Mannox walked down the massive street. There were so many beautiful flowers! He looked to the left and saw daisies and tulips, and to the right roses and other various flowers of all colors and sizes! There were massive trees scattered about. Hmm, I'd love to climb one but I doubt that would be wise. I am on a visa, and I did frighten Hana because of a tree. He chuckled to himself a little bit. He was specifically searching for perhaps some wood that was lying around so he could create the wooden weapons for his spar.

He finally found a large pile of wood about 30 minutes into his walk and approached it. He looked around to see if he could spot anybody and didn't happen to see anyone. He shrugged and grabbed a piece and looked for a sharp rock. His weapons were still in lockdown, unfortunately. He finally found a sharp rock that was similar to a knife. He found a thick stick and then found a really big flat rock. He removed a lace from his boot and tied the flat rock to the stick. He walked back to the pile of wood and put the sharp rock into the side of the log, and slammed the makeshift hammer into the sharp rock. It cut a chunk out of the wood and he smiled. He began carving a sword.

He completed the first sword quite quickly. nice handy work. he thought to himself. He began working on his halberd constantly admiring the floral scenery. He spent hours working on the halberd and finally finished. He smiled at his work and began carving kunai, shurikens, swords, axes and many other various, yet easy to carve weapons, so Blaize could choose. A few hours later he finished his wooden arsenal and began training himself with the wooden weapons. It seems I got the weight balance right on all of these weapons. That's good.

Hana awoke and smiled. She got up and headed out to the living room to greet her guest. Though she frowned when she noticed he was gone. She sighed. She really didn't like that about him. It felt like he was ditching her all the time. It kind of annoyed her though she did like Mannox.

She sighed and got into the shower. She washed her body and hair. She so did enjoy her showers. Though she wanted to go search out Mannox. She kept telling herself to have him come to her. Instead of her following him around like a lost puppy. That wasn't her style. Yet she ended her shower early. "Tch, I don't need to look pretty for him. I'm just going to look pretty for everyone," she told herself as she picked out her ninja clothes and made sure her hair and makeup were perfect.

She then walked outside and locked her front door before putting the key in a holster on her leg. She walked down the street headed to where he said he would be in his letter. She then began looking around though she tried to do it in a manner that made her look like she was enjoying the flowers and scents. She smiled at the wonderful aroma.

She then finally caught sight of him from afar. She fixed her hair though it didn't need it as she walked towards him. She then nonchalantly began, "Hi Mannox. Beautiful day isn't it? Hey, what's that?" she asked looking at what he was working on.

Mannox turned around and smiled. "I've made these wooden duplicates of various weapons from this random pile of wood I found. I wanted them so Blaize and I could spar without too badly hurting each other. I got the weight of the wooden weapon exactly equivalent to the weight of a real weapon so it shouldn't be much different for someone to spar with one." He smiled at his work.

"Go ahead and try it." He handed her a few of the wooden shurikens he crafted. "I hope I got those right. I've never actually used one." He continued practicing his form and technique with the wooden halberd and sword. He swung it once to the left, then to the right. He spun around and brought it low and pulled it back as if he were to trip someone with it. He spun around and stabbed downward. He put the wooden halberd on his back and began to practice with the wooden sword.

Arisium had just arrived in the city the night before. Since he was new to the city and of course did not have any money on him, he used his visa card as an alternative to stay in a hotel for a few nights until he and his master decided to leave. Though he usually awoke later int he morning, regardless of the duty for the day today was an exception. He had never been to a city quite like this before, so he wanted to take in all the sights and smells and maybe even tastes, that the city had to offer him.

Arisium found himself lost in his thoughts often, even more so now due to the beautiful scenery he was taking in right now. The marts on the streets hauled in numerous customers at a time. Some restaurants had their doors open so one could smell that Heavenly smell a mile away, and so much more he couldn't even fathom. He loved this place. Regardless of how his master felt; this as getting to feel more and more like home every minute he stepped foot on the ground.

He rose from his bed twenty minutes earlier and began to stroll around the city. He stopped in at a shop and got some ramen, looked at a few signature items some of the marts had to offer, but did not buy anything, and said the occasional hello to the stranger you walk by on the street. He heard many voices, but there was one that was distinct and rang in his mind: The voice of Mannox Nara. And then a seductive female one right after his. I knew Mannox would chase after the women the first chance he got. Arisium knew his master all too well.

