I was looking through some SC's, and it dawned upon me how similiar they were to some canon clans. For example, the Hyuuga's and Inzuka's seemed related to the Navigator/Tracker SC's, the Yamanaka to the Perception SC's, the Nara's to the High IQ and Strategy, etc.

Maybe as a suggestion people who are in non-kkg clans get +1 on their SC cap which would be clan related, people with a Kekkei Genkai get none, and non clan people get +2 on their SC caps?

As long as the people with a KKG still get a SC, then its a good idea.

I see this being the other way around. For example, it isn't only Nara people have can have high IQ's or Inuzuka that can track. In most cases it is because of their unique (hijutsu/KKG) that it allows them to do so. With the numbering it could get more complicated than it needs to be but I am not against allowing Non-clan characters to get a +1 slot for a SC.

This is exactly what I'm monitoring the responses to this because its the thing that jumps out to me the most as allowable.

Yeah that seemed to be the preferrable one Razz

since most people are in clans it puts non-clan people at a little disadvantage
