Although Kazu hails from the Hitonomi clan, you could not tell due to his unusual silver colored hair (he dyed it), considering the fact that members of the Hitonomi usually have raven blue colored hair. He did this because he likes to have his own style. Kazu has a very small muscular build. He gets this from weight lifting and running through the streets of Konoha with his young swallow, Mana. Kazu also has 3 scars on his left check that he got when he was training with Mana when they were young. Kazu likes to wear a light brown short-sleeved track jacket, a white tank top, a black studded belt, black baggy pants, blue ninja sandals, a black and white wristband, 2 chain-like bracelets, a chain-like necklace to go with his bracelets, a red forehead protector with a Konoha plate on it, and a white and silver hat over his forehead protector.

Personality:
Kazu is exuberant, heedless, and sometimes inattentive. He also has some childish traits as well, being a picky eater (only eats meat) and prankster at times. He can be perverted at times too, going as far as looking at magazines with his friends. However, Kazu can be serious when he needs to be and is very protective of those that are near and dear to his heart.

At the age of 4, Kazu's parents died in battle and he was forced to live as an orphan. He became ignored and lonely. He wanted people to recognize him greatly, and started to pull pranks on other villagers. These pranks made him get ignored more and more each day and at the age of 8, while he was still an academy student, jumped off of a bridge into a river to try to commit suicide. He lost consciousness and woke up on the river bank with a kid his age treating him. This kid became to be his best friend for the rest of his life.

Kazu made really good connections through the years with his fellow students and became very popular. His desire to become recognized by others started to slowly drift away, and was replaced by his desire to protect his loved ones and village.

Combat Style:
At the start of a fight, Kazu and his swallow, Mana, scout the area to determine who they are about to fight, and report back to their teammates when they are done. After scouting, Kazu likes to use the intelligence that he gathered about his opponents during his scouting against them. Sometimes when he can not get good intelligence about his opponents, he likes to stay out of his opponet's eye sight so he can wait for the perfect time for him to strike.

THE BACKGROUND

History:
Childhood Arc:
Kazu was born on the 26th of January. His parents were very loving of him, but they loved him too much. When he was young, his parents never let him go anywhere without them and they never let him play with others his age. Because of his parents, he didn't have any friends and was considered weird by others.

When Kazu was 4, his parents were killed in battle and he was forced to live as an orphan. This was the year that he got his first friend and teammate, Mano, a swallow given to him by the clan leader. Kazu and Mano did not start off too friendly together. One day when they were training, Kazu called Mano stupid and Mano got back at him by cutting him in the face and leaving 3 scars on his left check. After a year of training together though, Kazu and Mano became great friends and worked well as a team together.

Academy Arc:
When Kazu turned 7, he decided to enroll himself into the Ninja Academy. He was teased by the other students very badly because he brought Mano along with him to class and talked to him throughout the day. Kazu was very sad because of what others said and decided to get back at them by pulling pranks. He not only did this to get back at him though, he also did this so that he would be recognized by others.

Kazu's pranks did not help him though, and decided that he had had enough of it when he was 8 and attempted to commit suicide by jumping to a river. He was rescued by a boy named Satoshi, another social outcast that attended the Academy. The two started to talk and eventually became best friends.

Over the next few years at the Academy, Kazu started to quit pulling pranks on people and slowly started to make more and more friends, eventually becoming one of the most popular people at the Academy by the time he graduated. He got moderately good grades and became very good at using ninja tools.

Genin Arc:
Kazu was placed on a genin team and started to make new goals for himself as a ninja. His new goal is to protect those that he loves and honers with his life. He also decided to train to become an ANBU Black Op.

Roleplay Sample:
Kazu walked down the street with his swallow, Mano, talking in bird to each other. People eyed his suspiciously, but he just ignored this and continued on his way. They were going to go to a meeting place that the Hitonomi Clan leader told them to meet him at. This was a special day for the up and coming ninja, for it would determine how good of a friendship that Mano and him had made in the past 10 years. This was the day that Kazu and Mano had to fight Mano's parents for the right to be considered "family".

After about an hour of walking, they finally made it to the meeting area. "Welcome, Kazu and Mano." The clan leader said as he took Kazu's hand and shook it. "It's an honor to be here today, Sir." Kazu replied humbly. Kazu removed his hand and petted Mano's head, making Mano chirp in happiness. "Hello Kazu." A voice said from behind. Kazu turned around, only to see Mano's father, Onigiri. "Oh, Onigiri! Don't scare me like that! You know that I am not used to being able to communicate with you guys yet." Kazu scolded. "Sorry about that, Kazu. How have you two been lately, I haven't seen the both of you since you were granted the rank of Genin, Kazu. "We are fine, Father," Mano said as he flew over to lock eyes with Onigiri. "are you prepared too lose today?" Mano asked. "I think that we don't even have to fight to determine how strong of a team the 2 of you make, the bond that you guys share is so strong that I can feel it making me warm inside. I wish you two good luck for the years to come." Onigiri said before facing the Hitonomi clan leader, nodded his head, and flew away off into the distance. "I guess that settles it," The clan leader said in awe. "the two of you are, from here on out, going to be best friends and partners. Good luck." The clan leader said as he stuck his hand out. "Thank you, Sir." Kazu said cheerfully and he shook the man's hand again. Kazu and Mano then turned around to go back to the Village.
