Description: A combination style jutsu using the basics of two other jutsu, the user creates the Fireball as they normally would. However, upon exciting the users mouth, they infuse lightning chakra around the fireball condensing it to be half its normal size. Though its blast radius is smaller, the damage upon impact is nearly doubled due to the use of Lightning and Fire being used in the technique. The lightning upon image shocks and burns the enemy keeping them stunned for the following engulfment of the flame inside the the condensed lightning.

I wasnt sure to use the Collaboration template because its just me performing the jutsu. And its not really two jutsu its the basics of two turned into a new jutsu entirely.

However the elemental fusion you wish to use doesn't seem compatible in any sense. Unlike other combination element techniques (ie: Earth Dragon Bullet) fire and lightning have no synergy, and thus creating a technique revolving the two doesn't fit logic nor the Naruto universe to my belief. How is the lightning going to remain on the fire after release, and how can it do so in the first place? I hate to use technicality in regards to elemental activity but I cannot wrap my mind around lightning wrapping comfortably around a fireball.

Imagine Sasuke performing the jutsu against Orochi remember how he is in the air blowing the fire down on him? I'm just adding a step and making it smaller easier to control. And since it is smaller and easier to control i'm adding another step and using my natural affinty of Lightning in it by using lightning chakra to encase it.

Think of it as like an attack around an attack.

First you get shocked and stunned by the lightning then the fire bursts all over you on contact.

Yeah I would imagine so, but unless they had good chakra control i doubt it'd be generally as effective as normally.
