Now this is what I like to see!" Midara said to himself in excite, he was quite happy that his co-villagers were training to make themselves and the village a better place. He was proud in all of them. Midara stretched out his muscles because the worst thing is having a cramp during training. He then walked to a close by water fountain to splash his face and take a couple sips to remain hydrated. "Ready Kizuato?" He said as he started to walk into a training ground, one that seem particularly empty.

As he walked past the gate and further into the grounds, covered with trees and the sun. He noticed two other shinobi. "Hey if you guys are up to up...I'll spar against both of you guys!" He yelled with a greet-able smile to the other shinobi. Hopefully this would remain friendly. He didn't want to other shinobi beating him up, maybe this was a bad idea. Even with his hidden partner at his side. Hopefully he wasn't putting himself in such a mess. He was hoping they wouldn't want to spar, because he wouldn't want to take them both by himself. Midara stayed clam and looked strong and dependent but while on the inside, he had a small ration of fear.

The genin spar or.... Recruitment? [Kazuu, kija, lost, Rita] -

He was still just randomly punching, kicking and jumping or whatever. With each punch and kick he got a little tired but nothing he couldn’t push through. After a few more minutes of self training, the kid stopped and moved over to his turtle, kame. The turtle was also resting, but that’s about his nature, all he does his carry kazuu around or lay down. His little rest consisted of leaning against the turtle and looking at the sky, away from the sun. ”Nice day to just be out.” He thought just as he felt reenergized for more. He stood up once more and moved away from his pet, but before he could start, someone talked, wanting to spar it seemed.

”Oh hi…. Um not sure who the other person you are talking about it but I’ll take you on. “

He said looking to other kid over. He had long sleek hair, a black long sleeve shirt; he seemed pretty casual looking to the turtle lover. So far from the looks of it, there wasn’t a way of telling what kind of talents this new kid had, could turtle be walking into a trap? It didn’t matter, he didn’t feel like he was in danger. ”At least this might be entertaining.” He thought.

”Oh… my name is Hiyamoto Kazuuhiko, but I prefer turtle.”

"Hey Turtle" Midara said as he bowed his head. Out of politeness, Midara would offer this genin a special spot that many genin would dream of. It doesn't matter if this boy was strong or not, it was someone and the more the better. Right now, Midara wasn't concerned about strength, or power. He was only concerned on loyalty. Right now, Loyalty was key to Midara's success. Power will come by in due time, but for now respect for the village and loyalty to its workers is all he ask. Of course, he would love if his followers would have trained, but he takes whatever he can get. Some people thinks of him being weak, but he doesn't care what other people think. The boy looked young, due to his height and his psychical appearance. The boy in the white sleeve shirt was about to get training like no other. The Academy couldn't train you like Midara's Dojo could. Midara already had power within Konoha, slowly he is going to start take over the lower levels of all shinobi.

Out of all the genin within Konoha, and within the training grounds, this boy stood out to Midara. Not because of how he looked or talked or acted, but because the way he felt. Midara could tell just by looking at this kid that he really had a passion for being a shinobi, and that he will always try better. He always knew that this shinobi would always keep trying to get better, or matter what level he is at right now. "Hey, How about you join me and my friends? We are a group of genin with a goal of helping the village and we take direct personal orders from the Hokage herself." said as he put a hand on his hip" I am the leader, you can call me Midara" Midara knew the boy would say yes, he would just have to. No one would refuse the offer, it is just to great to give up. It is an opportunity of a life time, Midara had the power of changing lives. He chose who was important and who wasn't. He was the coach of all genin.

On this fairly sunny day Kuruichi was training as usual. He wore his normal attire but today it was more cut -up then usually. Most likely, Zero was pushing himself past his limit again. His emotionless self was being penetrated. He seemed to be showing at least one emotion. He was sad, very sad... Sagging to the bottom of a tree stump he noticed a couple figures not to far from him. Starting towards the group Zero's mind was set to the fact that today he could get along with some people. Then, he noticed they seemed to be talking about something rather serious. One of them seem to be making a very hard decision. Trying to break tension the worn out Zero said "Hello, guys I hope im not interrupting but do any of you want to spar?". Then he added for good measure, "Oh by the way, my name is Kuruichi people call me Zero because... well maybe you will find out"

The kid bowed to him, so he did the same. He started off by asking him a question. The question was to join a group in which he was leader in. It was an interesting proposal for someone like kazuuhiko. It would take some time to think about his answer to Midara’s question. The boy would need to review everything that could be an advantage and or a disadvantage. On the up side, he will have “friends” he could use to train with, answers only to the hokage, and if need be people he could blame things for later on in the relationship. The downsides were a little different. Answering directly to the hokage could out a lot of pressure on the kid to do better than normal. Having too many friends could change him for th better or worse, and then there is having them grow close to him. ”Hm.. what to do, should I accept? I guess, what could possibly go wrong?” He thought looking around to the surroundings for a moment.

”Well, I suppose ill join. Might be a good experience….”

He replied and then looked to the entrance. Another person had entered the area, someone looking for a spar. He called himself zero and said we could find out shortly, but was it necessary. How should he reply, so far there has been 2 requests for a spar and one to join a group. He accepted the group invite but what about the spars, was the kid really in the mood for one anymore?

”Hi Zero…. A Spar? I don’t know.”

As usual Rita was lost in her own head and thought she was planning something grand but was yet to figure out what, As she was wandering not paying much attention 3 genin caught her eye, they looked as though they were about to spar or have a full blown fight, this grabbed Rita's attention straight away ever the scholar she found this an ample opportunity to study fighting styles of different people. She looked to each of the Genin, their builds, look and styles were completely different from one another making this the perfect experiment and might help her devise a couple of theories on battle tactics. Rita wandered over to the group and gave them a wide grin.

"Hi Hi hope im not interupting something important but I wondered if you minded me either watching you guys train or maybe joining in" she dropped her hand to her his and raised her eyebrows, smiling the whole time. Most people found Rita weird to look at she had and odd dress sense and the fact that she was smart didn't help either. She continued to look at the 3 gathered while taking notes in her book, a very chewed pencil in her hand.

Midara saw 3 genin. They all seemed strong enough, but Midara just wanted to see what they were capable of. "Sorry Turtle, change of plans." Midara said as he bowed to Turtle, asking for forgiveness."So let me explain something to you fellow genin. I am forming a group that will assist the Hokage's need. We will do exclusive missions with exclusive training. Think of us as an experienced genin group, we are destined to be important within our village, whether it be being a Head Jonin or an ANBU black ops or even gain the title Hokage. So this can either make your life a great success or make you live in regret not being a part of us. With that saying, If you want out then you can leave, but if you want a chance at glory. You must look towards each other in a spar. The winner gets everything I have promised and the losers will be sent home. We only want the best, so fight for your lives!" Midara said as he jumped back into a tree as he was going to watch what each genin would do and how they would fight and how they think in battle.

This would prove to Midara who would be the best. 'I think the girl has potential but these 2 guys can hold their way too. I think everyone is even just by looking at them. Maybe i'll put my money on Zero'. "Before you fight, state your name and why you want to be a leader of Konoha one day" Midara stood up with his hands o his waist, this answer but be important. If they can't answer this, they will be kicked out. Midara pointed to the girl. [b]"You...come with me. I'll be back to see how the spar went" Midara jumped off the tree and started to walk away to signal the girl to follow.