He followed his voice to where it seemed as if he was right in front of him. There barely any people around this part of town, for it seemed to be a bit higher of class than normal. There were only a couple homes on either side of him, and it sounded like his master's voice was coming from directly in front of him. There must be an atrium or some sort, a courtyard... he thought.

He scaled a wall of someone's home as quiet as one could, and hopped onto their roof with no much as a small thud . He looked down into the courtyard of the house next to it. There was an assortment of roses, hibiscus and other flowers, and it was truly breathtaking, though not as much as he found the gates. It seemed to be decorated well. He saw Mannox grasping a wooden halberd and sword, which he must have forged by household tools, considering his weapons were on lockdown like his were. He just continued to observe.

He saw an attractive woman walk out of the door nearest to the atrium. Mannox sure knows how to pick 'em... She seemed to be inquisitive as to what he was doing. They seem to be very friendly with each other.... Mannox must have already.... He shook his head and grunted quietly. Mannox was like his brother; he didn't think of thoughts like that. But when you're looking at a women such as this, it was hard to resist.

He then wondered to himself: How to approach? Just jump and be like 'HEY!' or more subtle, and casual, perhaps more polite. But his impulsiveness got the better of him before he could compute any of his thoughts. He jumped down and landed nearly in the center of the two. "Hello Mannox. Who's your friend?" He then turned to the lady and smiled as he awaited a response.

Mannox lunged back in shock and threw the halberd forward and swung it between Aris's legs. He grabbed his leg and pulled back, thus tripping Aris. He flipped him over to his back and spoke, "WHAT THE HELL, did I tell you about doing that?!?!?" he offered him a hand to help him up.

"I apologize for that." He said to Hana. "This is Aris. The only boy who could keep up with me during that night at the facility." He looked to Aris, "Aris, this is Hana. The most beautiful woman I have ever laid eyes upon." He moved in and whispered into his ear, "And hopefully she will give me a home and a family here is Kusagakure." He pulled away and smiled.

He kneeled down and handed the makeshift hammer, the sharp rock, and a piece of wood to Aris. "Make your weapons and we can spar." He smirked. "I wanna know how good you've gotten since our separation near Iwagakure." He laughed a bit, "Apparently your reflexes haven't improved." He chuckled a bit more.

Hana smiled as well. She took one of the kunai and inspected it. She tossed it into the air. It did a few flips and then she caught it with a grin. "Wow! These are really wonderful. How long did it take you to make them?"

She lifted the kunai up again and aimed for a tree nearby. She took a moment to aim and made sure it would accurately hit the knob on the tree that she was aiming for. She then pulled her arm back and threw it hard. It soared through the air. It then hit the knob dead on. She pumped her fist triumphantly.

"Hey Mannox? Would you like to spar? We can do it now and then you can do it with Blaize." She had really wanted to spar with him. She wanted to test her skills and try to impress him as well. She was sure she would do good fighting him. She was sure her chance of winning was very small but she still wanted to learn from a spar.

She was even looking at the shadows now. Looking for any way he could get her using shadows. It was still early and there weren't very many at the moment. She gave him her best puppy eyes and even pouted. Her lip quivered slightly. She hoped her best puppy pout would do the trick.

She had brought her weapons and her ninja clothes as well. Just in case they would spar. Though they were interrupted by another voice. One sounding gruff yet polite. She turned and almost gasped. He was quite intimidating. He was tall and muscular. The type she tended to stray away from on the streets or at parties. Though she was very shocked as Mannox attacked him and then it seemed as if it were normal. She thought it was very intriguing.

"Ah pleasure to meet you." she said while bowing slightly. Then she grew slightly angry and jealous. She had wanted to spar with him first. "Mannox please spar with me first. Please? then you can spar with him after. Okay?"

((OK, posting order for now will be just me and squirrel until our spar is done, directly after that Tony can mention that he completed his weapons, and then it will be Me and Tony until our spar is complete. then it's back to the original order of Mannox, Squirrel, Tony.))

Mannox shrugged. "It's gonna take Aris some time to make his weapons anyway, so I don't see why not." He walked over to the tree and grabbed the wooden thrown weapon and tossed it back to her. "It only took me from sunrise til now to make all these. I'm used to being in the wilderness so I know how to craft makeshift tools and I know how to craft things with wood." He shrugged a bit. He didn't see the speed or accuracy of his crafting to be that remarkable, but he figured it must be to someone else who isn't used to doing such a thing.

