The clouds quickly began to gather around both individuals. Surely after the rain began to pour down the young shinobi's long blue hair. At this point the young Izumo was chasing after the unknown individual. Having a speed advantage over his own opponent the young man was now behind him. As usual to this character he was trying to escape, or at least find a hiding spot where he could rest. It was too late though....his chakra was at least half way drained, while the young Izumo's body was still aching for more action. Eager to finish off his opponent and not wander off to far away out of the country the young man would reach to his back pouch and retrieved three senbon.

Seeing as the whole place was pretty much a clearing, just a giant mass of land and grass, no trees or anything for him to hide on. It was time for Izumo to begin his attack and confront this guy head on. His opponent still running away and the young ninja still like 10 meters behind he placed the three senbon in place and ready to throw. "This guy will not stop." With a swift release and a flick on the wrist the young man threw the three senbons to the mans back. Seeing as the man was with his back to Izumo and still running, this would make it difficult for him to dodge the senbon, or even see them.

As he released his senbons, the young man unsheathed his Ninjato from his back and held on to it with his left hand as he approached the ninja.

I have stated in my post, the one before yours truly, that my character replaced with a tree log which he noticed as he was coming towards the place where the battle occurred. In my first post you can see that my character came to this place through the forest, so logically, it had to be somewhere in the forest not wherever you wanted it to be. Like you said it yourself, it was actually closer than I stated but it was still in a forest. There ya have it, rule break numero uno.

The Jutsus which I used were all E-Ranked and 2 C-Ranked like yourself. So yes, that whole bunch of things didn't really do much. I posted the Jutsus which I used at the end of my posts and I even posted the total amount of chakra I used. So please, bitch all you want, but you didn't actually bother looking at that so it is your fault. There you have it, mistake number two. I am left with 37 in chakra, while you got 40.

Please, you are breaking the rules. Maybe you do know them better than me, but you sure aren't abiding by them.

Who makes the topic does make a difference. My post was skipped. This little thing is continuing from the previous topic so I am guessing having the same posting order is the correct course of actions. It was me, you and then you again. You double posted and you didn't give me a chance to reply to your post. Again, in your second post you controlled my actions and what and when I would do something which is clearly against the rules.

You my friend just can't accept the fact that you are wrong. I am a perfectionist, I don't like rule breakers and I don't like unbalanced things and unfairness. I won't accept someone doing stuff like that and getting away with it.

For me the perspective of every person with at least some common sense, what you did is wrong. You might not be trying to do something wrong, but you are doing it nevertheless.

OOC: Then my Uchiha is still alive then, as even Adam has said that you not allowing me to use the substitution jutsu is not right. There fore you are breaking the rules and you are going off what the anime says, not what the person who made the rules is saying.

OOC: There was no rule about Replacement, so technically I couldn't break an no existing rule. -.- Only after the whole thing Adam said that the Replacement requires no hand seals.

OOC: We've seen them use hand seals and the wiki states that there are hand seals, so this isn't something that I just made up.

Izumo watched as the individual in front him fell and remained still on the floor. Probably due to the lack of chakra with all the one he wasted befor ein the battle against the Uchiha in the village. Izumo wondered the way the young opponent's appearance but to avoid any confrontation with the special forces of the village he left the body look the way it was. Picking the body up and placing it atop his shoulder the young man returned back to the village.
