To become a courier ninja you have to RP out with a staff member, the initiation of your character into the profession. This is usually done via a test of some sort that your character must pass.

So how do I get an staff member to do it with me? And would they make the test up them self?

You would ask one of the RP Moderators, this being Miguel (Winged Blade), Celene or Amy. And to answer your second question, yes, they make the test up themselves. Usually, they will RP out generic characters, which are a part of the profession you're applying for, in this case, a Courier Ninja. That character, IC-wise, will be tasked with finding out if your character has what it takes to become a Courier Ninja.
