The sun was high in the sky and it was a hot one. Akki walked along the street with her usual cock sure swagger, a cigarette in her mouth and her hip flask full of sake in her hand. As usual she was in a bad mood. Mia-chan the Jounin who has taken her in, told her to get lost for a few hours after Akki had finished off all of the beers in the fridge. Despite her young age Akki drinks like an alcoholic adult. The streets were crowded with people either heading to the shops or heading home, Akki didn't care which.

An old man walking with a pile of scrolls was strolling towards her, the next thing Akki knew she had walked right into him sending his scroll flying every which way.

"Hey you, yeah you wrinkley want to watch where you're going next time" she screamed blowing smoke in the old mans face. The old man fumbled about on the ground retriving his scrolls as Akki walked off. She took a large drink from her hip flask and flicked her cigarette butt against a wall, earning her a dirty look from the owner of the house. Akki just snorted an carried on.

"Stupid Mia telling me to get lost, dont care if they were her beers, I was thirsty and didn't want to touch my own sake" she thought to herself. She knew her day was just going to get worse after this kind of start they always did. Taking another drink and lighting another smoke she carried on down the street her anger growing by the second she hoped no one decided to cross her path because she really wasn't in the mood, then next person to annoy her would get a a taste or her fist.

Midara walking in his casual outfit. A long sleeve black shit that has a loose turtle neck with white long shorts ending at the shins. His hair full of big spikes in the front and his hair swings down to his tailbone. His eyes as black as his hair, but they were full of love. Midara walking down the streets of his beloved village, wearing his headband proudly. The sun beating on his brow, he noticed an old man carrying some scrolls. The old frail man looked like he was having trouble carrying such a heavy amount of scrolls. Midara was going to help he poor man, but the poor man was shoved by a young girl. The girl had a cigarette and a flask at hand as she chugged some of the unknown elixir. Midara noticed all the piercings on her head, her image forever will be imbedded into Midara's mind. Midara knelt down while glaring at the girl passing by, and helped the man pick up some of his scrolls. "Sorry for that mister", Midara said apologizing for the other party. "It's Okay, these aren't that important", the old man replied. Standing up and giving the rest of the scrolls, "Hope you have a good day", As Midara helped the old man up, then waved him off as the old man smiled back to Midara. 'Now to find that girl', He thought as he turned around, standing still. He tried maneuvering his neck and head to try and find the girl.

After slowly continuing walking through the streets of Konoha, through the people of the proud. He found one dying leaf. He spotted someone, her flame was flickering away. Her will, Her will of fire. Midara knew he needed to help and protect this fire burn once again. Not just because he wanted to, but because to save The Will of Fire for Konoha. Konoha works as one, and when someone is down, He knew he would have to help to pick her up. Midara ran up to her about 10 yards then slowly caught up walking fast but silently. After catching up, he picked up his right arm and was setting it on her shoulder, "It's okay"
Midara said in a calming voice, he was only wanting to help.

Akki felt the hand touch her shoulder and some one say "its okay" She spun around one fist cocked back ready to throw a punch. Standing before her was someone that looked around the same age as her. The first thing she noticed was his hair and eyes were as black as the midnight sky. "what the hell who are you and whats okay, lay a hand on me again punk and you'll be short a couple of teeth" she growled at him her rage from earlier growing into an inferno. She neatly flicked her cigarette so it bounced off his footware. She looked him up and down and sneered in his direction. That smile on his face the look in his eyes it said every thing. Another one of konoha's finest bred on the righr side of the tracks never knowing poverty never fighting to survive.

Akki lowered her fisr deciding that there was no point wasting energy on this chum as much as she wanted to crush his nose into his face. "why don't you beat it before i beat you" she took a long swig from her flask feeling the warmth of the saki as it wormed its way down her throat. The taste on her tounge was like an explosion. Akki gave the guy a cocky grin and stuck a finger up at him and turned to leave she knew however she wouldn't get far people always seemed to have something to say.

Midara was not frightened by the reaction of the girl. She had a fist of fury ready to be unsealed into the face of Midara. " I am Uchiha Midara...I understand that you have anger inside your body. I could tell how you shoved one of your struggling elders to the ground back there" Midara said as he turned slightly to point back towards the direction where the old man once was. "There are better ways to release emotion, There is no need for all this hatred. Remember, I only want to help you. You are a member of this village, and we need to stand up and help each other. I am here for you. " Midara thought he was getting somewhere as he saw the girl lower her fist. He didn't. Midara signed as the girl took a grasp of her flask and took a nice swish. Then was proceeded with a grin, another insult, then she turned and walked away. Midara's stomach sank. A rage in his heart and eyes showed. He wanted to yell and break into bursts of tears of frustration. He needed to remain calm though, that was the only way he could help someone else. Being mad or sad at life is known as a disease to him, He wants to cleanse the world of sadness and sorrow. He knows he can, he just becomes so emotional when he fails.

