Spoiler:
Thus far, Uriko Nagase's venture into the Rice Field country had been more than eventful. She'd certainly left her mark on the region - at least seven different trees lay fallen and splintered in her wake and just recently, a score of bodies in similar conditions. It was nothing short of a miracle that the disturbances hadn't been investigated. But given the reputation of the Shantakai, if anyone had linked the actions to the organization... The woman sighed. It didn't matter. The kunoichi could and would kill anyone they sent. She'd enjoy it, too. She had often wondered how her own brain might seem if someone could observe it. So thrilled by the thought of causing pain, she'd even grown to enjoy receiving it. Whatever might be viewed as a defect by others though, Uriko saw as something that made her stronger, harder and more dangerous. Few argued with this notion. The kunoichi was well aware of her own alienation relative to those living 'normal' lives with their families and friends. She felt the torment that her mind was subjected to on a daily basis, but it was something she had learned to live with and no longer cared about. The way Uriko saw it, her mind was cracked and her body broken but she was alive - so why not indulge? It was mere bad fortune (for those that crossed her path) that those indulgences now took a malicious form. A part of her mind that remained as it ever had, perhaps the only part, was her focus. The kunoichi's steely determination had always served her well, and right now, she was determined to train her body to as yet untested extremes.

The injuries she'd allowed herself to suffer at the hands of criminal rabble had been little more than flesh wounds, but one or two had sunk deeper than expected. In particular, the large gash in her abdomen was starting to send dull waves of pain through her torso. Seating herself down on the grass, Uriko unbuttoned her cloak and allowed it to settle around her waist. Gripping her undergarments tightly, she raised her arm and pulled the clothes from her upper body, until just a bandage remained, wound tightly around her chest. The kunoichi removed a small jar from a hip-pouch and lifted a little salve from inside, spreading it across the smaller cuts near her collarbone. With these sterilised against infection, she repacked the jar and formed a single hand seal, pressing her wrist to the large stomach wound. Her lower forearm skin began to wriggle and a thin, opaque cord emerged at the wrist and began to weave through the flesh around the abdominal incision, sewing it closed. Pulling her hand away, the woman cut the fibre and tied it off at the end, admiring her handiwork for a brief moment. Her body would have healed faster and more effectively had she used high-level Eijutsu on the injuries, but she wanted it to toughen from the exposure rather than simply return to its previous state. She'd lived a tough life, and her body had been subjected to many ordeals over the years. The extent of her pain tolerance and physical durability was nothing short of remarkable, yet Uriko still sought a harder, stronger form. Proof, she believed, that no obstacle could stand in her way. A chip on her shoulder for having lost a limb, though she would never admit it.

Her gaze drifted across the bodies scattered around the area. In the aftermath of the battle, most of them had been left unable to move, but very much alive. Now, just one still clung to life, his ragged breath barely audible above the crackling of the campfire. Getting to her feet, the woman approached the crippled figure and crouched down beside him. "You and your friends." She muttered, her head listing unnervingly. "You've dragged our name through the dirt." With this she gripped the man's hair and pulled his face up to lock eyes with him. "Hm." Her lip curled and her chin lifted slowly, returning to hold the man's gaze as a small smile emerged. "I'd take your tongue but you'll need to to tell your story. So instead..." Uriko thrust her hand to the side, nudging the man's torso with her knee so that he rolled over onto his back. Taking a faintly-rusted blade from the soil beside her, she brought it tearing down, severing his arm clean through at the shoulder. A shiver of delight ran through her body as the man screamed in pain. This torture was a firm favourite of hers, for obvious reasons. Uriko was well aware of the struggles that followed such disfigurement if the victim survived. The pain that she had just caused would last a lifetime, and in her sadistic world, that was truly heartwarming. The kunoichi leaned forward, pressing her cruel, cold lips against his cheek. "A souvenir." She whispered, pulling away and getting to her feet. Reaching into the fading embers of the fire, Uriko plucked a large chunk of glowing wood. Her skin seared against the heat but she ignored it. Dropping the log by the man's remaining arm, she padded silently away. The man was a lowly and simple thug, but even he knew that an open wound like his would become infected if left as it was. The burning log would cauterize and seal it - if the man had the courage to do so. Usually Uriko would stay to watch such a thing, but she had wasted too much time already and was in danger of being traced.

