Name: Katon Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Clone)
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: – (Possesses identical movement to that of user)
Element: Katon (Fire)
Description: Katon: Bunshin no Jutsu is a technique in which the user is able to create a physical copy of themselves utilizing the Katon nature release. Upon receiving the maximum amount of damage a clone can absorb without dispersing, the Katon Bunshin can detonate; creating a blast of flames that has a radius of two meters, burning whatever is within range. A Suiton jutsu of equal rank can instantly turn the clone to steam, while a Fuuton jutsu of equal rank can increase the radius of the detonation by an additional meter.
Chakra Cost: 7

Name: Kaze Suihou (Wind Bubble)
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Close (0m-5m)
Element: Fuuton (Wind)
Description: Kaze Suihou is a technique in which the user is able to create project a bubble of strong, swirling wind from their body after completing the necessary hand seals. The technique produces a thin layer of Fuuton chakra around the user’s body, which then expands immediately outward with a radius of three feet. The wind is strong enough to protect the user from most medium and small sized projectiles, altering their route. In addition, the bubble protects the user from techniques of equal rank or lower (due to the sheer force of the wind’s rotation), as well as Taijutsu of equal or lower rank. Raiton techniques, because of their natural weakness to Fuuton, can be blocked up to B-rank. Katon techniques however, instantly ignite the bubble, trapping the user within a spherical flame; in addition, the user is unable to use projectiles while the technique is in use and must dispel the jutsu in order to perform their own.
Chakra Cost: 6 (+2CP per post)

Name: Kaze Ayatsuri (Wind Manipulation)
Rank: D-B
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Close (0m-5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10m+)
Element: Fuuton (Wind)
Description: Kaze Ayatsuri is a technique in which the user is able manipulate the path of which an object travels while in air. It is primarily used offensively in order to change the path of a small or medium-sized projectiles (shuriken, kunai, etc.). After completing the necessary three hand seals, the user’s fingers become coated in Fuuton affinity chakra which travel quickly to envelope a desired projectile(s). Upon being thrown, the user can alter the path of the projectile to a certain level of precision (accuracy drops as the farther the projectile is). As long as the technique is maintained, control over the desired projectile(s) remains. Even if lodged in the ground, the user can resend the projectile into flight via finger motions. The user cannot use any jutsu that require hand signs while this technique is in effect.
Chakra Cost:

4 (+1CP per post); Three projectiles max (D-rank)
6 (+2CP per post); Five projectiles max (C-rank)
12 (+3CP per post); Ten projectiles max (B-rank)

Name: Kaze Kangoku (Wind Prison)
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Close (0m-5m)
Element: Fuuton (Wind)
Description: A technique in which the user must first complete the necessary hand signs, and then inhale deeply, gathering chakra to their lungs before blowing Fuuton nature release outward, enveloping all within a five meter radius before condensing into a spherical form, rotating at fairly high speed, the sphere itself containing pressurized winds restricting the movement of those trapped inside. To maintain the prison, the user must continue to exhale, meaning that the time in which the prison can be used is fairly limited (maximum two posts). However, this technique may be used in conjunction with a Katon technique to give significant burns to whatever is trapped within.
Chakra Cost: 12 (+4CP per post)

Name: Hibana (Spark)
Rank: E
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Close (0m-5m)
Element: Katon (Fire)
Description: Concentrating and applying the Katon nature release to the tip of their finger, the user ignites a spark, producing a flame directly above their finger, capable of lighting up a dark area for a radius of five meters.
Chakra Cost: 1 (+1CP per turn)

Name: Genshuku (Gravity)
Rank: C
Type: Genjutsu
Range: Close (0m-5m), Mid (5m-10m)
Element:
Description: Genshuku is a Genjutsu casted via the target viewing the creation of the hand seals and so long as the user can view their target clearly. This Genjutsu creates the illusion that the target is lighter than they actually are, able to perform all their movements and techniques at an accelerated speed when in reality they’re moving at their normal pace. However, the illusion, creating the false sense of agility, also forces the target to put strain on their body, to the point where they begin to feel pain suffuse their body. This gradual pain hinders their movement in reality, making their movements slower, and less effective. In addition, the pain escalates to the point where upon the fourth turn (if the Genjutsu is still in effect), the target will be significantly hindered, their mobility decreased by more than half their usual ability.

First turn: 0% loss of mobility
Second turn: 20% loss of mobility
Third turn: 40% loss of moblitiy
Fourth turn: 60% loss of mobility

Chakra Cost: 8 (+3CP per turn)

Name: Maiagaru (Soar)
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Mid (5m-10m),
Element: Fuuton (Wind)
Description: A Fuuton technique used to propel the user quickly in the direction they desire. After completing the necessary handsign, the user will gather Fuuton chakra to their feet, much like the tree-climbing skill. By pushing off of their feet in any direction, the user releases the Fuuton chakra, the result being a larger amount of distance covered by a single step (the range being the distance traveled in addition to the shinobi's typical jump/step). For an additional cost of 3CP the user may use this technique while airborne by condensing the air around their feet before releasing it, creating a smaller push (close range; 0m-5m) granting them a small amount of maneuverability in the air.
Chakra Cost: 6CP or 9CP

- Decrease the detonation to 2m (+1m fuuton) it is still only a C-rank tech.

- Great Agility is just a rip-off of shunshin (we don't allow it in combat here). You would be allowed increased general movement, but not wind-based instantaneous movement like that of shunshin, please edit.

- Wind Prison is at least B-Rank.

- Is the Gravity genjutsu's trigger visuals on handseals of the user?

• Edited Katon: Bunshin no Jutsu to appropriate range.

• I took out Great Agility to work on and possibly submit at a later point if that's alright.

• Wind Prison has been bumped up to B-rank. Am I still allowed to register it now and just train for it once my character is capable of doing so or do I need to resubmit it at a later time?

• Gravity: correct, I've clarified this, though I hope there aren't any more problems with it.

Edit 6/23/11: I've added Maiagaru (Soar) to replace Great Agility.