"Why is it that you do what you do?...Why would you want to hurt something as great as this village? We all are supposed to help each other out! That is what makes a great village! So why do you refuse help? The only way to be happy, is to let yourself be happy. Your the only holding yourself back, and I am trying to get you to realize that. Midara said with true emotion as the girl was walking away, hopefully she would turn back. Midara's eyes were filled with sadness. 'How can some be like this? Why?' Midara asked himself. He wanted to help everyone he could. He grew up with morals and ethics, with dignity and respect. He was pure in the heart, he wanted everyone else to experience this happiness. Midara pointed to the headband on his forehead. "This...This is what makes us who we are" He said hoping the girl was still listening to him. The villagers stood as they listened to his preachings. A couple even stood behind Midara to show support for him, they weren't mad at the girl. They just wanted to show that they were there for her, in support, in family. The village was a family as a whole, They needed to start acting like one. "No one deserves to be left behind in sadness and sorrow" He said as emotion filled his body, his body was tingly, he felt nervous...but for what?

Akki spun back around, he was a Uchiha it all made sense they thought they were greater than anyone being genius born. A shadow formed across Akki's face anger very obvious. Rage was seeping from every ounce of her, she couldn't believe she was being lectured.

"For the love of Sake and Cigarettes, This village helps each other does it, oh yeah i see that, it helps those that are the same as them while alot of people on your door step just little over there" she pointed down the street. "Those people are living in poverty have you ever and i mean EVER stepped foot into the outskirts of the town, it's a slum, you have to fight to survive, do things that even the lowliest piece of skum is scared of. These hands here. she held out her hands for effect "These very hands have had more blood on them in the last 6 years than your whole clan has probably seen in their whole life. I have done things to people that can only be imagined in nightmares. I do what I do Uchiha because i fight to survive in a world that I know looks down of people like me. You are blind to the stares I get when I walk the street. My tattoo's my piercings they aren't normal but they are me. Don't get me wrong I love my village in my own way,what I can't stand is the snobbish-ness this village has towards those people deemed under them" she was screaming a the top of her voice no longer holding back the tears that had been forming, tears of rage.

More people had stopped to listen some were nodding at parts of Akki's rant. She was sneering at this Midara Uchiha who though he could help her when nothing was wrong, it was the system that was flawed not her.

"And you Midara Uchiha, why do you do what you do, you think you can help me what happened to you that you feel that everyone's problems are your own, did daddy ignore you to much that you want to make it all better by helping others, I've seen the village underbelly and it would make you throw up, this is what makes us who we are you say" Akki pointed to the head band hanging from a belt loop on her jeans "I am what make me who I am my personality, the way I think and do things. I have fire in my belly and acid in my ass, Konoha has become weak, You know from the histories we all do Konoha was powerful more powerful that it is now, why though...because we care to much about the feelings of other countries." she took a deep breath and a quick drink her throat was dry and her face wet with tears, though she had to admit this kid was lucky she was just shouting, ripping out his throat was to tempting a thing.

She quickly looked around a very large crowd had gathered there were mutterings of a possible fight, Akki knew it wouldn't come to that, this Uchiha would try and talk his way out before that happened.

Midara saw the girl spin around, a grin summoned upon his face. After taking blows of sound waves to his ears, He stood still with a grin still on his face. This shouting had no effect on Midara, he stood there tall and proud as the girl was giving eyes of the devil towards him. 'She turned around, that must mean something' He thought as he started to scratch his chin then replaced it to his hip. He could see the inner anger that she held in, the inner emotion come out alive. He knew that he would have started some of this, some of this inner anger. He chose himself to be the target, the scapegoat before anyone else would be, someone might not have been able to handle it like Midara would. Midara would chose to remain calm, he would chose to try and hold his emotions in. Yelling back would just do damage, it wouldn't help her emotions. He could relate to all the damage done to the girl, just not to the extent. He needed to make seem like she wasn't alone, which she isn't. Someone has walked her trail and has made their own life. Some people are just born lucky to start with more things, while other people have to earn them. That makes them better, a better person, a better shinobi. They have experienced the slum and the royalty. Some more people crowded around, some young boys were hoping for a fight. You could see it on their faces and body language. Nothing was going to happen here. Midara stood still as he was bombarded with another bomb of loud outbursts and emotions. Midara could feel it in the air, around him it was calm and collected. Around the girl anger destroyed all particles in sight. Midara took everything the girl had to say into his mind and soul. He was surprised she knew his name, but he was in the family of the Hokage. His name was slightly spread out. The things the girl told him, were something to what he could relate to, but she didn't know his past. The girl had tears streaming rivers to her as the waterfall would drop them to the ground. A lot of people would hurt to see a girl crying, but Midara stood there, thinking about everything she had to say. The only problem was that she had no one to talk to. She was filled with all this anger and sadness, but she had no one to help her let it out. It's never to late, but there is still a lot more to come.

