Starting Jutsu Limits.

Dear Staff,

Somewhere around on here I heard stuff about the jutsu number limit, so I went ahead and looked through several apps and indeed there they are some numbers.

Getting to the point, I can't find where this little part is. I mean the part in the rules explaining how many jutsu are allowed per rank and more importantly: WHY there is a jutsu limit.

Jutsu limit is because in the series, learning a jutsu takes a lot longer then a few days of practice (unless of course you're naruto or sasuke >.<) So on here, Jutsu limit represents the number of feasible jutsu you would be able to know given your rank.

Note that this is only a starting limit. You are allowed as many jutsu as you please if you train them. There is just a reasonable capped amount for when you make your character in the beginning (so you don't list 100 jutsu on your app most likely 70 more than you would ever need just because you can).
