Welcome to the site, Kana.

I've noticed you've already got an application up but unfortunately you've obviously followed our Available Ranks thread which we've forgot to update. If you look at the Announcements you would find out that the only available village at the moment is Konohagakure, which I'm sure will be much easier for you if you're not as knowledgeable as most, then you at least know the concepts on what the Leaf Village is based.

If you have any concerns or questions you can PM myself, another administrator or most preferably use Forum Assistance board to help you with inquiries.