"Seems like you know me, but not enough of me. I was born a Uchiha, but my mother died when I was young. My father was never there for me and when he was he always beat me. I tried running away many times but it would only make things worse. He would cast his strongest genjutsu on me and leave me there for days. He also tried to kill me when I was 7. I have no idea what they have done with him, but I have not seen him since. Until last year, I was living alone...in the slum. I have lived there. I know what it's like. That's why I got myself better. So I could call myself a Uchiha once more." Midara looked down, reciting his story set a depressing mood over his body, but he tried to remain as collected as possible. "Your not alone...We can talk about this. Release your inner emotions." Midara said almost as he begged her. The people crowded around were only wasting their time. They had better things to do then listen to 2 shinobi's story, and one of them was a lie. Midara would not chase after this girl, for they will meet again. Hopefully she will be better by then. Hopefully his words have helped the girl, if not they were to try again. Midara stomach started to growl, as it begged for food. "We can talk over a ramen" Midara suggested, shrugging his arms into the air. Midara lent out his hand in between them. Hoping she would take it, as a gratitude of friendship and brother-ship. The hope to a better life.

Matsunaka turned the corner and walked down South Konhagakure. Matsunaka hands were behind his head his finger interlaced in a woven pattern. His muscles rippled and moved and his pants seem to sway in the wind the panthers moving violently. Matsunaka headband with it's black cloth was around his neck and his vest was open enough to show his abs and his chest muscles the long scar could be seen going down the middle of his chest, His panther tatttoo's mouth shown. Matsunaka black and white spiked hair swung in the breeze. Matsunaka eyes surveyed the area watching for any thing or anyone that would attack him.

"Oh how today is so boring, All I ever see around this village is pathetic single minded fools." Matsunaka saw a pair talking, one had long black hair and a black outfit with long sleeves and a turtle neck. The other person was a girl with a edgy stance and black garb as well. "Time to stir up trouble." Matsunaka walked over and leaned next to the pole by the pair.He reached in his pocket and pulled out a toothpick placing it in his mouth. "Hey bro why is the girl in such a bad mood. Oh and name's Kaguya, Matsunaka."

Akki couldn't belive the nerve of this guy he clearly wasn't listening to her, he said somthing about inner emotions, he really didn't understand she wasn't balling up anger or emotions she was how she was, it was times like these she would have been happy to blow this town and wander the world, but not until she got stronger. The hair on her back of her neck prickled as though they were being watched, then a voice from the side caught her attention.

"Hey bro why is this girl in such a bad mood. Oh and the names Kaguya, Matsunaka" it said. Akki turned taking her attention away from the infuriating Uchiha and looked at the new comer. he had black and white spiky hair and was showing far to much skin, Akki guessed he was a poser, she just shook her head.

"and the day gets better, well I'm in a bad mood because this, this idiot here decided that I could be save from my self and he could give me inner peace when all I wanted was a bit of peace and quiet to have a few smokes and a little drink while I vented a few things that have annoyed me today. So yeah im pissed but its because of him"[/color] she pointed a thumb at Midara. Lighting another smoke she grinned at Masunaka

A new man was to join the scene. Most people don't really jump into people arguing unless they want to separate them both. The man introduced himself. Midara gave a slight bow and was about to introduce himself, and answer his question as he was cut off by the girl. Midara put out his arms in a motion, showing that he gave her permission to talk. As she was done and as she pointed a thumb at Midara, he gave a simple reply of "You wanted peace, I was getting you to realize peace", turning to look at the new boy "Uchiha Midara". He then looked back at the girl who was quite upset. He folded up his arms into his chest, and took in a deep sign. "It can't be helped that you don't want help" Midara was quite heart sunk as he failed to make peace to this girl. He still didn't want to fight the girl and he didn't want to cause any trouble for anyone. He was calm and nonchalant about everything.