As the orange glow of the campfire dwindled into the distance, a faint roar of pain carried along the wind and reached the female shinobi's ears. She smiled with perverted satisfaction. A second later though, her expression turned cold. Turning on the spot, she found herself facing three figures, dressed in the uniform of the local Otogakure shinobi force. "I don't suppose you'll come peacefully?" The first of them inquired, his voice stern and monotonal. Uriko shook her head, not saying a word. Indeed, there was barely time for her to do so. The shinobi to the left rapidly formed seals and raised a hand to their mouth. "Katon - Gōryūka no Jutsu!" The woman cried, her voice revealing her gender. A great mass of fire, taking the form of dragon-headed creatures, exploded from her mouth and soared toward Uriko at breakneck pace. The female Shantakai made no effort to avoid the technique. Instead she turned her body slightly so that the driving force of the powerful technique collided with her side and back rather than her face. As it smashed into her, for just a moment she felt her skin scorched beneath the rapidly dissipating clothing. A second later, her body was sent tumbling backwards, every inch along the ground tearing brittle, overheated skin from the flesh beneath. She almost managed to regain her footing, but a fist landed viciously in her midriff and sent her skimming further across the land. Coming to a halt in an ungainly pile, Uriko was badly burned, bruised and bleeding copiously. But despite all of this, she showed no sign of pain. Spitting out blood from her mouth, she wavered but managed to stand once more. The trio had advanced in the wake of the fireballs and were stood around her, encircling their target as efficiently as possible. They seemed shocked by the woman's ability to continue the fight, but were not about to flee in terror as others might. Others had.

Since her would-be captors' arrival, the kunoichi had been quietly gathering chakra. The Katon technique, though destructive, had only really served to gift her a little more time to do so. As the three officials closed in, Uriko made her move. Disappearing on the spot, she returned in the space between two of her opponents and thrust her hand into the back of one. A grey-coloured diamond of chakra exploded from her palm and engulfed the figure. The chakra was shaking violently, as if barely containing the power it held. But it was only visible for a few seconds, vanishing almost as soon as it had emerged. A wreck of a person lay on the ground where the attack had occurred. Lacerations covered the shattered body and both legs had been severed at different points. With most of the clothing having being ripped from the corpse, the female officer was revealed. All this took place in a matter of moments, and Uriko had already moved onto the next two targets. Sliding a foot along the ground from where she stood, it connected with the ankles of one approaching enemy. The other, having leaped forward to strike, was dealt a simple punch to the chest. Both striking appendages released a similar destructive chakra that enveloped the targets. As the dust settled, all three assailants had been killed, each suffering similar injuries to the first victim. In the middle of the devastation stood Uriko, breathing heavily and clearly in pain. To perform such a technique was a strain on the body in any situation. To do so immediately after suffering a powerful, fiery explosion, after a day of excessive physical strain and mutliple bladed wounds was inhuman. The female nukenin's legs suddenly gave way and she crumpled to the floor. For the next four hours, she lay absolutely still, calmly allowing her body to start the recovery process. Even with her natural resilience and rapid healing, Uriko knew full well that it would be long, painful and arduous. At this, she managed a weak laugh.

Quote :
Name: Nonuime no Jutsu [Field Stitching Technique].
Rank: D.
Type: Eijutsu.
Range: Close (0-5m).
Element: None.
Description: By will alone, a skilled medical ninja is able to produce a length of makeshift surgical thread from their wrist. Fabricated from the naturally produced polymer Chitin (C8H13O5N)n , this thread is an unrefined version of that found in hospitals. It is flexible, strong, biodegradable and possesses antiseptic properties to fight infection. Further still, it stimulates the healing process of the tissue it is applied to (within natural bodily limits). This technique is only difficult in that a great deal of medical knowledge is required to realise it – producing the substance is simple. On the battlefield, it is ideal for closing wounds or holiding lost limbs back in place until proper medical attention can be given. Up to three metres can be produced every five posts.
Chakra Cost: 2.

Name: Amenonuhoko [Heavenly Jewelled Spear].
Rank: S.
Type: Taijutsu.
Range: None.
Element: None.
Description: This powerful Taijutsu requires that in-motion meditative techniques be used to gather particularly ferocious chakra in advance. It can only be used, therefore, if no jutsu above C-rank have be performed in the previous post. With a large supply of chakra flooding the system but restrained from exiting it, the user moves into attack. As every strike reaches its apex a blast of raw chakra is forced out around the striking appendage. The physical force and speed is key to this attack, as it generates a medium for the release of the chakra. This process causing an erratic release and the chakra instantly explodes into a vibrating, charcoal-coloured, four-point star shape - three metres tall and two metres wide (however, they can be formed horizontally at will, reversing these statistics). It can be held in this shape for up to ten seconds before dissipating. When this raging chakra comes into contact with physical objects the damage is catastrophic. Ripping through even the hardest of materials it can demolish them in seconds. A human subject caught completely within would have flesh ravaged, bones shattered, internal organs critically damaged and almost certain limb loss. Death is likely. Partial subjection will cause the same damage but localised to a specific area. Up to three of these 'diamonds' can be formed per use, each costing 10 CP. The user is unable to use techniques above C-rank for one post following this technique's use, in order to calm their chakra flow to a normal state.
Chakra Cost: 33 (11 per explosion).

Remaining CP: 155.