He stepped back a bit. He looked to Hana, "Come at me when your ready." He stood in a deep knee bent stance with his legs wide and his body sturdy. He readied the wooden halberd with point faced towards her ready to deflect or jab if she tries to throw something or rush in. "If you wish for a tutorial in fighting, feel free to ask any questions."

Hana caught the kunai in her hand. then turned it so she would be ready to attack. "No thank you, I think I'll be fine," she told him crouching slightly. She began to assess the situation. So obviously he used weapons. He could probably use his weapon to create shadows too. So she needed to get the weapon away from him. That would be hard. And then she would have to wait for his other attacks.

She made sure she wasn't in the shadows at all. And then looked for the best place to aim on him. Deciding the best way to get close to him to drop it would be to use Okashou. She gritted her teeth and concentrated the chakra into one of her fists. Then she quickly covered the space between then and hit the ground hard. Causing the ground to burst with rock and dirt flying everywhere like shards of glass.

Pieces hurtled towards Mannox. Hana then began her next move while he was most likely distracted by the huge slices of rocks headed towards him. She was prepared to break the wood in his hands. She ran close enough next to him, though made sure to stay out of the shadows. She was also leading him slightly away from the trees now as well. She bit her lip a bit as she kicked high in the air, slowly bringing her leg down towards his wooden weapon. Hoping to kick it out of his hands.

Mannox jumped back from the explosion and used his wooden sword to try to deflect the shards flying at him. "Good!" He said. She was circling him away from the shadows but as long as there was light there would always be a shadow. He did what he could to defend her til he saw an opening.

As soon as she came flying in with her kick he attempted to grab her leg and bring her to the ground. If he couldn't do that he'd simply just move her to the side as well as sidestepping for his own safety. He didn't want to hurt her so he figured if he just wore her out, then she would surrender and he would win. Evasion was his tactic in this fight. "Never jump at an opponent with a polearm. It's less safe for you." He knew she didn't want the advice but a little part of him felt it would help her. He turned his back to the sun to gain aome length to his own shadow. He figured she wasn't paying attention to wuch a thing in the midst of combat. Most people didn't.

As Mannox attempted to grab Hana's leg she smirked and lifted her arm. The kunai he had handed to her was in her hand. She quickly aimed and threw it at his cheek. She wanted to cut him or make him dodge. Not harm him. A small cut would only sting for a moment. And the kunai was slightly sharp at the tip but not sharp enough to cause serious damage or a scar. Because the tip was so tiny it would only leave a small thin cut.

He had a few ways to avoid the kunai and Hana was already preparing a jutsu while in the air. She soared towards Mannox though the kunai was ahead of her in the air. Hana wasn't paying attention to his shadow either. Every so often she would look at her position and the shadows around her. Though she failed to realize his was moving.

She prepped the hand seals for her next attack. "Reverse world!" she yelled once she finished the seals. With this attack Mannox would see everything upside down. Including Hana. The birds in the sky would look as if they were attacking him while Hana would most likely seem to be in the sky. His first few seconds within the genjutsu would most likely confuse him enough to distract him.

After the distraction he would most likely have to take a while to try to figure out how to either get out of the genjutsu or to begin fighting within it and conquer the mirror world. Though this would give Hana the chance to finish her kick. Either kicking his body or breaking his weapon. Either way it would be a slight advantage to Hana.

Mannox removed his sword from his side and swiped the kunai to the side. He side stepped Hana's kick so she would land gracefully on the ground. He spun around and was about to run forward with his weapon held high, to get her to duck so he could jump over here and slam the wooden blade into her shadow, but he heard the words she spoke.

He stopped as his world flipped upside down. He closed his eyes and when he felt her land on the ground, he spun in her direction, eyes still closed and released his shot. He didn't want to hurt her but he did want to show her that he could still feel the tremors, at least when she lands and runs. He kept his eyes closed and ran back. He remembered having his back to a wall, but not being close enough. As long as he couldn't see normally, he needed to make up for that with his Nara abilities.

