Physical Appearance:
Icarus is about five feet and eight inches, average height for a youngster at his age; not to tall or not to short. He has long, sleek red-orange hair (used to be black) reaching down to his neck. His bangs usually cover his face and ears but never his eyes. His hair gets sort of spiky at the back of his head and on top. He dyed his tips in front black. His eye color is peculiar because it ranges from onyx to brown. His eyes are rather seductive and piercing like a mysterious man at a bar but kind and caring. He wears eyeliner to give his eye some sort of secretive look. His face is thin and porcelain like a doll. It's cute you can say like a little boy. He doesnt't have any facial flaws like blemishes, scars, acne, zits etc. He also does not grow or hasn't grown facial hair. Icarus is a very scrawny, slender teen. He isn't like most ninja at his age that have a muscular body. One, he lacks the potential for hand to hand combat; Two, his shoulders are not broad. He doesn't even have a six pack to start with or a muscle on his arms or chest. His body is more or so like a twelve year old that has bearly started puberty. He is kind of tanned from years of missions and being in the desert. He isn't dark or pale just in between. He tends to think of himself as a stick but he is actually a fat*ss, all he does is eat.
Attire: He is more or so like a rocker. He wears a tight black striped shirt with a gray hoodie jacket on top of it and brown cargo panrs. The desert heat does not bother him anymore because he is used to it. He keeps his Suna headband in his pocket and sometimes uses it as a bandana to cool his neck from the neck. During missions or important affairs, he wears a blue long sleeve ninja outfit with a tanned Suna jacket on top of it. He wears his Suna headband on his forehead and his kunai holster on his left thigh and his weapon pouch on his right buttock.
Personality:
Icarus can be described as a wild teenager that is raging with hormones. His main trait is his arrogance, he tends to believe that he is stronger than most people. He is disobedient and usually blanks out on people who talk to him him. He only listens to people with authority and who he actually respects. He also has a sweet side to him, not the kind that helps old lady cross the street but he is affectionate with people especially women. He hates perverts or in other words people who can't hide their inner curiosity. He has his perverted moments sometimes but he is no overly perverted. He's the kind of guy who doesnt like being the main attention but he's not a backstage dancer. When he needs to talk, he talks. When not needed, hes quiet. He has a very wide imagination, like tooth fairy kind of imagination. His inner thoughts are very childish which reflect on his genjutsu. Icarus can be a total bitch sometimes. When he gets mad, he just starts bitching at the person who made him mad. He is a very flirty guy and enjoys talking in a 'soap opera hot guy' way with ladies. He is sort of a player but he never tries to hurt a girl. He has a side to him that likes guys but he never reveals that side. Icarus is 'rollin one deep' in other words he trust few or no one and he's a loner. That's what mostly describes him, one deep. He is very protective of his clan name, he would fight anyone who makes fun of his clan.

The Uchiha have a number of traits which set them apart from the normal ninja. First off being that they all seem to have black hair. Also, every one in this clan has a main element of fire. They seem to be very proficient in the three basic jutsu arts of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu (This does not mean Uchiha characters can have three specialties), and are usually known as the elite brand of shinobi. Uchiha generally seem to work with their speed rather then raw brute strength and are very agile and quick.

Kekkei Genkai:
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any hand seals.
The Mangekyō Sharingan ( Literally meaning Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, and erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be alleviated by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The techniques used by this eye vary from person to person and is limited to one technique per eye. It can be achieved by the killing of someone who is very close to the user as a display of being willing to sacrifice anything for power. This can not be fooled and be a fake friend. It must be a real and true strong connection so it takes a certain kind of individual to be able to get it. It can also be gotten by extremely brutal and long training, taking many years to obtain of constant hard work and dedication, though the person can not be aiming for it and it actually just happens at random. Even with the hardest work, it is possible for an Uchiha to never achieve this level of eye mastery.

Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent. This technique requires the user to have three tomoe in each eye to use it. This technique costs a A rank worths of chakra or twice the chakra cost of the technique it is reversing which ever is higher. It can not be used to reverse S Rank genjutsu

Description: A Genjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha clan members. They will start this technique by using only one finger on their hand or making eye contact. The target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, they can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them. Requires third tomoe to use.
History:
The Uchiha clan was descended from the elder of the two boys entrusted by the Sage of the Six Paths with the power and will of the way of the ninja. The elder believed that might would bring peace. The Sage chose the younger as more fitting to be his successor, causing the elder to be vengeful. From the younger boy descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha. Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.
Hashirama Senju, the leader of the Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they found that it was too little, too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha. Eventually a revolt was attempted by a select few Uchiha members, but this was crushed quickly and they were thrown in jail or put to death based on their role in the uprising. The Uchiha who did not partake in it, were not held accountable and after that the relations between the Uchiha and the rest of the village grew stronger and trust was finally instilled.

Hotaru will then blow a jet of fire to the spinning partner, the fire will go around Kinmaru safely (The fire does not burn Kinmaru because he makes a coat of chakra around himself to prevent the fire from burning him.) and Kinmaru will spin towards the opponent in a fiery tornado. This combination can cause 1st and 2nd degree burns and a brutal beating on the exterior body.

This techniche is can blind the user and opponent for 10 seconds (1 post) but the opponent is the one who gets hit by the fire. The fire can cause bad burns and it has enough force to break trees.