"You do realize it is rude to puff smoke into people's faces. It can lead to an epidemic, and we wouldn't want that?...right?" Midara looked around to see the faces of the people who could get hurt...or worse...killed. He tried to face the majority of the crowd. Then looked back at the girl, sand said nothing. If a battle were to happen, he would remain calm and not be phased none the less. He would also have to protect these innocent bystanders. The aura around the three was being agitated. He knew the girl would pounce any second now. Its only what any human would do. He took note to the weapons on her belt, her arms,where her kunai was. He took a long list of things to watch out for. Simply, so he can end this spar as soon as possible without having to use ninjutsu, his would be fun in a sense too. Maybe she can throw so many blows it will be like a game of tag and she can't even touch him. Matsunaka blew the smoke ring away from him. He looked out at the people not looking at her just staring out. Matsunaka swung the toothpick around more. "First of all I just came to make conversation, this village gets a little boring." Matsunaka studied the uchiha from the corner of his eye ("A uchiha, so this guy is one of the three most powerful Clans in Konoha.") Matsunaka turned his head slightly to the left to so he was facing the pair. "But I have to agree a pretty girl Like yourself shouldn't be smoking bad for the lungs and gives you bad looking teeth."

Matsunaka continued to study them both. Matsunaka whispered to Midara "Midara I suggest that you cool out with the preaching and start just making conversation, get to know her before you try to hep her." Matsunaka looked out again. "So girl, whatever your name is, Why are you so umm, how do I do put this, such a rebel, I mean I don't mind a girl that is tough just wondering why so mean, You can't get much guys to ask you out with your smoke tricks

Akki snorted but started to cool down slightly this guy clearly wasn't out to cause trouble with her unlike the Uchiha was managing. In another blur Akki had replaced the claw on her belt and smiled at Midara. Akki drew in a large breath and looked up staring at the sky. Her anger with Mia had all but ebbed away, now it was just a minor annoyance with Midara but she was sure she would easily forget about the Uchiha later. She had a proper look at Matsunaka, he looked actually seemed on, he didn't preach he didn't really pry and she seemed down to earth, ok Akki wouldn't really make friends but she coul easily put up with his presence.

"So Matsunaka, You said you find this village boring, If you need excitement try the outskirt slums, i'm sure you'd find more than enough fun and games there" she grinned and winked at him. few ever ventured into the outskirts, they were deadly rough even Akki only tread there when she had to, she knew if she stayed for to long then it was possible her old gang the Shadow Snakes would try and track her down.

Midara startled, shocked that the girl didn't do anything. Midara blew out a puff of relief, as he noticed time was tinking by. He also started to notice that the new guy was taking his spot into talking to the girl. Midara didn't have any intentions to get any action, some sweet potatoes from Akki. 'Hmph, this guy has no idea what he is getting into' He thought with a slight chuckle. His stomach roared with might of a lion. Midara smiled, and then slowly started to inch his way out of the conversation. His stomach started to pull himself out of the group. The few remainder of the villagers left in awe to have not seen a fight. They continued doing whatever they were doing. Whether it setting flowers in a vase or selling fresh vegetables on the road side.

Midara crept out as the other two were doing whatever they were doing. Midara quickly hid within the group of villagers walking by in all sorts of direction and purpose. The only purpose he had was to go eat some food then take a good long nap for the rest of the day. The nice breeze running across his face gave him another reason to stay out and enjoy the sunlight on a stroll around the busy village. It was relaxing to take a day off as a shinobi and walk around and see what it is you put your life on the line for. It's a good feeling to know that you help these innocent lives into living a nice happy healthy life. Whether they give thanks or not, it is not needed. Just to know that they actually did something into making their lives better gave the satisfaction and joy that Midara needed to continue on what he does best. Being a shinobi to The Hidden Leaf Village!

He kept walking and saw a small park type area. With trees and people running around. He went to one of the trees and grab a healthy bright red apple and sat at the stump of the tree. The warmth of the tree gave the juices of the apple meaning as he sat in the green grass under the canvas of the leaves. He smiled.

I lived in the outskirts as a child, I was an Orphan from a few weeks old." Matsunaka flicked his toothpick from his mouth. "My father left my mother when I was born and My mother was raped and killed in front of my crib." Matsunaka didn't feel sadden it was part of Life. "So if you don't mind what is your past." Matsunaka studied the girl in front of him with his violet irises studying her facial features and looking at the deadly weapons on her belt. ("Nice weapons. Nice body too when you peel away some of the piercings and some of the tattoos.") Matsunaka eyes looked into her eyes trying to see what else she was holding inside of her that never has seen the light of day. ("She's probably been through more stuff than me,but I have to wait for the answer.")