He came to the wall and stopped with his back to it. He moved his head around as if looking for her, but his eyes where still closed. He began to use hand signals of various types to throw her off, but one of them was his actual technique. The others were just random. He stretched his shadow to the edge of the shadow he was in, though you couldn't tell. He was hoping she would either walk into his shadow, or walk into the shadow he was in so he could paralyze her. He hated being tricked and it reminded him of his days at the facility, but he kept telling himself, She's not trying to hurt you. It's just a spar. Though the questions that arose in his head remained unanswered, Why would she bring jutsu into a spar? Especially one like that? Does she really wanna win? Or is she actually trying to hurt me? He couldn't stop thinking of all the possibilities, but he figured if he could get her into the shadow, he could at least end the illusion.

As Hana landed she momentarily had her back to her opponent. This left her ungaurded for a moment. A downside to using those attacks. Though she spun around quickly ready for his next move. She was surprised to find needles headed towards her. Though with her recent evasion training she quickly sidestepped out of the way of the needles. Hana vaguely wondered how he could have found her.

Did the jutsu not work? No his eyes were now closed. He also hadn't gotten out of the genjutsu yet either. This led Hana to believe he was using some other sense. Assuming he wasn't using a sixth sense the senses were down to four. Hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Taste was definitely out as well as touch. He wasn't near her. Smell could have been used though Hana was sure it wasn't that either. She had made sure to shower before in the day. And she was out of strawberry shampoo.

She also didn't have any perfume or smelling deoderant. This would mean he either had very accute smell or he could hear her move. She did land with a loud thump in the grass and dirt. As well as her breath being let out as she landed, which made it less painful when she landed.

She watched as the Nara ran backwards. Most likely he was trying to make space before she attacked again. Hana needed a weapon though. He still had his. Which meant that she couldn't use genjutsu until he was unguarded. She ran towards the left, headed towards the tree both away from Mannox, and towards the weapons that lay there. She quickly picked up a few more kunai and a long pole. One that could be used to keep Mannox at a distance.

She put the kunai in her pockets and had the pole in her left hand and another kunai in her right. All the while she wouldn't keep her eyes on Mannox, not showing her back to him at all. Then she would proceed to look for what she needed as yet another distraction. There she found it. A dry leaf close by the Nara. She threw the kunai at it. It hit it and made a "Crunch" sound. Hana then proceeded to continue throwing kunai making slight noises nearby him. She would run towards him as well, still making sure to stay out of shadows of trees, bushes, and the like.

Hopefully once she was close enough she would then try to attack Mannox with the pole. Not really aiming for him but for the weapon he held. She would then try to knock it out of his hands and proceed to make him weaponless. There she could hope to engage in taijutsu.

Mannox heard the crunch and swung his wooden Halberd. He hit the wall with it and realized what she was doing immediately. She was attempting to make him believe she was surrounding him. With all the noise around him, he lost sense of where she was. F**K! Where did she go? He opened his eyes and the world was still upside down. He closed his eyes once again and attempted to focus.

Ignore the sound of the leaves. he told himself. He tried to pinpoint her but couldn't do it. He wasn't pulling his back from the wall til he either knew where she was or the illusion was broken. He thought he found himself an exit from some of her madness. He immediately began to frantically utilize his hand symbols. He wanted to try to throw her off like she was throwing him off. He switched places with a leaf nearby to him and cloned himself directly as he appeared where the leaf was. Now there was more than one of Mannox and it would completely throw her off to which Mannox was the real Mannox. He figured if she attacked, there was a chance he could pinpoint her and do some damage.

Hana was sure she had him. She had him in her sights. He was doing hand signs with his hands. She needed to stop him before he did it. She raised the pole to attack and then suddenly there were two Mannox's. She gasped lightly though she tried to hit the one closest to her. She grinned thinking she had him but alas, when she hit him it was a leaf.

Though she had planned ahead. She was prepared to turn towards the other Mannox if it wasn't the real one. She quickly turned facing him. Her eyes darted to the ground and she backed away from a nearby bush that was giving off a shadow.

She looked back up at Mannox. Wondering how she should attack now. He could hear her every move. So she needed to think of something fast. She decided that running at him and kicking would probably do great damage. Not to mention if she kicked him into the air he wouldn't be able to use any shadows since shadows relied on a surface.

She prepared her next attack by running at him and jumping into the air. She had her pole ready as well in case she could use it in any way. She kicked at him once she was in the air and close enough to reach him. Normally she would aim for the chin, but she didn't want to hurt him so she aimed for his chest. Hoping to send him into the air.

