The metal shield can take up to C ranked jutsu without being broken. Genjutsu can not go through the shield. This can also cause a devastating blow if it lands on someone.

Description: Once this seal is activated on a target like a wall or tree. A hole is created and quickly expands to the size of Midara's wants. The hole will remain open as long as the caster has a body part in the whole. Once the user is completely out of the hole, the targetted wall, etc is set back to normal. (This can only spread to about the size of a door) The intended use of this jutsu is so the user can safely walk through a door, wall etc.

I really such at fuuinjutsu so I recommend someone else look over these jutsu

For the raiton jutsu you should go into detail in exactly how it works...

I would say all of these fuuinjutsu needs a medium...such as you touching the opponent or getting a piece of clothing or something...

All fuuinjutsu should be C-Rank or higher...

For your weight loss/gain seals, please include a specific amount of pounds gained/lost by activation of the seal. Even for the loss seal, which includes a 10% increase in speed. After the edit, you can elaborate further and say that the lose in weight generally grants a 10% increase in speed. You may also want to do the same for the gain seal, as in, a percentage of speed decrease perhaps.

I don't understand motion seal...If someone comes within the 30 yard radius it goes back to the user, but if its stepped on it explodes? What? Elaborate please...?

Platform 9.75 Seal...please explain where the created "portal" would take you upon crossing through it. Also, can anybody pass through it once its created?

For the weight loss/gain seals, you need to add specific pound gains/losses. For example, 10 pounds? 20 pounds? Whatever the case may be.

As for Platform 9.75, it still doesn't make much sense. What is the purpose of the hole you create?

Description: Midara is able to use a seal and place it on someone or in someones possession. The seal causes the nervous system to fail for 2 post which makes the sense of feel 'broken'. The target won't be able to feel things that happen to his body for the next 2 post. This will also trick the mind, so they won't be able to move their body.
Chakra Cost:3

The nervous system failure is beyond the level of D-rank. Causing the central nervous system to fail in any shape or form is quite simply death. Even if you remove that aspect of the jutsu, there is the fact that causing paralysis is over the limit of D-rank as well.