Akki breathed as sigh of relief as midara walked awat she couldn't have put up with his preaching much longer. She turned back to matsunaka and listened to his story it turned out he was more similar than Akki had expect after he had finished he asked her what her story was. Although she wasn't comfortable with telling just anyone she knew that some one else from the outskirts might understand a little better. She took a deep breath and began. "parent i never knew them well not my real ones i was raised by a criminal some high up slum crime boss. I worked for a living stealing to earn my keep, if anyone of the gang failed they either got brutally beaten or died at the hand of the gang leader. I messed up once and it was my best friend that died for it. Akki was no longer looking at anyone she was staring straight forward the memories playing in her head.

"i lost it went berserk. I killed the leader in cold blood that got me a beating and locked up, after that i was trained as a killer an assassin for hire, i wont lie i have killed and yes i enjoyed it. I chose the wrong target in the end. I got caught by a jounin and forced into the ninja academy that wasnt easy i fell behind. But hey here i am and now you know"

Akki sighed that took alot of effort to get out to many things she wanted to forget but he asked about her past and akki knew that to understand her she would have to be honest.

Matsunaka nodded at some parts of her story he knew the pain of not knowing a parent. (" She is a killer, not just by nature but she has a lust for it, Like some of the members of my clan.") Matsunaka right eyebrow arched, "You know being a Kaguya fighting is my second nature I try to suppress it because the people expect me to fight." Matsunaka caught the eye of a man looking at him. "So you were force to join the ninja academy in a since I was too, but I don't mind even though I try to suppress it there are times when I want to fight." He continued to look at her face seeing the pain and strength in her eyes. (" Never had a best friend so i would never know what is was like to lose one.") Matsunaka swung the toothpick around. "So do You hate Konoha or do you feel like no one here understands you because if you don't have someone who understands, You can come talk to me, oh and by the way call me Zodiac."

Akki watched him for a while he seemed to actually understand what she was saying, he was a Kaguya so ofcourse everyone thought he should fight but Akki knew why he wouldn't want to when people expect things its better to just ignore them, Akki actually giggled then he snarled at the man staring, it had been quite a while since she had last laughed. the he ask the big question

""So do You hate Konoha or do you feel like no one here understands you because if you don't have someone who understands, You can come talk to me" Akki just stared at him blank she didn't know what to say, it had been a long time since she had really trusted anyone but he was from the outskirts he was from a rough clan, he could actually understand her.

"We all hate this village from time to time don't we?, and I know no one understands me, just like you I get stares where ever i go, I have no problem with hanging with you just don't expect me to pour my heart out or cry on your shoulder eh" she smiled and playfully punched Zodiac on the shoulder. She drew in a deep breath and let it out, this had been one hell of a day so far, the trouble with Mia back home was long forgotten and she might have just gotten herself an ally and a possible friend in the mix also.

Friends the word bounced around Akki's head like a rubber ball, she wasn't used to anyone call her anything but punk or annoyance. Akki watch in astonishment as Zodiac put someone on their ass, she giggled and flipped the rude man a finger and stuck her tounge out.

"Ummm yeah cats Mia has a little white one and for some odd reason beyond my undertsanding I seem to attract them, Look over there" she pointed a little left and sure enough 3 cats were just sitting watching them. On started to clean itself but didn't move under Akki's gaze "It's never the same ones but it's always three cats at a time, I've stopped noticing now but it was kinda odd at first. How bout you? You got any pets?" she smiled and looked around the street no one else was staring anymore, she let out a sigh of relief and took a gulp of Sake from her flask.

Matsunaka shook his head in amazement and looked with his head sideways at akki "I do have a pet in a since put i might scare everyone so look out," Matsunaka walked into the middle of the bar this time the people didn't stare or look at the ninja, Matsunaka performed handsealls and drew blood with his teeth. In the puff of smoke came a large black panther with a cold stare and jet black fur his fangs were pearly white and his eyes fierce one roar and the people ran out of the place terrified of the big cat. "This is my pet Tetsu Kaiden." Tetsu acknowledge akki with a sniff and laid back down on the floor next to matsunaka chair, "Pretty cool, huh me and him been the only ones to look out for each other."

Akki's eyes light up a panther now that was a cool pet. Akki watched as Testu lay down next to his master. Akki without fear stood up then crouched down next to testsu and scratched it behind the ear.

"You're a cute thing ain't ya, just another reason your master looks like a bad ass eh" Akki turned annd Grinned at Zodiac.