Mannox grunted as he was shot skyward. She hit me, but it will end now. He flew into the sky. He opened his eyes and saw the wall he was on. He spun himself mid-air and landed on the wall. He faced to her and smirked. "This ends now Hana." He performed his hand signals to stretch his shadow to paralyze her once she landed. She fell into a trap that was completely unplanned from the beginning.

He chuckled and shadow walked behind where he figured she would land so he could paralyze her with his shadow. As soon as she landed he was going to paralyze her and then bring the wooden blade of the halberd to her neck. He was going to congratulate her on a job well done and note to her that sending him into the air was what made her lose. However, any weaker or slower of a person would have lost.

As Hana kicked him, her momentum stopped as she kicked him. The basic laws of gravity caused it to stop and she landed while Mannox was still flipping in the air. She only had one chance to do this right. She needed to use a strong attack. One that would knock the wind out of him.

She was already rushing him as he landed on the wall skillfully. He was still blind and he wouldn't know where she was. With his eyes still closed of course. It would take a moment for him to gather himself. As he landed he made a slightly cocky remark. Though he was sure he would win. Hana was sure she could keep the fight going or even win the battle with her next attack. She had chosen the first strong taijutsu attack that came to mind.

He had landed now and was beginning to perform the hand signs. Hana was already in the air again when that happened. She aimed one of her strongest taijutsu attacks at his stomach. She made sure to weaken it though. So as not to kill him. She didn't want to harm him, just knock the wind out of him and perhaps knock him to the ground. Maybe even break a few bones. The cocky remark did anger her slightly. Again the laws of gravity would be on her side. He would be pulled to the ground more easily as well since he was standing on the wall.

Her bruising sky leg technique was one of her strongest attacks. Not to mention fast. Another advantage with taijutsu was that you didn't have to perform handsigns. Unlike Mannox who had to do his handsigns before an attack. Both time and gravity were on her side at the moment.

Mannox got nailed square in the chest with her next attack. He doubled over and fell off the side of the wall. He was breathing heavily and not too happy that he lost. Damnit! Mannox, you're weak! Now you'll never get her. Why does a girl need a guy who can't even protect her? He stood up still heavily breathing. He jumped and climbed the wall. He dropped to the other side with a loud thump. He looked to her. "You're strong. Good fight." He smiled to her, but the smile seemed weak.

He rose to his feet. "I think it's time I head to get my weapons. Feel free to follow, or you can stay. I don't mind." He began to walk towards the administrative building not caring if anyone followed. He wasn't mad about losing to Hana, he was just disappointed and aggravated about losing in general. After I get my weapons, I think I'm gonna sit in a tree a bit to relax. He spotted the administrative building and smiled softly. Finally. I guess if she doesn't want me to stay I'll have no problems doing some work in the morning, buying my supplies and then departing. Why would Kusagakure even want a ninja that can't fight? I'm useless during the day time. He was being very down on himself.

Hana gasped slightly hoping she hadn't hurt him. She KNEW she shouldn't have used so much power. Though when he got up he seemed okay. She grinned widely when he praised her. "I've never fought anyone as good as you Mannox. I'm really happy to have had this spar. And I've learned a lot as well. Like how to use my surrounding and senses to win future battles. As well as how to counter my own technique if need be."

She was still grinning from ear to ear at the praise. Her face was almost glowing. That was how much the praise meant to her. She almost felt as if she were on cloud nine. Though her parade was slightly dampened by rain with his next words. It was just the down way he kind of said them. Hana wondered why he was sad. They had such a good battle. Though Hana was really worn out in actuality. She needed a place to go rest.

"Actually I need to head out. I have errands to run and you need to get your weapons. Just head straight down this road and it's only a few blocks away from here. Just keep turning right on the streets and you won't miss it. Nice meeting you," she told the other ninja. "Also Mannox if you still need a place to stay you are welcom at my house. I don't mind the company," she told him with a smile.

"Oh, and don't be taking off anywhere. I also don't like it when you leave without telling me. It makes me both nervous and depressed," she told Mannox's retreating form. "I ah... I really like you Mannox. Bye for now!" she told him and began taking off down the street towards her own home.

Once she unlocked the door the flopped on the couch. She was just too worn out to do anything. She fell asleep quickly. She was going to be sore in the morning.
