The Yazura.

Clan Traits: Larger Muscle Mass, Perfect Figures, Dangerous Personality, Lust for War.
Kekkei Genkai: Getsura Ryoku. -Moon Piercing Power.-

The basic structure of the Yazura outline is the sides of power on each side.

The Strength Yazura, also known as the "Meatheads." are focused on raw power than chakra use itself. It's strength is increased from normal Shinobi standards to 200%. But speed is reduced by 50% and chakra use is meaningless to them. Which means they cannot use chakra-based abilities. The main abilities of the Meatheads are increased impact and focused power, using their small chakra reserves for added for both.

The Chakra-Based Yazura, also known as the "Magical Ones." are focused mainly on chakra-based specialties such as Ninjutsu, Medical Arts, Genjutsu and so on. Their chakra reserves are boosted to 150% from normal shinobi standards but physical attributes are useless on their frail bodies. But with such abilties in mind, they have 75% chance to have the Chakra-based disease, "Chakrazenitis".* Since this is a rare breed in the Yazura, all Magical Ones are required to learn Ninjutsu as their main specialty. Weaponry is a small option for those small strengthened ones. Their casting time for Jutsu is drastically decreased to less than a post per Jutsu, and may have at most, 3 Jutsu per. Their attacks remain the same size, depending on them, but can be increased from mass use of chakra.

Academy Students: Can use up to D rank. Any lesser are strengthened by 6%.
Genin: Can use up to B rank. Any Lesser are Strengthened by 7%.
Chuunin: Can use up to A rank. Any lesser are Strengthened by 8%.
Jounin: Can use S rank more cleanly. Any Lesser are strengthened by 9%.
S rank: All of the above. But Cleaner S rank. Any lesser are strengthened by 10%.

The based Yazura, or the Leader in Training has both attributes of power, but their sliced in half due to their mixed breeding power. Strength is increased to 50% over normal Shinobi limits, while the chakra reserves are increased to 25% over normal limits. There are little drawbacks besides for small kickback on impacts of Physical attacks.

Secret Clan Jutsu: N/A
History: At the beginning of the Yazura, it's being was mysterious. Was it just constantly bulking on muscle? No. Was it just using all the time in the world to strengthen the body? No. This was something unique. Strength was born, Yazura were born strong. During the first years of the discovery of the Bloodline, many strong ninja were found. Such physical and special power made the line unique. No other clan had the abilities to have optimized amounts of the stuff, they were considered gods. Every last one of them. During many of the following years and Generations, they learned more and more about the line as it went on. Medical Shinobi, Puppeteers, Fuuinjutsu was regarded as special chakra-based specialties for the ones steering towards those professions, the ones that held the power to use such.

But, during current years, an erupting force came about it's creation. A godly being that held both powers in his hand. One that held power to do anything he pleased. The clan leader was born and raised within it's clan walls. He is known as the God of Annihilation, the clan's most Revered person. During some many battles in the past, many ninja had fallen to the hands of this one man. The lust of war was immense. And so was the clan's.

History Part 2:

The Getsura Ryoku is the rarest of all Kekkei Genkai in the world of Naruto. It's abilities are unique within the clan to have both Physical and Chakra-based power, beyond that of regular Shinobi. Godly beings with power beyond normal comprehension. One side of the clan were considered beings of pure strength, having nothing but Raw power in their muscle mass, using their small chakra pools for extreme powerful attack. But on the other end of the Spectrum, the clan members had little Physical prowess and had extreme amounts of chakra, but additional power in Chakra-based specialties. Conjuring Ninjutsu within the side of the with such was basic, every clan member with such had the specialty, along with some few made techniques.

In very rare occasions, a Yazura leader is born with both amounts of power, Physical and Mental abilities. But, at half power, the leader is skilled in both aspects of power. He or she may have the ability to conjure Ninjutsu and Slash down enemies with strength of gods. Power, Stamina, Chakra Pools, Intellect. All traits of a leader, even as a Leader, there was a drawback of having so much power in one being, The devastation of releasing it. Although other clan members are based on one side of power, either Physical power or Chakra Power, It was never clear on how both sides would have such a leader. Being gods of power, they were unmatched by any clan. No clan would match them.

Chakrazenitis: Chakrazenitis is based on the basic structure of overpowering chakra. Within the body, the network crosses over every living piece of the body, along with that, a small implosion of clogged chakra can happen through it. This fatal disease can easily hit near important organs such as the heart and lungs, and can injure a ninja without warning. The structure of the implosions happens in a various amount of ways. Some side effects of the Disease is stamina and other losses. The chakra explosion in the system can happen at any time, during any moment. Whether it's in combat, casual life, sleeping, etc., It can happen anytime. Per post, the percentage of each symptom happening is around 5/10th's chance, during when chakra is being drained or excreted.

Symptoms include.

-Irregular Rash.
-Headaches.
-Random explosions of pain through body.
-Death.
-Tooting without warning.
-Constipation.
-Loss of Chakra.
-Explosive Diarrhea.
-Implosive Diarrhea.
-And loss of hair.

What do you mean by 'chakra use is meaningless to them' does that mean they can't use chakra or something? And that had better be +200%, 200% total or otherwise that won't be approved.

175% Chakra will only be allowed if you add negatives to go with it, otherwise its 150% and you still have to remove all your other random bonuses like Speed. You said their bodies are frail, why would they be faster? Makes no sense...

+100% strength, +50% chakra, and +10% speed? Hell no. 50% strength, 25% chakra and axe the speed boost period like I already mentioned.

+200% is way too much, period. There is no way to get 300% of anything approved unless you're a limbless stub.

And you can provide more details, are jutsu bigger? Are they higher in effective rank? Do they have increased effects? Do they increase in speed? Do they take less time to achieve post by post effects? Theres loads to add.

Well first off having a chance occurence would mean you'd have to agree to let the Staff determine the chances, so you couldn't just say your character was one of those 'lucky people'. Also, you didn't detail this disease in any manner. What does it do? How? Why? For how long? Etc.

Ninjutsu: Power is increased by 2x the amount of Chakra used. 50% more.
Genjutsu: Strength is increased 2x the Amount of chakra used. With Concentration. 50% more.
Fuuinjutsu: Power is increased 3x the normal amount of concentration and chakra used. 50% more.
Etc: Medical Arts increase their healing properties by the amount of chakra used, along with the amount of concentration. 75% more.

Use letter ranks, not quantities, for jutsu. Like 'adds one effective rank to a jutsu'. This also looks very OP as it is, so I'd suggest nerfing it as you transfer it over.

Haha, yeah, funny, anyhow your disease needs some chances attached to side effects, and then I'll personally handle all of the chance occurrences for your clan, and hand it over to somebody else if i'd be accused of bias due to it (like that fight ya owe me Very Happy

Percents, like numbers, what are the odds. I'm not just going to accept a flaw like this where you control its very occurrence, I need percents so I know when to inform you that the disease is causing what effect.

Also, do mixed breeds have the same problem?
